Best food but worst service, I booked a table for Iftaar this week using their given phone no, once we reached half hour before Iftaar the guy who booked us said I did a mistake by booking table at wrong restaurant so now you can either sit outside or leave as we don’t have table inside, he didn’t show any empathy or accountability as he walked away after saying it, we didn’t have any other choice for Iftaar so we sat outside but it became worst when even ordering half hour before Iftaar they didn’t deliver the food so we had to sit outside in cold and windy weather for an hour, meal only arrived when I went to counter multiple times and had to tell them my exact meal as they were not sure still the waiter came with wrong meal & went back.
I am writing this feedback to inform management just for the improvement of booking system, waiters attitude, meal and order tracking as these experiences happened to me multiple times before but I didn’t write feedback thinking may be they had bad day, not sure why these basic things don’t work at this age of technology, eating a meal by paying good money shouldn’t be turned into almost chaos and bossy attitude from waiters with no remorse or improvement the next time even after telling them.
