Oli, what can I say...The food and everything about the wedding was amazing!!! The team were brilliant, so helpful and on hand for whatever we needed. Katie was especially amazing and meant I didn't lift a finger on the day, she made sure everything was taken care of and looked stunning. The canapés were so delicious I must have had about 10 haha. The Seared tuna, mango, mirin, coriander, sesame...Brisket croquette, chimmi churri, avocado & wasabi and Pork belly, burnt apple, pickled apple, sesame were my fav. Starters of Prawn tortellini, lobster bisque, samphire & broad beans was absolutely yummy and we had an extra treat as we had the Burrata, heritage tomatoes, wild garlic oil, broad beans, basil as well. But the real cracker was the main course of South downs lamb rump, pea puree, slow cooked belly croquette, cavalo nero, asparagus & salsa verde. I think I could have eaten about 5 of those croquettes! However Oli and the team didn't stop there...the 2nd day was just as fab. When we arrived to set up, the team had basically done everything and it all looked so beautiful. Oli and Janine (the J9 Renault truck) served us the most incredible burgers...DIJON CLAUDE VAN DAMME - beef patty, caramelised onions, raclette, Dijon & truffle mayo & CLUCK NORRIS - fried chicken, lettuce, hash brown, dirty slaw, ox sauce, cheese, dill pickle along with loaded fries. People are still talking about them and they were the best hangover cure. Everyone we have spoken to has said how amazing the food was so THANK YOU once again for making our wedding weekend the best ever. Couldn't have done it without you!!! Rhéa & Sig xxxx

Allium catered our wedding at Firle Place in East Sussex (last year now) and we couldn’t have been happier! Oli did a brilliant job to work with us to create the perfect bespoke spread for our guests and it was absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had (the omani lamb was a massive highlight). Katie, the catering manager, was incredible on the day too and really went above and beyond. At one point, she took our 2-year old flower girl off to play to give her parents a break and let them eat. We would thoroughly recommend Allium.

We needed someone to provide catering for a 70th Birthday Party lunch and tea in a marquee in our garden, and thank goodness we found Oli, who runs Allium Catering & Events! It's hard to write highly enough of the service with which he provided us. It was five star service, very professional staff, wonderful attention to detail, and fabulous food, from beginning to end. The staff couldn't have been more thoughtful and helpful. We had guests from all over the country, and they all, to a person, said how lovely the food was....especially the vegan who said she'd never tasted such lovely food. We were so impressed with the setting up and the unobtrusive way the staff went about their business. We felt it was good value for money, and we had so many compliments from guests. I can't recommend Allium highly enough. Our thanks to Oli for making our day.

Allium catered our wedding and were fantastic. The planning process felt very relaxed and personal, with Emily and Oli creating a menu especially for us, based on our favourite food. The food (canapes and a 2-course hot served buffet) was absolutely delicious on the day, and our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed it. The Allium team really looked after us and our guests, and were so calm and professional throughout. They also took care of so many details that we were worried about (or had forgotten!). We'd recommend their services.

Wow, where to start, Allium catered our wedding and an event we had the following day at a cricket club. From booking them as a vendor, our tasting, the coordination of both events and the food - everything was just exceptional. So many of our guests commented that it was simply the best wedding food they had ever had. The lamb is sensational!! We felt so at ease with Oli and our event coordinator, Katie. Could not recommend Allium enough - thank you to Oli + Emily + the Allium team for making everything so seamless, making such phenomenal food and our day so special.

Allium catering did an absolutely incredible job catering our wedding. Oli not only brought amazing food, he also brought his incredible experience and expertise and steered us in the right direction on the details of the day. Incredibly communicative, 5 star quality food. Could not recommend enough.

Allium catered our wedding reception for approx 70 guests fantastically! We were so happy with all the food and service! They were able to handle all dietary requirements brilliantly (our food was all gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and nut free so its not a easy ask!) So many guests said it was the best vegetarian food they'd ever had and best food at a wedding they'd had! The chef and event coordinator were both excellent, they were on top of everything so we didn't have to worry about any hiccoughs on the day and they were great an communicating on the run up to the wedding! Couldn't recommend them more!!

The food is amazing. Hired Allium for my wedding and everyone loved the food. Oli and the team were so accomodating, created a menu that was exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Always easy to deal with, always replied to emails promptly, and I would have absolutely no trouble recommending them for any catering that you need!
