I brought my kids here a couple times for regular cleanings and it was fin. Then, after one cleaning my daughter came out crying. Then the dentist came out to see what the problem was and my daughter said they filled a cavity and didn’t tell her what they were doing. No one discussed this with me before doing so! The cavity was on a wiggly, baby tooth and I would’ve declined to fill it because it was falling out soon. They assured me it was fine because insurance would cover it—no mention about traumatizing my child. Needless to say, we switched dentists after that. Fast-forward a couple years, and one of my kids is getting her braces off and needs composite buildup on a couple teeth. I decided to get an estimate at All Smiles, wanting to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I called to make the appointment, explained what was going on, talked to multiple people at the front desk and got the appointment scheduled. We arrived and they said “it sounds like your daughter has braces and has some cavities?” I explained, again, why we were there and they were extremely confused. Eventually, we saw the dentist, who I am not entirely certain went to dental school. She said my daughter should get porcelain veneers and offered to get me a quote for that. Wanting to get out of there, I said OK and waited for the quote. The girl at the front desk handed me a quote for two fillings. I again explained we were not looking for an estimate to get cavities filled. She said that’s what the code was that the dentist put in the computer. I really don’t know how this place is still in business. Please do not go here.
