The 15 Best Breakfast Spots In Madrid - Madrid - The Infatuation

"Alma Nomad Fabrica is a spacious artisan bread factory and bakery, located just outside the city center in Quintana, making what feels like an endless selection of baked goods and pastries. Here, breakfast is an art, which you’ll notice the moment you walk along the lengthy pastry counter that shows off plump cinnamon rolls oozing frosting, flaky almond and pistachio croissants, and tostadas topped with juicy tomato and dill. With “no laptop” stickers on tables, this cafe is made for stroller gatherings, gossiping with friends, and clearing your mind in an airy, skylight-lit space. Opt for a weekday visit or prepare to wait in line on the weekends—their smaller, original location in Chamberí is better for quick bites or to-go." - lori zaino

It’s a very nice place that’s perfect for breakfast, they have so many options inside their vitrine, and even if you don’t like it, they still offer hot dishes that taste so so good! We had a matcha latte with a bikini sandwich and a focaccia and everything was delicious!! They offer tap water as well that you can fill up and bring to your table, which is so nice of them. I’ll definitely be back soon! !

A wonderful place for breakfast! We went on a Sunday and had to wait in line — but it was totally worth it for those incredible pastries. We loved everything we ordered. I especially recommend the salmon and cucumber toast — it was amazing. The place has a great vibe, but I’d suggest going on a weekday if you want to avoid the crowds.

Amazing food and place!!! Saw this place on TikTok and OMG thank God I gave it a try. You do have to make a line to get a table but if you go early you’ll definitely wait less than I did.

Really happy we the discovery of Alma in my neighbourhood! Went for a quick breakfast, good variety of pastries. Will certainly go back to have brunch! Good atmosphere for couples, family catch up. The capuccino was a bit watery, not “creamy” as I would like it.

Pros: - The interior was quite delightful - A wide selection of pastries - I really liked the lemon cake - Salmon on the bread was delicious Cons: - It took us 35 mins to have a sit (we visited the place at ~12 on Saturday) - A cacao cup was small - Shakshuka was absolutely bland 😢

This is a gastronomic experience on its own. Every item we had was just amazing (miso mushroom pizza, pumpkin pizza, lemon meringue pie and tiramisu). The service was also fantastic! Pedro was very thoughtful and on point with his recommendations. If you are in Madrid, this is a must!

As a fan of Alma Nomad Bakery in Olavide, I thought this location would be even better. The orange bizcocho and tomato toast were great! It is pet friendly, cards and cash accepted and the staff was nice, but the grilled cheese was mostly onions (which isnt list on their menu), the almond croissant was burnt, there were two different musics playing and there is no wifi.
