Very good appartment . Nice in-house maintenance . Darnell is the maintenance person very good in his work . Responds on time resolves the problem every time . I will highly recommend .

It's really fortunate and rare to have the opportunity to live in such an historic place. Cannot overstate how beautiful this building is, and the custodial staff goes above and beyond to keep it sparkling. The amenities, particularly the roof and gym, are functional and high quality. Loved my apartment and neighbors. Management was uniquely helpful. I treasured my year + living in The Kahn.

We went to a tour of the apartments and the building as an Detroit Area Art Deco Society event. It is beautifully restored. Our tour guides were so nice and knowledgeable and made it fun. Anyone looking to live there should hurry up before they are sold out.

I’ve been here for about a year and the Kahn is now worth the money. We have frequent fire alarms where we have to wait outside in the cold. They allow the establishment to be rented out on Airbnb which causes a safety concern. We have had a stranger bang on our door at night demanding to see a person we didn’t know. We stayed in a hotel that night because we thought it was unsafe. Security is only present on the weekends. This situation occurred during the week. Also, the new leasing manager LOST our $9500 rent check and tried to gaslight my husband into saying that my husband lost it. They did NOTHING to fix the situation. Renee sat down with my husband and literally did not but offer a blanket apology for someone else’s mistake. On top of that, there are employees working in managing who are too familiar and intrusive (ex saying that I run up my husband’s credit card bc of the amount of packages that arrives for us). I would not recommend this place to my enemy and we pay $2500 for this place. It’s too overprice. Please do it let the beautiful apartment and gym fool you. They only do yearly leasing and you will have to pay 4 months rent in order to break your lease. SPARE YOURSELVES! There are other apartments that will be worth your time, energy, and emotional well-being!

This historical building is definitely a gem in the New Center area. Management is excellent and this place is absolutely beautiful. I love living here.

Got a air b&b apartment, it was nice and wouod go back if I am in Detroit again. Cool old building.

Pretty cool building. Went to the roof. Beautiful view of the city.

Visited with a friend and found the floor plans very thoughtful and the common areas well appointed.
