Google
In town for a couple of days and was looking for family friendly places and this one popped up! We did an hour of bowling and had a lot of fun! Regret not checking out the arcade, I noticed they also have a rock climbing wall! Super cute fun place for family fun! Service could be a little better but overall a good experience.

Google
My daughter loves this place! She loves the bowling, the wall climbing and the arcades. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and neat. Keep up the great work.

Google
Fun place to take the family. We always do the day pass which includes bowling, laser tag, and putt putt. Plus a game card. They have a small snack area and a bar.

Google
We always have a great time here! We love the bowling, rock climbing, mini golf, and laser tag it’s fun for all ages and perfect for family outings. The pizza was fresh, and the loaded cheese fries were delicious. Highly recommend for a day full of laughter, good food, and activities!

Kids had a blast! Super fun and affordable. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Do the Lazer tag!

(1) Please clean the bathrooms! You can smell them from the parking lot. (2) The arcade is a joke. Deliberately misleading and upsets kids. As an example, see the photo. What would you think this is? We were told that the machine was broken and the child would not receive 250 tickets. Disappointed kids.

Google
Get the “Best Day Ever Pass” and spend a few hours here - totally worth it. Having unlimited access the mini golf, bowling, laser tag (we didn’t do test this out), and having a preloaded arcade card was a great way to spend 4ish hours for two of us. The place seems a lot bigger once you find the mini golf area (which was a little hard to find from the inside of the place). Also, the shareable snacks that they have are definitely shareable size. We got the loaded fries, and it was like a whole plate filled with fries, bacon, and cheese. The two of us made them our lunch for the day - that’s how big the plate was. I would like to note that Alley Cats is more aimed towards families, so there are a lot more kid arcade games/prizes, so just a heads up for expectations rather than expecting a more Dave&Busters vibe. Other than a few small things, we had a great date on an early Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t super packed, so there wasn’t lines for anything. Still highly recommend checking out their deals/packages and planning to come to the venue a little earlier in afternoon!

Yelp
I spent three hours there today with my kids and they had an absolute amazing time! It was a much needed family outing and it was clean - not busy and the staff was so nice and friendly. Their pricing is much better then the hurst location which is odd but okay by me! My son had such a great time with Putt putt and the smile on his face is all that mattered ! My two teenage daughters also had a great time and the feeling was great that they did! Thanks for the entertainment!

Yelp
First time here. There were parts I liked, and there were parts I did not like. I like that they had coupons online and at the service desk to help save money on the experience. There was a deal to get a large one, topping pizza and a pitcher of soda, and up to 6 people could bowl for a total of $60. That was a really good deal! I also like the size of their entrees. The pizza was really large. I got an order of nachos with cheese and pickled jalapenos. It was also a good size, and they were not stingy with the jalapenos for the price that I paid. It was a good value. I was a little disappointed because, originally, I wanted the jalapeno poppers, but they did not have any, even though it was like 3 o'clock on a Saturday. When we went bowling, I also liked that they had a decent amount of seating. Sometimes, when you go to bowling alleys , it is super tight if you have a large party. What I didn't like: I found a coupon online on Alley cays website. It said that you could play all you wanted in the arcade for like $25. But when I tried to redeem that coupon, I was advised that I could not use it in the main alley cat area that I could only use it at their putt putt area which was a completely separate building. I don't know why the advertisement was on the Alley cats website. It felt very deceiving, and I had to go multiple places for someone to finally tell me that I could not use the coupon. The other thing that I wasn't super impressed about is that if you wanted to buy tokens with your credit card, you were limited on how much you could spend on the machine. But it was their loss because I was gonna spend $50 but I only spent $30 because of that limitation. Would I go back? Maybe, but it would not be the first option out of all the other entertainment businesses that are out there.

Yelp
Enjoyed myself. Very lively space with lots going on, we were there to bowl, all rusty, but all had a great time. We tried the french fries, popcorn and cold beverages - everything was amenable. We had an hour and a half for two games, however we slowly ran out of time toward the end and they were awesome to give us 20 more minutes to complete our game. I brought my own bowling ball, but the lane seemed to take much longer to return it which slowed us down. I also brought my own shoes but we did not get a discount for that. I'd come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Took our son to play games today. We got a card and started playing. It was easy to get tokens and the games were fun. After we were done playing we checked out and got prizes and they were very helpful to my son while he picked his prizes out. They have bowling on site too so we will be back soon to bowl. Parking was good with lots of spots available. Bathrooms were clean.

