I always have a great experience going here. It's clean, inviting, tranquil, BEAUTIFUL and it makes me feel calm. My favorite masseuse is Jenn. She's so lovely inside and out. If I can't book with her, I'll wait until I can because she's just that AMAZING. Thank you Jenn for always making my spa experience wonderful! I also enjoy the receptionist there too. They are usually helpful and are quick to answer any questions I have.

Request Natalie!!! 🔥🔥🔥 My skin is still glowing 3 days later. I got the peptide facial and it was INCREDIBLY relaxing. I’ve gotten tons of facials but Natalie is the only esthetician who completely removed the blackheads from my nose and chin. There is literally NOTHING. They’re smooth and glassy! I will definitely be going back and requesting her.

I recently visitted Allyu Spa with a gift card from my husband, for their Earth package (90-minute facial, 90-minute massage, and spa mani/pedi), plus added on scalp massage, costing $550. While the ambiance was beautiful and staff were friendly, the experience had several shortcomings. Treatments • Facial (10/10) – Incredibly relaxing, and my face is glowing. This was my favorite part. • Massage (8/10) – Overall good, but pressure was inconsistent, sometimes feeling like poking. • Spa Mani/Pedi (7/10)– Pedicure was great, but no foot or hand massage, and polish clean-up around cuticles was lacking. Additionally excessive finger pulling left me with lingering hand pain, and knuckle pain, lasting now 3 days, and requiring pain medication. Billing Issue & Customer Service: Upon checkout, I was surprised to be told that I owed an additional $54 despite the spa package stating that all gratuities were included. When I inquired, the staff explained that the package price had increased since the time of purchase, and I was being charged the difference. This was a concerning policy, as prepaid services should be honored at the original purchase price. I called the manager the next day, and only after some reluctance was the extra charge refunded. Final Thoughts: While Allyu Spa provides a luxurious and beautiful setting, inconsistent service and customer care left me disappointed. I would not return.

The most HEAVENLY spa! I fly from out of state once a month to see Sarah for a facial and Danny or Jenn for a massage! The Atmosphere is calm, the Energy is uplifting, and any Stress I have immediately goes away the moment I step foot in the door here! I won’t go anywhere else! 🤍

If I lived in Chicago, this would be my pedicure place. Maria was absolutely amazing! (Pedicure) The whole atmosphere exuded peace and tranquility. I honestly didn’t know the price walking in, because I was with a group, but i figured I’d be paying a lot. To my surprise, it was reasonable and if I’m ever in Chicago again, I’m totally fitting that in. 💕

My sister and I recently had pedicures with Tammy and Six. The facility was clean and all tools were clean. There was a good color selection as well. Both my sister and I were very happy with the service. Tammy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever received. I would totally recommend going for one with Tammy!

Hands down, the best spa in Chicago. My wife and I have been many times and have never been disappointed. Their couples packages are a great deal for special celebrations or when you just need some relaxing time together. The spa has a great vibe and I will personally vouch for the showers and complimentary tea selection. All of the therapists and estheticians I've encountered have been skilled and professional. Special shout out to Edith, a massage therapist, who my wife plans to request whenever possible in the future for being especially good. Their host staff is also very friendly and accommodating, especially Carla. She offered to steam a dress shirt that got wrinkled in my spa bag (my fault for throwing it in).

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this experience. We did a group package for a bachelorette. Deluxe pedicure was not at all worth the price. My big toe nail is chipped 2 weeks later and overall the paint job was not as high quality as I’d expect for a salon in this area, nor were there many colors to pick from. The manicurist was outwardly stressed by removing my gel polish and the hot stone massage was minimally relaxing and not firm enough.

My wife and I LOVE Allyu. We recently just had our first child and were looking for a Spa in the area to get some massages to tame the sore muscle pains of early parenthood. We found Allyu and were immediately impressed. The masseuses have been very good, ask for feedback on pressure and very kind/welcoming. Afterward, they offer you a hot glass of tea and some time for you to chill in their meditation tent. They also have a very quiet waterfall and incense around the building. It's a treat every time we get to come in! Highly recommended - come check Allyu out and relax!

