Love this brand and have been invited to amazing events they have hosted and purchased a number of products which I really love. However, every time I have visited the store the staff are unbelievably rude and just ignore you. I visited last week and wanted to purchase specific items I’d seen online but I was brushed off by one member of staff to another who walked off when I approached him. Really strange and friends have said the same. I’ll still buy online but will not bother going in store again - a weird experience.

A must-visit shop if you’re into design. Great variety of beautiful gifts, casual and sophisticated fashion. Plus a great space dedicated to furniture and art. Absolutely love it!

Marvelous store/ gallery , way out of my price range but we were never made to feel that whilst there. The simple, classic, sports/ lounge wear is luxurious and I must admit more reasonably priced than some international brands. Their cashmere collection produced from British cashmere is dense and soft. The homewares and furniture and art are beautifully put together ( I refuse to say curated it's an exhausted word 😉) .

My favourite shop in London! Everything is so beautifully designed, curated and presented. Couldn't recommend a visit here more. The dream!!

I purchased a rather lovely coat for my sisters birthday on 22nd December rather impulsively after a spectacular night at the Soho Hotel: unfortunately my hangover caused me to go on a west end spending spree of epic proportions. I spent £1,500 on the coat after asking the polite and well spoken Pakistani sales assistant to model it for me as I thought she looked like a similar build, height and skin tone to my sis. I extravagantly made my purchase and asked for a gift receipt should it not fit etc. My sister came home after Xmas and I proudly and excitedly gave her the gift. I knew she would love it and deserved it because she has been unwell and has been helping me care for our elderly dad despite her condition. Imagine my disappointment when she tried it on and it didn't suit her! I was gutted.. We spoke and she told me how delighted she was with her gift but she really didn't need another coat. She declined exchanging it for something else as she would rather I got a refund. I sadly agreed and went to the shop on boxing day only to be told that it is store policy only to give an exchange or store credit ( valid for 6 months). I could only get a refund if I bought online. I somehow kept my cool, explained the situation again but to no avail, apparently it's printed on the receipt and the "manager" would not budge or offer a goodwill gesture. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I feel cheated and ripped off because I made an impulsive decision I now have a coat I can do nothing with. I refuse a credit note and exchange and would rather sell it on eBay for a loss than ever have to step foot in such a cowboy operation again. I should have gone to a well known, reputable retailer such as Liberty, Brown's or John Lewis or even Marks and Spencer as they really know the basics of being good retailers. Ordered two bottles of body wash at £16 each. Charged £11.98 postage. Only one arrived with a damaged box. Since contacting the firm they have emailed me to say the missing soap has been found, they apologized and are sending the missing bottle. At nearly £12 for PP this should not have happened - and what arrived was not well wrapped - simply a plastic bag, no surprise the box containing the body soap was crushed. But, hopefully, the situation is now resolved.

Very disappointed. Unwelcoming young lady. Had to immediately walk out. Pity saw such a nice table set but I guess saved 10k!

This place is just so lovely. The staff at the face place are so kind, and clearly know what they're doing. I was extremely happy with my results and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Alex Eagle face place! Great day <3