Ava W.

Yelp
The games there all broken every time I try to play a game they don't work. I always waste my tickets on games that won't function the way they're supposed to. I'm really mad because the claw machines don't seem to work the way that their commercialized.
google avatar

Yelp
We went as a youth group church. I was easy to communicate and get the group discount on a short notice. Staff was friendly, bowling was fun, pizza was pretty good, most the arcade worked, we were pleased.

Nancy Z.

Yelp
This place was very fun but the only problem is that the price is very expensive, it cost 70 dollars for only 2 people.

Yelp
Recently attended a birthday party at Alley Cats. We drove from San Antonio and arrived ahead of the party attendees so I ordered 2 things we had ordered previously and really enjoyed (fried pickles and cheese fries). I hosted two of my daughters birthday parties here about 7-8 years ago...we loved it. This was my nieces second party here. And a plethora of friends and coworkers had thrown parties here as well since our initial party. The experience this time was completely off. The fired pickles were old and overly fried to the point they were burnt. The pickle was so dry it looked like plastic when I tried to pull one apart. The cheese fries had bacon and chorizo...I get bacon but chorizo?!? The pizza sat boxed up in the party room for at least 30 minutes prior to the attendees meeting in the party room. I know it was sitting there that long because I went into the room nearly 20 minutes prior to set up goody bags. Previously, the pizza was hot and fresh. The party hostess was very nice and helpful but the overall experience for me was subpar.

Yelp
Fun and has everything you could want. Busy and loud but good for families. Not cheap but still a good time. Lots of parking and lots of fun. Need bigger restrooms is my only complaint.

Yelp
Had my child's birthday here. Typical bowling atmosphere. Loud and crowded but that was expected. Overall a fun time.

Yelp
First things first PAPA BEAR IS AWESOME!!!! After having a not so great experience at another arcade/bowling establishment we decided to try Alley Cats. Now I would give it 5 stars, but the girls at the bowling counter didn't know how to charge us for the games. It took 2 of them to figure it out on a calculator and then the price was ASTRONOMICALLY HIGHER than anywhere we've bowled in Arlington MORE THAN DOUBLE TO BE EXACT (we had been doing nothing but bowling for 3 days) we asked why it was so high and we're rudely given the breakdown. We paid it, but good lord it was steep for only playing 3 games. Everywhere else it was usually around $50ish including shoes. But let's talk about PAPA BEAR man does he really know how to turn a night around!!! He had the best customer service! He genuinely looked like he was happy to do his job and we couldn't have been more happy to have him as our bartender. He is so kind and funny and boy can he mix a good drink. We talked about how great he was the whole ride home. Now if you could just tell your girls at the counter, and the police officer y'all had working that night that INTIMIDATION TACTICS don't work on people who have paid a pretty penny to bowl that would be GREAT!!!! They literally stood at the counter and glared at us until we finished our last game. Which I'll admit, it had us there a smidge after close, but y'all allowed us to pay for that time so we were going to finish what we paid for. We left immediately after we finished (about 10 minutes after close) if we could've been refunded for that time we would've gladly ended the game. Our intention was never to be there even 1 minute after close. BUT NONETHELESS PAPA BEAR WAS THE SHINING STAR THAT NIGHT!!!! That's why I'm leaving this review. Customer service like his is very hard to come by these days. He definitely made it easy to turn a blind eye to the few negatives we experienced and just be happy to bowl and drink a couple damn good drinks. THANK YOU PAPA BEAR!!!! WE HOPE YOU CAN SERVE US AGAIN SOMETIME!!!!

Yelp
I'm only giving 4 stars STRICTLY on price and games being down.  Otherwise, I would give this place 5 stars.  The games were great, the bowling was fun, the laser tag was great, the mini-putt had so many options, and our family had a ton of fun.  However, it was at a hefty price tag. There was definitely a lot to do for the price, but it just seemed like EVERYTHING was really pricey.
google avatar

Lynne C.