I spent my July 4th week holiday at Allyu Spa to relax and rejuvenate for work next week. Luckily, I got a last-minute reservation. I've been to this place before and I keep coming back. My esthetician this time was Hope, and I absolutely love how they first ask about your pain areas and any areas you're uncomfortable with for a massage. This time, I got a hot stone massage as my back and neck were really hurting, along with an additional scalp treatment. What I really love about this place is the cleanliness, the ambiance, the quietness, and the meditation tent. Everything about the place is amazing. The music playing in the background during the massage is very soothing. During the massage, my esthetician kept asking if I was comfortable. The scalp treatment involved a sesame oil massage that provided hydration to my hair. After the massage, you're usually offered green tea. Since I took the scalp treatment too, a shower was included, and I have to say the space was very clean with hot water, towels, and a hairdryer available. I absolutely recommend this place. A tip while reserving a massage: make sure to clearly mention the gender of the masseuse you prefer.

This place is our favorite. My wife and I come here frequently and the service is always top notch with pedicures. My wife also does manicures and we've done massages too. Shout out Ivy and Tammy - they are the ABSOLUTE BEST! So sweet, kind, and incredible at their jobs.

Wow, we had an incredibly luxurious & memorable experience here! My lovely boyfriend booked for us the couples exfoliating sugar body polish w/ 80min massage. First was the exfoliating sugar scrub! I thought this was borderline painful at the start, but it quickly became tolerable. The practitioner exfoliated my entire body thoroughly and went over areas multiple times. We were led to private showers afterwards to rinse off and I instantly felt how utterly soft my whole body was! Everything from the shower room to robes and toiletries felt luxurious and of high quality. Finally, the massage portion! The practitioners asked our pressure preference, areas of focus, etc. We both thought the massages were exceptional and very relaxing with the calming background music. My boyfriend who typically has tension & tight muscles felt his whole body loosened after his deep tissue massage. His masseuse also gave him some suggestions on stretching exercises. Both practitioners were attentive, kind, & professional throughout our entire experience. This place is top tier on their focus on customer satisfaction, quality of services and experienced practitioners! We had a phenomenal, relaxing experience and felt cleansed & rejuvenated afterwards! Might cost you an arm & a leg, but at least you walk out renewed :)

I got a Classic Spa Pedicure with no polish with Ivy, and it was great! The person at the front desk gave me some incorrect information about the pedicure options, but Ivy was able to clear it up (the website is correct). Be sure to bring cash for the tip. I especially liked the hot stone massage portion of the pedicure, and this may have been my favorite pedicure I've ever gotten. I'm more focused on the foot care aspect than the polish though. The setting is nice and dark and definitely has an incense smell. They offer hot tea and water and the pedicure area was very quiet.

One of the bestest spas I have been to. Such a great experience with really nice professional staffs and peaceful ambiance. They are Asian inspired and bit and it stands true with their services. Lot of them were raving about their showers and it was too good!! Only feedback would be they can make their process a bit slow. I was rushed into services without even a small break. But otherwise too good

I called a couple weeks to get a couple's massage scheduled and the two ladies who answered my calls were super friendly and explained the different massage services very well. We went with the Sugar Scrub Polish with a 50-minute Massage. The day of: Immediately when you walk in, you already start feeling relaxed with the aroma scents. We were given spa sandals and our masseuse (Jennifer and Tina) guided us to our room. They explained the process to us so we know exactly what to expect and made us feel comfortable. Once the sugar scrub is done (which I highly recommend because it exfoliates your whole body), you are guided to a private shower to rinse off. Once you come back to the room, they massage you for 50 mins with moisturizer and essential oils. They will spend more time in areas where you need extra muscle tension released. At the end, they offer you water/tea and guide you to the seating area where you can relax a bit before heading out. We were extremely impressed and pleased with our experience at Allyu Spa. We were really relaxed and in a positive mindset when we left. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day! Tip: If you park in their parking lot across the street, they will validate for $4.

I've been wanting to come here for a while now and finally decided to have a treat yourself day after the holidays. I booked a 60 minute massage + 30 minute scalp massage and was able to get in relatively quickly, only had to wait a week for an opening. It's inside the Groupon building and you need to go down the escalator to enter. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. After signing the papers they take you to a tent to wait for your specialist. My masseuse Chris was great. He was attentive to my requests and took the extra effort to make me feel comfortable. Even better, the rain fall shower at the end to wash everything off was a great way to end the day. Would love to come back for some more body work or other treatments in the future.

Decided to treat myself for my birthday and get a hot stone massage and pedicure. Everyone was very kind and professional. Would love to come back again towards the end of year.

