Went here for their dinner service, and have only had the coffee from their day menu.
I wish I was a food writer so I could articulate just what Alberta's has accomplished here. I don't cook, and I am hopeless at the technical aspects of it, but it's rare to have dishes where you can taste all the different elements separately, as well as how they interact with each other. It's immediately apparent how much thought and intention is put into each dish, and there's an endearing relationship between the kitchen and their producers/vendors. We ordered 6 dishes (their menu changes all the time) and there wasn't a single misstep. The French onion soup on a cold night was incredible.
The service is impeccable, and makes the experience that much more special. Jess is a delight, and was the heart of our night.
