The Latest Restaurant Closings Around Atlanta, April 2025 | Eater Atlanta

"A supper club run by chef and potter Zach Meloy has ended dinners at its Westside space—cheekily still marked 'Beauty Wholesale'—and held a studio sale as it prepares to move to a new studio closer to the chef's home; the dinner series will be relaunched under the name The Potter’s Table at a location disclosed only after tickets are purchased." - Henna Bakshi

Had such a fun time! My friend and I went to paint birthday plates for our babies & the staff was so helpful. The environment was really chill and relaxing. I’m glad we went at 10 AM (on a Saturday) because it was definitely getting busier when we left at noon. Tons of colors and pieces to paint. Will go back in the future!

Went here for my birthday with a few friends and family! It was a great experience with lots of options to choose from. 10/10

My girlfriend and I went on a date here last weekend. It was a great time. The reason I'm scoring this so low is because none of the employees let me know the ceramic glaze I was using on a cereal bowl was not food safe until I picked it up after firing. The specific glaze I used had to be requested and was pre-portioned out by the stores employee. It was never posted by the paint samples or mentioned by the employee. Although I had a great time I feel frustrated that I chose a bowl to use at home and it was never mentioned by anyone that there were unsafe glazes on premise. I think this is a big miss and can potentially lead to sick customers. I hope there will be some warnings either posted or mentioned by an employee in the future.

This was a great date night with my hubby. There was a wide variety of paints and some fun specialty glaze too. Kinda wish they would replace the paint brushes though. A lot of them were frayed. Might bring my own brushes next time. Had a blast and will definitely come back again.

My daughter and I have been there twice. It is a wonderful way to spend time and lower your blood pressure by relaxing. We got to be creative too. We loved our experiences and plan to return soon!

Honestly I want to say we had a good experience! But, there were a couple of hiccups. We were honestly very confused when walking in. Luckily, my friend had been there before and told us how it worked. Once we entered none of the staff greeted us or explained how the process works in terms of pricing, glazes, painting, tool, just the general senses of things worked. I think it would’ve been a smoother experience if we had some guidance since it was our very first time doing this. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out things when we could’ve spent it painting. My friend gave all five of us a break down/ tour and we were able to finally get started on our own. We did have a reservation for six people but it seemed another party took over our table so we had to physically move the tables around so we could paint. The staff did not come by once to check on us. Once we were done, we took a photo and handed our pottery to the staff to check out. My friend had warned the girl that there were some wet areas on her mug. She nodded and proceeded to smudge the glaze around. My friend had to ask for it back to attempt to fix it after we had just finished cleaning up everything. Today we picked up our pottery a week later and saw three out of 6 of our items were chipped. My friend said she glanced at the way they had the pieces stacked and it was not with care. With the whole experience, time spent, hiccups- just to end up with chipped items. I don’t think we would go again.

I had a great time painting my ceramic on my anniversary. It was a great way to be creative and slabs one on one time with my love. The staff was very informative and answered any questions we had. We will visit again and we can not wait to see how our items turn out!

WOW.. this place is great 👍 The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The ceramics are a bit pricey, but it's on $25 for a block of clay. I think it takes too long to have to pick up your items, but all and all, it was great 👍