Writing a fresh review as I just returned for the first time after a few years! AMBIENCE: Very relaxing and upscale! Located on the river in a quiet area with a beautiful lobby and outdoor seating. There's a meditation tent where you wait for your service. Everyone wears spa sandals. They serve water and tea. Staff speak in relaxing voices. My favorite rooms are the private steam showers (book one for free for after your service!). MASSAGE: Every massage I've had here has been great (and I've had MANY massages and visited MANY spas, so I have plenty to compare to!). I recommend ROGER for deep tissue/trigger point work - he is dedicated to getting those knots out!!!! But avoid him if all you want is someone to lightly rub you with oil for an hour while you fall asleep. FACIAL: I came for a facial once years ago. It was so terrible it was enough to prevent me from ever trying again. But the manager made it right for me and I'm hoping it was reflective of just that one provider, not the spa as a whole. Overall, my favorite day spa in Chicago!

For a fancy spa that charges fancy river north prices I received a mediocre below average manicure. Manicurist was nice, but could have been a bit more meticulous for a $50+ manicure

I came to Allyu spa to treat myself to celebrate a special occasion and it was a great experience overall! If you order 3 services totaling $300 or more, you can create a "personal spa day" and they will give you a 10% discount on the total cost (and also automatically add on a 20% gratuity). The decor is well done and really helps to create a relaxing ambiance. Just as a reminder, it is a good idea to check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that your services will start on time. Of the services that I've tried, I really recommend the massage services at this place, which are some of the best I've ever had! I would probably skip on the manicure, pedicure, and facial services next time as I thought those were more standard. But definitely check this place out for their massages! Also, as a pro tip, you can book a free 20 minute rain shower complimentary as part of your services but you just have to remember to ask for it when you call in for your booking.

We came here as a group of 5 gals and the experience was very nice. We called in to schedule our services and booked a community room 30 minutes before our appointment. We were going as a bachelorette party so it was nice to hang out with everyone for a bit before. They had cushions to sit on and gave us tea. Our therapists came to the room to get us when it was time. The deep tissue massage was great. Private room and very peaceful. After, we did the shower room which was relaxing as well. Since our services were different timings, the shorter services went back to the community room while waiting for the others. They even treated us with some goodies. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for individual services or group!

Decent place to get a massage but there are no Locker rooms or anywhere to change. You get some sandals and wait in a tent for the masseuse. For the high price I expected more and I can't get the inscense smell out of my clothes.

This place is amazing. I was given a gift certificate from a friend and I decided to use it for my birthday. As you walk in the door you smell and feel the peace and calmness. The woman that gave me the message was gentle yet strong in her message The entire place is amazing. I wish I could it 10 stars. Oh and the lemon water was a great surprise

I've gone for post baby massage, facials, body scrub and regular massages and have loved every experience! Truly relaxing and feel transported to another world once you enter. All staff I've encountered are extremely professional and knowledgeable! Can't wait to go again

Do not get your nails done here. Extremely underwhelming rude and unattentive. She barely went above my ankle with the scrub and lotion. She spend maybe 15 seconds rubbing the lotion in. $80 down the drain. She used a nail file to scrub my heels I'm not kidding.

Allyu was so amazing! I went for my first time and got a scalp massage & facial and I must say it was such a nice relaxing experience. My esthetician Denise was so calming & did an amazing job. The check in process was smooth & quick & I already can't wait to schedule my next visit!

Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at ANY business. I was given a spa package to relax after finishing chemotherapy in January. This was better than actual therapy. I didn't even know this was exactly what I needed. Jen gave me the best deep tissue massage and let me vent. I was feeling so terrible about myself that my hurt was anger and she totally worked it out of me. I walked out of my first session and EVERYONE said I looked so relaxed. I felt it so much better. Then June/Six, did my reflexology pedicure. What a wonderful woman and I felt so much prettier. I usually don't do well with pedicures. Such a kind woman. I feel bad I don't remember who did my facial, (Jackie?), anyways she helped me with my dry skin and I felt glowing. I left the spa feeling the best I have felt in years. I'm the new regular. Thank you Allyu. This meant more to me than you know.

This spa is very clean! The front desk employees were nice and explained the process. I had a massage and it was very good and the room was relaxing. The other procedures were a customized facial and eyelash tint. The eyelash tint did burn a little bit so I wouldn't get that again. The tent is neat but the seats were not comfortable for how nice they have it set up. I would go again and try other services.

