Bars Serving Bombay Sapphire Cocktails | Eater

"Executive chef Paul Wahlberg (yes, the brother of Mark and Donnie) learned to cook from his mom, Alma, who spent a lot of time in the kitchen prepping food for her nine kids. She’s the inspiration and namesake for Wahlberg’s fancy Italian spot in the Hingham shipyard, which features a menu emphasizing fresh seafood and indulgent pastas. This spot is best visited in summertime so you can sip cocktails on the wrap-around patio. An al fresco Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon, at sunset, on a couch, by a fire pit, watching boats buzz by? Chef’s kiss." - Vox Creative

Boston’s 14 Best Outdoor Drinking Destinations | Eater

"Raise your glass to the late Alma Wahlberg, matriarch of the famed Boston family who brought us Marky Mark, Donnie, and Paul. Alma Nove in Hingham is Paul’s own Italian-Mediterranean restaurant. Named after his mother, it’s a monumental tribute, with a sunny patio wrapping around the building and overlooking the harbor. Whether you’re arriving by car or by boat (thanks to an adjacent ferry terminal, you can do both!), this is the South Shore spot for after-work martinis and meatballs. The Strawberry Lemongrass Martini is citrusy and aromatic thanks to infused Grey Goose and a splash of cranberry: a welcome acidic pairing to rich antipasti like the salumi platter or the pork meatballs with polenta." - Vox Creative

Great Dinner at Alma Nove in Hingham. Beautiful waterfront restaurant with awesome food. Our appetizer of homemade meatballs on a Crostini reminded me of my Nonna. The steak tenderloin was presented on a garlic mashed potatoes and was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. Our first time there and it will not be my last, I’m looking forward to going back again Chuck and Denise.

I had a great dinner here. I found this place on phantom gourmet, and I’m impressed. The rigatoni was really. Alma also has a great drink menu. Will be back. Thanks for the good experience.

I came to eat on the evening of 3/28 and the atmosphere was beautiful, the service (from the hostess stand, to the server, to the server assistants) was awesome, and lastly the food was top notch! My experience started off by walking in and being welcomed by 3 lovely ladies at the front and sat fairly quickly and smoothly. The woman who sat me was very sweet and welcoming. She made me feel like she truly cared and had such a warm smile. My server (Kerri) came by shortly after I was sat and got the ball rolling for me. I came in already having studied the menu online and having a game plan besides which wine would be best with my duck. I let Kerri know off the bat what I was thinking, and she was so helpful with getting the right pairing underway and on my table once the duck was ready to come out. I started with the mussels, and I loved every morsel of that dish. I would drink the sauce on its own, that's how tasty it was. Next was the duck and barley risotto, which I was super happy to see on the menu because that's exactly what I prefer to cook at home. Once the duck was ready Kerri made sure my wine was brought to the table just before the duck made it over. It was a lovely Pinot noir and the duck was perfectly cooked. The mushroom espresso jam went deliciously with the flavor of the Pinot. I also ordered a beet salad to go and that was perfect for my lunch the next day. The chefs know how to pair flavors, and I will absolutely make a trip out there again to bring my momma with me ( we are from Ga) The only thing that aggravated me slightly (which is NOT the fault of the restaurant) was the group of guys who sat at the bar and got very loud. It was odd to have that bar feel with a nice white tablecloth restaurant where people want to enjoy a nice evening. This wasn't for my entire meal time by the way, it was a couple of times throughout the evening. Bottom line Alma's was a lovely evening with delicious food and top notch service and I can't wait to come back!❤️

Google
How any one can give this place anything less than 5* is beyond me? Well done Paul!!! The chicken, cod and pork was outstanding!!

Google
Alma Nove is a truly exceptional dining experience. The food was perfect in every way, and the staff were polite and attentive. The wood grilled octopus was far and away the best we've ever had.

Google
Second time to Alma Nove for a special occasion of just being in town. I give five stars for the following: ⭐️ The food is incredible. It’s innovative, fulfilling, appetizing, and presented beautifully. ⭐️ The atmosphere including lighting, decor, and noise level was inviting and encouraged one to stay to enjoy the meal. ⭐️ The service is what you would expect. It’s excellent. People are kind and generous. ⭐️ The location is great and love the surrounding area. ⭐️ The experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Really will come back every chance I get. Thank you to Alma Nove for the wonderful opportunity to dine ❤️

Google
I am gluten free and my wife and I loved our meal here! The GF cod cakes and baby arugula salad made a perfect appetizer for us to split. My GF wood grilled swordfish was AMAZING! It was easily the best, most moist and tender swordfish I’ve ever eaten. My wife also loved her non-GF entree of Chicken Tortellaci (also very moist chicken). I highly recommend this restaurant for great seafood and an upscale atmosphere!

