Google
Take-out only vegan bakery, but wow, it doesn’t matter if you’re vegan or not, everything here is just so yummy! The pastries are so pretty and constantly changing it up. But, the sandwiches, esp the seitan melt, were so delicious. The flavors, the pairings, and of course, their bread is top tier! One of my favorite spots in Squirrel Hill, worth waiting in line for, do not miss out!

I can't believe I haven't written a review of this place yet, because I go out of my way to go here anytime I'm in Pittsburgh. You would not believe what a transcendent experience it is to find *vegan* croissants that are so perfect in every way! All of their baked goods are phenomenal. The only reason for four stars on the atmosphere is because it's a pretty small storefront with no place to sit. Maybe someday they will be able to expand and offer that, but it's a small trade-off for their celestial ::angelic choir:: bakery delights and delicious sandwiches! Even my non-vegan family members are stoked when I bring them goodies from Allegro!

We used to go to Allegro all the time. The chocolate walnut bar was my favorite. But then they became vegan and we hadn’t really gone back. Now that I’m pregnant and can’t have deli meat we went to get some sandwiches. And we’re blown away by how good it is. 10/10 in taste, texture, flavor. I had the breakfast sandwich. My spouse had the avocado sandwich. The apricot rugelach also bomb. I wanna go back and get the babka.

Always struggling to find good vegan options in Pittsburgh when I’m visiting from South Africa. Allegro is certainly one I’ll come back to. I had a Breakfast Sandwich, my wife had a Seitan Melt and we shared a Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookie. Only let down was no seating in or outside. Vegan doesn’t always mean healthy. I’d describe this as indulgent vegan.

Google
Lovely little plant based bakery, and they even have some savory items, like sandwiches. They also have gluten free items, and baked goods that meet a lot of different dietary restrictions. I got to try their chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon cruffin. They were both quite good. The cruffin was more flakey and a bit less buttery than usual. You could just ever so slightly tell it’s plant based. Soft on the inside and has a nice crunch on the outside. A nice coating of sugar, and not bad. Reasonable price and portion. The chocolate chip cookie was good as well. Very large portion for the price! Tasty, rich chocolate that’s not too sweet. A nice saltiness on top. Pretty good. All in all, this is a very nice bakery, especially for those with specific restrictions. I enjoyed both the cruffin and the cookie.

Google
Despite this being my first time at Allegro, they greeted me with “Hello friend” which I found so endearing and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions. The sweets were delicious and the sandwiches are to die for. One of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh!

Google
Amazing all vegan bakery. Cute little corner spot on a busy street. They make their own vegan butter here too! As far as sweets go -I got a chocolate croissant: flaky, light, perfectly sweet! The cinnamon roll was bigger than my hand and absolutely divine. I also got a raspberry danish and double chocolate chip cookie, will update soon on those. For the savory, the cashew butter was absolutely delicious, so creamy and rich. We got both an artichoke and onion focaccia, that was the absolute perfect balance and a rosemary and (Parmesan-maybe)focaccia . It was absolutely mouthwatering. Updates to add: we’ve now tried some sandwiches, and wow!!! We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a Seitan sandwich , both amazing, but the latter may very well be the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Full flavor, enormous in size and an absolute 10/10!! The almond chocolate muffin was also a delicious treat. We’ve not tried anything we don’t live yet! As always we will be back, and we can’t wait!

Google
Dropped in on a weekday around noon and lucked out with no line. Staff was welcoming and I snacked on a tasty bialy while I waited for my order. The mushroom melt was next level, but…the seitan one might be the best sandwich I have ever had. Will have to come early one day to get some of their sweet treats before they sell out!

Yelp
Such a cute bakery with so many amazing baked good options! Which made it hard to choose. I came here because I heard they had the best cinnamon - I can confirm, it was amazing! Not like your normal cinnamon roll, it was flakey like a croissant with the perfect combination of cinnamon & icing. 10/10 recommend! Also tried the blueberry danish, it was good. Not very sweet which was okay, but could have used an icing drizzle or something to make it better. The staff had great recommendations, I so wish I could have tried many more options!