Was in Chicago for a few days and scheduled a facial for my mom. I booked the 'Rejuvenating High Frequency Facial' thinking it would be the best for skin rejuvenation and restoration but her esthetician examined her skin and suggested the 'Silver Ion Reparative Facial' instead. My mom loved the facial and realized that she should take more care of her skin like she used to do. She's always busy so I'm glad she had an amazing and relaxing experience. About the spa- We walked in and immediately became very calm from the incense, lights, and decor. I was offered hot tea (I chose peppermint) to drink in the meditation tent while my mom got her facial (pictures included). Once she was done she picked hibiscus tea (customers' favorite) to drink in the tent for some time. Overall great experience. I did not receive a service but the ambience helped me wind down too.

I enjoyed a wonderful facial here in early April 2023. My esthetician was named Sarah. She was very attentive, skillful and caring, and I loved the experience. The room was clean and quiet. I felt like a princess. My skin after feels amazing. I'm so happy with the results!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough glowing things about this spa! My best friend and I did a Chicago trip (coming from Minneapolis and Boston) a month ago and booked massages here. I wish we had added on some chakra or one of their other more specailty offerings, and if we're back we'll definitely do that. The masseuses were EXCELLENT - honestly, probably one of the best massages I've ever had. I was also 6 months pregnant, and my masseuse was so caring and attentive. Incredibly relaxing environment, A+ masseuses, excellent customer service. Can't get any better!

I received a gift card for Allyu after passing my board exams. I had a facial, massage, gel manicure and regular pedicure. The facial and massage were incredible. So relaxing, and all of the products they used smell amazing. The service was excellent. The manicure and pedicure were not great. The manicure lasted 4 days before it started chipping, and there was hard polish left in the crease of my nail. Another nail "smudged" the day after, which I didn't even know was possible with gel polish. For the pedicure, the polish was too close to the cuticle and some grains from the scrub were not rubbed off and ended up under the polish. I would definitely come back for other services but would pass on nail services.

After a morning of grocery shopping to stay ahead of the impending cold weather that has threatened Chicago, the Midwest, East Coast, and the South, I was looking forward to my scheduled facial and head massage. It was exactly what I needed after going to multiple stores and standing in long lines waiting to check out. Did I mention it was my day off? When I finally got to my anticipated destination and walked into the doors leading to Allyu Spa, I could feel the warmth and smell the calming aromas of the scented oils that delighted my senses. I knew I was in for something special, and indeed it was. Tiara was the esthetician who performed magic on my face. The facial that she gave me was calming, relaxing, and gentle with every touch. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I did not want to miss the experience that was also filled with accompanying neck, shoulder, full arm, and hand massages. Then it happened..............The Head Massage! Tiara, massaged my worries, concerns, and unnecessary thoughts away as she gently rubbed my head with special oils and magic fingers. Not too soft. Not too hard. Just what I needed. My first experience at Allyu Spa for my 40th Birthday back in September was an amazing. This second experience, did not disappoint. I am glad that I was able to give myself a Christmas gift; The Gift of Relaxation & Serenity.

I don't understand how this spa has been open for as long as it has. The front of house is nice but massage therapist/facialist are mediocre at best. You carry your belongings with you from service to service. Having no locker / changing area is very inconvenient. And since there are no lockers, there are no shower areas. You have to schedule your shower at the time of service and they have a timer set /so don't plan on taking a long, relaxing shower Nothing nothing has changed in years. and I mean absolutely nothing. It's dark, dank, dusty. On my last trip there a couple of weeks ago towels were actually greasy. Why I keep coming back you ask... well I keep receiving generous gifts cards I assume were selected based on location. This place isn't cheap... For the same price you can do better absolutely anywhere within a stones throw

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. My pedicure with reflexology and hot stone exceeded my expectation and was the best I've ever had. That being said, I will not return for a couple of reasons. First of all, it was so dark in the interior of the spa that I could not see at all. I know they want to create a certain calming atmosphere, but I was anything but calm making my way to my massage fearing where I was walking. Another ingredient they add to creating a zen experience is the aroma of incense that permeates the entire spa. My headaches are triggered by smells of any kind. This is a common trigger for many and I'm surprised this wasn't considered. One more less significant thing I'll point out was that the bottles in the shower were not labeled. For those of you not uncomfortable with very darkened interiors and who aren't sensitive to incense, Allyu provides good service.