Yelp
Our family had so much fun at the Alley Cats Entertainment Center!! It really has everything -- bowling alleys, laser tag, arcade, mini golf and go karts! We came on a weekday cause it was rainy and a bit chilly outside but had a ton of fun in the arcade. We had a range of ages from 2 years old to 32 and everyone was able to find something fun to play. We dropped a ton of money and got around 12K tickets.. the prizes all sucked but it was really more about spending time together. A handful of games were out of order but honestly wasn't too bad!

Yelp
Went bowling and had a great time! I love supporting a family owned business but my biggest problem was their COVID practices. I didn't see ONE bowling ball get sanitized while I was there. Shouldn't that be a thing?! We were assigned our lane and the guy cleaned the couch and table but that was it. Not one bowling ball, which made me feel a little uncomfortable the whole time. I was constantly sanitizing my hands. They were assigning every other lane, which was nice and they had dividers up on some lanes, but not others...why not put them up on all the lanes?! It was just a little confusing. Also, $47 for one hour of bowling and one shoe rental?! When did bowling get so expensive? I was not prepared for the expensiveness...but maybe that is normal now *shrugs shoulders*

Maytrice S.

Yelp
It's was a very nice experience at alley cats nice things to do for me and my family the food was great. We love bowling

Terry H B.

Yelp
Watch yourself here guys and girls we have adolescents and a little 20 year olds that seem to think they have way too much power at Alley Cats like to bully the little kids I brought nine of them there and spent you know $600 $700 and had a little man in a slightly bigger body than my 13 old son doing the bullying. When I complained to the manager, her only response was ok. So I guess bullying by the staff to other children is ok.
google avatar

Dani S.

Yelp
I can't tell you how kind and helpful the staff was! The folks at the food by the bowling were amazing as well as the info counter were accommodating, listened to our concerns, and even though they were tired, they were extremely pleasant and kind to our party. Will definitely come back!
google avatar

Al P.

Yelp
As far as an entertainment venue this place hits the mark. If your on a budget, you may want to drive another five minutes to AMF lane. We payed close to $70 for an hour and half of bowling for 4, not including food and drink. The chips and Queso were pretty good and the Curly fries were decent. It IS a neat place and probably worth the price when all is said and done

Yelp
Great spot to get out of the sun in this Texas heat and enjoy a multitude of activities from bowling to laser tag to putt-putt to billiards and many arcade games. However it's not all great. The prices are outrageous for majority of things(FOOD!) and depending on what staff member you talk to depends on how much you will spend. Thankfully I was able to meet Dayton and he was able to point me in he right direction to how to spend my hard earned money efficiently(ASK ABOUT THE ALLEY CATS PASS). In all, I will continue to bring my family to this location over any other bowling alley due to the friendly environment and welcoming staff they employ.

Dat N.

Yelp
It's pretty ok, nothing seriously fun. More for kids and families rather than teenagers and adults who go alone.
google avatar

Dietra M.

Yelp
This is a great play space to escape the Texas heat. The location is great. The Half Price Tuesday deal is awesome. With any play space, the machines have a mind of their own and we've had several of them not functioning correctly. Even with malfunctioning games the assistance is almost immediate and taken care of!

Yelp
So much to do to keep entertained. Big, clean arcade, batting cages, putt putt, and more. They are a participant of kidsbowlfree. We decided to play the putt putt course. They have 3, but cost only covers 1 course of 18 holes. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY. They will eat you alive. Plenty of shaded areas while playing. Concession is expensive...expect movies theater prices. We did not but anything, so bI can't comment on the food.

Leigh Anne K.

Yelp
We came primarily to play mini-golf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course is falling apart. There were golf balls in the murky water features, broken light bulbs and railings rusting. There were people doing maintenance but the poor guy trying to work on the water stuff had a net with holes in it. We went inside to the smaller building next to the golf to play some games. The AC was out. There was a ceiling tile gone and water dripping in to buckets. There was a really musty smell which indicates that there is all sorts of moisture consistently. The floor was dirty. This place almost feels like there's no intention to keep it open as it clearly has not been maintained at all. They have redone the place in Hurst. Maybe they are out of cash to work on this one. I've had previously positive experiences with bowling in the other building. Today was just sad.
google avatar

Ben R.

