Recent East LA Taco Stand Robberies Has Street Vendors on Edge | Eater LA

"On June 19 two Latino men robbed a late-night taco stand near the recreation center at gunpoint, stealing $120; the suspects wore bandanas over their faces and ran into nearby housing projects to evade capture. Police say this incident is part of a recent rise in late-night robberies targeting street vendors, and the Hollenbeck Division has asked the public for help while investigators search for additional suspects. Law enforcement has already shot and arrested one individual who has been charged in two other robberies, but officers warn there may be more, potentially unrelated, perpetrators still at large." - Mona Holmes

nice recreational center to take you children. I understand there was alot of people, however the women's restroom where not kept, needed toilet/ paper towels. Also for being a hot day, the air conditioning should have been turned on. I enjoyed my granddaughter's performance.

Love the Gymnastics teacher Ms. Delaila. She is so caring and proffessional. We go once a week. They make taking gymnastics for low income families possible. So grateful for the program.

Awesome Affordable kids classes. Gymnastics, tennis, music, ballet etc... It is sometimes hard to get a hold of them on the phone but that is probably due to the low tuition paid.

This is the best park to be at . It has nice staff the after school program has nice teachers that will help your child . They mostly have every sport
