Star — Never Ordering from Their Website Again As a longtime shopper of high-end brands, I expected better from Alice + Olivia. The fit of the clothes is wildly inconsistent, and ordering directly from their website has been more hassle than it’s worth. Returns are a nightmare — no confirmation emails, no updates, and confusing shipping logistics with items arriving from multiple locations. They claim you have 14 days to return, but by the time the rest of your order arrives, that window is closing. Worse, I used their provided FedEx return label and was told at the drop-off that the label had already been used. When I called customer service, I got a voicemail asking me to send an email instead. The Vegas store gave me a number that leads nowhere. Email support? “Give us 48 hours.” Still waiting. Still no refund. This is unacceptable for a brand charging $400+ for blouses and even more for dresses. If you can’t invest in reliable customer service, you don’t deserve premium pricing. I’m now contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Tip to management: Your customers have the means to shop anywhere. We don’t have time to chase down refunds.

The boutique has a good selection of items from Alice and Olivia, a lot of accessories too not just clothes. The staff was also really friendly, striked up a conversation easily.

Not only their clothes of terrible quality, they also have a 14 day return period. They don't even tell it to you when you buy it, but write it small on the check at the bottom, as if someone is reading it. I was in Miami and got covid and stuck there for 2 weeks. Upon returning home, I decided to return the jacket, as I found a better one online. But I was refused a refund and even a store credit. That is, they do not value their regular customers and cannot even make a concession in case of illness. I will never buy anything from them again in my life and I do not advise you. P. S. Eddie, the Beverly Drive store manager spoke to me very harshly and disrespectfully.

I had to save for a long time to buy anything here. But the clothes are unbelievable. The most gorgeous prints imaginable. I bought a skirt made out of silk and feel like a princess when I wear it with a matching champagne satin top. Look online. Yes, the prices are sky high, no joke, but they do have sales too. Sometimes what is important is the way you feel in your clothes. These clothes lift me to another level.

Clothes is trash cheap and you can't return the stuff its a shame people have business like this and sell trash stuff I'm so mad dontb buy anything from this place

I love the brand but I was treated so badly here I can't leave a positive review. I came in yesterday afternoon looking to buy a dress for dinner. The sales associate asked me if she could set up a dressing room and I asked if the dress came in a smaller size (size 0 or 00). She responded by looking me up and down and asking "you're a 0?"... Yes... As suspected I tried the 0 which was too big. She then back tracked and said "Oh, this style is supposed to be loose." Really bad customer service unfortunately. Clothes and boutique were beautiful as always.

Love, love, love this welcoming boutique! Eddie the manager is the nicest and most thoughtful person you could ever meet, and Danielle is very knowledgeable and helpful. Of course, the clothes are absolutely exquisite, and the super friendly, classy, and hospitable manager and sales associates make it a wonderful shopping experience!

Words are not needed. The model speaks for itself. I don't know what kind of message their sending but it's not a healthy one.

This is such a nice store. It is located next to Nate n Al's and there's two hour free parking within walking distance. It's very clean and well curated. Alice and Olivia is a designer brand. They sometimes have sales. Today they had a 40% off rack. Their styles are very beautiful and unique and even a little funky. Lots of statement pieces to be found. However, what I find really special about this store is how nice, welcoming, helpful, and friendly the associates are. It's a pleasure to shop here.

This store was out of my size in everything I wanted and I needed an outfit for an event the next day. Tatiana went out of her way to help me check other Alice + Olivia stores plus she even helped me check Bloomingdales and Nordstrom for the items I wanted. She went above and beyond. Plus I think she may be a model in one of their ads?

Bought a jacket for my wife here for a party. The one they had was dirty so they said they would ship a new one within 5 days. Instead, it took OVER A MONTH to get to us. Obviously the party had come and gone and the jacket was not needed anymore. Manager refused to take it back because we bought it more than 14 days ago! Are you kidding me? Nice little scam they've got going. Hold merchandise until after the return deadline and then refuse to take it back. SCAM. We're suing them in small claims court for the value.

The seating in this store is something worth trying out while in Beverly Hills. From the couch to the 6 back-to-back chairs, I've never had so much fun waiting for someone to try on clothes in my entire life. The only downside is there is no wifi and the cell service is subpar. I suggest downloading a movie collection before coming here. Maybe go with a trilogy series like Lord of the Rings for you sci-fi fans or possibly the Bourne Identity for those who are into explosions and Matt Damon. If you are already out and about and have no time to upload a film to your phone, I would suggest a challenging game for your phone like Tiny Wings or an addicting game like Tetris because let's face it...your ass is going to be here a long time, so you might as well have fun.

I've shopped here countless times; from dresses for special occasions to everyday wear. The ladies who work here are always nice, helpful and accommodating. The brand is a mixture of classy, trendy and colorful -- so if that's your thing make sure to check out their most recent collection. It's worth every penny.

Check on the online sales! Up to 80%. I'm not paying full price ever or setting a foot in this store again!

