Allied Food To Go

Ordered from Orange Door Sushi here from Too Good to Go app. Was very confused where to pick up since the app didn't say it wasn't an individual spot. The food and deal was pretty good and the rice bowl was amazing! The place is cute and clean too and I wish there were more directions on how to pick up but I just waited for a person to be at the counter and showed them my App and code and they handed me the bag.

I placed an order online at 4:33pm scheduled pick up time 5-515pm I arrived on time I was told it wasn’t ready yet, i proceeded to wait for abuelitas Birria almost an hour after waiting and being told they didn’t know what time it would be ready I was told after an hour that my order was in the system but not received at the restaurant, however my receipt shows the time frame other wise, once I received my food I checked the bag and and the order was incomplete. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.I should not have to wait over an out for a scheduled food pick up. I feel like they prioritize delivery drivers and not people who order online. And on top of that I tipped them smh! I was told if I cancel they can’t do that and I have to file a dispute with my bank how inconvenient!

The atmosphere is a little different and weird but it’s new age I get it the food was the best so worth the wait!! this technique of a food alley is so smart! I got an organico Grilled lemon chicken bowl it was the best thing I’ve had in a long time!

food wasn’t bad but was overpriced at almost every restaurant (restaurant is a ghost kitchen with multiple food options). we ordered chicken sandwiches from bird n bun that were about $15 a sandwich. it was ok, just overpriced.

We went to check this place out tonight. We ordered ahead of time through their website. When we arrived, I punched in our order and to my surprise the drawer automatically opened with our bags ready to be picked up. I like that they have a large vegetarian selection. They also have a large birria selection it seems. My tofu bowl was very tasty. I was told the birria ramen was on the oily side and the hand roll trio was on the small side. I would definitely go back and try something else, maybe a dessert or something with the birria.

I ordered on the tablet inside of the shop. It was efficient and relatively easy. My order status was texted to me along with a code to open the portal. Sushi Blue Spot had fresh and tasty unagi and salmon! I would order again!

First time here and I ordered from Goop Kitchen. The Montecito wrap is everything! So good! But the star of the experience was the customer service from Edgar and the manager Katamo. I’ll definitely be back to try the other restaurants.

They are very nice and the screen interface is easy to use. The handmade pork bao is super yummy. These are the authentic famous sheng zhou xiao long bao (嵊州发面小笼包) with fluffy coating.

This review is for SOL Mexican kitchen only. 4 weeks ago my office ordered from them through their website for an executive meeting. The food was never delivered. We tried ordering from the same restaurant through Postmates since we have ordered successfully from Ben's Fast Food kitchen. Our food was delivered with missing items and our orders made incorrectly. We received a notice that no refund would be issued for the missing item. SOL Mexican kitchen unfortunately will not receive our business any longer.

I had ordered food to go on Postmates for pickup here at the Allied Food To Go location here in Pasadena. I didn't really know what to expect other than knowing this was a ghost kitchen and my sister had ordered food from here for delivery not too long ago. This time around I picked up my order since I was passing through town. I feel like parking was a little bit hard to find but people were parking over at rite aid to then pick up food and leaving immediately. Since it was my first time here I wasn't really sure how the food would get unlocked there's a row of lockers. What is really cool is that you show your pickup screen regardless of platform to the camera and it will unlock a window for you and that is where you pick up your food At first I was thinking there should be a barcode of some sore that they would scan but what an ingenious platform that could recognize the order page and the number and screen and I left thinking very impressed of the system they have here. I had to step back first to see how all the many food delivery people were doing it but it all worked out. It was a cool experience and I can't wait to try some of the different places out here.

My usual order is the birria tacos with rice, beans and a small container of consumme to dip my meaty tacos into and to dribble onto my rice and beans. Super flavorful, great quantity and presentment and usually a quick order turnaround on Postmates/ Uber Eats. No problem delivering to bars. Reasonable prices too.

I had a very smooth process ordering at Allied Food To Go. As the name clearly implies, this is not a sit-down restaurant at all with no tables to eat. It's 'TO GO' so plan accordingly! You order at the kiosk and can view many different ghost kitchen's offerings. After ordering, you'll get a window of time your order should be ready by (anywhere between 5 - 20 minutes for me). My order was ready towards the tail end of the estimate. Then when your order is ready, you'll receive a text for which locker and depending on how many businesses you ordered from, they will all be individually bagged per business. If you have decision fatigue like me, it can be a little overwhelming on what to decided. In my first visit, I ordered from 2 different businesses Schlap Mulan and Umami Express. Both solid choices and the packaging was staple nicely and the businesses had info cards on them as well.

Docked off 1 star because when I called, they said I can order on the kiosk for Rice & Nori. But when I went, Rice & Nori was temporarily unavailable. Docking off another star because the parking is really bad. Pretty much no parking and only street parking. I would trust their website that they have and order from there rather than the kiosk before picking up. Just know that occasionally, some stores are unavailable. So check on the website before you go to prevent a bad experience. Picking up was easy and fast though!

Food - 7/10 Service - 0/10 Ambiance - 4/10 Food is so, so. Order took 54 minutes and I'm the one who ordered it at their kiosk. 50+ frick'n minutes for a single Torta Cubana sandwich. 50! Never mind the additional driving had I ordered this through Uber Eats or other food delivery service. Worst enough for me to give this review and that says a LOT. Additionally: Sandwich was soggy when it arrived. Delayed about and extra 25min.

