I've been coming to this location for over 3 years. I understand it's a smaller store compared to the Mountain View one, so naturally, there are fewer options.
What is disappointing, though, is the recent drop in quality, specifically the packaging. I come here for cakes for special occasions, and these cakes are not cheap. Part of the premium experience used to be the beautiful orange boxes that felt special and elevated the whole presentation. Now, the cakes come in flimsy, generic-looking paper boxes that honestly make it feel like I bought a cake from a grocery store.
Same story with the macarons, the packaging looked so cheap I had to specifically ask the employee to use the demo box instead.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least maintain the premium feel. I really hope the original packaging comes back—because right now, it feels like the quality is slipping.
