All Aboard Candy is definitely a visually appealing shop. The displays are colorful, well-organized, and full of unique candies and gift items that make you want to browse for a while. The selection is impressive, from nostalgic treats to more modern sweets, and the store layout is fun and inviting. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service left a lot to be desired.
While I was shopping, I had a question about one of the products. The only staff member in the store at the time was sitting near the counter, deep in conversation with her friends, enjoying ice cream. I waited for a natural pause to ask my question, but it quickly became clear that I would need to interrupt in order to get any help. When she finally notice me standing there, she looked annoyed, set her ice cream down, and answered me in a way that felt rushed and uninterested.
It’s a shame because the store itself has a lot of potential and could easily be a go-to candy stop for locals and tourists alike. With more attentive and welcoming customer service, it would be a much sweeter experience all around.
