Alloush Grill

Had my daughter’s baptism in the back area and had such a wonderful experience from service, to food, to environment. They let me come in early and assisted with setting things up. We had about 25 people and ordered family platters. Food 10/10!!!! Staff was amazing for the brunch service, also very helpful in setting up desserts we brought. Staff even packaged up the leftover food and sent it home with us, labeled the containers too!! thank you again Marrwan for everything.

They have a varied menu with choices for everyone. The complementary bread came out fast and hot. A nice size piece of chicken came with the Fattoush salad. The Arabic meat sandwich was very tasty. Service was fast and efficient.

First time going to the Alloush Grill, it was absolutely beautiful inside. I only got a carryout, however, everyone was so courteous and everything was very beautiful. It looks like an excellent place to take somebody on a first date if you'd like a low-key place that isn't too loud at times, but I'm sure it can get busier. It seemed like a really good place to take somebody and make a good first impression. It was extremely clean, very beautiful, and my salad was delicious. I ordered the fattoush salad. It came packaged separately so that it wouldn't get soggy. I ordered the extra chicken to go with the salad, and it was cooked perfectly. It was still tender, soft, and juicy. I am completely impressed by this restaurant. It is a very nice place.

Recently attended my granddaughter's celebratory Christening dinner. Dinner and service were amazing! Venue was spacious, comfortably seating about 30 guests. Servers were very professional, prompt, attentive, and friendly. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Alloush Grill for all your events.

This is an amazing hidden gem in s strip mall. The food was so great I had lunch one day and went back the next night for dinner. The staff were wonderful and explained things. The bread/pita they give you was fresh and warm. The garlic and hummus spreads were amazing! Had the chicken shawarma sandwich was great! The restaurant had plenty of tables and booth. Definitely make the trip.

A lot of food for a good price. My entree lasted for 3 meals for me. It was delicious each time I heated it up. I had Lamb Ghallaba. Lots of great veggies.

We had out of town guest in and they asked us to get Mediterranean food. For us that meant only one thing - Alloush. It's the best Lebanese food around and the staff if awesome everything too. They recommended the sampler patter for our table and it was perfect. It was all the greatest hits from the menu. Everything starting from the hot bread and 2 types of garlic, to the salads, meats, dips, grape leaves, falafel.... we're great today and have been everything we go. Allows grill is the best place around. 5 stars in every category! Frank

I simply have all the positive things to say about this Mediterranean establishment!!! Everything about this place is perfect! There is plenty of parking and seating. Each team member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was clean and welcoming to include the restrooms. The food, the food! Fresh, every morsel full of flavor and every thing worked so well together! The vegetables crisp and paired well with the dressing. The bread warm and paired well with the hummus dips and garlic spread. The meat tender, juicy with a nice fire grilled crisp. Everything was perfect! Totally worth the 1hr plus drive for this Mediterranean food. Wish I lived closer to have lunches there. Can't wait to go back!

Really pleased with this restaurant! The food is great. They start you with a small plate of regular and spicy garlic sauce to dip their soft, fresh pita in (and they'll bring you extra bread if you need it). Tasty dip, and a nice touch. Ken likes the regular more than the spicy, but he's wrong (more spicy for me!). Their fattoush salad is a good size, and the dressing is appropriately tangy. I get the grilled chicken breast sliced on top - this is the best grilled chicken I've had in forever! Ken's go to is the lamb kafta dinner - I can see why, as the meat is so flavorful (once again, best I've had). Huge meal for the price - we always have leftovers. Lamb chili is also tasty. Interior is roomy. Service is great. Shared parking lot with the rest of the strip.

My Wife and I stopped by here yesterday. We are both attempting to eat healthier, specifically Plant Based. This is a local restaurant for us and we had not been here since they recently relocated into the old Panera Bread location. We could not have chosen better to start our new Food Journey! Our Server Marwan was Very Friendly and a pleasure to speak with. He guided us through their menu, which did an excellent job of identifying the Plant Based Options. Everything was Delicious, & Healthy! The New Location right next to the Busch's Market is Beautiful inside and with Very Comfortable seating. We Highly Recommend this hidden jewel and we'll definitely be back! My only complaint is the background music was Loud for my liking...

