Such a great experience gambling at this casino. I actually was able to win a good amount of money here. Last time I lost some so I didn’t post any reviews ha ha. But this time he was really a great experience with a lot of friends also gambling, and some of my friends also won, which added to this experience. Grab some great food as well and all in all had a really great moment together. I’m pretty sure we’re gonna be back again when we are traveling through this area. Thank you again for your hospitality and everything that added to our experience.

We have stayed at Aliante before, the year after COVID. We gave them grace that year with all the restrictions that were in place, so the quality of service was what we expected. This time we were really let down. Check-in is at 4, so we knew we would leave Arizona a bit later than usual so we didn't have to kill time. We go to check in at 4, but our room isn't ready. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed. We went and sat down in the waiting area. At 4:25 I went back up to ask how much longer. She called the housekeeping manager and they told her they just went into our room and couldn't tell her when our room would be ready. Now, typically you would think that at this point the hotel would give us a new room, but no, we were made to wait. At 4:45 I get the text that our room is ready (so they spent 20 minutes cleaning the room, which to me isn't enough time to make sure everything is fresh). We were given a $25 credit to use at the restaurant, which isn't even 10% of our hotel bill. The beds are rock hard, the pillows are flat and hard, the room was smelly, and overall we are just super disappointed. What was supposed to be a fun weekend was just stressful. When someone is paying over $400 for 2 nights, you think they would offer more and be a bit more professional. We will not be staying here again when we come to Vegas! It's cheaper to stay on the strip!

Very amazing casino. Power Pig and Galaxy Aliens made me laugh. Wish the reward system was better. Has arcade for children. Good and cheap eats available. Ample free parking. Regal Theatre there. TGI Fridays is here too.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Aliante Hotel. Our room was never cleaned the first night, and multiple calls to the front desk went unanswered. We had to go downstairs just to request towels and ask for service the next day. When housekeeping came, they only removed dirty linens and dropped off fresh towels — no actual cleaning for two full days. Worse, my brand-new $590 sunglasses were stolen from the room. The box, receipt, and certificate of authenticity were on the bed; when we returned, only the empty box remained. The hotel’s “compensation” was waiving one night’s resort fee and offering a $50 food credit — wholly inadequate for the theft and lack of service. This raises serious concerns about both security and customer care. I was told to wait and see what security finds but not to expect anything. I will update with the final resolution.

First off , I want to say I have stayed here 4 times. I do like the hotel it is smaller and relaxing and they give good comps if you gamble. However , a big part of my vacation is utilizing the pool. I have noticed that they are now allowing locals in to the pool. Based on this it is very crowded unlike it used to be. I feel like people that are staying at the hotel should have privileges over locals. There are many times we come down to the pool. We cannot find a chair and the water is murky in the pool and it needs to be skimmed . Also, there have been many times I have come to this hotel and they have closed the pool. We stayed in the beginning of October and the pool was closed even though it was 85° out like previous comments have said. There have also been windy days where the pool has been closed and other resorts still have theirs open in the area.

Will, the casino shift manager and Rechelle, at the front desk at the hotel, were awesome! It was 230am and me and my boyfriend were looking for a room and they were able to get us one with my boyfriend's comps. The pool is amazing... But the best was Will and Rechelle for there awesome customer service.

My man called ahead for me because I was arriving around 11 pm. They told him I had no reservations....he gave them the confirmation number and they told him it is for someone named Mark. Freaked him out! I called and it was fine! They should have never said it was in some man's name! The room was beautiful. The toilet was not flushed before I got the room so that was gross. The casino is nice. The bingo room is awesome! I had booked through booking com and paid. When I get there they said there is an additional $81! Said it's the hotel's fees. That sucked and no information about that on booking com!

Really enjoyed the craps tables, the dealers were extremely helpful and very encouraging as my wife and I learn the game. Casino was really nice. The 10 dollar tables were great to be free to explore the game and not feel too bad when losing.

Yelp
I haven't been to the Aliante Casino in a long time. There are some fun games of chance to play, new ones I haven't seen in other places. (I even left with more money than I started with) Parking is free, easy and convenient. There are restaurants, a food court, an arcade and a movie theater if gambling isn't your thing. What I noticed is that for a smoking environment it wasn't very smoky and I didn't smell like smoke when I left. We had fun at Aliante and will definitely be back!