Google
Alma Nove is a beautiful restaurant on the waterfront. We went for a birthday dinner. The morning of, we received a call from the restaurant to confirm we were coming in and that it was for a birthday. This was nice of them to confirm; however, there was never any recognition by the staff of the birthday. The food was mediocre. Everything was well cooked, but lacking in flavor and seasoning. It was disappointing to have the nice ambiance, etc., but food was not great and for the price, we would not come back.

Yelp
If I could give six stars just for the service, I would: our waitress was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most important - a good listener. One of my 7-person party had a food allergy - this waitress listened, asked questions, and then checked with the kitchen staff before offering options. The food was savory, from start to finish. The Salumi board was our appetizer - wonderful selection of cured meats, cheeses & veggies. I could eat one of these as an entree, but it was fun to share. I selected the rigatoni with Italian sausage & the spicy vodka sauce. Quite nice: 9 out of 10 for that dish. 3 members of my party also had it: nothing was left over. Two daughters ordered the A9 burger; both loved it and I took a bite, too. Dessert time...oh, so amazing. I had the lemon berry cake - heaven could not taste more sweet. I also sampled the vanilla bean creme brulee, which most of my party chose: another savory delight. And one daughter chose a chocolate smores cake: she loved it. And let me say: this was our first time here: we plan on returning!

Yelp
We visited Alma Nove today for dinner. We hadn't been here in quite some time. The interior is lovely and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed our food, but the service was poor. We waited 15 minutes just to order; And the restaurant was almost empty. Then. after another 15 minutes, we had to ask the hostess to check on our drinks. Despite the long wait, Our meals were excellent. When we were finished, we waited for a long time to have our plates cleared and waited another fifteen minutes to get our bill, which we had to ask the host for since our server was nowhere to be found. We decided to skip coffee and dessert. We did meet Paul Wahlburg on our way out. He was most welcoming and it was nice to meet him. We did tell him the food was great, which it was. All in all, the poor, slow service really dampened our experience.

Yelp
I have no idea what people are talking about when giving Alma Nove less than 5 stars. This is one of the best Italian spots I have been to. First of all the restaurant is clean, crisp and modern-classic right next to the water. This is a great date night spot. I would recommend making reservations. Our server was extremely attentive and gave us a lots of recommendations. We were celebrating the finish of a work project so we went to town! As an appetizer we go the oyster which were extremely fresh and disappeared in 5 seconds. The meatballs were extremely juicy and were laid out on a whipped ricotta that was a lovely complement to the meatball. Calamari was crispy and not greasy. The watermelon salad was nice to have a fresh salad to go with all the hot appetizers. We got 4 different pastas to share. You MUST order the gnocchi. My coworker customized his gnocchi and got it with the bolognese sauce which turned out incredible. The gnocchi was so soft, it was like eating a cloud. We all agreed it was the best gnocchi we ever had. Please order the gnocchi, whether it was the special on the menu or if you make your own!! Each pasta dish was great, but the gnocchi was the one that stood out! As the "Secondi" dishes we got the chicken and duck. Both were extremely flavorful and it was nice to break up the pasta with some protein. For dessert we got 4 and shared. The best was the chocolate s'mores cake but I believe this is seasonal. They do change their dessert items, so you might not be in luck next time you go there. Overall, the food was so flavorful and delicious and the service was outstanding. We even got the honor of having the owner Paul Wahlberg to come out and say hi to us. He told us a few stories and was an extremely down to earth gentleman. We all had a lovely time and that was definitely the cherry on top.

Yelp
The mussels were out of this world-excellent sauce! The special beef tacos were fabulous with a combination of crunch and good smoke flavor. The service team worked together to care for us as we enjoyed numerous courses. The espresso next to Bailey gelato with fudge AND homemade chocolate chip biscotti topped us off! Plus the view of the harbor and the famous owner, who graciously spoke with us and gave us tips in Hull, our next destination. I highly recommend this establishment!

