Place was great but there is a lot to do.. the service was poor took them almost 5 minutes to attend us and we even asked if they were going to give us the menu to order.. then it took almost 10 minutes to gat a drink food was great but the service killed it

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, making it well balanced. Prices are not on the high end, but rather moderate. The atmosphere in the outside area is very nicely lit, and with good weather makes for a great escapade. I'd recommend going at a low traffic hour because it's right on a main avenue and the sound of cars could get tiresome. The place is very clean and staff is friendly. The missing star is because they were lacking in some beers.

Dinner was amazing the steaks were cooked to perfection . The shrimp and pasta perfectly cooked. The appetizers second to none and the beer very cold . The customer service was outstanding. We will most definitely be coming back .

UPDATE: After more than six years since my initial visit I had decided to return on the off chance that my initial experience was a fluke and God am I glad I did. Albaricoque must have one of the most, if not the most, exquisite kitchen menu in the city. We started with a beet and goat cheese salad coated with a citric vinaigrette and shortly thereafter followed with the tuna ceviche which was equally delightful and fresh. Furthermore we had the pork cheek with mustard sauce and finalized with the sirloin in wine reduction. The dessert offerings were succulent and in this particular occasion we went with the guayaba cheesecake and a carajillo. The service was on point with only a minor issue at the begging with an over enthusiastic beer pour; however the server was accommodating in timing the dinner appropriately which made up for it. I would suggest that the waiting area inside is opened up and made part of the terrace as well as developing the terrace more extensively. The main dining area also needs urgently of interior design for it falls extremely short of the quality of the food. The mixology program must be developed with in house cocktail recipes that complement the dishes. The place isn't cool but the food is damn right amazing! OLD REVIEW: The food is pretentious yet bland. The plating seems to be the main focus of their preparation however, flavor takes the back seat in this ride. Most of the offerings are inspired in some odd Asian fusion, but the authentic spices and flavors of the continent are nowhere to be found. Pastas and meats are devoid of any taste or character. It was a promising offering in town, but fell completely short of the expectation.

Wow we had a bunch of appetizers and tacos and finally a ribeye to share. Everything was GREAT. Also great local wines. I will be back. Oh, service was great too.

Terrible place! We got there the host/waiter completely ignored us we waited for her just so she’d tell us in the rudest manner that she has tables but they’re closing so they can’t serve us at 9:20 on a Saturday? How is that possible?

Excellent food, really exquisit. 4-stars because of the slow service and lack of table setup.

The mixed drinks are awesome, steaks are great and their Lu Ceviche is the bomb

Un excelente lugar para ir a comer o cenar, el staff muy amable, la comida deliciosa, el servicio de mixology tambien vale la pena probar. Solo recomiendo hacer reservacion por que el lugar no es muy grande y se llena.

They just remodel the place and looks great. Minimalistic with a desert vibe. Menu has changed from my last visit. I had the beer braised rib (Costilla Braseada), it was tender, lots of flavor, the chef Miguel told us they cook this for 8hrs. We also had the Chimichurri Chicken, it was also delicious. They made the horseradish from scratch, have some if you get a steak.

So many options of flavor and beautiful presentation! I lool forward to Albaricoque every trip. The Ceviche, shrimp tacos and steakes to perfection every time! I also recommend the Mojitos! Cheers!
