"Strictly speaking, Aleenta Phuket is located in the Phang Nga region, just to the north of Phuket. The reason you’re here? To escape the crowds. The beach is the perfect place to do that: the palm-fringed sweep of sand is dotted with a few quiet-seeking travelers and some friendly dogs. The contemporary all-white beachside villas are the perfect rooms to make the most of the setting: with large pools and rooms each with their own entrance (separated from the main villa living space) they’re perfect for groups of friends or grown-up families. Little guests will be happy here too, with a small but sweet kids' club with a shallow pool and slide, and activities including tie-dye t-shirt making. Settle in for relaxed lunches and evening meals—think burgers or curries—at the beachside restaurant, or try the plant-based restaurant, Seasons, one of the few in the region. The chef’s multi-course tasting menu is worth the trip to Aleenta, even if you’re not staying. —Hannah Summers" - Chris Schalkx

Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa

"Phuket’s beaches are notoriously overcrowded so a sister and brother team of locals in the know headed to the nearly deserted Natai Beach in Phang nga, one half hour drive north of Phuket International Airport to create Aleenta Resort. Their first property, on the beach outside Bangkok, was a hit with well known sun seekers like the Beckhams and this architecturally eye-catching contemporary resort promises even more pleasures. White washed standard suites are on the sand, epitomizing Aleenta’s ‘outdoor living-in’ philosophy, with floor to ceiling retractable windows that open onto private infinity pools plus tropical gardens, outdoor showers and whirlpool baths. Set back behind lemongrass stalks and lotus ponds, four duplex loft suites with soaring double height ceilings bring an urban chic to this uninterrupted 2.5 miles stretch of beach. 15 private villas have long since been sold to savvy investors; five are outfitted as spa residences for hotel guests who want to sleep, exercise and pampering to take place without leaving their private space. Pilates and yoga are the domain of an Indian yogi who rises with the sun to lead guests through downward dogs, extensive stretches or simply contemplative meditations in the sand. The waterfront four room spa incorporates the soothing waves to heal along with strong Thai massage. Worth leaving the beach for are nearby excursions like jungle safaris into the rain forest and a bevy of diving options as well as visits to the leatherback turtle rescue initiative sponsored by the hotel. Come back in time for exquisite dinners from the French chef who expertly turns out western dishes while adding a toque worthy touch to indigenous classics like pad thai. Making a barbeque grill from hollowed coconut trunk, he’s perfected the beachfront picnic by the seashore."

Aleenta Phuket, Natai beach, Phang Nga, Thailand - Explore & Book

"Two years after successfully opening the boutique resort of Aleenta Hua Hin on Thailand's east coast, US-educated Anchalika Kijkanakorn created a stunning sister hideaway on the tranquil west coast. Situated on a pristine 10km beach a short dash from Phuket, it lies on a peaceful and refreshingly undeveloped stretch of coastline and is designed with the signature 'Outside Living In' philosophy. Sunlight and soft breezes stream through glass-fronted rooms and private pool-decks, with sea views to help you unwind. Pampering is de rigueur - expect sumptuous Thai and fusion cuisine, highly personalised service, great attention to detail and extensive spa treatments based on the 4 elements of moon, sun, earth and sea, including yoga retreats and supervised detox sessions. Once re-energised, you can charter a yacht, play golf or dive the world-class Similan Islands. This is much more than sun, sea and sand: it bills itself as 'a sanctuary of mind and body', within easy reach of Phuket's international airport. Highs This is the place for those in search of sheer spoiling relaxation and luxury; space and privacy come as standard in your villa or suiteIt's on a stunning, unspoilt and isolated beach The food is innovative and beautifully presented There are high standards of workmanship and architecture throughout, paired with up-to-the-minute amenities The staff are wonderfully dedicated Lows The resort is larger than our usual choice, with over 100 rooms, suites and villas - though the grounds and beach are easily large enough to offer plenty of space for allIt's located away from Phuket town, so no nightlife, restaurants or bars on your doorstepSuch high standards of comfort and care aren't cheap; and the resort's car service is pricey if you make lots of excursionsThe staff’s English can be variable, although the manager is providing English lessonsOnly some of the rooms can accommodate children under 12" - Michael Cullen

Aleenta Resort & Spa, Phuket (Phang Nga, Phuket Area) 4 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Phuket’s no longer the untamed paradise it was, but a place like Aleenta proves that, if you pick your spot properly, you can still get that old desert-island feeling. Not quite the Robinson Crusoe feeling — the architecture sees to that, with urbane little villas and contemporary-styled loft suites replacing the more stereotypical thatched-roof huts — but a private and secluded feeling nonetheless." - Tablet Hotels

We had an amazing stay at Aleenta Phuket, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with such care and attention throughout our stay. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and happy. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made our experience unforgettable. Every part of the hotel — from the rooms to the restaurant to the pool area — was beautifully maintained, and the service was always top-notch. Thank you again to everyone at Aleenta Phuket for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