Yelp
There are three golf courses here. There appears to be a new self storage under construction next door at the time of this review and some storm damage to the large waterfall feature on the course. The new construction appears to have had a leveling affect on the corses. As far as I know putt-putt courses are supposed to be level with only obvious hills and not invisible misalignments. This was happening on holes along the retaining wall of the property. This is either a feature or a bug depending on how you play it. I had some hole in ones accounting for the mislevel. We played two of the three courses. The landscaping is nice, but the management would be wise to vacuum the carpets more often or provide some carpet rakes at each hole because the pine leaves and twigs get all over the carpet. The bowling alleys have large tv's and party couches. The lanes played normal, but expect the lights to be set to black light instead of on. There are coca-cola freestyle machines and the drink cups allow for one free refill (chip reader). There are some billiards tables that can be rented out and two nice arcades and a rock climbing wall. The place does a decent job blending adult and family entertainment within the two buildings. But the place needs some repair on the golf courses. There are also two different arcades within the two buildings.

Yelp
We came here on a Saturday night for my girls son's birthday, he had some friends with him and we decided to join. They defiantly have a good thing going here to hit some demographics. Pool tables and Bowling and a bar for the grown folks, and laser tag, putt putt and games for the kids. The prices for bowling need to be lowered or maybe 1/2 off during down time, I know I'm never in life paying $40 for one hour of bowling with shoes, even for the experience lol. But they had some tables all over and places to sit for the adults watching. I wouldn't necessary order the pizza it looked like card board to me. But we brought our own pizza from Dominos, had a cake and the boys had fun.
google avatar

Obiajulum O.

Yelp
Alley cats was good buuttt....the food service was bad bad my food took almost 1 hour to do so
google avatar

Tara M.

Yelp
What a fun place. It was not very busy for a Friday. We bowled 30 minutes, 3 ppl and it was $36.03. We played games too. All of them were working. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Right across from the mall.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a birthday party for one of the kids here. Our party host, Nee Nee, was impressive! Not only was her personality and service great, we were pleased that she could communicate with our deaf party members. She communicated with ASL and it was a great surprise.

Yelp
Great place for FUN with family or friends. Has bowling, bat cages, putt putt golf, billiards, rock climbing, laser tag and video games. Great deals for unlimited putt putt at 14.99 per person or get daily pass for unlimited putt putt, laser tag, rock climbing and bowling (shoes included) for 36.99 on weekends and 29.99 on weekdays. There is also a groupon available for 102.00 (200.00 retail)for 800 points on game card for games and putt putt or bat cages. food and drink specials available also. Unlimited refills for 7 dollars. Definitely great to enjoy yourself alone or with others. Enjoy yourself and have FUN!!!

Josh T.

Yelp
Extremely extremely rude. I honestly don't post reviews but the service was so terrible and degrading. I didn't mind doing it this time. I would give negative stars if I could
google avatar

Haiden T.

Yelp
We came on a Saturday night and the putt putt courses weren't too busy. I'm guessing because of the heat.. but at night, it's not an issue. We ended up getting a 10 game pass for around the same price it was going to be for 4 of us to play one round. I guess that means we will be back! The course is pretty basic and a lot of the decor is broken down/needing repair. The holes are nothing intricate. Very basic putt putt experience. They have reasonably priced refreshments for when you need a snack or a drink. Looks like they have a TON of arcade games if you are into that. My husband really enjoyed the batting cages. They have different speeds you can try. Those are also pretty cheap and fun for sport lovers. All-in-all, a great place to go spend some family time, it just needs a little more TLC for the putt putt courses...

Yelp
First time visiting and was able to share the experience with some friends and family from Australia

Yelp
Getting in is a challenge bc it's so AWESOME,reservations are WELL WORTH IT!!!! I look forward to rollin again!

Yelp
A lot of fun. We didn't bowl, but I'm recommending it. Mostly because there were big screens- a great deal of information overload, which adds to the atmosphere in a place like this. ADHD-folks, including myself, love places like this. Laser tag was fun, the video game selection was a little thin, but that's due to a lack of space. There is a lot crammed into this building. Take your kids and kill a couple of hours. It's worth the money.
google avatar

Lorenza M.