Yelp
It is Friday night and the place is dead as a doornail very few people on the floor of the casino and the restaurants and the food court are absolutely empty! A few years ago before the pandemic this casino was busting with customers on Friday nights after all it was seafood night at the buffet! The stupid management did not reopen the buffet and the customers moved on to other places specifically older folks! Now no one playing on the floor and it is almost out of business! Stupid management should learn from South Point that is packed! Because they never closed down their buffet nor any of the restaurants and the older folks still going and gambling over there! Good Luck to these incompetent people running this casino!

Yelp
We came here for a wedding reception for a friend and this place was Beautiful. It was very clean and fresh smelling on the hotel side from the second we walked in the door. They also offer free valet as well! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the time we arrived there. They had made sure we always had everything we needed and were very patient and helpful in the process. The reception space was very large and turned out beautifully. We also had the room across the hall in one of their conference rooms for getting ready, and felt it was plenty of space. The bathrooms in the hotel were very nice, spacious, and clean too. My friend and her husband also got to stay in the honeymoon suite and it was Beautiful!! Overall, had a very good experience with this hotel and would come back!!

Yelp
I like Aliante. I like it because when you go there, they fairly pay off pretty good. Their food is great at the bistro and the service is awesome and so is the food. You can get popcorn if you wanna walk around and eat it. They have a great DJ on the weekends and the nightclub there there's a little bit to do with the little Casino that it is. So it's always pleasant to go there and hang out as a local have a good dinner. Sit at the barn, talk to Courtney at the bistro play a few pennies listen to some music and head back home once in a while I catch a good movie at the theater. Never had a bad experience at Aliante actually like better than the big casinos on the strip.

Yelp
We had a free three night vacation at Aliante casino. The rooms were very nice and clean and the casino was as well. Really enjoyed our three night. Stay at no cost. Restaurants were good. Service was good. Did not win any money when we gambled though. All in all was a very nice stay and all the people who work there to serve us were very good as well. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Yelp
Please do yourself a favor. Do not go here to gamble. After 6 straight days of playing the table games, and seeing over a thousand hands, it's obvious that there is some sort of cheating going on. It wasn't just me, pretty much everyone that sat down at the tables left a loser. This seems very common at Boyd casinos.

Yelp
Changed from 5 Star review to 4 Stars. They changed their checkout time from 12 Noon to 11 AM. Also just requested 15-30 later checkout as a FREQUENT CUSTOMER, but they weren't able to provide 5 Star Service. Still Strong Recommend.

Yelp
The word Aliante refers to a light gliding aircraft. It is also used as a term Alliance. Originally intended as a local casino for the newly established community of Aliante. Station Casino was reluctant to build at first on the basis that the location made it alienated from city. However the location was in fact a successful development of the Desert theme. Being that free standing structures built on desert soil are often viewed with a sense of sacristy. Perhaps the hotel's surrounding solar window design contributes to the sense of desert solace. Perhaps a more fitting description would be a desert guiding light. A sun gazing thought worth reflecting upon, no pun intended. A vibrant sense of peaceful nature that creates a perfect alliance with the nearby neighborhood parks. A unique feature of desert nature. A special place where a bare desert never appears empty. A place where the nearby Lone Mountain is viewed as an alliance of nature. Poetically fitting that being alone in the desert can be comforting without the burden of loneliness

Yelp
When we first arrived the bell man was great. As for the cafe it was a 15 minute wait and they had half of the tables open. It took 20 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. It was the slowest service I've ever had. We will not be back only because of service.

Yelp
ROBBERY!!! Worst place to play. I sat at the same machine for 30-40 mins and went through $300 on minimum bet (60 cents) and not a single bonus. Waitress passed me by numerous times and not once did she come to check if I wanted a drink. I tried to flag her down and she acted as if she didn't see me. If I'm spending this much and the machine isn't paying the least I could have had was a couple free drinks but I couldn't even have that because the waitress couldn't do her job right. This was the first and last time at this place. One of my worst experiences! Now I know why this place was dead and nobody was there. It has nothing to offer. It just takes. Smh.