Yelp
Oh, I so wish to have them where I live! Such an amazing vegan bakery! I didn't had a chance to try any of their sandwiches, or breads as we were traveling, but got other pastries. The cruffin was huge and delicious, crunchy and sweet from the cinnamon sugar. Apple galette perfectly baked and the pistachio tahini cookie the best cookie I've had. Even if you're not vegan or plant based, I highly recommend to give them a try.

Yelp
Ordered pick up from this location. We ordered the seitan steak sandwich and the tofu sandwich. The seitan sandwich was a little too tomatoey for me. I really liked the freshness of the tofu sandwich. Both sandwiches used sourdough bread, the bread was soft and fresh. If I would come back I would get the tofu sandwich again. Pick up was easy, I was albe to find parking right out front. There were a few people waiting when I got inside, but they were really quick.

Yelp
AMAZING everything. Hearty sandwiches (no skimping here), fresh delicious bread, bomb cookies, and a great selection of grab and go with the best vegan cheeses I've ever had and that mushroom walnut dip???? Heavenly. Everything I've tried here became my favorite of its kind and all vegan! Pls never change. PS. PLS PLS PLS START OFFERING ALL THE GRAB AND GO ITEMS ON THE UBER EATS MENU. I so badly want to add the cheeses and mushroom dip to my order, but only the hummus is available to add there

Yelp
We came in as we had heard great things about the bakery. Happy that sandwiches were still left when we arrived. Staff was friendly and the space is what I would expect of a local bakery. Ordering was easy and the sandwiches came out fast. We split a mushroom melt and seitan sandwich. Both were amazing.

Yelp
A calming presence in the storm, a place to caffeinate that made my day when my power was out! Happy to stumble upon Allegro for a unique and delicious breakfast sandwich + coffee while trying to find something to eat the morning after the big storm here. Super friendly staff and amazing sandwich. Loooved the pickles and red onions. Also A+ indie rock tunes while you wait

Yelp
This plant-based bakery serves up wholesome and delicious sandwiches, breads, and pastries. I've tried a bunch of their sammies and have decided that the mushroom melt is my favorite. They also offer a weekly special, which is almost always a solid choice. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and super tempting, but my household is split on that one. Some think they are way too sweet and others don't mind the generous frosting and layer of buttery brown sugar on the bottom. I suggest trying one and deciding for yourself.

Yelp
We ordered an apple pie, pumpkin pie and chocolate cherry loaf for Thanksgiving and oh my gosh. It was absolutely the best apple pie anybody had ever had. It was so good that I was packaging up slices and forcing it upon relatives. It was fresh and tasted homemade. The apples were thin slices with absolutely no gross goup inside. It was tart and sweet, tender and crisp. The crust was SO good. The flavoring and sweetness was literal perfection. The pumpkin pie was the best pumpkin pie too. Smooth and silky, perfectly spiced. Incredible texture. It was absolutely amazing. The chocolate cherry loaf was bursting with flavor and chocolate chips. So good. The best part? It was REAL food. We are very particular about our food and this was 1 of the rare places that actually met our expectations.

Renee L.

Yelp
The bread here is amazing and tastes super fresh. The sourdough slice had mushrooms, artichokes, and leeks (I think). I also got the rosemary focaccia which was super fluffy and you can taste the hint of rosemary. The staff here was super eager to help.

Yelp
Delicious! Maybe the best cinnamon roll ever. So nice to have a vegan option! Service was good too.

Alyssa M.

Yelp
Very nice selection of fresh baked bread, pastries and sandwiches all of which are vegan. I got to try their breakfast sandwich on brioche and was very good. All of the ingredients were homemade and a unique twist on a classic breakfast sandwich. Would definitely love to visit again to try the sourdough!

Yelp
This is a modern space with lots of light, where pastries are the featured decor. They have a great selection of both sweet and savory baked goods, including very good rugelach and fruit-filled hamantaschen. The service was super friendly, and everything was quite reasonably priced.
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
This bakery is incredible and makes the most delicious desserts. And for the fact that everything is vegan, they lack nothing in taste or quality. My favorites are the apple galette, apricot hamantaschen, and the cinnamon roll. Can't choose just one! Bon Appétit!
google avatar

Yelp
This place has always been on my list especially since it's fully vegan. While waiting for my breakfast sandwich, I sipped on the drip coffee I had ordered. I'm very picky about coffee and wasn't expecting much from drip coffee, but this coffee was so delicious...it had already increased my expectations for this breakfast sandwich. I observed so many people coming into the store while waiting, which shows me just how good the food must be! While I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes for the sandwich, the wait is worth it as the sandwiches are made to order and the sandwich itself was amazing!!! I will be coming back to get some sourdough and hummus (and maybe try one of the pastries!)

