It took me a very long time, but I have finally found people at this clinic who genuinely care about their patients…. I have gotten better in a lot of areas because of my care team here. They are amazing and I love my team. They prioritize their patients over anything else. They will go to bat for you when other providers outside of Allina. I know I have an amazing team on my side here.

My appointment with Dr. Cui was excellent. He answered all my questions with patience and without judgement. He shared his knowledge. He gave me important insights. I felt understood. I didn’t feel rushed. I was nervous about this appointment because I was afraid of the diagnosis I might receive. I left feeling relieved and informed. I would highly recommend Dr. Cui. He is an awesome health care provider. The experience I had with the x-ray tech was just as awesome. He was so warm, welcoming and helpful! Thank you both for excellent service!

Dr. Kelkar at Allina is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens exceptionally well. He solved a breathing issue I had had for years that other doctors could not resolve. I highly recommend him.

Allina in Woodbury was amazing. Noah pt. Was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long to see him.He was very knowledgeable & knew all about my surgery. Thank you Noah! Now the receptionist on the 1st floor, what a beautiful soul. She’s friendly, helpful, full of important info.& treated me so kind and respectful. She is def. An asset to Allina. I look so forward to seeing her when I have an appt. Please never lose her. Thank you Allina for the great staff.

Everyone is always so pleasant from the check in to the doctors, to the lab department. I wish all medical experiences were this great. Dr. serum is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. I appreciate everything she does for me along with the rest of the staff.

Staff was very curteous and helpful. I got seen in a timely manner. Although I did not see my primary care provider because she is on maternity leave and was seen by a different doctor, he was genuine and knowledgeable when advising about my cares.

I just love seeing Dr Kevin Manzel as my primary care physician at Allina Health Clinic Woodbury. He is very talented and compassionate and he listens to my concerns and he has good plans for my health. He makes proper referrals when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Allina Clinic in general.

I saw my dermatology provider today as was really pleased with my previous outcomes of treatment and got great news that I can move to once a year screening visits instead of every 6 months due to no further signs of concern.. All preventative measures were presented and my provider made sure I was comfortable and understood all I needed to do on my part to remain healthy which is not complex and should be relatively easy to do. I also thoroughly enjoy having women providers.

I have now gone to two Allina clinics including this one in Woodbury yesterday. I was going for a blood draw for a test and was impressed how easy and seamless the process/visit was. Check in was easy except I didn't know it was on the 2nd floor. The lady assisting me was super helpful and even sent a quick message to my doctor on my behalf....way to go above and beyond! The phlebotomist was AMAZING! She asked me prior to drawing my blood if I usually have any issues regarding blood draws (which I do- high maintenance I know - lol). It was refreshing cause no one usually asked you and by the time you mention it the clinician is already on your 2nd arm. They were also on time when it came to my appointment time! it wasn't very busy which was a plus too! I'm so impressed that I might try out an Allina doctor for my annual physical next year!

This is for billing and check in. Allina can't seem to get our insurance billed properly. We had new insurance January 2024 and I gave my new cards to the front desk at check in and told them I no longer have Blue Cross. They billed Blue Cross anyway. I called to inquire why they did that and found out that they never entered my new insurances so I gave them again over the phone. Once again I get a notice that I have an outstanding balance and had to call again. I was told that they never charged my secondary insurance and that they'd take care of it. They did not and I had to call again. Seems ridiculous. My daughter also went to Allina in January and had the exact same experience. My other daughter has an appointment today and she gave them her phone number at check in and on her paperwork it has her sisters phone number. Just seems like a lack of attention to detail which honestly could be dangerous depending on the situation.

To Allina H. Nothing has gotten better over the decades. As far as trying to improve things, I have written letters and letters about some very serious things your employees have said, and guess what, not a damn phone call or email from the supervisors. I was a surgical tech and also worked in neurology for decades. I have reported things such as employees removing bloody bandages and laying them directly on a work station. No response. An employee screaming at me, again no response. Nurses caught in a lie when I told them the doctor could not have signed off on something because he was in another part of the world. LIES. LIES and more Lies. How is that a family doctor (Manzel) exists, and yet we can't talk to him about our family, without direct and hurtful silence, him looking up to the ceiling and the appointment abruptly ending? I'm not sure what you're expecting when visiting a clinic based on the other reviews on this site. I have been a patient at the clinic for over 20 years and have not one single issue to complain about. The staff, nurses and especially my doctor have always met or exceeded my expectations. I will continue to go here as they have provided quality services, in my opinion.

Tried to get a covid shot. After difficulties in scheduling the appointment I went to the clinic a bit late, due to bad weather and horrible traffic. Although the clinic was suppose to close in 6 hours, I was told at the check-in that nobody is available to give covid shots anymore so you need to reschedule. Horrible, horrible experience. Avoid that clinic if possible; i would give them a 0 star rating if possible.

Tried and tried to get a Covid test. Doctor at Woodbury Allina wrote an order and I tried for a location closest to me. After asking me all the Covid questions and all of my personal info, I was told nope, no appointments, not today, not rest of the week (for a lab appt?). Next called Woodbury location, got a person on the call center. Explained I needed a Covid test. Okay, he looks and finds an appointment date. And next asks me if this is due to an illness or injury? What? A Covid test? I said no, but I believe it's a community transmitted thing. He then tells me that there are many different opinions about that. Again, what? I'm talking to a science-based medical clinic which has a call center employee who apparently does not believe in science. That's just odd and maybe not an appropriate thing to say to a patient.