Located about 1.5 hours from Patong Beach but just 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport, the resort offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the bustle of city life. Although there weren’t any nearby shopping areas, it was a conducive environment to take a short break from work and recharge. The Wellness Spa Manager, Manal, was friendly and flexible—she customised my wellness program based on my requests. I thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of spa and massage treatments provided by Oil. I felt so comfortable with them that it was like talking to friends—I could share anything under the sun. I also signed up for a wellness cooking class led by Chef Steen from Denmark. He had only been with the company for two months, but he impressed me with the delicious and healthy meals he prepared. He was easygoing, knowledgeable, and generous in sharing cooking tips. I always looked forward to my meals. The local and international staff (Yacht, Best, Sun, Jaden, Anna and Jak etc) were down-to-earth and consistently greeted me with warm smiles, creating a genuinely welcome atmosphere. I was even surprised with a thoughtful birthday celebration in my room—a sweet gesture that made my stay all the more memorable. They also made sure I had a proper breakfast before my early morning flight, which I truly appreciated.

We had an amazing one week stay at Aleenta ! It was quiet, tranquil, private and relaxing. All the staff were welcoming and more than happy to assist, a special shout out to Anna who made our stay extra special with her exceptional customer service (kind, attentive, thoughtful). Our oceanview loft and the facilities are very clean. The food at the Edge restaurant is of high quality and tastes fantastic! The chefs do an amazing job! The massaman curry was incredible! They can also cater to dietary requirements. We’d love to go back! Thank you to all the staff at Aleenta!

Merlin Hotel, the staff are brilliant, rooms are very good albeit this is my second stay here my first room was better, food something for everyone all great quality, the hotel surrounding are one of the best for me just beautiful, my third time in Khao lak area, and I have found it very safe, tours from here are long days, tip don't book two days in a row leave a recovery day, I hired a car this time for a couple of days easy to see all the rules traffic lights they note after that, well, plus it was cheap to hire.I've been here in June weather was good 2 days of rain, November for 3 weeks again 2 days of rain, this time in May wow rain and thunderstorms due to this mozzies are hungry also note our spray is useless. One foot note on the hotel there's a lot of work ongoing in off peak times of the year, the entertainment is not for everyone, but a short walk down to the village drinks, food, music and sports bars, the market is in town a short taxi ride with plenty of shops and some nice restaurants I've eaten in a few the Golden Elephant is excellent. not sure what it is but this area brings out the best in people always meet some great people.

May 2025||I recently returned from a stay at this resort and had a wonderful experience. We booked the four-bedroom villa to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with a small family gathering. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay.||Although the sea was quite rough due to the monsoon season in Thailand, we still had a lovely time together. The private swimming pool, located right by the beachfront, ||I would highly recommend this resort for families or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, relaxing setting. However, it may not be ideal for younger travelers seeking more activities or nightlife, as the atmosphere is very calm and quiet.

This is my 4th time staying at aleenta resort. Stayed at the 3 bedroom beachfront villa and 1 bedroom before. This time we stayed at the beachfront (studio) villa. Enjoyed every moment in our beachfront villa. Spa is v good as usual. We also had our dinner at the edge, love coming in the low session, nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again with my family & friends.

I already miss this stunning place. For me it was pure paradise. While booking I was already so excited to come to Aleenta. But when I got there, I was speechless. This resort is truly a beauty and hidden gem. The architecture, the interior design, the attention to detail, the super friendly and helpful staff which goes above and beyond as well as the food gave me a feeling of being paradise. The rooms, beach and infinity pool area as well as all other areas were just so nice and beautiful. I always loved walking around or coming back to my room. They refilled water (I could not even use it) and sweet turn down service were also really outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed from the first very first moment and throughout the whole stay. I couldn’t have asked for more and the service was really outstanding from every employee. I am really grateful for this experience ans won’t forget my stay here. i already miss sitting almost alone at this beautiful beach and watch the beautiful sea and sunsets with drinks. As soon as you select a sun bed they also bring you water and refill it all the time. And they always make sure you’re feeling comfortable. If you’re looking for a silent escape / recovery at a very nice pool and beach this is the place to be! But make sure to bring your mosquito spray otherwise you’ll get lots of bites due to nature and humidity in your pool suite. But also here: the staff taken care, brings candles and spray to reduce the bites. Even though there is not a lot around, you can simply order a grab or indrive and explore the area. I highly recommend this place and hopefully I’ll come back one day. 😍

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and I felt confident I was in good hands. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly courteous and patient. It's refreshing to see such commitment to customer satisfaction. Everything moved efficiently, and I felt supported every step of the way. You can tell that quality and care are top priorities. There’s something really reassuring about knowing you’re dealing with people who genuinely care about what they do. I will definitely be returning and recommending this to others. It’s rare to find such a consistently positive experience.
