No stars if i could! On st Patrick's day weekend, we're literally at the bar waiting for our turn to order (after 30 whole minutes y'all, RIDICULOUS! If you don't have bartenders that can handle that volume, tell em to stay home and play with their barbies), what happens? I lean over the bar (after 30
Minutes of waiting and the bartender serving everyone but me and my party) to tell the bartender that I'd like to order shots, she acknowledges it, and then never comes back to serve me. It took for me to sit on a bar to get any attention for a drink. What happens next? A middle bartender gets upset because I'm sitting on a bar trying to get attention, which i finally do because I'm sitting on the bar. At this point, I don't want to spend a dime here (when i made the decision to sit on the bar, i knew what I was doing) -- ended up going around the corner to Dawns whose service was impeccable btw! this middle bartender had nothing to do (very well could've served a drink instead of anything else, she used her "power" to kick people out for wanting a drink. A good bartender would have never allowed another fellow bartender to have their patrons wait that long for a drink and should've been rectified with the bartender rather than someone who was trying to give money to an establishment. Which by the way, middle bartender, I'll wreck your bar ring any given day a week with your weak following seeing that you seem to be so "confident" in your role. I'll show you how a REAL bartender moves behind the bar during the BUSIEST time of the year, and I'm not talking about st pattys day you NOOB. Chicago bartenders do it better and faster. So sit down and start taking notes! We care about bar ring and customer service, it's how people come back even if it's not a crazy weekend. You really need to leave the industry and learn a bit more because you clearly don't know anything besides telling an 18 year old Barback to kick our party out because "you said so") Even after not being able to get a drink (they think at this point it's because we're drunk, literally, first stop of the night, not one drink) and this is how we're treated. Stay away. Came here once in July and thought it was decent, now? Never spending a dime here and I'll spread the word. Stay away, you'll get kicked out for no reason by an 18 year old Barback. Staffing your business with a bunch of broads behind the bar who move like Steve Jobs (and he's dead). If you need real bartenders, make sure they have the experience to handle St. Patty's day volume. Otherwise, they're just wasting all of our time!Shady employees and a shady business! The nerve this guy behind the bar had to tell me as well "you're not gonna get service on the busiest day of the year at a drop of a hat" try 30 minutes you FOOL. Even after explaining that, he had a stupid look overcome him because he probably didn't realize we had been waiting that long but stuck to his guns because industry has industry back right? St. Patty's day is also not the busiest day of the year, NYE is, and if your bartenders, AGAIN, cannot handle that volume, STAY HOME. Correct the issue with your staff before kicking the people out who pay YOUR bills!
