One Star is way too much! My most recent shopping trip to Aldi on Saturday, September 6, 2025, was a complete disaster, and I will definitely **not** be returning. This is the third consecutive week I've had to throw away at least 30% of the produce I bought, even after spending extra time carefully picking out each item. On this particular visit, I was appalled to find the organic vegetable shelves filled with rotting produce around midday. The vegetables were mushy and slimy, clearly spoiled from what looked like a combination of high humidity and a broken refrigeration unit. I have photos I took that day to prove it. I brought this to the attention of the store manager, who promised to fix the issue immediately. However, 20 minutes later, the rotting produce was still on the shelves. This total disregard for quality and customer concerns is unacceptable. Aldi's produce is not just low quality; it's genuinely inedible. Don't waste your time or money here.

Things have mold The first time I came it was a pleasant experience but this second trip was horrible. Everything is a mess, there is even mold. They were redoing the parking garage so the exit ramp was taped off and you had to enter/exit using the same ramp. Which is a hazard because you’re driving toward oncoming cars. I wouldn’t come back anymore.

I only shop for groceries at Aldi stores so I went out of my way to go to this one and disappointed is an understatement. Very limited parking which was terrible, ended up parking in the street. The shelves were so unorganized, out of stock of most items and just overall not enough product out on the shelves. Better management would instantly fix all of this. Will definitely not go back to this particular Aldi.

I shop here occasionally only out of convenience of their location. Today I saw a tiny figurine of a white Jesus at every single cash register at this store. When i asked my cashier why they were placed there, he said an employee put them there. I told him that was wierd….because it is. It’s simply inappropriate. Aldi isn’t a church, it isn’t a place of worship and has no place promoting any religion. The manager needs to address this, remove them, and tell employees that proselytizing isn’t part of their job. They need to open more cashiers. The lines are always very long. Jesus won’t help them with that- hiring more cashiers that stick to their job description will.

My last year's review was a standout, offering a unique and refreshing perspective on our operations. Regrettably, in recent months, Aldy has experienced stock shortages for several products, leading to delayed orders. Furthermore, the decision to remove self-checkouts, possibly due to security concerns, has resulted in increased wait times at checkouts, significantly impacting our customers' experience. Cheap prices: yes, Product variety and availability: limited; you have to complement with Trader Joe's or another nearby store. General Experience: poor.

They try to solve a problem by creating another problem. They removed the self check-out because some people were stealing some items. They should improve security, but they decided to remove the self checkouts. New problem: the waiting time is longer now. What they do? They tell the cashiers to do things as fast as possible and THROW the items in the shopping cart and they ask us to tap the card before knowing the final price of the purchase, to speed things up. New problem: worst checkout experience possible. New problem (2): costumers had an organized shopping cart before the cashier, and now have a pile of items to bag alone after the cashier. Some items could even be broken or cracked after that.

I love Aldi because it has so many great products and an excellent price, the only thing is that I went on a Saturday afternoon and he was at the house. They didn’t have many of the items that I usually like, and the people working on the floor were notoriously overwhelmed with the number of customers, many asking for items that had already gone out. Hence, the three star is honestly because of mad house he was going on a Saturday afternoon and the stove was really low, so try to make it there during the week.

Revising my review! Removed self check out, really long lines, beef, chicken etc is always out of stock. Inconsistent stock of product which makes shopping a challenge! Produce is often moldy or aged

This is a brand new Aldi's located at the intersection of Douglas Rd and US1. To start, the parking can be a lil tricky so set your mood in patience mode cause you might need it. After you park, you have to go up a ramp, put a quarter in the chain attached to the cart and release it in case you've never been to an Aldi's these are the kind of things you should know... *You need a quarter to get a cart *You need to either bring your own bags or pay for them at the store, the store has boxes around for you to carry your groceries out but I always bring my own bags *Be ready to get shocked at the prices in this store...they're amazing! They have really good produce for the price, (it's Publix quality at least) and very fresh. I love that they carry a lot of organic produce which is something I always look for in a store. I enjoy their organic fruits! Everyone here is very nice. From the moment you walk in you have a greeter at the front! The ambience all around the store is very chill.

Very nice Aldi. The shelves were full. There's covered parking. Lots of self checkout and line was pretty long.

Okay, so I went to Aldi on Sunday 7/7/24 and wow it's bad customer service. It was my first time going to this specific location. So you know I needed orientation. The workers are few and they run from you. The only one who helped me was Victoria. She showed a few cart items. Anyway, I hope they step it up with hiring more employees because Aldi has a good reputation of low prices. But service is extremely important in any company. Please step it up and get Impossible and Beyond!