What a fantastic way to start a day! I was given a gift voucher for my birthday, so I scheduled a 60 minute full body massage and a 30 min scalp massage add on for 9am Saturday morning - surprisingly the place was very busy, probably a full house! I parked across the street ($4 for 3 hours with validation) and made the quick trip across the street and down to the riverwalk level to enter the spa. I was met by a host and asked to fill out a standard pre-massage form and then given some spa sandals and shown where to leave my shoes. Once ready I was offered water/tea and taken back to the relaxation tent, which was warmly and dimly lit with some running water, was very nice and calming. My therapist Chris collected me pretty quickly after I sat down and took me back to my treatment room. There was a bag to put my clothes in and a robe for my shower after my massage (shower because the scalp massage involves essentials oils, so your hair gets pretty oily/greasy). I got undressed and under the sheet on the bed. Chris came back in and immediately asked me if the face cradle was comfortable....I've had a lot of massages and I think that's the first time anyone has asked me that, which is great, cause sometimes it can be real uncomfortable! Chris started my massage and within 2-3 minutes asked me how the pressure was, if I needed more of less etc. and from then on I was in complete bliss. Chris could tell where my knots were and worked them with the perfect amount of pressure to break them up without it hurting. Without telling him to, he also spent quite a bit of time massaging my neck and shoulders, which for someone who stares at a computer screen all day was great, as that's where I hold most of my stress. Once my massage sessions were complete, Chris asked me to put my robe on and waited for me outside the door with a glass of water before leading me to my shower suite. He walked through the controls for the shower and left me be. Once done you can go back to the relaxation tent or leave. Overall, a fantastic experience, I will most definitely be back and will be asking for Chris!

Allyu is my favorite spa in Chicago. I go to Allyu every month for facial and massage. Nicole is my go-to for facial. She is wonderful. She personalizes my facial treatment each time based on the condition of my skin at the time. Tina is one of the best massage therapists I worked with. I also love the relaxation area. I highly recommend Allyu!

Absolutely amazing! First off, the best front desk workers ever! They are so kind and answered my questions. Truly always appreciate them for the hard work they do. I went into the sauna which was so relaxing, after had my massage with Fran. She was amazing! She was absolutely stunning with her work. After my massage I had a facial and Nicole did so well. She gave me recommendations on what I should be using on my face and it was such a great experience! 10/10

I had my first spa experience at Allyu. First, the spa itself is so relaxing... from the friendly staff and calm atmosphere. I had a basic facial with Phuc, and she was more than I expected! She addressed my skin concerns and was very thorough with my facial. I can see such a difference after she completed my treatment. I wish there was a a spa like this in the northwest suburbs! I plan to make special trips at Allyu when I'm in the city!

Visited here for the first time during Covid and luckily made appointments about a month in advance for myself and my friend. Parking was right across the street in the parking garage easy to find and locate as well as to exit and get into the actual spa building. Pricing isn't so bad either even if you go over the validation hours. I have no photos to upload for this visit as cameras and cell phone usage are highly discouraged which I completely understand. Between my friend and I we had a variety of services from manicure pedicure reflexology massage sauna facials and chakra balancing. The ambience of this place is awesome considering that it is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is completely friendly very helpful and super kind. The services are quite unique they offer some customization which is great as well and the pricing is highly competitive considering all the spa options in the neighboring towns as well as within its city vicinity. I would definitely come back again as this was an incredible experience super clean I felt safe despite the Covid environment and this was a great way to spend half the day or up to 4 1/2 hours here.

I've been visiting Allyu since late December of 2021 and I enjoy my visits. It is quite a distance from my home, but the service is worth it. Parking is fairly easy and accessible. The spa is clean and has an immediate calming effect on me. I literally walk in and my shoulders drop. I've had one amazing massage and one that was good. The relaxation tent is phenomenal! I am looking forward to the sauna, which I heard is fantastic. I usually receive my nail services from Denise. She is professional, skilled, and pleasant to chat with. All of their nail technicians seem nice and professional. Overall, I enjoy Allyu Spa. I even joined their membership plan which offers discounts on services.

I was so excited about my spa day. Had a couple of of treatments scheduled- a massage, facial and reflexology pedicure. The facial was decent but the massage was average.The pedicure was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had. The painting is not in line, I have polish on my skin. I was poked several times. I don't at all believe the staff is trained to do reflexology pedicures. I just could not wait to be done and leave. It was not a pleasant experience.

The service was great! Massage was so good. Manicure and pedicure were excellent: the view to the river was a nice plus.