Scheduling has been extremely difficult. Phone wait times are a minimum of 40+ minutes. Appointments are continuously left off the schedule, placed on an incorrect date/time with no communication regarding the error, or scheduled with a provider that was not requested and wasn't even accepting new patients. I have gone to Allina, completed the check-in process, completed the vitals work-up and waited for the incorrect provider to see me. Then a nurse came in stating that this incorrect provider will not see me, due to her not accepting new patients at this time. Again, I never asked to see this provider, and I thought I was being scheduled with my correct provider, all just to be sent home with no care given. So much of my time and (child care) dollars have been wasted. Each time I am told that a supervisor, team lead, or manager will reach out to fix the issue and they never do. Nothing has ever been done regarding these issues nor have they been addressed by Allina, and they keep happening.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a 0 or negative star review, it still wouldn't be enough. I was new to the area when we found out we were pregnant with our first child. We had high hopes for Allina Woodbury. However, apparently all of Allina Health now uses a call center that is a complete mess. They cancelled three of my appointments due to accidentally double booking or booking too short of an appointment by mistake, so I was never able to see a doctor. On the third cancellation, they told me that they could reschedule me for a FIRST APPOINTMENT at week 16 and "it would probably be fine". This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone outside of the call center. They transfer you around from voicemail to voicemail, and have zero customer service. When we went into Allina Health to question why my appointments kept getting cancelled, and why we couldn't get a live person on the phone, the employees just grumbled about how horrible the new call center was. They wouldn't even give us a direct number to call to talk to someone at the actual office, just incase something was wrong. We finally switched to somewhere else, and could not be happier. I wish we had switched sooner. One of our co-workers and his pregnant wife had a similar, but even worse experience at Allina Health.

I've gone here twice. The doctors get 0 stars: Both times, two different doctors, were rushed and walked out on me!! I was stunned & didn't even know if my visit was complete. One doc gave me (sensitive) follow-up instructions in the hallway as he was leaving! Both of them complete snobs! Won't be back. Too bad because receptionists are nice and pharmacy is great- Get's 5 stars. Bald head guy pharmacist is knowledgeable, great at communication and does quick work.

Very incompetent staff. Lost urine specimen and I had to return for another one. Was accused of bringing in someone else's urine because my prescribed drug did not show up in the specimen. Think people! I had been out of my medication for several weeks before you called to inform me you had lost my sample and by the time I returned a month had past! To top it off the billing staff attempted to charge me for both tests!! I guess they thought it was my fault they lost the first one. Decided enough of this mess and found a new healthcare system. So much happier and the same drug screening Allina charged $275 for was less than half the price!

The staff here is not very friendly, can tend to be snotty and unhelpful. I however really like my doctor. Dr.Stobbe listens attentively, has a good plan for any complaints I have had and answers any medical messages online in a timely manner. The only reason I give it a lower rating is the staff being rude at times, and the fact my appointment are never on time. They are always behind.

Terrible service, rude staff and the Dr was the worst I had ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had to go for a dot physical I waited to see the Dr for 1hr and 45min then I waited another 45min in the exam room after they had me kinda worked up then they took my BP of course it is high and as a result now I labeled hypertension and I have to get my dot card renewed every year now at 100 bucks a time. wow what a scam... Well Allina Health Woodbury Clinic wont get the money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...

I've had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr Juhl is excellent and kind and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The ophthalmology dept was good as well. Went to Urgent Care there a few years ago and they were fast and professional. Pharmacy is busy but do a good job, not chatty but fine.

We have to go there very often because of my mother's condition and they have been very helpful. My mother is very satisfied with her primary care doctor. Although I have to say that for more serious stuff you can not rely on the primary care doctors because they do not have all the important info and facts for all the serious diseases. In our case I feel like we relied on the doctor more than we should have, until we met the right specialists. But as I wrote we still go there very often for more routine stuff and the doctor is very helpful.

I have been going to this clinic for 20 + years. And I pray I never have to find another clinic. Because I love this one, I love the Doctors and I have NEVER been treated badly. I have had several stays in the hospital and some surgeries over the years. And the people at this clinic couldn't have been better. Yes, When I have a appointment they ask me if there is any change in my insurance. And other personal questions !! That's fine with me, If I am in an accident or need emergency care.... I want them to already have all the information they need to take care of me. Because the alternative could be a horrible one if I am not coherent or unconscious !!! Bottom line, I would refer all family and friends to this clinic. They are the best !!!!

Our OB/GYN at the Inver Grove Heights clinic wasn't available once, so they sent us to the Woodbury clinic. We've been going there ever since, as Dr. Nagel was very kind and knowledgeable.

RUDE! We just moved to Woodbury and though I do not have any significant health problems (thankfully) and only take have one prescription I do need to establish care with a physician. The receptionists that I talked to (2 different ones) were both not only incompetent but RUDE. First phone call they were really only interested in insurance and what was my co-pay so basically how they will get paid. Then the doctor I had wanted it seems doesn't accept new patients. So their website is very out of date as it says on there that she was accepting new patients. I explained I would have to do research and call back. Do people really just select a doctor without research? Anyway, more research later and I called back to make an appointment and the girl, Kim kept asking what I needed to be seen for and I said I need to establish care with a physician as I just moved here and she said. "We don't do meet and greets here you need to have a reason to come in.". Frustrated I said forget it I will find a different clinic. Maybe patients have things they want to discuss with a doctor and not a secretary. Very poor customer service. So, if you want to go to a clinic that only cares how they will get paid or have nosy receptionists, or have out of date information on their website pick this clinic.
