Honestly I love aldi's, the price's are unmatched in this overpriced state. That being said, I cannot call them because it's apart of their "money-saving plan", sure whatever. There should be some way to contact the store remotely that's absurd in 2025.

Parking is plenty and well maintained. The store looks messy at the end of a day but still worth it for good price and international products.

On 7/20, in the Aldi (Fairfield) parking lot, I and along with another witness, another customer carelessly neglected their cart filled with heavy items. That cart rolled into the side of our freshly detailed car and caused visible damage. We saw the customer do it and reported it to Aldi staff and management immediately. Unfortunately, we were met with zero concern, no help, and no accountability. We were told the cameras weren’t working and that Aldi wasn’t responsible — despite this happening on their property. We followed all the right steps — reported it, spoke to staff, and even contacted the police. Sadly, they gave us no path forward either. It’s incredibly disheartening that Aldi employees would show no care or empathy, especially when we made a genuine effort to handle the situation with respect. Be careful in this parking lot — there seems to be no support if something goes wrong. Truly disappointing customer service and management. No stars for this experience.

Lots of off brands some of which are very good. Priced below most supermarkets lots of parking.. if I have a complaint it is the lack of people at the checkout

Subscribe to my channel ABoricuaLifeinUSA in youtube and Instagram. Prices are reasonable but not much varieties. Must of their products rare generics versions of brand names. Some brand names are available but not much. Some unknown beers and also home items are available. I didn't have much interaction with employees. Will ho again as some items were good. Ps..ull need a quarter to use a shopping cart.

The deals are good, but I will never go back. The staff was rude, encumbered, and unapologetically uninterested in helping. Worst was Maria at the register, who sneezed into her hands before handling my groceries. Ick!

They don't have many varieties of products. Prices are not less compared to other competitors. If you want to use a cart, then an ¢ 0.25 deposit is required to unlock a trolley.

Google
I mean most aldis are the same, just different layouts. I love the brands they carry, prices are one of the lowest you'll find. There's been comparisons to Walmart, and aldis beat them in almost every category. You will find some brand names, but it's mostly aldis brands. Try the chocolates, the beer, and Clancy's chips! The salmon prices are great, as are eggs and nondairy milks. This is just one of the smartest places to shop. Glad they're here so I don't have to trek up to Milford anymore!

Yelp
I've only had positive experiences at this Aldi. They can be busy at times, but the cashiers seem friendly enough. The store is well stocked. My only complaint is on a few occasions there have been cardboard boxes piled up in the aisle making it hard to pass by with the carts. The lines can get long but move rather quickly. I shop here for select items to stretch my grocery budget

Yelp
Worst shopping experience ever. Placed an order at 9am for curbside at 1pm. Understanding they get busy I showed up closer to the end of the window around 1:55. I checked in and waited 20 mins. The whole time the app said my food would be out in 5. Ok. I calm the store. Number disconnected. So I call the general customer service number and explain the situation. They call the store. Another 20 mins go by and I was told "their phone is disconnected". Yes I know I told YOU that. I was then instructed to go inside and pick up my order. Sounds very "curbside" lol. When I explained I could not physically go into the store due to medical reasons. I was told "just go in later. We are open until 7 so just go inside and get your order when you're less handicapped". WHAT?! I asked for my full refund. At the same time I get a text on my phone saying my order was picked up and complete. Umm. It wasn't. After explaining this to this miscarriage of a customer service rep she agreed to refund me immediately and it would show the refund first thing the next morning.... So this morning I wake up to a text saying "your Aldi order has been delivered". Confused, I thought maybe they delivered it after the bizarre and potentially illegal action (not meeting disability act laws). They didn't. Called customer service where I got a "thank you for calling Aldi" message and then a swift hang up. I called the store but the phone was still disconnected. Maybe they didn't pay their bill? Anyway, had to file a fraud claim with my bank and got the money back within minutes for these phantom orders that were never received. Aldi, go f**k your mother.

Yelp
I have food shopped at Aldi stores both in Europe and the USA. Love this company. The food selection, quality and prices are amazing and the staff always knowledgeable and ready to help. Highly recommend shopping here if you are lucky enough to have a store near to you.

Yelp
Horrible shopping experience. Store was crowded and only 2 lines were open. The one I was in had a cashier who decided to close while I was still in line. Just terrible service.

Yelp
My first ALDI in the US. I had high hopes but it appears I needed to manage my expectations. On the outside the store looked just fine. I did forget to bring a quarter for the cart but my shopping bag did the trick. My first impression going inside the store wasn't all that positive. The floors were dirty with spills. Not a great visual walking into a store. I was there mid-afternoon and maybe the floors get cleaned once a day. The food was on par with my expectations. Lots of own brand stuff that looked very familiar to known brands. We picked up some fresh fruit and vegetables, some frozen stuff, chocolate, cheese and milk. The items we picked up were generally cheaper than our grocery store. The quality is a mixed bag. The chocolate was great, the cheesy bread not so much. Will I go back? When in the neighborhood, yes. Will I drive 20 miles out my way? No.

Yelp
I lovED this store. Sadly, the parent company does not stand behind their products. BEWARE! I chipped my perfectly healthy front tooth on these 'way too hard' 'Cranberry & Sea Salt Artisan Crisps' ,and had to have it 'fixed' with a bonding compound. I've written the company, sent the remaining VERY HARD crackers back to them, and sent a copy of Dentists paid invoice. I am being placated with lots of words, but not reimbursed the fee to correct the damage created by their product..

Yelp
I first experienced Aldi's three towns over and really liked their selection of food and prices! So, when this location opened up, I was quite happy to have a store much closer to me! The selection is not as broad, but plenty to choose from to satisfy even the most complex recipe/s! They have competitive pricing and some of the lowest organic product prices around! Especially milk, alternative milk products, eggs s and cheese. The meat and fish are fresh too. From someone that has grown up watching Pennie's and stretching dollars, you can't beat the value! Visit Aldi's and stretch you family food budget!

Yelp
Shocked. Shopped their today and to disprove in total violation of all health codes know to man a customer was shopping with their dog walking the isles. And it was not a service dog either. Is this how crazy the world has gone and staff does nothing. Got to wonder if they allow this health code issue how many other do they allow. Just a heads up. Beyond reason

Yelp
lines are consistently WAY TO LONG. they have good deals generally, but not worth my time anymore.

Yelp
I love Aldi and I will be a fan until the day I die or the day they sell-out and become an overpriced nightmare like most other grocery stores. Aldi is brilliant in its structure - customers have to pay to use a cart and only get the money back if they return it. Items are not removed from boxes - the boxes are just put on the shelf. You bag your own groceries. Very little is "name brand" - but all of it is quality and these small measures lead to big savings. We are huge fans and regularly stock ourselves up with our go-to goods. Always a good time going to Aldi. :)
