Oli, what can I say...The food and everything about the wedding was amazing!!! The team were brilliant, so helpful and on hand for whatever we needed. Katie was especially amazing and meant I didn't lift a finger on the day, she made sure everything was taken care of and looked stunning.
The canapés were so delicious I must have had about 10 haha. The Seared tuna, mango, mirin, coriander, sesame...Brisket croquette, chimmi churri, avocado & wasabi and Pork belly, burnt apple, pickled apple, sesame were my fav.
Starters of Prawn tortellini, lobster bisque, samphire & broad beans was absolutely yummy and we had an extra treat as we had the Burrata, heritage tomatoes, wild garlic oil, broad beans, basil as well.
But the real cracker was the main course of South downs lamb rump, pea puree, slow cooked belly croquette, cavalo nero, asparagus & salsa verde. I think I could have eaten about 5 of those croquettes!
However Oli and the team didn't stop there...the 2nd day was just as fab. When we arrived to set up, the team had basically done everything and it all looked so beautiful. Oli and Janine (the J9 Renault truck) served us the most incredible burgers...DIJON CLAUDE VAN DAMME - beef patty, caramelised onions, raclette, Dijon & truffle mayo & CLUCK NORRIS - fried chicken, lettuce, hash brown, dirty slaw, ox sauce, cheese, dill pickle along with loaded fries. People are still talking about them and they were the best hangover cure.
Everyone we have spoken to has said how amazing the food was so THANK YOU once again for making our wedding weekend the best ever. Couldn't have done it without you!!! Rhéa & Sig xxxx