Yelp
I have been vegan for 9 years, and have never tasted baking like this before (for reference I live in NYC and spend a lot of time in LA). I had given up on croissants years ago, as I had never seen a plant based version until visiting Allegro Hearth. Though nothing will exactly mimic the buttery classic - the Allegro version is light, flaky and the perfect amount of chewy heft in the center, in an incredible feat of baking genius. Truly, the recipe they have developed deserves awards. It is so difficult to accomplish this kind of nuance with plant based ingredients people! I feel lucky to have experienced it. The mouthwatering showstopper, however is the cinnamon roll which is a textural extravaganza from it's two-handed size, decadent frosting, not-too-dense but still a hefty mouthful pastry, to the way the bottom layer has become gooey and caramelized in the pan. It's worth noting that I ate a croissant AND a giant cinnamon roll and did not get a stomachache which is a testament to the quality of ingredients used. Truly wish I lived nearby so I could try each and every item on the menu.

Yelp
I wanted to impress my friends for a potluck. I ordered the Apple Pie and Multigrain bread. Everybody loved what I brought, there were compliments all around, especially for the pie. The pie featured firm, tangy apples and a wonderful crust. I feel I can trust this bakery with everything they make. The staff was courteous and helpful, for example, apologies for most things having sold out. There's some advice for you, either order in advance or arrive early! There's a 15 minute parking space right across the street, which made things easy and quick.

Yelp
Best Vegan bakery in Pittsburgh! Allegro is my favorite sandwich place in Pittsburgh. They have good sandwich options. I have tried all and they are all at par. Their harissa is a really good add on. Their breads, specifically sourdough is really good! It is a little expensive but the portion size is pretty good! The staff is pretty friendly. The order can be made online as well as in person. The service is pretty quick and the food is always fresh. I have heard a lot of good things about the cinnamon roll. I'd love to try that next time. Parking is available on the streets Highly recommend!

Yelp
This place makes the best vegan sandwich I've ever had. I got the seitan melt and it was delicious. Not dry at all, very flavorful, AND filling. The seitan was nice and crispy and did not take away from the meal as it often does. No seating inside so make sure you have a spot to eat your sandwich. I ate in the little park up the hill from the bakery. They had some tables and benches there.
google avatar

Zach S.

Yelp
Great bread, great cruffin, great croissant! Wish the coffee was a bit better for that bread was so good that they could have thrown burning hot decaf in my eyes and I would still give a 5-star review.
google avatar

Anokhy D.

Yelp
Parking: plenty on the street, with meters Bread: so good! We came slightly too early for the stuffed sourdough but I had a few bites of the bread and nearly swallowed the chocolate croissant whole. I completely forgot I was eating a vegan croissant. I mean, that lamination! So good. Also, they offer oat milk with their coffee!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this bakery for so long since I heard it was all plant based. My girlfriend and I took the day off from work and decided to come and pick up some pastries for breakfast. We got a blueberry muffin, a cruffin, a morning bun, and cherry danish. Everything was delicious! I loved the blueberry muffin. They're my favorite kind of muffin in general and I think this was one of the best I've ever had. The cruffin is also a must try! They didn't have the sandwiches when we came unfortunately so we will have to be back to try those!

Yelp
When I think about bakeries, Allegro is always first in my mind. When they reopened as an all vegan bakery, they showed me the possibilities of what you can do with just plants. There are baked goods here that haunt my dreams like their chocolate cake or their seasonal fruit danishes. Sometimes, I think about flying all the way from the west coast just to get a sandwich. On my most recent visit, they revived their B52 seitan shwarma special and it was absolutely delicious. The focaccia flavors here are always inventive and just taste so good. The bakers here are geniuses. I wish I had photos to share of the all the amazing treats I've eaten over the years, but something always comes over me, and the food is in my mouth before the camera can come out. The next time I visit Pittsburgh, I will be stopping at Allegro!