A conglomeration of food kitchens in one spot. Go online and order your food. Pickup so easy. Clean and efficient place. Cute robots deliver bags of food for front counter. Scan or enter your order number and door opens with your food all ready to go. There's a lot of delivery drivers coming to pick up orders. Limited parking on street.

Cool concept!! Very unique. Ordered onigiri from (forgot which place) but it was quick and not of any less quality than I'd imagine. Will come back to try other orders. Love that you can experience many restaurants in one place.

The concept is interesting. Be sure you have enough time to WAIT! There quoted time estimates are always not right. I waited an extra 25 minutes over my quoted time and kept checking in on where my food was. Total wait time from order was about 45 min. I saw the food get transferred from robots to a person putting them in the cubby. I ordered from Smashburger. Highly recommend the food here! I we told the burgers are made fresh to order and that's why it took so long. Food: loved the double patty smashburger with seasoned fries. It's a thicker patty but I liked it. I was also surprised to see that Smashburger had tacos. I got 1 Birria taco a la carte. I loved how meaty it was and filling. Super delicious! I wish I got the 3 pc taco set.

So many options! Cheap and fast! Easiest choice in a sea of take out places in Pasadena. Thankful that's there's a place like this for the students and other folks that cannot stop for lunch or dinner!! Also supports local business who could otherwise afford to rent a spot in Pasadena. Typically no interaction with staff but last time they had a lovely young person greeting you at pick up.

This review is for SOL Mexican. This is the second time we have ordered from them within few weeks. First time the order never arrived. The second time part of the order was missing. When we reached out, no refund, replacement or anything was given. Horrible customer service. Would not give them another chance or recommend to order from SOL Mexican.

Interesting concept, if confusing at first. You think you're going to find the restaurant you ordered from but the address takes you to this Allied Food to Go building and you wonder where your food is. Once you figure things out it's pretty smooth.

I just don't like the fact we have to be forced to tip without noticing until our payment are completed. I understand if it's in restaurant, but just Togo and have to tip is just doesn't make sense to me. Tipping for self serving is noting make sense to me... :/ there is noting wrong with the food but the way the system goes, I'm gonna give this 1 star.

Stoped in to get a shredded meat burrito, lots of meat flavorful beans I'm completely satisfied

Easy ordering and easy pick up. I ordered the chicken wings and garlic noodles meal. It's supposed to be to feed 2 ppl but it fed 4! It was finger licking great! Highly recommend if you're into wings.

Ordered and picked up food here today. Wanted to leave a review because the lady who worked behind the window was extremely nice, cheerful and helpful not only to me, but everyone who walked in. It is so refreshing to see and experience because we don't often see that in any service industry anymore, even in places where you tip (and this place does not take tips). When she didn't have customers to help, she got a spray bottle and started cleaning the windows on the door outside. She wasn't idle. I didn't get her name, but she was a middle aged African American lady. Thank you so much for your good service and positive attitude!

Very cool concept, with poor execution. It's so misleading from the outside that there are many restaurants that are served here. I came looking for Organico, but had no idea it was inside Allied. They really need clear signage outside the building to inform customers what the full list of restaurants are. Ended up walking back and forth and even into the alleyway because it just looks like some Amazon package pickup from outside. I also witnessed 2 other groups just as confused. Once inside, it's also not very clear what's going on. Again no signage about how to order and how it works. And once you do order, it's a very small awkward area to wait. No where to sit. And it's cramped if there are other people waiting. Once they fix all that stuff, I would be glad to update the review.

My first time here and at one of these ghost kitchen assembly halls. Super neat! I placed a pick up order for my beloved Katsuya. The lady at the front was very nice and pleasant. She went to check on my order & didn't even mind walking back when I asked for ponzu sauce. For delivery drivers, there are iPads which they scan a QR code to find out which locker their pick up delivery is in. Was pretty neat and seems very efficient. You can also walk up and place a pick up order on a giant iPad. There are so many restaurants here! I saw at least 4 pages worth. Would definitely come back to try other places!

Surreal experience - never tried a ghost kitchen before but it was cool. It's kinda like Uber eats except you pick it up yourself... if that makes sense? The food was SO good. And it was a nice quick pickup. Isn't a sit down restaurant - it's only pickup.

This place is a total scam!!!! Do not come here. They are a ghost kitchen group. I ordered at one of the restaurants here on DoorDash for pickup. When I drove all the way there to get my order, I was told they didn't have it, under the pretense that someone else had taken the order first. I was treated like the one who was a criminal. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund or even let me reorder. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place!!!

Very rude. I went there, ordered food, and they didn't even let me use the restroom. I asked them where to go, they suggested me to go to a different restaurant.

Omg so convenient and delicious and affordable. I ordered online, got in my car, then 10 minutes later I got a text as I arrived at Allied food to go, clicked on a link and the locker magically opened to reveal my bags of food! Best of all, the food was really really good.

Very interesting concept...there are over 20+ 'restaurants' in one place. Some are better than others but it's great if you're craving multiple cuisines. We ordered some sushi, tacos, and Mediterranean. The sushi was good for take-out and the tacos were ok but the Mediterranean was not good. I give it 4 stars for the convenience and ability to eat different cuisines in one spot.

The birria place offers a buy 1 get 1 on their tacos but raised the price by 40% after it got popular on food ordering apps.
