Honestly, some of the rudest and most condescending service I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t really interact with the baristas, but the man at the till — possible the owner — speaks to customers with this unbelievably patronising, dismissive attitude. Both times I went in, he talked to me like I was bothering him just by ordering, and his whole tone made it feel like he thought he was above the people he’s serving.
The first time, I assumed he was just having a bad day, but the second visit was exactly the same — if not worse. He was so condescending and rude that I ended up leaving without buying anything. There’s absolutely no reason for a customer to be spoken to like that, and it’s definitely not how you run a business.