Yelp
The customer service at the food station/counter was terrible. The young lady wore on her face that she did not want to be there. Wasn't engaging not one bit. I tip and everything no thank you or anything. Plus flavors of ice cream were listed that weren't even there. I pre-bought ice cream to get when I was done eating to come back to flavors that were listed and were there. I went back to ice the ice cream and she didn't have the flavor. She didn't ask if I wanted something else or did I want to get my money back. She just let me leave. That was not okay. Besides that, it was a pleasant place.
google avatar

Jess G.

Yelp
I was very disappointed with this establishment's safety measures or should I say there was not really any measures in place. All I seen were a few bottles of sanitizer around on tables. The governor's mask mandate has not officially began however there were so many inside without masks. There isn't even a sign on the door that says it's required so the reason people were not wearing masks. If you still are going to remain cautious about being around people without masks, this is not a place to go. Again disappointed in it being a family entertainment establish would not require masks and have more safety measures in place.
google avatar

Presley S.

Yelp
This is an awesome place for fun, food, and drinks! If you wanna play some golf, climb some rocks, play laser tag, video games... you can do it all here! The course we played on was exceptionally fun and for $15/person it's an excellent deal. The course could probably use a touch of maintenance but that's neither here nor there. The point of coming here is to have a good time and eat and drink! It's not to worry about the little things... life is too short for that!

Haley L.

Yelp
Hands down the BEST birthday party experience I've ever done for one of my kids - a great experience for the kids, and for me because I didn't have to do ANYTHING but handle invitations. My son's party included bowling, laser tag, game cards, pizza, cake, ice cream, decorations, tableware, party favors, and our host, Clay, who did set-up, clean-up, served the food and drinks, and even fitted all the kids for their bowling shoes! They even let me switch out 8 balloons that matched my kid's desired theme to be blown up instead of the standard balloons they would have used (they said they would have to charge for more than 8, which I think would be totally fair)! The host confirmed our pizza and drink order and made sure it was ready perfectly on schedule. The pizza, cake, and ice cream tasted great. The whole value is really awesome - I think we paid a similar price for my son's last birthday at a trampoline park, and we STILL had to deal with cake, decorations, and favors. I'm sure we will totally be doing this again! Every birthday, if I can convince them ;) And I just want to say thank you, again, to Clay! He really went out of his way to make sure all the kids were having a great time, even my son's pouty sibling, and I really appreciate it!

Yelp
Kids absolutely loved it! Had a party for my 10 year old here and now my daughter wants her paryty here. The staff was amazing, everything went as planned and the girl assigned to our party was on top of everything. The adults seemed to be having a good time as well. Thanks for making my boys party special!!!

Yelp
I am writing this review from the perspective of a parent who hosted her child's birthday party here rather than a casual visitor. I was very satisfied with how it went. I called to make the reservation, they asked some basic questions about what I wanted and took a $20 deposit via credit card. The party package included an hours use of a party room, one round of golf, a couple party games (think musical chairs & hot potato), a bunch of arcade game tokens for each child, discounts for future golf for each child + 4 free passes for the birthday family, sodas, ice cream, cake and one pizza. We brought our own cake so they gave us an extra set of tokens in recompense and we bought a couple extra pizzas. The base package was for 8 kids, you can pay extra for more kids. All the adults had sodas and ice cream too and they didn't charge us anything extra for that. Melissa the party captain was friendly and enthusiastic and did a good job keeping everything moving along. The party room was well decorated in a simple and non-pretentious manner. It wasn't fancy, but it worked. There was a cardboard crown and set of helium balloons for the birthday boy in his favorite color. The kids who lost each of the party games were given prizes, the winner got extra arcade tokens. They provided a storage locker for us to put the presents and extra food in while we were golfing and the kids were playing in the arcade. From my perspective, this was super duper easy. If I'd hosted the party myself it would have taken a lot of hours for shopping and cleaning and decorating and etc. but here they do all the work for you. And it was surprisingly inexpensive for what you get. Our price came to $141 plus the gratuity I gave Melissa for her excellent service. My honey was worried the party would end up being too juvenile for a 9 year old but it was pretty age appropriate. We were all happy with the result and the kids all had fun. The mini golf here isn't the fanciest I've seen but it's well maintained and does have some 'flavor decoration' (waterfalls, giant hippos, mushrooms and other sculptures). They play good music like Jefferson Airplane and Pink Floyd on the speakers outside :) The arcade on the inside also isn't the biggest or fanciest I've seen, but they've got a decent number of games that kept the kids busy for about an hour after they played mini-golf. I would recommend this Putt Putt as a good place to have a simple, fun, not too expensive or pretentious party. If you're looking to one-up the Joneses by having the most spectacular party ever, this probably isn't what you're looking for - but I'm not like that. If the kids have fun and it's easy, clean and well-run, that's all I need.