The food always tastes fantastic, but for the second time I've got food poisoning from the Kafta

This place does not ever disappoint. We order takeout often but today we stopped in for lunch in person. The atmosphere is always inviting and service was attentive. The bread is amazing and so fresh. Also the meat is juicy and moist not dried out which happens a lot with shawarma and kafta. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We highly recommend the mint lemonade as well- it's so refreshing and one of our favorites

Very impressive Mediterranean cuisine Came to this location on a whim. Taking a gamble on a place close to the hotel. The location in yelp is a little off, they are actually further down the plaza next to ace hardware. Staff was incredibly friendly and served us quickly. We got the sampler platter, which included two soups or two salads. We asked for 1 of each and they accommodated. Started off with fresh bread and garlic dip. Very fresh bread and a little spicy on the garlic dip but it was a nice bite. Then we got the soup and salad. The soup was good but needed salt and pepper. Salad was dressed but generic. But then the sampler platter came out. And it was Giant. Tons of tiny plates with all the staples you would expect. Everything tasted amazing, with the exception of the falafel. Was a little dry. For the price for two people,there was more than enough for both of us and plenty of leftovers. Came out to around 50 for the platter, but you get your moneys worth. Overall, a very solid dining option for the area. Worth a trek, it's very good!

We had a large group and they sat at a nice large booth (turns out I'm too short for a booth as my feet don't reach the ground, oh well, short people problems) anyway, I love, love the spicy garlic sauce they give you and of course the fresh warm pita bread. This is dangerous since they give it to you right when you sit down so be careful not to fill up! I typically order a fattoush salad with chicken, honestly their salads are not recommended as they seem to lack the flavor I'm used to. We had a good experience overall and there are some standout dishes like the steak kabobs & deboned chicken (I didn't get to try either of them) and the dishes are large enough to share. I think I was expecting a bit more based on the high reviews. I'm glad Alloush is close by but since we have so many good choices for Mediterranean cuisine, I think it won't be the first choice I make.

First time here. Food is very fresh. I ordered the makanek & Sujok plates. I asked if they conserve them as an appetizer instead of a entrée, and they said yes. Unfortunately, there must've been a miscommunication and they brought me two entrées and charged me for two entrées. No big deal because I are both. They were amazing. Perfect amount of spice and seasonings. I also ordered the lamb shawarma sandwich. The meat was there and the sandwich was done right. We ordered the Arabic chicken sandwich. It's an also good but I didn't like that they cut it into 4-5 pieces so it made it difficult to eat as it was falling apart. I would definitely go back. Place is clean, service is good, and the price is reasonable for the portions served.

Tried their Gallaba Sandwich with Chicken, and it was delicious. The chicken was super flavorful in the tomato-based savory sauce. The size of the wrap was not too big but it was perfect with some fries and some pita bread with toum garlic sauce. Their toum sauce was a bit more on the lemony/acidic side, so it wasn't my absolute favorite. But it was still good. I'd get it again for sure.

This was our first time here and we will be back! We arrived and immediately greeted. We browsed the menu and hubby thought that the Sampler Platter would be a good way to go - and it sure was! We tried a little bit of a lot of things. We loved: the garlic paste and bread (who can go wrong with garlic paste), falafel was one of the best we ever had, the dip sampler was incredible and I personally loved the Baba Ghanooj, hubby loved the lamb, I thought the chicken shwarma was very flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked (I love rice when it is done well and this was one of my favorite almond rice ever!), baklava was incredibly flaky and delicious Good but maybe not for us: -Spicy garlic was a little too much for me (I don't know what the extra flavor was but I did not care for it but that did not bother me as they brought out more of the regular garlic when we ran low), grape leaves are usually a favorite but these were served warm (never had them that way and they just did not ring my bell) Overall, there were only a few "almost" negatives but the positives outweighed them. We will be back soon!

My family and I had a small gathering at our house, and we were searching for a Mediterranean location that had Halal meat. We came across Alloush Grill and gave it a try. We got a large plate of chicken, hommous, rice, fries and salad. I have to say, I was so satisfied with the flavor of the chicken, and along with the hommous it was a perfect mix. The service over the phone was friendly as well. We will be back. Highly recommend if you're looking to try something new and fresh!

The food was not near anything Middle Eastern. I got the tawook chicken with salad. I received the salad, which was fresh and very standard but had to wait about 20 minutes for my chicken to show. After I asked the waiter about it, she washed it with a smile and said they were working on it!!!!! The chicken showed up about 20 minutes late, cold and very dry. Given the price tag, it wasn't good. The decoration is new and they tried to add a modern look to the restaurant, but the layout of the tables and space they allocated to the kitchen compared to the seating area does not seem to sync. In Summary,it was a very disappointing experience.

The food was fresh and delicious. The entire meal was excellent from the start. The service was also excellent. MARWAN was our server. He was friendly and attentive. He made going out to eat a real pleasure. Dinner there was fantastic. And will for sure be back and tell others about it

If you love mideastern cuisine and appreciate great customer service, prepare to be wowed. My wife and I could not have been more impressed - from start to delicious finish. I don't leave many reviews, but I told our server, Marwan, that an experience like this just had to be shared with others. His warm smile and helpful suggestions coupled with prompt service and sumptuous, authentic fare made this random choice for dinner feel like hitting the lottery. Needless to say, we will be back whenever we are in the area and hungry.