Yelp
My 75 year old mother was talked into purchasing a $325 monthly pool pass for herself and my nieces. Less than an hour later, she tried to cancel for a refund because my nieces were going to be out of town for the rest of the summer, but she was told that they have a no refund policy. I called and spoke to the pool manager, who just so happened to be the person who sold my mother this pool pass, and she told me my mother was told, before the purchase, that there were no refunds. My mother said she only found out after the purchase when she received a laminated pool pass. Oh, and the pool manager got upset when I asked to speak to another manager and told me she considered our conversation over and hung up on me. Then the hotel manager calls me after I called her and left a voicemail. I say "Hello" She says, "Yes, I'm returning your call" with a short annoyed tone of voice. I ask who I'm talking to. She says, "Cat". I ask, "From Aliante Casino?" She says, "Yes, how can I help you?" with an exasperated tone. I then explain the situation and she says that I was told already and she'll tell me again that there are no refunds and basically hangs up on me too. With no verbal notice and no posted written notice concerning refunds, this should be an incident for which we could file a complaint with a state consumer protection agency, but Nevada apparently does not require businesses to have or post no refund policy information. Why would a company would not allow same day refunds for a service which was unused? Because they rely on hard sales tactics and know that they would otherwise be refunding a high percentage of their sales. My mother spends at least $1,000 per month gambling at Aliante Casino and more on food. As a family, we generally purchase pool cabana services, which cost $300+ along with food and drinks 3-5 times each summer. This policy is unethical. This sale and situation was deceitful by the pool manager. My mother won't be gambling at Aliante or any Boyd Gaming properties. We as a family will not be spending money or frequenting any of their properties. If we as consumers choose to spend our money with large corporations, we should do so with corporations with ethical policies and practices. Aliante Casino / Boyd Gaming are not where we should be spending our money.

Yelp
Checked in Wednesday 11.22.23. This is our first time staying at Aliante. From the start, our parking valet attendant CQ was awesome. He inquired if we would like bell service. We accepted and were greeted by Bruce. Everyone from the front desk, security, and the casino staff were great. But Bruce was exceptionally awesome! Very friendly, personable, cheerful, and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was we heard a dog barking in the morning around 6:45 am until about 8:30 am. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and still received 5 stars. We did mention the barking to the front desk when we checked out. And unfortunately, we left the casino with lighter wallets! But hey, that's why it's called gambling. We had fun!

Yelp
This review is for the pool at Aliante. Have family in town so figured the crumb snatcher would like a day at the pool. Reserved a cabana (175.00 local rate) good for 10:00-7:00PM. The cabana come with 6 pool passes, a bunch of towels. Their is a fridge stocked with water and they delivered a pretty decent fruit platter. There is also a safe and a TV and an old Nintendo dealie loaded with a bunch of games. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Food service (no minium) is apparently take out from the farm. The server assigned to.our cabana introduced her self and we asked her to come back at twelve...... Never saw her and had to get the pool attendant to round her up. (The pool was NOT busy). We ordered lunch, nothing spectacular, one order was wrong but we made do. I heard that no outside food and beverage allowed but I saw a number of coolers. The pool itself was nice, clean water and diligent lifeguards that looked like they rotated about every 15 minutes or so. Final verdict? Worth the money, would have preferred other food options. Also wished they just offered a half day cabana rental. Felt guilty after leaving after 6 hours... Definitely not a strip vibe, but it doesn't need to be.....still a nice day

Yelp
This is the first time staying in North Las Vegas and at this Hotel, it's very impressive from Valet, check in, food selection and Room cleanliness. I was hesitant at first when browsing at available hotels for BOYD gaming but this place has friendly Valet service, Aaron,Bellboy, Bruce and front desk, Sheyla. The hotel is separate from the Casino it's within the building but about 2 mins walk from the front desk which is ideal. they have online check in with digital tool key. The room was clean and has no bad smell- we stayed at 6th floor non smoking room. Housekeeper, Maria was readily available when we walk out from the room in the morning. They has security all over do you feel safe. We are going to try the pool later they are open at 11 am and free for hotel guests. They have free valet and ample parking. Plus they have ChargePoint EV parking 4 slots available at the 2nd floor self parking near the Casino Elevator entrance, very convenient and so far free for the guests.