Nina H.

Yelp
It's always clean. The putt putt is great for smaller kids (big ones too). If you want something outside (Corona) it's a good option because the putt putt is outside and super cute. We had a family party and the mgr was really nice and told us about a promotion we had not realized they had. It was a good deal.

Yelp
Go here during the specials (but be warned that it is far busier during some of the times listed below). Moonlight Madness (Every night 2 hours before closing) 30 gameroom tokens for $5 Weekday Madness (Mon. - Fri. Open to 5 PM) 40 gameroom tokens, Unlimited Putt Putt golf and a hot dog / sm drink for $10. Super Saturday (Sat Open to 2 PM) Unlimited Putt Putt golf, 40 gameroom tokens and a hot dog / sm drink for $10 Spectacular Sunday (Sun 11 AM to 1 PM) 80 gameroom tokens for $10 Fellowship Sunday (Sun 6 PM to 9 PM) Unlimited Putt-Putt golf and 40 gameroom tokens for $10 I enjoy miniature golf like the next person, but there is a better place to play it at then this location (The Hurst location seems to be the best Putt-Putt golf location). Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Malibu Speedzone in Dallas. It might be more expensive, but Malibu has more to do (4 Go Kart tracks, a carnival ride, arcade, a more innovative golf course and.... oh, a full bar). There is something to be said about being able to play miniature golf while drinking beer and that something is GREAT! :D

Wilhelmina M.

Yelp
Came here to play some laser tag with my boyfriend. We played with 3 other people and decided to go free for all instead of on teams. This laser tag was more complex than other laser tag arenas I've played in before. It had ways to get 2x the points for a while or invincibility for a short time and things like that. It was a lot of fun and I'd definitely come back to play again!

Yelp
I came on a Sunday to bowel with the kids for the first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful but their prices here is ridiculous! $3.00 for a fountain drink that you can't refill. There is not a refill price unless you buy another drink at full price. We spent $90 on food and drink that tasted like junk. None of the food was tasteful, most of the food was untouched. Bowling and games is fun but make sure you refresh yourself and make sure you ate before coming.

Yelp
Alley Cats was an ok all around fun center. There was nothing to spectacular. We went for the mini-golf. We played the adventure course and it was ok. It was pretty worn and very dirty. The putting surface had quite a few leaves and sticks that needed to be moved before you putt. If it is my choice I will probably not go back.

Yelp
Over the years, this business has just not been setting a standard anymore. With Alley Cats, and Round 1 very nearby, this place just doesn't provide much fun to me anymore. One thing that gives a star is their mini golf & batting cages. Prices are reasonable at reasonable times. Check their website for deal days! Their food and arcade can be skipped. Service isn't the best, and my goodness, please clean your restrooms. I couldn't even go into a stall because the toilet dispenser was broken and couldn't be held up with duct tape anymore. What the heck? Not much to say about this place because honestly, there isn't much here. However, if you are hosting a party for your young child, this place is small and intimate, yet big enough for them to run around! Overall, Putt Putt just doesn't cut it for me anymore.

Yelp
I was pleasantly suprised and quite impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Alley Cats. I took my family to celebrate the last part of my daughter's b-day. We paid for one of the bowling specials and we didn't receive the Pizza we paid for. After speaking with Daniel Hooten the Manager, we got the pizza of course, and as a show of appreciation we were given an additional hr of bowling. On a very busy night. Thanks Daniel keep up the Great customer Service!