Nellie is extremely rude and is only nice when she wants to make a quick sale. I've spent over 30,000 at this location, the location off melrose is much better. She said she was going to do something and hasn't done it. I paid for clothing I have not received and it's been over a month. I don't ever write reviews but it's not ok or right the way I was treated, especially after being an outstanding customer.

Not only do I loooove their extremely high-quality, colorful and spirited designs, my experience with their Customer Service has been over the top. Tatiana (Beverly Hills in-store) was so understanding and tenacious about helping me make an exchange outside of their normal terms and conditions because I had had some unusual circumstances that prevented me from exchanging it on time. I love when a company goes beyond "We don't do this" by adding a human touch and looking beyond what is just "policy". I can't wait to spend more of my hard earned money at A&O. I've been decking myself out for a series of movie premiers recently and every piece has showcased blasts of color and print from their collections. Mallorie at the Customer Service department has also been AMAZING! Their patience and understanding will not be forgotten. I'll patronize their stores for years to come!

Big Fan of A+O. Can't get enough. Also, just adore the staff in this BH location. Especially Nellie. Thank you for always spending time with me and introducing me to fashion that sometimes I would never have tried on. I have an older home, with an empty closet in my home office that is filling up with strictly Alice + Olivia pieces!!!! Love you, Nellie and entire staff. xo xo

Awful service. I ordered a small long Cami vest online and received an extra small. When I tried to exchange for my size, The 14 year old that claimed to be the "service manage" basically called me a liar. Now I'm stuck with his poor quality, over priced, extra small "vest" that will soon become a tug of war toy for my dog. Never again will u spend my $$ with this poorly managed company.

This store is amazing. All the girls here are super friendly and very attentive to your needs. Even the male working there (didn't get his name) greeted me from the start and grab me sizes while the other girls were busy. I don't think he was a sales person most likely stock but he made my husband and I feel very special and took care of us. Brittany was so friendly with us and went above and beyond trying to find me a dress that very few stores had. The vibe, environment, the aura was so positive throughout our experience there. Even though we didn't find anything that day the class of customer service I must say was exceptional. Can't wait to go back again this month for Xmas shopping.

Very eclectic, edgy, and daring ensembles. This place definitely has character with its bold and detailed designs and patterns. This store definitely sets itself apart from other stores on Rodeo. That's why I like stopping by here.  The fashion although very edgy, is still wearable.  Customer service is also friendly at this location. As soon as my friend and I entered the store, we are immediately greeted by a salesperson who asks us if we need help finding anything.  I usually have no idea what I'm looking for. I just love browsing the entire store. I ended being infatuated with this beautiful leather jacket they had. Fit me like a glove. The sales person was so great in helping me pick out matching accessories to go with it. In the end I purchased the jacket and these beautiful metallic pumps! I always feel great wearing their stuff just because I know they are so unique and no other stores sell merchandise like them.

This clothing is expensive but the quality is poor! I loved my new shorts and went out feeling great but the buttons on my shorts literally fell off whilst I was wearing them - that was 10 buttons in total! I had to hold my shorts on! I wrote to complain and all I was told was that it was a one off incident. Funnily enough I had actually returned the shorts once before because the arrived with a button missing - I assumed that was a one off. I was really humiliated and for a $200+ pair of shorts its just not good enough. I love the look of their clothing but I wont be putting myself through that again, I will steer clear!

Amazing store with incredible employees!!! I was out for lunch in the area with my friend and I noticed there was an Alice and Olivia on Beverly and saw a pair of shoes last month that I really wanted. I walked and the store didn't carry the shoes but the girls were very helpful. They found the shoes at a New York store and they had it shipped to me. Best customer service I've received in a long time.

So I'm all about customer service, and because I was greeted and assisted so admirably I had to write a Yelp review about this specific location. I came into the Alice and Olivia on Beverly Drive last week looking for a last minute wedding dress someone named Lilly helped me. She gave me multiple options and was very patient with me while I tried all the outfits on. I'm very picky and I love when I'm understood. This girl definitely shined through her professionalism. After trying on couple dresses, I finally found the dress I loved! Not only was her taste valuable, but she even showed me how to wear it different ways so I can get more use of it. Seriously loved this girl!!!!! I'll definitely be coming back here for all my events!! This is exactly what I look for when I shop. Thank you Lilly and the remaining kind staff for your outstanding service and fashions tastes. I can't wait to return !!!

The store is amazing! The staff (especially the manager Lily) is very helpful and offers many different ways to wear the clothing. The clothes are comfortable, easy and mostly timeless. I am from the east coast and contact the store often for new clothes to be shipped or styling advice. Lily is a gem and always styles me! I can't wait until I am in LA again to visit Alice and Olivia.

This is an amazing store with a great staff. Whenever I walk in, Salma helps me pull different outfits and creates things for me I wouldn't think of myself. She and the rest of the staff always give me an honest opinion about what fits and what doesn't. I never feel pressured to buy anything, but their clothes are so amazing I usually leave with so many new pieces. This location has a great selection, and if they are ever out of a size, Salma makes sure to have the item I want shipped out quickly. This is my go-to store for events, casual clothes, or whenever I'm looking to revamp my wardrobe.
