It has been quite a while since my last visit, and they seem to have gentrified their appearance. It was also really busy. I didn't remember outdoor seating, but I may have missed it. But onward to the review:
I know that QR code menus became a "thing" during the pandemic, when they were considered safer and we were wiping everything down all the time and letting packages "age" before opening. But now, I resent having to use a QR code menu, and that is necessary here. They do rather push the cocktails, which we did not have. The coffee was surprisingly good.
We specifically went for Mexican breakfast, and the menu is rather limited. My husband said his Huevos Rancheros with Bacon was okay. If you order Migas with Scrambled Eggs, be aware that these may be far different than migas you have ordered elsewhere. These are actual crispy (perhaps refried? because they were greasy) tortilla chips, with some scrambled eggs and cheese, and perhaps another layer of the same. In all migas I've ever eaten, the eggs and tortillas were more incorporated together. I don't remember their migas being like this when I ate here before, but perhaps I forgot. The beans and potatoes were good. The tortillas tasted homemade, but they could have cooked longer -- there were no tell-tale browned spots. I'll be looking for someplace with a broader breakfast menu -- preferably with machacado -- and perhaps more authenticity.
