This is a taco truck in a lot right off the main business district in White Center. Parking can be tricky on weekend evenings. I have eaten here twice. First visit I got a Tlayuda, which tasted just as good as the best ones I had in Oaxaca, it's a very large meal. Second visit got an empanada with chicken and mole verde, which was amazing. The mole was so flavorful from the green herbs like epazote. Also got a tetela (see photo), and a memelita, which tasted just like the ones I ate for breakfast in the market in Oaxaca City.
The food here is very high quality, and the portions are generous for the price. The service is great, there a shelter for eating but it can be chilly depending on the weather. I know they have specials sometimes, but I haven't had the chance to try them yet. If I lived closer, I would eat here more.