Yelp
When I first moved to Pittsburgh Allegro Hearth Bakery used to supply the coffee shop near my Regent Square apartment with the most wonderful croissants I'd ever tasted. I would stop in for a coffee and croissant on the way to catch the bus downtown to my first post-college job, something that became a treasured ritual during a time when so much in my life had changed. As someone who now has to forgo buttery pastries of all kinds due to an allergy, I was thrilled when I learned Allegro Hearth had made the transition to a totally plant-based bakery. I finally made a long overdue visit the other day, and I can report that the croissants are every bit as tasty as I remember them being. Furthermore the cruffin and pain au chocolate are also to die for! The plant-based food scene in Pittsburgh is passionate but still rather small, and the pandemic has made it all but impossible for the few vegan bakery startups that I'm aware of to really get a foothold. Converting an existing traditional bakery to a plant-based one without sacrificing the variety and quality of breads and pastries on offer might seem like a bold choice, but in my view the bakery now meets the giant need Pittsburgh has for a true vegan bakery while continuing to serve the community as a whole. Plant-based eating (whether for ethical or health reasons) is thankfully becoming more commonplace, and Allegro Hearth Bakery is proof that incorporating this into our lives doesn't have to look or taste like an inferior version of the treats we know and love. In fact it may even be an improvement.

Yelp
Hands down the BEST vegan sandwiches in all of Pittsburgh. Their Seitan Melt is definitely the best one I have ever had. Their sweets are also amazing. Make sure to get there early because they sell out of things quickly.

Erica D.

Yelp
Nobody makes food with more love and magic than Omar. Go get fed. #bestbreakfastsandwichever Add the harissa

Yelp
I guess I have to say that these are the most amazing VEGAN sandwiches I've ever had, but honestly they're the most amazing sandwiches, PERIOD. The options are great and the ingredients are even better. Ellen is always super kind and helpful behind the counter. I'm so happy to have them nearby, but honestly, I'd cross a bridge for their food. Which is saying a lot. Also worth noting that their COVID precautions are taken seriously and I felt safe in the bakery, picking up my take-out!

Yelp
I love bread, and this bakery does not disappoint! This was a cute little place on Squirrel Hill. My brother and I were looking for a bakery and I'm really glad we picked this place. They have a wide variety of bread which makes me wish I live nearby to invest in their bread card. We ended up choosing their one day old blueberry corn bread which were all 40%. It didn't even taste bad or hard, I liked it a lot and the price was so cheap for what it was. Unfortunately they couldn't slice the one day old bread, so we brought it back home to slice and toast the bread for breakfast the next morning. Super tasty! Highly recommend getting a loaf of bread!

Brian M.

Yelp
The absolute best bread you can get in the pittsburgh area. Or anywhere, as far as i'm concerned. There is nothing quite as satisfying as biting into one of their crispy baguettes or flavorful sourdoughs. I've never tried any of the sandwiches personally - The bread is the big attraction for me. The bread prices are perfectly reasonable considering the quality and amount you get. Due to the lack of perservatives and whatnot, i find that the bread lasts about 48 hours, and if i still have some after that, i feed it to the birds
google avatar

Jasmine D.

Yelp
Honestly this place is a hidden gem in Squirrel Hill. They don't advertise it super hardcore, but they are a mostly vegan place and everything is delicious! The danishes and focaccia are my two favorites to get there, and I've heard other pastries are just as good too. Everything is decently priced and you should walk away with more than one item!
google avatar

Burt G.

Yelp
Oh my gosh, this place serves some of the best sandwiches, bread and pastries I have ever eaten. We often go on the weekend for the vegan sandwiches and they never disappoint. It is a small bakery that sells out of their food very quickly, so there is a need to go early. The service is speedy and friendly. The muhammara is so yummy! I just recently tried the apple galette and it was an amazing experience. It tasted to fresh and yummy. Try it and you won't regret it. I can't wait to try other pastries and see what they are like.
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
I'm normally not big on sweets but the chocolate rugelach was just about one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted! I love supporting this vegan bakery!
google avatar