Yelp
I think maybe i just had some bad luck, but I was not happy with the cleanliness of my room. The pool was good in regard to being a more calm environment. There were families and not a lot of crazy partying, so that was good. The place didn't seem to packed either. They have a good amount of fast food in their food court, 4 basic sit down places that are set up to really dine in and we hit 2 of them. Fridays and the Farm. We also played some slots and table games. We are locals so we will go back some time next month and see if friends would like to stay there for a stress free, off strip property.

Yelp
Came up to Aliante chasing a 10X points offer I got on my phone. I actually called the other day to confirm its existence. Only cause my BConnected on the computer didn't say anything about it. No dice (ha). On the phone they said they can't verify if I'm invited or not... So here we are and the nice lady at the players card desk immediately says, that's for locals only. Cmon, how come I had to drive all the way up here to find that out. Anyway besides that, knew it was too good to be true, machines have treated me well, and the incredible lack of smoke has us smiling. Rubio's Mex Grill has great tacos too.

Yelp
Love watching movies here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fast X was off the hook!!!!!!!!

Yelp
This is worst casino for hotel, movies, restaurants are terrible and gambling machines worst of the worst in vegas!

Yelp
Have had dinner here at the Salted Lime restaurant quite a bit. Service is great, people are friendly & accommodating. Prices are reasonable & happy hour is good too. Definitely miss the buffet they used to have.

Yelp
I like the location because it's near my family when I come to Vegas, however I had a dirty bed on this visit.

Yelp
Pool review: Overpriced, so-so customer service $30 for a day pass on a Saturday - Only to find out that you can't order food from the pool menu because according to the bartender, "the kitchen staff would be annoyed"...? The only food option was a taco truck. Food was good, but not a lot of variety. The server didn't come over to my friend and I until about 2 hours into us sitting down, but managed to take the orders of an off-shift staff member twice while they were in the pool. With that being said, the pool bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall review: If you are a Las Vegas local looking for a pool day, go to Red Rock... Same price, better quality service, bigger pool.

Yelp
Very nice & friendly place. I stayed in the presidential suite. The staff is great From the guys that work out front to the lady at check-in to the security. Everyone will greet you with a smile. If you are looking for a nice place to stay away from all the Hustle and bustle on the strip & downtown I highly recommend this place, it was my first time staying here but I will definitely be staying here again.

Yelp
Easy access from the freeway (long ways out there tho.) nice parking garage, modern facilities, clean grounds, very aesthetic. Was looking for some older type .25 cent machines. A terrific slot attendant walked across the gaming floor and gave us a mini tour of what they have to offer. Also the server in the bingo room was awesome friendly and fun. These two team members were the highlight. They are the reason I didn't give one star. One of the bingo cashiers was very rude and if not for my wife wanting to play I would have blasted. Another slot attendant was also pretty rude and condescending. After machine printer kept jamming she didn't want to help. Supervisor had to come over to help but when you sit for five minutes with attendant glancing at you a few times without coming to help you get the feeling your play isn't welcome. Their rewards club (Boyd's Rewards) just plain sucks. You have to earn 750 TCs before you earn any points. Attendant was pretty snarky with explanation. Threw a tiny rewards brochure at us. Guess that weeds out the minions. No tier matching so yeah...not gonna donate a bunch of play for the opportunity to earn rewards. Guess we should have known since they are a sister property of Sam's Town...same bingo and Boyd's experience...
google avatar

Yelp
I love this casino. The sports book is huge and always has a place to sit! There are a ton of table games, and every slot machine you can think of. The bars also have plenty of seats for gaming or for just hanging out and getting a drink. They also have a pretty great variety of food options here, with a quick service food court, or nicer sit down options. Always plenty of parking, and a movie theatre and arcade for the kids! I haven't seen the rooms but I have heard very nice things about them. A very nice place to stay or hang out if you're a local or just want to stay off strip!
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
I usually come here before my chiropractor appointments. Food feature at the farm restaurant was pork belly tacos. They have this little robot that helps them gather dishes which I thought was funny. This casino is a nice place to stop and waste your time.
google avatar

Ken M.

