Stopped by the Albertsons off Montwood Drive and was impressed by the variety this location offers. Found some items I don’t usually see at other stores. The hot deli was a nice bonus—grabbed lunch while shopping. Great experience overall!

Like the app, with the app you get discount on several items, this discount is instant on the register, don't forget to clipped on the app before the register scan; If you like cakes and fancy bread, there is a cart with discount for quick sale, the cart is located between the eggs and the milk; If you need flowers, here is plenty to choose from;The bad is the long lines to pay, also the lack of plastic bags to pack your items.

Love Albertsons FLOWERS! I can say these flowers are better than local flower shops. They last longer than other flowers arrangements I’ve received throughout my life. The BAKERY!!! Wowoowowww!! We decided to buy our wedding cake here since their cakes have been consistent. It was delicious! Highly recommend this bakery.

First time here and had a good experience. I like the nice open aisles with enough room to easily get around a shopper who may have stopped to look at labels or such. I found out that the main reason to frequent this store is the combining of credits you get for making purchases. A sister of a friend stated she feels it was a good trip if she can see a 50% savings on her receipt. I took a great look and found a lot of great deals and I could find almost everything I normally buy in other stores. If I can get everything I need here then if it's about choice, I would definitely shop here.

I Love this store, actually, all Albertsons stores. The people are very friendly and helpful. The selection of foods, fruits, vegetables, medications and everything is OUTSTANDING! I literally shop daily for my daily meals, just like I used to when I lived in Europe. Its a great feeling to know that I can always purchase fresh. Thank you for having great selections of everything!!!

The workers are extremely rude, most of the produce looks like it's starting to go bad, and this location specifically used to be really nice and had the best fruits and veggies, but now every time I come to this Albertsons specifically, its always a bad experience.... I want to go shopping in peace, so why are the workers getting into my personal space if I haven't done anything wrong?? I dont see them doing that to the elderly customers either.

If I could give them a zero I would I also filed a complaint with BBB on this place. I order sandwiches and fruit platters. They didn't make them one manager was gracefully able to refund my cake. I bought more item but unfortunately walking out I was accused of stealing my cake. I will NEVER go her do any business with this Albertsons. EVER

Stop corporate scams! Fresh pass billed me multiple time when I was NEVER even a member. Then worked with support to no avail. This company and it's billing practices are taking advantage of us. STOP IT! YOU DONT GET PAID FOR NOTHING.

While it is ever so convenient having Albertsons directly across the street from me, they are horribly expensive, I have yet to find a ripe Roma tomato, finding instead always plastic-like tasteless ones, and their pre-cut fruit that they sell is also from unripened cantaloupes, particularly,and melons and they cut far too into the core of the pineapple. They charge an awful lot for inferior and tasteless products in many areas. The only positive thing I have to say is that the majority of their employees are super nice and helpful.

Management can be very lazy as far as having lanes open but the section is wonderful. I love the flower department always having beautiful arrangements.

You will be treated better here if you come into the store appearing to be homeless and smelling from urine after my interaction with a store manager.. and when you follow their lame instructions to get you out of their hair and you call the 877 number on the bottom of the receipt, you ask for the district managers name and number repeatedly and saying "I will continue to call back until I get it" the response was "I will block my out number". I drove 7 miles out of my way to the Albertsons on Zaragoza and Pebble Hill where I am and others are shown respect and where my voice was heard and name and contact number was taken. I'm not looking for anything for free I'm just looking for common respect.. but the last 3 and only times in this store.. it's always the same.. go to Food King or Walmart you'll be treated with respect and not someone who has a title and thinks no one is above him.. I have nothing against Albertsons only the interaction with the store manager.. I believe his name is Oscar.

placed an order for flowers that were supposed to be ready at 11:00 am. and they didn't even confirm the order till 11:34.

Very deceptive prices on the shelves requiring consumers to scan the shelf tag to get the price listed. I walked out and left my $200 order for the self checkout clown to put back!!! Called the store manager Luis and he is even a bigger joke! I will NEVER shop at your stores again.

On Superbowl Sunday, today, we went to Albertson's on Montwood and George Dieter and a young man was selling candy bars for his school out front. He was asked to leave by some super important manager. Since when do we not support schools and fundraising? It isn't like he was selling BBQ plates or Super Bowl trays. I am very disappointed in this place as we spend minimum 500 dollars here a month. I told my husband let's shop elsewhere. Albertson's doesn't make enough money on overpriced food daily? Just letting you know this happened today and it is so disgusting. We think some corporate hotshots were the so that could have something to do with it. Shop Walmart or Food King!

Due to the cursed COVID1, I've not been coming in this fine store very often, which is my loss. However, earlier today I decided it best to heed my much-better-half's instructions and buy another gallon of fat-free milk--I've been consuming a significant amount more. Why? To increase my vitamin D numbers! ALBERTSONS is a definite anchor in Montwood Square (Montwood & Yarbrough), and has consistently upgraded the building along with the grocery + services. Most important are the staff; they make all the difference. Indeed, whilst checking out through the self-checkout and scanning the milk barcode, the plastic gallon began to seep. JOEL, the staff in charge, immediately responded to my plight, putting the defective container inside two plastic bags and calling for a replacement gallon. As soon as he took care of my problem, he rushed over to another customer, who had a product spill. JOEL called for the sanitation engineer to remediate the mess, then continued monitoring all of the kiosks. Over the many years that I have come onto this exceptionally clean business, JOEL exemplified all of the friendly/efficient/professional staff who proudly wear the "Albertsons" uniform. And now that I'm drinking much, MUCH more Vitamin D milk, I know where I'm going to buy it! This exceptional store definitely has my coveted "iWheel of Approval!" P.S.: Despite the national CDC prematurely declaring no more mask requirements in many situation, COVID19 continues to ravage much of the World, and the USA is still #1 with deaths. My extrapolation puts the annual death toll over 200,000 persons. I know I'm not relaxing my guard, and am extremely pleased that this Albertsons continues to require all persons walking through its doors must be masked! Hooray for Albertson!

