Fun to find. Impossible without GPS. Very well laid out store. Bit of a swizz as to prices. Just about everything is there, but for many items there is no discount at all. Meaning that if you want something in particular you would be well advised to check first. If you are happy to just browse, you will probably find something, which you equally probably don't need, a bit off. In sum, unless on the area anyway the chances are that you can give it a miss.

This is our favorite store for high end kitchenware, not always practical, but design-wise, it really stands out. The company exists since about 100 years and became known world-wide after having introduced famous designers in the late 1970-is and early 1980-is. We go here at least once every year since about 20 years and you will always find something practical for your house or for your friends. I particularly like kitchenware that is nice to look at but that serves none of your personal needs. Besides selling their first class line they also sell 2nd class quality with minor flaws at markedly reduced price, carrying a green dot label. The proportion of such offers vary with time of the year and thus tend to increase in low season. One annoying pattern is however that they may sell a coffee cup at reduced price but not the plate that goes along with the cup! Generally very good value for money, at least if you compare with the prices for their products quoted in Switzerland.

Tried to buy a silver platter on show, staff member checked and said none available then tried to remove green sticker from show item and sell it at full price. Not very professional

Place to visit if you are in the area! Prices are friendly and choose is great! Place overall is very much worth visiting - I wish I could work there ( from the view of the main building)😀🖖🙏

They sent me one of two sets of cutlery for 1 person. Who needs a single set for one person? Why are you even sending this? They won't warn you if something is missing, you'll know after unpacking. Absolutely disgusting service. Unfortunately, my parcel left the EU and there is no way to make a full refund. I will never buy anything here again. "We are very sorry that you haven't received your order as expected, unfortunately, the item is out of stock, so we just refunded it."

I have visited the Allesi Factory on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. It's a delight to see their collection of both vintage and contemporary items. The staff members are incredibly helpful and professional. Around two years ago, I bought a kettle from them. Unfortunately, after a few months, it developed a minor issue. However, when I recently had the chance to visit the factory again, I brought along my receipts. To my surprise, they replaced the faulty kettle with a brand new one without any hesitation or requirement for payment.

The prices for "quality a" like you could buy it in a retail store are actually higher then in retail stores. In my view, that defeats the purpose of a factory store. You can find good deals on B or C quality though.

Really nice. I mean everything is very expensive (like 100 euros for a fork) but it looks nice. And for all you skeer people ou5 there like me, they also have a sale for things with slight damage, and suddenly it becomes payable. They also have cute little souvenirs.
