Ok, so we had a mobile pickup order this afternoon that never got fulfilled. The instacart app said ready at 3:25p, then said delayed to 3:45p, but when we showed up at 3:40p it still hadn't been shopped. Came back after 5:30p to follow up on the missing order and Todd set us straight. He says the app is a decade behind, the phone he was given is an iPhone 4, and the process is garbage. There's nothing he can do. Giving two stars, because at least Todd was honest and up front about the issue. Did my own shopping, got some fancy cheeses.