Big portions! We got the sampler platter and a beef shawarma sandwich take out for three people. The sampler platter could easily feed 4 people, so we had some leftovers. I like the sampler platter because you get to try all of the meat! Chicken, beef, lamb... they also included hummus and babaganoush. I tried their grape leaves - it was so sour! Must eat a bit of rice with it! We got two salads with it. The salad dressing was really sour too, so we used some of the tahini on the salad. They were so nice giving us fresh bread that was warm!

I had an incredible dining experience at Alloush Mediterranean Restaurant! I ordered the Chicken Tawook and the Mint Lemonade, and both were absolutely amazing. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the mint lemonade was so refreshing and flavorful. These dishes are a must-try! The service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

A friend and I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was easy in the strip mall lot outside. We were told this is a new location in the same strip as the old location. The inside was light and airy, with cool light fixtures and fezs, pottery and musical instruments on the walls. We were greeted and immediately seated and brought water and menus. Shortly, pita and two dips - one fairly spicy and the other garlicky - appeared on our table. After some deliberation and a recommendation from our server, I ordered a small House Salad and a Beef Shish Kabab + Hommous Sandwich. I also got the Arnold Palmer Lemonade, which was fresh made with orange and lemon juices and fresh mint - absolutely delicious! The salad came first, fresh and crunchy. It included lettuce with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and purple cabbage with house dressing. The sandwich came quickly as well. The beef was incredibly tender and the houmous flavorful, with plenty of purple onion (I would get without next time, but I'm not a raw onion fan), tomatoes and pickles. Service was amazing, responsive and friendly. I managed to leave my wallet on the seat and one of the staff followed me out to return it!

Some of the best Middle Eastern food I've had, with nice atmosphere and good service.

Wow this place has turned it around!! Fresh hot bread served with 2 types of garlic sauce when you sit down. Split the full deboned all white meat chicken with my husband. Plenty of food for both of us and we had left overs!! Only possible suggestion I would have is a couple more vegetables with the deboned chicken. The 1 zucchini was so good I would have liked more!! I would now highly recommend trying this place! From the garlic to the hummus to the perfectly cooked chicken this place has officially changed my review!!

Moe-J was our guide to this wonderful restaurant and their food. We decided on the Shish Combo for Two because we wanted a variety of flavors & textures. Our meal started with hot puffy roll/breads with a white garlicky dip that I'm in love with & a spicier (the orangey color was the give-away that husband enjoyed. We had to put bread/dips away from us to save room for the main dish, then they brought us cups of lamb and vegetables soup that husband really loved. I'm still worried about the Main dish so didn't eat a lot until I knew how much the shishes would be. Shishes arrived in a Big oval platter two chicken shishes, two beef ones & two lamb meatloafs All on bed of rice with red sweet peppers, red onions, roasted carrots sections and sweet red peppers and a too small piece of roasted eggplant. Needless to say we stuffed ourselves and still took home leftovers!!!

I am an Alloush Grill regular. I highly recommend their Sampler Platter, which is usually what I get when I come with a friend or two. In my humble opinion, I think the serving size is enough to feed 4 people, even though it states it's good for 2. The Sample Platter gives you 4 different meats, along with falafel, grape leaves, hummus, etc. Such yummy food and great flavor. Their Fattoush salad is also delicious and I highly recommend. Last but not least, this place always has fresh baked bread with garlic sauce. Their fresh baked bread is a huge selling point for me as it's always warm and super soft. I can not have enough of Alloush!

Didn't like the food- sorry but Sheesh on 5 and Newburgh is much better for Mediterranean fare.

Hands down the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. I can't find another restaurant that tastes as good as Aloush Grill.

Kibbeh nyee was best I ever had in any restaurant. Spicy good. We also ordered the appetizer combo; tabbouli, hominid and baba ghannooj - delicious and well proportioned. Very friendly service from owner and staff server. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Strongly recommend this restaurant for authentic Lebanese food. Judge for yourself and be pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return.

I had the Shish Tawook with Hummus & it was great. Their pita and olive oil comes out first and tastes fresh and homemade. We got garlic to dip it in as well. Delicious food from this small business.

Go here! Friendly, quick & competent service. Ahmed was fantastic. I ordered the Arabic coffee is was so delicious I'm glad I ordered the whole pot. The warm bread & spicy garlic dip was unexpectedly delicious. The lamb grape leaves were soft & tasty. The fattoush salad was perfection. Lots of dressing and proportional pieces. I ordered the lamb shawarma meal: the meat was tender & seasoned wonderfully. The sauce amazing. The fries were crispy & delicious- didn't even need ketchup. Atmosphere was clean & modern. Arabic music was appreciated as well. Would definitely go back! Side note: my card was working & they accepted Apple Pay which was helpful!

