We ate at Ristorante Da Afro and can honestly say it was the best meal of our entire trip. The welcome was something special: they made us feel right at home. The food was simply fantastic. An authentic experience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s truly worth visiting Spilimbergo just to eat here. It’s a place you absolutely can’t miss. One of our favorite restaurants. The host Dario is charming. Good food typical for the region served in a lovely garden in summer and is a rustic dining room in other seasons. Consistent dining experience over the years. Particularly recommend the crema Catalana.

We went for dinner with friends and it has been a nice experience. The owner went through all the menu and explained it very well. The food is very good and typical from the area, the portions are big enough to satisfy your belly and the wine was very good as well. The staff is really nice and they are very helpful: it was very late when we booked for dinner but they were very very kind. The atmosphere is also cozy and traditional and I really recommend it if you are looking for something typical and regional.