Mary I.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! It is the best vegan bakery in Pittsburgh. You can't even tell that the food is vegan. Everything tastes soo good. They have both savory and sweet food and dessert. I think that they have the best sourdough in all of Pittsburgh. They have zataar sourdough slices that are good! And their cinnamon rolls and huge and so tasty. Everything is also so fresh and clean. To be honest, the servers are a little bit sassy and rude. But other than that, great place! Must check it out. Get there quick or everything will be sold out
google avatar

Yelp
It pains me to hate on a place, but I can't just skip over this. I didn't read any reviews and didn't look at their website. I just went in to get a loaf of rye bread, which they don't bake on Fridays. So I got a big loaf of sourdough. It's fine, $7. Very good, no better than several places nearby. While at the counter I got a piece of cornbread. Very excited because it had jalapeños and I have been craving cornbread. I took one bite and it was the worst thing I've tasted in years and possibly ever. It was that bad. There was an ingredient label on the plastic wrap and it listed oat milk and canola oil. My guess is that one of the two is at fault. I must have been preoccupied when I went in. I don't remember seeing anything about everything being vegan. But since we're on the subject, there are two vegan restaurants in town and I've never had anything less than good. I'll add one more note and then stop kicking. I've tasted some pretty bad cornbread mix disasters. None were even close to this. Just awful. Awful.
google avatar

Peter N.

Yelp
Nice! All the vegan things; lots of pastries, bread, sandwiches and more. Also had birthday cake from here. Friendly staff too. Parking can be touchy around here - busy area, and unfortunately it's too far for me to go for lunch - as such, I haven't tried the sandwiches - but certainly worth an occasional weekend jaunt. They've hand some challenges with hours over the last year, so double check when they're open.
google avatar

Russ S.

Yelp
Ok. Before the pandemic, this was probably the best bakery for 400 miles in any direction. A truly exceptional place. It was a reason to move into the neighborhood. I was there 4+ times per week and had a standing Friday order. After the pandemic, they restructured and went vegan. If you're vegan, you'll LOVE IT. But I'm only vegetarian. I mourn for the loss of their croissants, eclairs, challah, etc. Their breads are still good. Sourdough is EXCELLENT in fact. But the new price prohibits it as a source for daily bread. Baguettes did go downhill a bit as well. Smaller. Over done a bit. It's still very high quality as a vegan bakery. But Sunflower Butter Croissants just aren't the same.
google avatar

Hira S.

Yelp
Delicious vegan sandwiches. Everything is vegan! The mushroom melt was divine, and I liked the seitan melt as well. Definitely want to try the desserts too. I will say the energy in there on Saturday morning was very frantic, with to go orders and a big rush.
google avatar

Jamie F.

Yelp
This place is amazing--all the more so if you are vegan. Let's start with their breads. Their basic sourdough is amazing, moist and airy inside, crisp on the outside. The variants like the whole wheat and seeded breads are also fantastic--denser and chewier, but definitely not too dense. The sandwiches that they make with this sourdough bread are also incredible, though they can sometimes get a little messy. My faves are the eggplant and the hummus. Their layered focaccia is also super delicious--especially the red onion, sumac, and pine nut one. Their vegan pastries are also really yummy. I particularly like the cruffin and the chocolate croissant, but I have yet to have a bad one.
google avatar

Aidan W.

Yelp
I love this Squirrel Hill gem! From bread to pastries to salads/sandwiches, everything is worth trying. Croissant - light, buttery, flaky, and a great size Cruffin- a croissant baked like a muffin rolled in cinnamon sugar. It was really tasty, crunchy in the outside and tender within Blueberry danish- tender pastry with tons of fruit filling Sourdough loaf- they offered to slice it for me, it was perfectly fermented and had a good crust and interior crumb *Make sure to come early as many pastries begin to sell out after the morning rush.

Yelp
This place was DIVINE. I got the breakfast sandwich and my husband got the avocado sandwich. We shared a cinnamon roll (they're HUGE) and were literally in heaven the whole time we ate. Just thinking back to this, I'm drooling. 10/10 recommend!!!