Yelp
You need to put a bartender at the bar by the sports bar on the weekends 6pm-2am or 7pm - 3am I noticed a lot of guests leaving because there no one here to server them

Michael W.

Yelp
I'm literally writing this At aliante. So I put 130 down at the blackjack table up and down I order a beverage that never came. Aliante is the best place to sober up and still gamble. If you want service go to Fridays or salted lime. No issue with the table dealers. Aliante is not a place to drink just a place to gamble. I wish I could do zero stars
google avatar

Traci F.

Yelp
We have stayed at several Boyd Casinos but this was our first time staying here. It is located in Northern Las Vegas and is about 45 minute drive from the strip. That was the most inconvenient thing about this place. Inside the casino is clean and the nicest of the Boyd properties. The air doesn't smell smokey at all. The employees are all very friendly and the service is top notch. We had dinner at the Farm restaurant on our first night. It kind of reminded me of Cracker Barrel. There are a lot of comfort food items on the menu. We tried the open-faced turkey sandwich and prime rib. Both portions were huge and tasted great. The most unique thing is that they have a robot assistant that helped to bring food to the table and clear items from the table afterwards. With every place short on employees I can see how this might be the future for restaurants. While we enjoyed this casino and hotel I don't think we'll be staying here again because it is too far from everything in Vegas. We might be back for a day trip though!
google avatar

Joe L.

Yelp
Came here for Shining Stars of Nursing in Nevada awards gala. Found it very clean, well managed and catered well. Servers were friendly and I believe all the services were taken from the hotel. The casino wasn't too busy. While this casino is well out of the way of Las Vegas, at the edge of North Las Vegas. The food was buffet style and was very good. I didn't use their hotel or casino services.

Yelp
I have stayed at this location 3 different times since November 2023. 1st room was a King with mountain view on the 6th floor. 2nd room was a King with roof view/mountain view 3rd floor. 3rd room was 2 Queen beds mountain view 7th floor. Each room had the same set up. And all the colors were the same as well. The best of the 3 would have to be the 7th floor because this hotel has only 9 floors. So it was nice being up high a little. The 3rd floor is the worst. All you seen was mostly roof top. And I think they put all the families on that floor because I'm sure we were surrounded by screaming children. It was horrible. Anyway. This last visit I was supposed to be in one of their suites if they it were available. But unfortunately they did not upgrade my room because I don't gamble enough. LOL. So oh well. One thing they gotta fix in this place are the beds. They are so hard and uncomfortable. Overall i think the best part of this place are the Valet employees and the security guards at hotel entry. They are always smiling and so helpful. Great customer service.

Iris J.

Yelp
Great place to hang out with family and friends. Convenient gambling. They need someone to stop people from banging on the slot machine buttons.
google avatar

Clint J.

Yelp
Stay away from the Aliante sports book! Their bookies are incompetent as hell! If you are going to place a bet, CHECK YOUR TICKET before leaving the bookie!! They screwed up two of my tickets costing me $200 in losses because I trusted them to do their job correctly! My misfortune and ill-trust in their incompetent ways doesn't have to be yours!! They could slso work on their customer service!! Like walking into the DMV. This used to be a nice casino but in the last 5 years has literally gone to hell!! Smells terrible in there!! One of these days these idiots will outlaw smoking in these places that still serves food less than 50 ft away!! Their room prices even during the week are outrageous for the quality!! Pathetically run casino now days!!

Yelp
Michael was our waiter at the steakhouse, amazing service and good food. The room we got was an upgrade and large spacious and clean. It even had a small TV inside the Bathroom mirror pretty cool. Friendly staff and I would definitely return for a nice occasion- bc it was far away from me being in the Spring Valley area but I would get a nice suite again.
google avatar

Yelp
I purchased 2 cabanas. The hot tub has green and yellow bubbles swirling in it. The pool had a few grasshoppers and other bugs. When I asked if they could get someone to clean it they said that the pool gets clean in the morning only smh it's 10 am smh guess they forgot

Yelp
Clean hotel away from the noisy, crowded strip, good valet service, polite and welcoming front lobby check in. Convenient as Starbucks, eateries and movie cinemas are located on premises. Well appointed accommodations, very clean and fresh. I would have given this hotel a 5 star had the bed been remotely comfortable. Front desk offered us the option to change rooms, however we were advised that ALL the beds in this hotel were changed at the same time and ALL beds were equivalent. We decided to stay put and hope for a decent sleep during the duration of our stay.

