this has been my favorite baby store even before i was expecting! now that i have a 4 month old, i love it even more 💛 my mom got me a butterfly sheet for our full crib as we were transitioning from the mini crib i got it on clearance (40% off) since it was the display sheet i had been eyeing forever when i got home, i washed it & tried to put it on then i realized it was for a round crib, not the standard rectangle we had i thought i wouldn’t be able to return it, but i figured i wouldn’t ask and shawn (sean?) who has always helped with things went to get a brand new one and let me open the package to make sure it was the right one i always find adorable things every time i come in and get at least a smile from everything, even if i don’t buy anything i’ve bought gifts for all of the babies in my life, including my niece’s favorite constellation dress! i love that i bought the dress from aldea, shipped it to her family in munich, germany and it got packed and worn on their trip to visit us in la!

Ordered a $1k stroller. They called immediately and said they may not actually have it (first red flag). They said they'd call two days later if they did not. It's now been over a week and they're ghosting me with no response to multiple emails. Dishonest business practices backstopped by terrible, unresponsive customer service. Go elsewhere.

Loved this store!!! Met the owner and he was super helpful. They have a ton of strollers to try out and choose from, and a plethora of other baby items, furniture and toys.

Very poor after-sales experience. Shop gave us the wrong product (that also had an issue with it so needed to be replaced), sent us a UPS label to send it back then didn't give us the full refund stating it was less the postage costs - we had offered to drop it back in store and no cost was mentioned when discussing the UPS label, so when pointing this out they changed their tune and said it was for a 'rental fee' for using the product. Would not reccomend.

Aldea Home & Baby offers a wonderful selection of baby products and a offers a friendly customer experience. My wife and I went there to browse nursery chairs and were pleasantly surprised to find a whole lot more. Being first time parents it can be overwhelming to understand how each product fits our needs. A store associate, Magda, was kind enough to point out how each nursery chair differs, which one she felt was the most comfortable, and how we can customize the chair to fit our style. In addition she was kind enough to educate us on baby strollers and car seats. Thank you guys for your kind service.

Amazing. Sean was wonderful and gave us a whole workshop on the Nuna system we got.

Recently walked in just to browse and was greeted by the most wonderful guy named Sean. I’m expecting my first baby and he was just as excited as I was to show me some of the things I’ve seen online, in person. He never once tried to even make a sale just let us be curious and comfortable and established a great relationship I hope will continue.

Really nice store for children's furniture, accessories, books and toys. I got my daughter a unicorn warmie and my son a "Nee Doh" ball as a souvenir on a work trip which they both love! Great customer service as well on helping me find the perfect toys for my kids.

Just passing by and decided to walk into this store because of their lovely holiday decor. Found the cutest mudhroom ornament! The 2 gentleman working that evening were the sweetest, most helpful people. After helping me search the store for more mushroom themed ornaments, one of them found me a felted gnome carrying a basket of mushrooms! They also carry a big selection of baby accessories, furniture and clothing. Will definitely be back!

My friends and I were not looking for home or baby stuff in particular but we went in because the store was so cute! I ended up only getting a little necklace but the person who was working there was super nice and helpful, and I almost wish I were looking for baby toys because the selection was soooo nice. Loved this store!

I love this store! My first experience with them was about a year ago. I was looking for a specific stroller, which they happened to have; they offered to come and try it out and answered every question I had. Sean even delivered it to the car. A few days ago, I went again; this time, I was looking for a car seat they didn't have in store, but Sean helped me by placing the order and kept in touch with me with any updates he had. The day it arrived, he carried the seat to my car, installed it for me (he is certified in CPST), and taught us how to properly install it since we are planning on switching cars soon. He was patient and encouraged us to try doing it ourselves a few times so we could leave confident. There are not that many stores that show this level of attention and care. I'm so happy with Sean and the Aldea staff that I will keep coming back.

Stumbled upon this adorable shop after eating at Ms Chi next door. They opened about four months ago but we never noticed it until tonight. Accessories Toys toys toys But they have SO much more than kids stuff! Its obvious that their buyers have really good taste. Everywhere you look is more fun! Such a sweet store! I was looking for some California-themed baby gifts for my 4-month-old nephew, and called Aldea to see if they had anything that met my needs. The woman I spoke to sent me photos of exactly what I was searching for! She set the onesies and book aside for me, and my husband and I picked them up a few hours later. The gentleman who cashed us out and gift wrapped everything was so friendly and genuine. While he was gift wrapping the gifts we perused the store and it was so cute. I definitely wanted to spend more on their candles and home goods but my husband stopped me :) We'll definitely come back - it's worth a stop in.