The moment I entered Allyu I couldn't help but feel the effort used to create a serene and peaceful space. IT SMELLS SO GOOD! I was greeted by a very pleasant front desk attendant who went over the Covid protocol with me, and quickly supplied me with a pair of spa shoes for my visit. After I completed my intake sheet and the Covid waiver, I was then escorted to the meditation tent where I was told that my massage therapist would find me for our session. Seriously.. why don't I have this at home? lol I'm heading to Target for a tent on my next trip. Francois was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It is evident that she is a therapist who is passionate about her industry and her patients. She worked with me to customize a massage that would leave me feeling relaxed while also targeting my trouble areas. As a dancer who has often has tight shoulders and thighs, I was really impressed with how she was able to relax the muscle without having to use excessive force. Her pressure is on point and she makes sure to always check in with you. She left me with stretches I can use at a home to maintain her treatment and introduced me to a new joint cream. Literally.. that's above an beyond!!!

Phenomenal! From the first step in to the last step out. Visited from Cincinnati, Dylan was amazing- polite, kind, and listened to my body in a very connected way. Greeted with tea and or water. Loved the hibiscus mint tea so much purchased bag to go. Even more called this morning to inquire on supplier- Montery tea (based in California) just made a very happy bulk order. This will be my go to for all spa services when visiting. Request Dylan, you'll leave relaxed & calm. Loved how their site lists all bios for therapist.

Was going here for a while for different services then tried to recently book one and they told me I had missed an appointment and that I owed $45 for the no show (I don't remember this and even if true the appointment was over a year ago that they were trying to collect on) asked for manager and the told me that was their policy. I will never return here. Such rude staff and found better services elsewhere for the same price if not better! Highly recommend going anywhere else than this awful place with mean staff!! They lost me as a customer that's for sure!!!

I haven't had a massage in years ever since my local one went out of business. Decided to go on a sister date with my sister on a gray cloudy cold day. It was very relaxing. Mood lighting, quiet rooms, soft humming. It will definitely get you relaxed in a few minutes. You check in, get some spa sandals and offered tea or water. Then they take you to a large dark waiting room with a big stone lit and the soundtrack to a meditation temple. We got the sugar scrub and you get to take a shower after in their wonderful stoned showers. The massage was really relaxing. It's pretty pricey and the parking is in a lot you get discounted for 2 hours which we barely made. This would be great place to unwind and get a meditative massage. Also, highly recommend the sugar scrub, your skin will be so soft afterwards.

I had great experience at Allyu. The staff was professional, and they were able to accommodate my special needs with ease. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage, The price was reasonable, too!

Took my wife to get a 90min prenatal massage (value $170) and the experience was not the best. The front desk staff was not very professional or welcoming. The only area to place all personal items was a little nook open to all guests (no lockers or secure storage area). My wife's massage therapist was Jennifer and her massage was very lackluster compared to other reviews posted. The massage was repetitive and seemed to try and fill the 90 minutes rather than tackle different areas. Once the massage was finished, there was no mention of a shower or resting area by any of the front desk staff. After the fact, we noticed that Jennifer is not listed as a massage therapist on their website.

No matter when you call to make an appointment @ Allyu, they are always so rude. I do not usually like to leave reviews like this, but it's ridiculous if we are starting off rude just to make an appointment; how can this be a relaxing environment.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! I had to cancel for a work emergency and left them a voicemail as they were not open to reschedule my appointment. They charged me $120 total because of this. This was suppose to be a birthday present- truly no human decency here. Will NEVER call this business again!

I saw Dylan for a massage. It was the worst massage I've ever had. I asked her to focus on a specific area, which she completely ignored. She spent the whole time on a different area and neglected to do the actual full body massage, skipping multiple other areas as well. Her hands were freezing and the oil was cold. Nothing was relaxing and the back pain I had was not resolved. When I spoke to a manager to see if anything could be done, they basically told me too bad. Come back and waste another $120 to try out someone else. I'm sick to my stomach that I spent that much money in that way. If you go to this spa, do not see Dylan. And be warned that if anything doesn't go well, they don't care. They will just take your money anyway.

I truly needed some pampering during my recent vacation trip to Chicago. My experience here was superb! I chose a Neem wrap treatment which was a great way to treat pre-Winter skin. What is also a must is the before and after time in the meditation area, where I felt like I had left my normal hectic life to remember my soul! The staff is amazing too

I recently went here for a facial. I'm a huge fan of their massages and love how sweet all the staff is. They never disappoint in creating a calm atmosphere. The person doing my facial was very gentle with my skin and pretty awesome all in all. I gave this 3/4 stars because it was to be an hour long and she was done with almost 15 minutes to spare. I was disappointed in this because I could have had extra massage time on the face and neck. I noticed too late, once I was already on my car. Regarding the facial itself, very good and relaxing.