Friendly staff in the grocery section , deli and bakery. Pretty much every one is pretty helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the sushi bar is awesome ! He's so nice and will answer all your questions, and I always have plenty. The sushi is fresh, delicious and so very affordable. Highly recommend this Albertsons store.

Our cashier kacie was extremely rude and unfriendly. No greeting, nor responded when I said thank you, have a nice day, and can I have a receipt please. Ruined my entire ice cream getting adventure. I was close to tears on my way out of the store. I hope I can recover by the time I finish said ice cream.

Stopped in here for my weekly groceries, just grab a few things. I love how you can clip coupons from their mobile app but make sure to check them off before you get to the register because it will not take them if you do. This Albertsons has a pretty decent selection. I think the prices can be on the more expensive side unless you come in for the weekly deals. The store is pretty clean and well-maintained and I appreciate the large selection of flowers and plants. I also like the fact that they have a deli section and a large variety of wines/beers. The cashier today was friendly, and helped me out when I didn't understand the store's app on my phone. He was pretty patient considering there was a long line behind me. I would recommend more cashiers especially on the weekends when it's get really packed.

Clean store friendly staff and great new app once you figure it out saves a bundle produce is very fresh and meat is great lunch meat rolls and sides are in one spot now they have sushi and a coffee shop If your in a hurry they have prepared meals as well and not expensive

We have lived in El Paso for the last years having relocated from Dan Diego so we were very familiar with Albertson's as a grocery store. However we had never used Save On ( their Pharamacy). Last week my wife had an ear infection that required antibiotics since we were in the area we decided to try their pharmacy even though this location is several miles from our home. Our first impression was one of professionalism but once the medicine was transferred and ordered we were informed that the medicine would not be available until Monday ( we had ordered it in a Thursday). This pattern of not having medication's available continued in other medications that were prescribed. Their was always a delay for the same reason ( not available due to the shipment not coming in ). After this considerable irritation we decided to move our prescription's back to Walmart. Poor service at Save On and their overly high priced groceries should be a concern to anyone in the El Paso area.

How I wish there was another food chain in the area other than Wal-Mart owned stores. The produce selections are VERY POOR as compared to the San Francisco Bay Area. The quality is not as good and not as wide. And as usual never enough checkers.

Ordered a specialty cake for my son's birthday. He really wanted cupcakes to look like V-bucks from Fortnite. I explained to a bakery associate what I wanted and I was told that they had to have a print image to work from. This was a reasonable request, so I went home and printed the image. Went back a couple days later with the printed image. Showed the image to a bakery associate and again explained what I wanted. A dozen cupcakes each in the shape of a "V-buck". The store associate stated they understood that each cupcake was to be topped with a "V". Showed up on the day of his birthday to pick up the cake and was given a dozen cupcakes topped with an edible image of the image I took placed upon the cupcakes. Literally not what we discussed or agreed upon. My son was so upset when he saw the cake. The worst feeling ever. Won't ever get a special occasion cake from Albertson's again.

Nope. I bought 2 boxes of Albertsons brand pasta along with 2 bags of their signature select brand white rice 2 weeks ago. Guess what i found inside?? Live bugs! Looked like weevils. The packages were sealed. I shouldnt have to say this but...Check your rice and pasta for bugs before you buy it from here! I tried to attach photos but my camera isn't the best. Also, the sirloin cuts of beef are awful. Whats with the butchers at this location?? I've bought these steaks before in different Albertsons locations and theyve never been cut as horribly as the ones at this location. I eat my steaks med rare and i hadto slow cook them for 8 hours just so they could be edible.

This grocery store has everything. I was pleased with the huge variety of brands and items carried here. This location (George Dieter) seems to offer more than other stores. Highly recommend their seafood and meat departments. The sale circular will give you huge discounts. Also their beer and wine selection is one of the best in town, aside from a liquor store. If you're in a pinch for a cake the bakery is recommended.

I've been coming to this location for the past few years, and definitely like it. The prices are higher than Walmart, but not having to fight huge crowds makes up for it. The produce is wonderful, and so is the bakery. I'm not a huge fan of their meats though, overpriced! The first Saturday of every month they do military discounts (10% I think.) I also love that they have some nice hair care products, like Sebastian, biolage, and purology. Overall, it's a clean store with friendly employees.

love their food, their bakery, produce, meat, frozen, all of it... the only issue I've had is they offer to order food that they don't carry, and I attempted to order a frozen food that they used to carry, and I was willing to buy cases of it, but they never called me back on it and I couldn't get any info if it was available. I have tried a few times to get it. same result. I would order direct but the company expressly only accepts orders from stores. I'm ok with not getting the food just would have liked to know why.

Awful female assistant manager. I quit going there 3 years ago because of her. Store is newer, cleaner and brighter than the Albertsons I currently use and closer but I would run through hell in gasoline underwear before I would use this store again. They seldom have enough checkouts going so that is a wait one doesn't need. Probably the worst run grocery stote I've ever seen. Oh, one more tidbit, you want dog food? It is 27 percent less expensive at Target across the intersection.
