Always a great experience at this ling-tine, family owned and operated clothing, shoe, and outdoor store. Prices are a bit steep, but you get quality that will last for years to come, so there is great value. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Was up here for a weekend stay in March and was checking out where to do some shopping in the area. The clothing are brand name and good quality, but along with that comes high prices! I found a few things, but I was really excited about checking out the shoes downstairs and ended up not being too impressed with anything.

We have been going here for years. It is hands down the best place to shop for quality clothing and shoes for the outdoors. The prices are always good and selection abundant. The staff is always 5 STARS. We love shopping here, knowing the items bought will last.

Had 2 brand new boots go bad over the last 2 years. The staff identified flaws in the workmanship of the boot and replaced them at no charge. There is no better place in the area to buy outdoor related products in pike county. Best customer service, best prices, just love this place!

I recently visited their store and I was immediately impressed at their response to the Covid pandemic. There is a Hand sanitizer station at the door, and all who enter are encouraged to clean their hands before entering. All of the staff and shoppers were wearing masks and encouraged to social distance from each other. 8 Yeas ago, my wife and I made the trip to this establishment in search of a winter coat for my wife. We live near Middletown, NY so it isn't a trip that we make often. That being said, we returned because the coat that we originally purchased, was starting to wear out. It was well worth the asking price, considering it lasted 8 years. The staff was more than helpful in our quest to purchase another warm coat. We left the store after finding a great coat that will hopefully keep my wife as warm and comfortable as the last coat. Remember, you get what you pay for. Quality might cost a little more, but it's worth it!

My parents were customers of Alice's Wonderland for as long as I can remember. My dad got his work boots there all throughout the 70s and 80s and my mom would get him a new shirt for Christmas. I have purchased work clothes for my husband (excellent flannel lined jeans) as well as winter gear for the whole family. We got our snowshoes here too and love them! Excellent family owned business and a much better experience than big box stores.

Pricey but have top of the line merchandise. Bought my wolverines there for work many a time. Was the only game in town for a long time back in the day. Pike County Outfitters probably priced better so definitely compare and shop. Still ,they will give you decent service and normally have what your looking for

I come to Alice's once per year to stock up on forest-worthy clothing for our summers spent at Lake Wallenpaupack. The folks there are always nice and don't intrude while I'm browsing. I like that hands-off approach. Selection is great and their sales are good if you catch them.

This is a wonderland for outdoorsy people. Alice's usually has great stuff and excellent prices. Whenever I come here looking for something, I always find it. This year my check list consisted of winter boots and snowboarding pants. and i have two check marks... even if my snowboarding pants are really ski but lets not tell anyone. They have really great prices. I got my Merrell's for $109 (i priced compared and they're selling for about $120 online) and my snowboarding (ski) pants on clearance for $60. The sales associates are friendly and very efficient. its a pretty awesome place!

Very nice store but except for the older gentleman, the rest of the staff are very unwelcoming. They should take a lesson on customer service from him. I felt like I was constantly being followed and monitored. They are EXCESSIVELY paranoid about COVID to the point that they should close the store or stay home. I walked in and a lady immediately began to watch me as I shopped and asked if I found everything ok. I had literally just walked in the door and she saw me do so. RELAX AND LET YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL WELCOME. I probably won't go back. Btw this was the second time shopping there and I had the same feeling the first time but figured I'd give it another chance.

I came here to buy a pair of boots because my husband has been going for years now. I spent 10 minutes in the shoe department downstairs being ignored while people who came after me were helped and one worker who looked to be a teenager stared at me before offering to help another customer.

This local mom and pop clothing shop is tucked away in the woods and looks from the outside like a small coffee shop. But once you walk in you will find an excellent line of quality clothing . From north face to marmot to life is good lines. They carry everything you would need for the outdoors and then some. Go downstairs to find a huge selection of boots and sneakers from kids to seniors. Great store overall!

I have been going to Alice's wonderland for about 10 years now. I always feel like they have treated me funny, as if I'm not good enough for them or their store. Everytime I go in, I always buy something, never just there to kill time. The owners son (50's, bald head) watches me like a hawk, and constantly asks me if I need help in an insulting manner. I went in the other day to buy boots and had boot credit from work. I spent more than my limit, knowing the rest is out of pocket. He actually had the nerve to ask me if I had means of payment before letting me try a pair on. I dont care what anyone says, that is purely an insult, especially to a repeat customer who buys boots every year out of pocket and never gripes over price, or has an issue paying. The one positive note in this experience was the thin girl with short black hair was an absolute dream to deal with on other occasions when the owners cocky son isn't there. She always answer any questions and never gives me crap, unlike others there. So to summarize this, stay away from Alice's wonderland in greeley, and give your money to a business that will appreciate it.

Great store. Wide assortment of outdoor clothes/shoes/boots at good prices. For example, a pair of Levi's for $39.99 when Macy's in NYC charges $59.99. Huge difference in price. The store is family owned, and staff is really helpful. Don't understand the Reviewer who said she was ignored, because my experience is the opposite, the staff is immediately available and very knowledgeable about their products.
