"I've given this restaurant more than 15 chances, and I must say, the food is good,(too greasy, Spicy , piment should be an option, specifically with sauce), albeit overpriced. However, the customer service is severely lacking. From answering the phone in an unprofessional manner to staff talking to each other while ignoring the person they're speaking with, it's a nightmare.
They consistently fail to write down orders correctly, leading to mistakes like receiving a diri blanc instead of a diri kole. I've tried ordering through Uber Eats, but the same issues persist - wrong orders are sent, and when I call to complain, they're dismissive and unhelpful.
Recently, I ordered food from them, and after a 20-minute wait, they told me they thought I wasn't coming and sold my food to someone else without even bothering to call me. Instead of providing the correct order, they offered a subpar alternative and blamed me for the mistake.
As a member of the Haitian community, I'm disappointed that they claim to support our community but fail to deliver basic customer service. I've shared my negative experience with friends, and they've had similar issues.
To be frank, your customer service is subpar, and I won't be returning. It's time to get your act together and treat customers with respect.