New management could take the shopping experience at this location from borderline acceptable to above-and-beyond! I feel there are many people in our neighborhood who want nothing more than to have a great grocery store in this spot. A previous review was accurate to describe employees' attitude as "I don't want to be here." I cannot disagree. At the end of the day, it IS an Aldi and there's a lot that's good about this brand. The prices can't be beat and I truly enjoy the "here today, gone tomorrow" section. I do wish produce wasn't mostly by bulk but I realize that's a corporate thing. Going back to my opening statement... get new management and this location could be great!

I do not like to give bad reviews. However the new Aldi in Coconut Grove is a travesty and a sham. I'll get right to it: 1.Employee was using a LEAF BLOWER INSIDE THE MARKET, presumably instead of sweeping the floors. So customers, without proper ventilation, have not only the annoyance of the loud sound, they also get to breathe the airborne blown dust and dirt. And then the produce and anything in the market also gets to enjoy the fine particulate matter. I have never seen a leaf blower used in a supermarket. Which side of stupid had that bright idea? 2. Huge interior, massive store space wasted with a limited, strange array of products, . 3. Unsanitary 4. Parking structure poorly designed; size for cars is very tight; in the first row (when driving in from Douglas), no through way at end of that parking aisle. so if no available spots, driver must drive in reverse to exit the row! Why? because it is too narrow to turn around and end of row has to egress. "Worst parking lot design award" nominee? Parking lot is not the fault of the market, just a consideration when coming here. But don't come here. Unless you're coming to the Starbucks. And good luck with parking for them. Fortunately this location has a drive through. Aldi's is little more than a bad joke. Worse grocery I've been to in Miami. Coconut Grove deserves better.

Do not feel safe here, especially arriving by bike. Could not even use the bike rack as it was completely occupied by bodies. Seems to be outside commerce going on. Store is highly disorganized with a general "I don't wanna be here" attitude from employees. Difficult to believe this is an ALDIs. Even on bike, I'd rather ride the 9 miles to the Kendall Dr Aldi than go to this much closer location

I'm shopped at Aldi's from Southern California to the east coast including Miami, and a I can honestly say that Coconut Grove Aldi is"Top Notch ". There are few markets in our country that offer discount prices at quality food items. The only reason I don't give Aldi 5 stars is because they don't offer Kobi steak and fresh lobster. Aldi gets a Solid 4.5 *****

Last two times I have purchased cold cuts half of the 1-pound package of cold cuts had gone bad way before the expiration date. This has also happened with the frozen fish that was bad the day after I purchased it and had wanted to cook it. Also, no water comes out of the faucet in the women's bathroom and parking is always a challenge. Yesterday I found that a big truck had parked so I could not get back into my car to leave. Everything is SO affordable, very delicious, clean atmosphere, and I love the cart system! I love the appreciation and responsibility aspect of using your own quarter to get a cart and having to return it. My favorite place to shop. Love love love

Cleanest Aldi I've been to in all of SOFLO. Great prices of course. This is my go to supermarket because of the prices lol duh. Produce tho? Can't get everything from here. Trader Joe's is up the street better luck there but still the best Aldi I've been too here.

What a brilliant design to place an ALDI supermarket on the bottom floor of a new apartment community! As a someone who happens to live in the community, the benefit of having a supermarket just an elevator ride away couldn't be more convenient! Aldi's are known for their competitive pricing and great deals, and this location is no exception. This particular Aldi is clean and well organized. I am particularly fond of the, "Here today, gone tomorrow" section. I look forward to the new surprises stocked every couple of weeks. I've gotten incredible deals on plants and storage solutions as a result. While, they may not have everything I need, every time I need it, it couldn't be more convenient. There are number of self check-out stations. However, it's confusing as it is not organized. Perhaps marked lines might alleviate some of the confusion. I believe there's an opportunity to enhance the shopping experience further by focusing on strengthening the customer service aspect. Enhancing staff training and engagement could significantly elevate the overall customer satisfaction and make every shopping trip even more enjoyable.

I love Aldi and I am so happy I have the newest in Coral Gables Fl, however it is the most desorganizad one I have ever been. Some of the sections are so mixed up, soaps with food, cleaning stuff with sauces and other type of food. In the produce section there is so much rotten fruits and veggies. I am so disappointed with my Aldi at Coral Gables I hope the manager eventually will have all the sections well organized. Next time I will tale pictures to share.
