Scheduling has been extremely difficult. Phone wait times are a minimum of 40+ minutes. Appointments are continuously left off the schedule, placed on an incorrect date/time with no communication regarding the error, or scheduled with a provider that was not requested and wasn't even accepting new patients.
I have gone to Allina, completed the check-in process, completed the vitals work-up and waited for the incorrect provider to see me. Then a nurse came in stating that this incorrect provider will not see me, due to her not accepting new patients at this time. Again, I never asked to see this provider, and I thought I was being scheduled with my correct provider, all just to be sent home with no care given.
So much of my time and (child care) dollars have been wasted. Each time I am told that a supervisor, team lead, or manager will reach out to fix the issue and they never do.
Nothing has ever been done regarding these issues nor have they been addressed by Allina, and they keep happening.