The service was impeccable. We came in the later part of the evening. Immediately we were treated. I requested some appetizers before I even took my coat off. By the time my team arrived we had snacks. After working a long day everyone was so happy. Good flavor, clean and bright ambiance. I recommend trying this place!

AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE! We had 25 guests from around the USA at the office for a week long meeting. I worked directly with Mahomad to assist us in ordering a combination dinner to feed the group at our office. He help fine tune the order to ensure we had what was needed to make the meal fit for such a large group. The meal was ready on time and everything was extremely fresh. We ran out of nothing and our guest were able to fill their plates 2 and even 3 times. Many of them said it was the best Mediterranean food they ever had. I appreciated the overall service and the attention to details and quality. I used another catering company the next night and didn't have enough food, and was able to call Alloush who provided me with a full pan of humus, lamb kabob's, and a full pan of chicken shawarma within a 1/2 hour. That is service for you. I will be using them again for future events. THANK YOU ALL!

A small family restaurant with fantastic food! I came in very hungry and the warm bread was perfect to get me settled in. The Greek side salad was perfect - just the right amount of beets, cucumbers, feta, and tomatoes. I don't think I have ever had a better Greek salad. My entree was the Lemon Oregano Chicken with rice. Perfectly cooked with crispy carrots and a nice scald on the meat. I don't usually get dessert, but I couldn't pass up authentic baklava. It did not disappoint! It is a small place so it can get loud at times, but you can't beat the food!

Some chicken sajj sounds good or chicken Tawook. The assemble platter also sounds good as well. They have the big brick oven with hot pita we can't eat during Lent teasing us. They dropped off some hot pita and the pita chips as well. We ordered the assemble platter to make it easy. Then I noticed the cook in the back has his mask below his nose. So was the guy waiting on us. Actually all of the staff seem to keep their masks below their nose, not cool. The guy waiting on us has had his mask below his nose the entire time we have been here in fact. They don't care about their health of their patrons at all. A lady went back to the restroom and back without a mask on. This place is rather liberal with masks. We put our masks on when the waiter approaches or other patrons for that matter. The platter is quite big. The meat is plentiful. One staff member asked if we wanted to move to a bigger table, as the platter took up our whole table. We finished eating and quickly out our masks back on. I looked uncomfortable and told him it's because his cook isn't wearing a mask over his nose. He reassured me he was and noticed he wasn't and in Arabic must have told him to put it above his nose. Hoping the staff are all covid free. They charged us $3 for the grilled veggies. We didn't want the platter over rice and thus $1.50 pp up charge for veggies. The meat was decent, the lamb wasn't my favorite, the lamb kafta was better. The chicken shawarma and chicken tawook meat was good. The meat and veggie grape leaves were so-so, as was the tabbouli. The hummus, baba ghanouj and falafel were all pretty good as well. Need to work on the mask protocol here to help patrons feel more at ease and more importantly, safe.

If you're lucky enough to be getting food from here ...please please please for all that is good and holy don't let the baba ganouj escape you. I have had many a delightful baba ganouj in my 40ish years of life. I've always been in love with the dish. BUT I did not ever think there would be a way to make what is already so delicious, MORE?? DELICIOUS?!?! Oh was I DEAD WRONG. Hello Alloush Grill's baba ganouj. May I never have to go through life without you.

SO. MUCH. FLAVOR. I ordered a beef shawarma sandwich and I can't remember the last time I've tasted something this fresh and flavorful. I live in Ohio and will DEFINITELY make this place a must-stop whenever I'm in town!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Super clean inside, and the look of the menu with all the options available to please the pickiest Mediterranean Food Lover! The food was literally some of the FRESHEST I've had from the other Mediterranean places I frequent...which is why I was out on the hunt for a new spot to get my fix. From the fresh garlic spread, bread basket (that they make sure is always full), and the freshest falafel EVER, to the spicy fries...and great service provided by staff, this place did not disappoint and I will be back for sure!!!!

Our family is spread out all over Michigan. We are Armenian. We always meet for lunch at Alloush. Everyone loves it. The food is the best. The service is outstanding. It is like being at home eating. The location is perfect for us all to meet.

This place is remarkable! I researched Mediterranean food on Yelp before our trip to the Detroit area. I was looking for a specific dish that I am unable to get in my area. Being half Lebanese, my father made kibbee nayee, a dish made with raw lamb, bulgar wheat and spices, on special occasions. Alloush Grill successfully took me back to my childhood dinner table and my wonderful father. The pita is served hot and fresh out of a brick oven. It is actual round puffy loaves not flatbread style. Amazing !! The service is impeccable! I wish I could remember his name. He was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant itself is clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say about Alloush Grill. Please support this business! The hospitality is refreshingly comforting and the food is amazing. Thank you Alloush Grill
