The cylinder of my ancient Weiser front-door knob lock pulled out; a neighbor highly recommended Albemarle Lock & Safe. They trouble-shot the problem and determined that the old lock couldn't be repaired or re-keyed. While they initially thought I'd have to leave the old key, when I explained that my front door wasn't secure, they keyed a new LSDA knob lock to my many old keys and explained installation of the new lock, I installed the new knob lock pretty much as a one-for-one swap with no problems or issues. I was able to re-use my old striker plate, too. I was in & out of their shop in under an hour. I'm very happy with my 1st visit, will use them again, and will also recommend Albemarle Lock & Safe to others.
