They always do my nails really good! And I am super picky. The salon is very clean and when they did make a mistake that inconvenienced me they genuinely made things right with a proper discount or else, I would’ve left them one star review and never came back. I’m thankful that they value their customers satisfaction and I will continue going anytime I need acrylic nails and toes. The prices are very reasonable for the high-quality of work provided. I also do not speak any Spanish, but they are still accommodating and understand what I want.

Terrible Service from MARISOL – Never Going Back My mother went to this salon today, and she will NEVER be coming back. The daughter, who washed my mother’s hair, did a nice job but Marisol (the mother) was extremely unprofessional and rude. She wouldn't stop complaining the entire time she was doing my mother’s hair. It's literally your job to do and fix people’s hair not to complain about it throughout the process. She kept saying my mother’s hair was “hard” and that she had to “work extra hard,” just to justify charging more. If extra treatment is needed, say it once and move on — but don’t make the client feel uncomfortable the whole time. She was also burning my mother’s scalp, and when my mom moved from the pain, Marisol blamed her for moving too much. Seriously? What did you expect when you're burning someone’s head? On top of that, she was just plain rude. My mother ended up with burns on her scalp, and that’s completely unacceptable. We will never return. We literally threw her card out the window on the way home. They charge for everything pretty soon they’ll be charging people just to breathe the air. The place is empty, and now we understand why. I hope this review reaches Marisol, because what she did today was insane. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Went for the first time for haircut wash and blow dry. I was trying shop around to other salons in area. When I first walked in it was clean newly renovated. Had someone to assist me right away with prices. Then I was taken quickly for wash and started. No appointment needed. Glenys was great. I was nervous about new place and haircut. My hair came out beautiful better than expected. Love my new short haircut for the summer. Will be back again for sure.

Love this place been coming here for the last 3 years. They’ve become and extended family to me. When you call for an appointment Denise takes care of all your request. My hair has grown from shoulder length to bra length in Alejandrina hands. So thankful to Gardenia and Dary for always making my nails look fabulous. Aleisha’s is clean reliable and always has you looking fabulous.

I personally laugh when people leave 1 star and then you go to their page and they’re forever just leaving negative comments. Ha. It reminds me that in this world we will be quick to criticize and never appreciate the positive. Let me go into detail about my experience here today and why I will be returning here indefinitely. My hair has been natural (without straightening) for years. I have 3c very thick hair. Typically I am the only person who knows how to tame it. I recently blew my hair out for the first time in years. After blowing my hair out, the person told me they won’t blow dry my hair anymore because it’s too much. This is why I stopped going to salons because my hair was always a chore and most hairstylists spend their time doing my hair with a frown and an eye roll. Fast forward. Aleisha opened their salons on 238th and whenever I walk by they are perpetually busy. Today I decided to give Aleisha Salon a try. I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. I am 100000%%%% grateful and happy I took a chance. My gut feeling was correct and I was blown away by the customer service and care I received. My 1 regret is not getting any names but I had a headache so I will get it together next time! The stylist who washed, detangled and did rollers exerted extreme patience and care. She understood I had a lot of hair and she was happy to help and take her time to do rollers carefully. Out of the 20+ years of doing my hair, my hair has never come out this straight or flat. For someone to do my hair this perfectly and never have met me before? I will be back!!!!! WHAT HAIR SALON OFFERS YOU A CUTE LIL COFFEE BAR?!?! STOP IT!!!!! I AM IN LOVE!!!! If you made it this far into reading I want to add 1 thing. You can check my reviews and see the consistency - I always write long and thought out reviews because I love my neighborhood and community forreal. I want to see the good ones win. Always. This is a good one. It’s COVID and we have people complaining about a $30 wash and set? Pay women for their time or don’t get your hair done outside. Thank you. I’ll be back.

Good communication, efficient, and most importantly nail art was exactly as my inspiration pic that I showed her Great spot to get both my mani AND pedi done in one place They also offered coffee and tea!! This is my local hair salon that I've gone to a few times. The work they do is great - but it lacks sorely in their customer service which you would think is better based off of the serviceable instagram. I've really tried giving them a try several times but I end up frustrated being in the salon because everyone there just seems like they don't want customers or my money. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in there with the front desk person giving me a blank stare as if I had three heads. I'm getting married and wanted to know about their prices - I figured they could do a good job. I had to bend over backwards just to get a price. The girl told me to go into the store physically - I went twice and couldn't get an answer. Eventually I just asked if they can just call me back because I can't keep going in to just check out a price - I work and have other things to do in prep for my wedding. They never called me back. I called in one last time and the girl who picked up didn't even know what I was talking about. She gave me some random price and I hung up. It's a shame because the nail art they produce is awesome and I do think they do hair and make up well but you guys really need to pick it up a notch. I'll be going with a different vendor for my make up and hair.
