Stopped by to try a couple of their flavors as i was very intrigued. I absolutely loved that they allow you to order single wings for each flavor which allows you to taste all of them. I got cilantro Lime Chimichuri, Arbol, Honey Piquin, Mandarina, and Chipotle Aioli. I liked all of them bit will say Mandarina and Arbol were tied at my #1 spot with a rating of 9/10. Overall I would give the wings 8.5 /10. The wings are significantly big for bone in and pretty crispy. None of the flavors were spicy but could taste the kick a bit ( im also mexican so my spice tolerance is pretty high) . The wings are made fresh and hot which i appreciate (so expect to wait about 15 min for your order ro be ready) . There is plenty of outside and inside seating. And outside seating has overhead heaters! As for parking i did come during the week and was able to fund parking pretty easily bit i can see it can become difficult during weekends. I also have to mention that customer service is 10/10. I would definitely recommend my freinds to come try this place!

So excited that the owner of Tito’s opened this wing cart! I love that there are vegan and gluten-free options and the chicken is really well cooked too! So good! The vegan wings with the sugarcane bone are so unique and the texture was spot on. Love the spicy coleslaw and potato wedges. I will definitely be back.

Worth the wait! The coleslaw is a must try. The wings and nuggets are perfectly cooked and juicy. The sauces are masterclasses of flavor.

Obsessed with the super unique Jackfruit Hominy vegan wing option. It has a great "wing" texture that I liked better than the seitan varieties, and you get this epic masa undertone flavor from the hominy that adds a lot of depth. Lots of sauce choices marked V for vegan. They use a separate fryer for vegan orders and as someone who loves spicier options, the Tamarindo BBQ was incredible, and the hottest Cuete was truly spectacular, they did habaneros the justice they deserve, so flavorful. It goes in order from most mild to spiciest 🌶

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! So good! Showed up here looking for taquitos and realized the menu had changed. Still the same great vibe, it tasted fresh and the flavors just gave it something different than the same every day food choices.

Second visit, still disappointed. The woman’s attitude was terrible, she advised me it would be 40 mins and I said that’s fine, which she clearly wasn’t happy with. You have a cart at Breakside, yes, you will be slammed - you signed up for this. Anyway, we all have bad days so that alone isn’t enough to warrant a review. Fortunately my order was ready in 30 minutes, not 40. Unfortunately my nuggets were barely above room temp and were soggy. The potato weggie was too hot to eat and a far, far cry from Tito’s Papasotas - I think we know why my chicken was cold. Finally, the chicken wings I ordered were the fattiest cuts of drumstick I’ve ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. They were underseasoned, but the sauce toss can usually cover the gap; half of the drumstick being inedible is an uncoverable gap. There is no shortage of places to spend my money.

Yelp
These were some pretty epic wings that were plump and with some real meat on the bones , you can really dig your teeth into it !!! I tried the arbol and there was some sweat factor We also got the loaded joe joes with bonless wings - it was huge !!! All in all it was delicious including the rice pudding

Yelp
I really hate to leave bad reviews. But I have to be completely honest about how overhyped and how expensive tin wings were. No, I am not too much of a stickler on the price if the food absolutely matches flavor wise . I got the barbecue flavored as well as the chimichurri flavored wings . I also got two mango refreshers as well as a two dollar side of ranch that was quite literally not enough to even let my dog lick. -- Flavor profile : The wings themselves are battered in a non-seasoned batter apparently, and then tossed into whatever flavor you select. The sauces are homemade and you can tell, but I just feel as if it's missing something . It just wasn't good and whenever you pay a total of $50 for two drinks and 10 wings with a side of four potato wedges, you expect everything to be delicious. They are all in the food truck with chef attire on so it looks like it was gonna be amazing . The best tasting thing that I had was the mango refreshers. I will say that I will be back only for the drinks. Overall flavor of wings: 3.5/10. Potato wedges: 6/10 Drinks were an absolute 10 out of 10 . In fact, I think this cart should stop serving wings and only serve drinks and they make much more money because as of now that's the only thing I will buy from them. UPDATE: post 30 mins, - explosive diarrhea

Yelp
We originally loved the taquito truck so after hearing they've become a wings truck we drove 30 minutes to give it a try. It was worth the drive! Although there were many sauces to choose from, we ended up trying the cilantro lime and alvero sauce on 5 wings each. Both sauces were super tasty and not overly salty. The PERFECT amount of seasoning in my opinion - you don't get tired of the taste! We also tried the chipotle sauce on the side which I thought paired nicely with their delicious potato wedges - kinda glad I didn't get it on my wings as it was a little too creamy. Workers were very kind and patient. They helped answer my questions and were very helpful. Overall a great spot to grab lunch/dinner with friends! I will be back!

Yelp
Whooooooa! These bone-in wings are humongous!! Like monster wings. Plenty of meat on these things! I haven't had the pleasure of having Tito's yet, but I saw they converted to a wing truck on Instagram. I really wanted to try the chimichurri one, but I always opt for the hottest one first: Cuete. My partner got the one right above it Honey something. Cuete had some decent heat. It builds on you, but it wasn't a burn-your-face-off heat for me. I'm pretty sure my tolerance is beyond human by now, so maybe don't take my word for it. My partner thought they were very hot! The flavor was delicious. I liked the habanero on top. The honey one had great flavor too. I can't wait to go back for the chimichurri one. I can't eat a bunch at one time, so the 7 piece bone-in was plenty for me. I ate 4 and was full. Service was super friendly too. Definitely going back. Great addition to the Breakside foodcarts .

Yelp
I was excited about the concept of Mexican flavorings for wings. Ordered the chili de arbol boneless & loaded jojos. The sauce on the wings wasn't too spicy, IMO but I can take some heat. I really liked the wings but the jojos, even with all the toppings was disappointing. Not enough seasoning on the potatoes & an odd fry on it. Service as always is top notch! I'll try other flavors on wings but probably won't do any sides.

Yelp
Great addition to the Beaverton area culinary scene. This cart is in the Breakside Brewery Pod.... This place has great sauce flavors available, we tried the boneless nuggets (gluten free chicken!), cauliflower (shockingly good), potato wedges, (I was already a little too full to take more than a bite but my wife loved them. My first time here won't be my last! Highly recommended.

Yelp
The breading on the wings I got today had to have been a quarter inch thick. It slipped right off of the wings when I bit into them.
