All or Nothing Bagels

The atmosphere is great! The rosemary sea salt bagel was incredible; so much favor! I ate happily ate every bite! The sesame and everything bagels are great as well.

This was my first time at All or Nothing - it’s worth all the hype and dare I say it deserves more. With a very simple menu, the bagels and flavors are anything but. I got the SEC All - an everything bagel with egg, sausage, white cheddar and apple butter. Yes you heard me right, apple butter AND white cheddar. The service is what you’d come to expect from a small business in East - super friendly people who want to know their patrons. Even if you live on the other side of town, this bagel is worth it. They even have their drip coffee in the classic Greek cups! The prices are steep at $17 for a sando and drip coffee but it’s a fun treat every once in a while. The orange and yellow airstream is situated next to a drum shop and you can watch them make the bagels in the oven right next to it. It’s simple, welcoming and delish. I’ll be back to try a bagel with their Calabrian chili schmear soon 🤤

Hip and trendy East Nashville spot conveniently located near a coffee shop and other east Nashville attractions but misses the mark on flavor. I admire All or Nothing Bagels for their creative specials and dedication to making and selling bagels out of this mini- venue but I don’t admire the flavor of these bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and was disappointed to find out that the bagel was hard (too chewy), too salty, and that the cream cheese was caked on too thick for eating. I came first thing in the morning so I know that the bagels were fresh and that my experience with the chewy bagel was due to their recipe and not because the bagel had been sitting out. Parking in this area is challenging to find if you are visiting during peak- hours. Additionally, the coffee shop next door is only available 8-2 Tuesday through Saturday. If you are visiting outside of these hours, you will not be able to grab a coffee with your bagel, as the shop does not sell any teas or coffee. They only offer water and coke in their outdoor cooler.

A dog friendly food truck with outdoor seating, on an easily walkable route. That’s all great, but one thing that stands out is the wood fired sourdough bagels. Especially the sprocket rocket on a rosemary bagel. It takes a few minutes to make, but what’s a few more minutes when you first taste it and realize it’s what’s been missing from your mouth your entire life. The layers and layers of egg, pesto, and smoked salmon are so well complemented by the toasted rosemary bagel, you just forget about breathing and focus only on eating because making sure those flavors stay in your mouth is the only thing that matters.

Went on a Saturday when it was fairly busy. Service was quick, and the employees were very friendly. Can’t control the weather, but I swear last time I was there, they had some type of awning to provide shade. I got an everything bagel with Calabrian chili schmear. The cream cheese was yummy, but I would not recommend the everything bagel, for it was abhorrently salty.

AON bagels 🥯 are truly AMAZING!!! I’ve not had such a delicious bagel since the streets of New York! And yet these are like artisanal bagels that, I dare say, are even BETTER than what I remember! The everything bagel is otherworldly - and somehow they figured out how to get all the seeds to densely stick to the bagel! My family loves these bagels as do I!

Best bagel in town and best bagel that has entered my mouth ever. It’s crispy and chewy and all the fixings stay within the bagel when you bite into it - like it does not slop out the sides. All or nothing bagel is the bomb . Com. Also the girls at the truck are really nice!

Been here a few times! The vibes and service are good but the prices for the food are not. The bagels are decent but the sandwiches are not worth $15. The bagels with schmear don't feel like they're worth $5 either. Feels like borderline price gouging, if I'm being honest.

Stopped here first thing 7am opening. I love a fresh bagel and decided on a bagel sandwich with sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs and homemade apple butter jam on an all bagel. There was only one person working but they were great. A little bit of a wait but I didn't mind walking around a little extra with my dog. We didn't get to utilize the outdoor seating as they were iced over haha but looking forward to brighter days. Nice cozy little place tucked away next to a drum shop. Priced a little steep with tip and tax close to $16 but a nice treat every once and awhile.

pretty decent bagel and great vibes. It was approximately 30 degrees when we went so we didnt stay long, but they have a really cute set up. The bagels are served out of a retro styled airstream. They have a fire pit in front with a few chairs. Behind the airstream you can see a huge clay looking oven.The menu looks like it changes based on the day. I went with an all (everything bagel) with calabrian chili cream cheese. The bagel was perfectly cripsy on the outside and very chewy on the inside. They definitely do not skimp out on the everything seasoning. I would suggest the calabrian chili cream cheese even to someone who doesnt enjoy spice, as it is not very spicy.

My wife and I got up a little earlier on New Year's Day to score some fresh bagels and smears to take home to the entire crew. The young ladies serving and getting the job done were super nice and welcomed us to the window of their business. We ordered one plain bagel, two bacon and cheddar, and two everything bagels. We also got cream cheese green onion and one plain to also enjoy at home. The entire order was fresh and delicious! Great service and wonderful products. I am glad we opened the 2025 New Year with a great beginning with the All or Nothing Bagels. Head that way sooner then later!

I was CRAVING a bagel, and this looked like THE place, so off we went! I expected a line after reading all of the other reviews, and there definitely was a line even at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. What I wasn't expecting was a 30-40 minute wait AFTER ordering if we got a sandwich or a 20+ minute wait if we were just getting a toasted bagel. Woah. My kiddos were so impatient, but thankfully they had a little outdoor area to run around and get some fresh air. Everyone genuinely enjoyed what we got with their wide array of bagels and spreads though, so we would probably return when in Nashville! Just prepare for a long wait!

Any low rating on here is an outlier - this place is awesome and I go all the time. The prices are incredible for a breakfast that will fill you up. The flavor is great. Bagels seasoned to max potential. The spot is really cool (especially on a nice day). The people working here are excited to serve you. Love this place. Heck - I'll be there in just a bit!

Please improve your online ordering system. When you are said to pick it up at 10:00 and you stand for 30 mins waiting on one SEC it's frustrating.

I'm a NYer visiting my sister in East Nashville. I've been coming here for years and am astounded by all the new offerings here in the city. I was delighted to see, while walking the dog in E. Nashville a little trailer set up next to a brickoven which actually turned out to be a bagel joint. I passed by a couple of times to buy a bagel but they were closed as they had sold out of bagels. So, on a Saturday (NYers love bagels on Saturday), I went early and scored a bagel. The people are friendly and kind and the everything bagel was delicious. Will be back.

Super cool set up outside of of Nelson's Drum shop which also includes Weak Coffee. They make sourdough brick oven bagels. The bagels were delicious and they were very friendly. Definitely recommend! It's wonderful to have a good bagel option in East Nashville!

Really nice staff and location is great. I got the everything bagel and unfortunately it was a salt bomb and extremely tough and chewy.

These "handcrafted" bagels are interesting. They were unwilling to accommodate customers and the wait times did not make sense.. a plain bagel with schemer took 10+ minutes and a "handcrafted" sausage egg and cheese bagel was ready right away.. maybe they aren't so handcrafted. But best believe they are saving the world one bagel at a time. True life changers. Would not recommend unless you want to cry the morning after your last night in Nash.

Friendly service and nice vibe. However the bagel was burnt to a crisp. Tough to eat really.

Long wait times because they make everything to order! It was $12-14 a breakfast sandwich - SEC was delicious but our other one (speciality menu item) was a little too greasy.. Would get the SEC again and would order online