Yelp
This is one of the cleanest casinos I have ever been. I lived in Vegas for four years and recently came to visit after seven years, and I was amazed at how clean it still was and enjoyed little upgrades they have done as well. The staff from bartender to managers are super helpful. I feel the nostalgia and appreciate that they still have a TGIF inside. I love the variety of restaurants and ability to be able to watch a movie as well. It is in a safe location and easy to access with parking. It could be a couples getaway or a family event. Great spot!

Yelp
We love visiting Aliante Casino when we are in town visiting family because of the beautiful facilities and fun atmosphere! Aliante Casino is in the Northern part of Las Vegas and one of a few bigger Casinos in the area. Our close family moved to area last year and after visiting the larger casinos on the main strip they eventually found this place. On our next visit we played there and had lots of fun! The casino has a large parking area and tons of space inside. They have a great bar area with video poker, bar lounges and lots of options to eat. We came back to celebrate New Years Eve and had a memorable time. We like to visit anytime we make it back to town and know the layout well at this point. If you're ever in the North part of Las Vegas make it a point to stop by Aliante Casino for a bite to eat and some slots. You'll have a blast and hopefully make some $$ in the process!

Yelp
This is a really nice little hotel in North Las Vegas. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. When we first checked in, the front desk staff was patient and helpful. We weren't sure if if we'd be staying an extra day, and Valerie told me to call down to let her know as soon as I knew. There was also a guest services person, her name was Adele, and she was so sweet and thoughtful. Even the valet staff was great. The valet staff member we spoke with the the most was Sam, and he was really nice too. The hotel interior was clean and cute. The lobby was nice and had plenty of good seating. Although the pool was closed while we were here, we did have a great view of it from our room, and it did look really pretty. I thought our room was clean and comfortable as well. Our room had a lovely interior and comfortable beds, and the views of the mountains were quite beautiful. Although we did not come here gamble, there was a little store with enough of the essentials that we needed, and a few good restaurants that made this hotel really enjoyable. Even at the store and restaurants, the staff was pleasant. Whenever we're back in North Las Vegas, we'll definitely come back here for the wonderful staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is also pet friendly so we'll also bring our fur baby on our next visit!

Yelp
This complaint is coming from a local resident of Aliante. We spend a lot of money at Aliante monthly. They make it impossible to increase our tier levels within our memberships. What has really out of control is earning the 100 points on Thursday in order to receive a gift. We spent $480 on thursday and was told we are still short 12 points. This ridiculous increase must of been recent. We spent $220 on slots last month and got our gift no problem. This Casino is more tourist friendly then they are to the locals. Going to take my spending money to Santa Fe. Their the gifts are really free. They appreciate the locals.

Yelp
Chill station casino. Vibes are similar to Red Rock Casino in Summerlin. They have a spa, arcade, movie theater and restaurants on site. Plenty of parking and a lot machines per the usual. Across the street is a golf course and a senior community center.

Yelp
Do Not stay at the Aliante Casino. We gamble everywhere all over the valley and had the worst experience last night. The atm let us do a cash advance and when we went to the cashier cage to get the money to gamble we were discriminated against and they refused to give us our money that was already approved and pending through the bank. Stay away!

Yelp
First, we paid in advance through a 3rd party and were not informed that there is an additional resort fee of $38/night; it wasn't in the fine print. That seems high and added basically the cost of 2 extra nights to our bill. Then, we go to the pool and hot tub only to find that neither are heated. If you require your guests to pay a resort fee, why can't you at least heat the hot tub? It's a pretty place but doesn't cater to the needs of the guests.

Yelp
I made reservations for a cabana in April. They quoted me $275 (non-hotel guest)/$200 (hotel guest). I called today to confirm reservations and they're charging me an additional $225. Anyways, HELLO! I called in April, made the reservation to lock in the $200 that was quoted me and now you're telling me that I have to pay an additional $225?!? Don't blame it on management! It's the incompetent employees that do not know what they are doing or what they are telling the guests! She informed me that when you call it's best to reserve at that time to lock in the price. And that the person who took my reservation had me down as a non-hotel guest which isn't an issue since it was only going to be $275 but that can be easily cleared up once I checked in, right? This will be my first time staying at this hotel. I should of read the reviews before I booked the rooms! Shame on me for not reading prior to this. Let's just hope the weekend trip won't be a disaster but it's not looking too good...