A great staff and team to help with acquiring all your needs. They helped with all of our big ticket items (crib, dressing/changing table, car seat, stroller). Not only did they help with items that were listed as out of stock, they helped coordinate delivery and assembly. The team was so responsive to questions and really communicative about the delivery process. They saved me a lot of headaches in the midst of the current annoyance around shipping delays. Thank you, Aldea!

Who knew there's a new kid friendly place in our little Culver City. I've walked by a couple times and the store looked so nice I was afraid to enter with kids thinking they would break something. Luckily my friend talked us into going in. The kids loved it! There's a play area there for kids!!! I got to shop in peace for half hour! There are so many cool & beautiful things to buy & look at. Gifts for the adults, home decor, fun eco toys, nice kids furniture. What a great addition to the downtown culver area!

This store is selling things online that they do not actually have in stock and when I called to inquire about this the rep hung up in my face because there was no eta and I wanted to cancel the order. I can't believe I was treated so rudely and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Worst company I have ever worked with. They don't care about their customers. They don't follow through on their promises. Straight up trash.

This company is terrible. I ordered a car seat that came damaged. They chose not to help but refer to their supplier. This took weeks for the supplier to even reach out. Once the supplier reached out, more weeks passed by. The issue has not resolved itself. My child has no car seat after I paid thousands to this horrible company. Don't waste your time. Not to mention that I ordered the items and only received them months later because everything was 'backordered' don't waste your time with this company.

Very helpful over the phone and in person as well. Super friendly staff, big thanks to Sean for helping to secure what seems like the last all in one Nuna car seat in the LA/OC area on short notice and at a great price to boot

We LOVE Aldea! It's a great spot in downtown Culver for kids. The play area is always neat, clean and fun and they even have story-time at noon during the week. If you go on weekends and request a story time they will do it then too. They have unique and high quality baby and child items so it's the perfect place to shop for a birthday party, baby shower, or to pick up something you need for your child. Highly recommend.

This store is full of treasures and is the perfect place if you're looking for a unique baby gift. The very kind woman working there stayed open a few minutes after closing when my husband and I (who have poor time management skills) arrived to get a baby gift before he flew out early the next morning. The adorable onesie was wrapped beautifully and with care. I hope to visit again when another one of my friends has a baby and would gladly continue to support this local business!

My wife and I love this store. They have a great curated selection of things for baby and up. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Definitely our favorite baby shop we've found in LA. Downtown Culver is a great place to walk around too. Park in the public lot and grab some food while you are at it.

Excellent customer service! We wanted a Nuna Triv stroller that was back ordered at other stores and needed it quickly. The team here went out of their way to locate one and arrange to have it sent form the bay area location so we could have it on time. Friendly and attentive people and beautiful items in the store! Highly recommend.

Bright and airy shop in downtown Culver City with an impressive, trendy and modern inventory for all things related to babies. You can find strollers/car seats, NOOK sleep mattresses, Monte Design gliders and Oeuf cribs. My husband and I were greeted by Greg who was super friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. After months of googling all the baby accessories/furniture that exists, it was really nice to be able to walk into a store and see it all in person and speak with someone who could walk us through all of our options. They do baby registries too.

Came across this place on yelp and stopped in. OMG I WANT EVERYTHING IN HERE! Being 8 months pregnant the staff is beyond knowledgeable about all things baby and strollers. I can't rave enough how helpful there were in answering and guiding me through their stroller selection. Kuddos too for carrying NUNA brand, as almost no one does. Also attended 2 of their prenatal yoga classes on Saturday's 8:30am. Join if you can, it's wonderful!

Every time we visit this store we are delighted with both the merchandise and the service. How lucky we are to have Aldea Home & Baby in Los Angeles. My adult kids bought the crib and dresser for their newborn here, and we all have returned to supplement the nursery with a rocker and table and I know we will be back again. The quality of their products is outstanding, and the cheerful ambience of the store makes every visit a pleasure.

Aldea is a beautiful store. I would have never come across it but someone gave me a baby shower gift from here and I loved it so I went to check it out. The price points are on the higher side so I won't be shopping here very often, but what a nice and unique place to browse for something special for yourself or someone else. I bought a really cool art blanket that hangs over my glider in the nursery and makes a nice statement with a pop of color in an otherwise neutral room. On a side note, while was there I knocked into a display and things went flying. The employee could not have been sweeter about it. Wouldn't even let me help clean up. Very nice business.