Yelp
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE EVER TL;DR don't ever order online from allegro, their website doesn't have accurate pictures, they don't read the comments, and they obviously do not care about their customers who get the wrong product and are upset about it. I was told, in person, to get individual dinner rolls I had to order online. I ordered online 6 individual brioche dinner rolls. When I arrived I was given a pie tin filled with 6 small squished rolls that are NOT AT ALL what is on the site. When I brought this up with a person working there I was given the cold shoulder, told "yeah we don't actually see any comments you make on orders" and "sorry we don't actually make those like that anymore." I brought up the fact that the pictures on their website looks nothing like what I was given I was told "oh, sorry, I'll look into that" and when I also added that there are sesame seed buns on their site, the person looked confused and didn't seem to know that they were even available to order. This is so frustrating because i LOVE allegro. I'm gonna keep going to allegro! but good god word of warning do NOT order online!!!

Yelp
Had this amazing bakery bread & pie for Thanksgiving and I just marvel how amazing, what a treat, healthy quality ingredients, and vegan, health conscious without sacrifice on taste, I will be back

Yelp
I've been a major Five Points fan for years, but I found myself here one rainy Sunday morning when Five Points was closed. Some highlights: - Their croissants are gigantic! Like bigger than your face gigantic. I love how they cook them so that the outside gets nice and crisp - They slice bread for you! That being said, the walnut raisin loaf that I picked out was apparently too warm to put in the slicer. That's fine because what's better than sliced bread? Warm bread straight from the oven - The staff are wonderful: when the customer before me left his credit card in the reader, the cashier ran outside in the rain to try to give it back! I think I slightly prefer the walnut raisin from Five Points, but I just might have to each a bunch more bread from Allegro to be sure ;)
google avatar

F. L.

Yelp
I'm genuinely confused that I apparently haven't reviewed this place before. I used to be a regular here, getting a loaf of sourdough every week for most of high school, and eating it for sandwiches for a while. Anyhow, the bread is still good. Standard base of sourdough in a lot of shapes, and the flavor's always full-bodied with a nice crust. Not quite as fancy as Five Points, and not as crispy or as much variety as Breadworks, but honestly a better and more consistent flavor than Le Gourmandine has had in the past five years. They also recently became vegan (sorry, "plant-based") and revamped their non-bread offerings. Their rugelach are pricey, but surprisingly excellent, and the hamantash are pretty ok. I hear they have babka once or twice a week, I ought to go back for those.
google avatar

Riley P.

Yelp
I would come back purely for the smells. I swear that fresh bread smell can convince me to commit crimes. We ordered an eclair and it was moist with thick chocolate cream on top. Murray Ave is filled with cute shops and stores so grabbing a quick snack or a loaf of bread on your adventure down the road is a must. I think we'll go earlier in the morning to get a round of fresh out of the oven bread.
google avatar

Chad L.

Yelp
We showed up to town and this was everything we'd hoped to find in a vegan bakery. Flaky-ass croissants, and a croissant muffin - never seen that one before. We ordered nearly one of everything, the big danishes and croissant being standouts. But hey, everything was good and we ate it all

Yelp
Everything is VEGAN! I love this place, almost tried everything in there. lol. this is my go to for bread ,pastries. Everything is delicious and fresh. They also serve delicious sandwich made to order, but you have to get there before 2:30 because they close at 3. Excellent service also, if you don't want to wait you can order online.

Yelp
Fabulous vegan sandwiches. Best bread in pgh. The cinnamon rolls are fame worthy. Great staff. Definitely order ahead online because everything is fresh and it sells out!

Allegro is my go-to bakery for challah. Just about every Friday my son and I make a thing out of getting our challah here. Usually we split a chocolate chip cookie and then head home. Needless to say, I think this is the best place to get challah in Pittsburgh! I've tried four different places and Allegro has the best, soft, pillowy, reasonably priced, loaves. I also like that I can choose between a small loaf and more traditional larger loaf. Allegro has a stamp card that gets you a ninth loaf of bread for every eight you buy so my challah was on the house today! Today, instead of a chocolate chip cookie, we got a walnut brownie. I was really disappointed. I got back to the car and tried to break a piece off for my toddler, expecting a nice soft consistency, but it had the crunchy consistency of a crunchy cookie ALL the way through. At first I thought it might be an off spot but the whole brownie was hard and crunchy. It was either a few days old or had really dried out in the display case throughout the day. Either way, it was a disappointing experience. I don't know if that's the desired consistency of the Allegro brownie or not BUT I will probably stick to challah, chocolate chip cookies (so soft omg), and the occasional Hamantasch.