Yelp
They used to be so nice, now just a bunch of dealers who are not happy with their job. It's too bad because it's a slower vibe. The food court also sucks now.

Yelp
WARNING WARNING!!!!! The Aliante Casino is passing fake $100 bills and telling people they give you your money . Make sure they test every bill they hand you and don't use their ATMS. The Feds need to look into this scam

Yelp
This is regarding the cafe and the hotel. The restaurant(FARM) is an absolute disaster. The server never checked on our party. We ordered a sandwich and was never offered any of the sides. When the food runner came out, they offered us onion rings anew obliged. The server then sneakily added in the upcharge fee for the onion rings without telling us. When we received the bill, we asked him why wasn't it offered and why didn't you tell us first.... His response was, no one orders it bc it's 3.99.... I then asked why did you still apply it if the order is so rare, maybe you could check on it. He opted to grab the manager and then came back the an adjusted check. At this point , I wanted to speak to the manager bc that is what the server said he was going to do... the solution the manager came with was to just excuse the bill bc the food wasn't eaten. Overall, a dreadful experience The hotel was even worse. I came to check in and happily the hotel manager told our party they were sold out and the promised early check in(which we confirmed and agreed to pay for) was no longer an option. The oddest thing was, the manager seemed thrilled to tell us that we couldn't check in and had to wait 7 hours to do so. First off, do not promise an early check in when the guests CALLED prior to coming out. Second, don't look so thrilled in ruining people's trip. I understand you get to deal with jerk customers at a gaming establishment, but don't take it out on me when you get a chance to. Unprofessional and frankly gross behavior. I would recommend never coming here. The table games shut down at midnight and the staff here are just plain rude and condescending. Save your money and go to the Palms.

Yelp
I have to share...my family and I are locals and we've been visiting Aliante for 8 years. I cant even explain the utter disappointment we had today. We visited for the craft show and decided to eat at the food court since the food trucks were running low! Obviously that's a great sign proving the food was good. But our experience in the food court was horrific!!! First we went to Johnny Rockets to order chicken tenders for my 2-year old. It took 23 minutes for the cashier to get to us bc they were so understaffed. By the time we got up there, I discovered the $14.95 chicken tenders do not include French fries. Ummm excuse me?!?! Who eats tenders without fries. So I head down to Dairy Queen to find out they only serve hotdogs. So I turn around and wait another 20 something minutes to order two sides of fries. My 2-year old is very persistent. Meanwhile, my husband then orders chicken & rice from Rubio's. All while waiting for our 2 orders of fries, bc the staff is clueless on how to multi-task nor speak English and was only cooking in order, it then took 25 more minutes for fries. Like they couldn't throw down a bunch of fries to keep the line moving?!?! Who runs that place? At this point I was losing my patience. Then we run out of water for my baby's water cup and Rubio's would not give us water for "free". They required us to pay $3.76 for a water cup. So almost an hour and half later, 2 subs for $40, $10 fries, $8 side of rice and 1 order of $25 chicken and waffles we finally left so disappointed. I'm complaining bc TGIFridays is the absolute worst restaurant ever. Like Aliante is beautifully placed in a middle income area within a community of financially stable professionals and you are offering garbage overpriced trashy food establishments to us. We want to blow our money at conveniently located yummy places we crave and love! What happened to your amazing buffet? What happened to a decently priced food court? What happened to quality within the existing restaurants? It just feels like greed takes over and quality goes down. Like how hard is it to see how far in the dumps your casino is headed? People come to spend money and enjoy a wonderful meal even if it's at the food court, but this experience is just apauling! I guess we're just to expect a soon-to-be Arizona Charlie's in this area. Atleast consider inviting in local successful mom-n-pop places that we all love to make it worth the price. I mean a potato is Pennies. Fries not included is just unheard of. How greedy can a business be.