Yelp
Alma Nova has really stepped it up with new items and specials. The really thin 100 layer lasagna is beautiful, lite , paper thin noodles . I love it with the Meatball appetizer . Gone back 3x just for this

Yelp
Visited Alma Nove for a Mother's Day lunch and couldn't have been happier. All our meals were delicious and service was great. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Beautiful place right on the water at the Hingham Shipyard. The small but cozy atmosphere is perfect for date night. I love the story of the famous local family behind this spot! Most recently I came here for my husband's birthday. I ordered the truffle bubble martini, which is a show stopper! There is an actual bubble on top of the martini which pops into a cloud of smoke. It was really cool as I was not expecting that! We started with the meatballs and mussels. The meatballs were delicious but surprisingly small. The mussels were fantastic; large portion size with excellent broth and bread. I couldn't stop eating them! For my entree, I ordered the short rib and omg you didn't need teeth to eat this meal! The meat just melted in your mouth and the mashed potatoes were perfect. For dessert, we shared the affogato and it was dreamy. The homemade biscotti was my favorite part; so soft, warm and comforting. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for a special occasion!

Yelp
The food, service and decor is among the best on the South Shore. The menu is unique and the attention to detail and freshness of the ingredients is excellent. I've been here many times for lunch and dinner and it never disappoints.

Yelp
Went last night, had a wonderful evening. The hostess was kind gracious and very helpful changing our res and table. Meatballs and sauce with bread as well as the calamari was a great start. The duck is phenomenal and cooked to perfection. My wife loved her bolognese and my guests also enjoyed the duck. Great ambiance and overall a wonderful evening with the highlight getting to meet the master chef himself. (Sorry for the man hug Paul)

Yelp
If you're looking to have a great dining experience in a beautiful area with a great view, this is the place. This is a modern Italian-Mediterranean spot from the Wahlberg brothers offering a chic vibe with harbor views. Elegant decor. As I parked and walked toward the restaurant, I couldn't help but take a moment to look out at the harbor and admire the beauty around me. The food! The food was phenomenal. As a group we ordered the following appetizers; Wood-grilled Octopus, Italian Beef & Pork Meatballs, Oysters and Fried Shrimp. All great! I ordered the Buttermilk Marinated Bell & Evans Chicken (cornbread, chorizo & sweet corn bread pudding, sofrito, pan jus) as my main course. The chicken was so tender and the cornbread was perfection. Just the right amount of everything in this dish. A must try. They have a great dessert menu and full bar. The service was great. Very attentive staff. Everything about this place was great and I hope to go back again one day soon. Hints: Ask for the bread Get there before sunset to enjoy scenery

Yelp
Been going to Alma nove on special occasions for a few years now and I can say I have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is to die for. Absolutely delicious, everything on the menu!! Yesterday I got take out bc I was craving there mussels and I was skeptical of getting mussels through take out but I will 110% be doing this again. They packaged them up with care and they were sooo amazing. If your looking for a great dining experience choose Alma Nove!

Yelp
Beautiful, extensive wine list, excellent food. Loved the charcuterie and risotto. Everyone is so professional.

Yelp
The lasagna appetizer was bad and I don't mean just bad. It was rotten. I don't know who's doing the cooking, but this food is subpar

Yelp
I came to Alma Nove for lunch with two friends this past Saturday. We had an all-around pleasant experience. The service was excellent, the ambiance was sophisticated and classy with the white tablecloths and waterfront views, and most importantly, the food was fresh and delicious. I would give Alma Nove a solid 4.5 stars, but since half stars are not an option on Yelp, I'm giving them 5. I deduct half a star because the menu did not have much variety (for an Italian restaurant, I'm surprised they don't serve eggplant/chicken/veal parm) and the portions could have been a bit more substantial. I ordered the Shaved Brussel Sprouts Salad which was advertised as an entree size salad, but it was pretty small even after adding some chicken, so I ordered the Italian Beef and Pork Meatballs from the appetizer menu which rounded out my meal nicely. I would definitely come back here! This is a nice spot for a date night or a get-together with friends or family.

Kathleen J.

Yelp
The waitstaff are outstanding, the food from apps to mains to dessert is well prepared and delicious. The ambiance is beautiful with the lighting and view of the ocean. This restaurant is a stand out in the area.

Colette S.

Yelp
The service was a little slow. I think they were understaffed. The food was good. The view and interior was very pleasant.

Mandy P.

Yelp
The food is fresh and the service is great. Grilled swordfish is really good! Pasta was amazing. Drinks were good as well. Also, very clean environment.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to Alma Nove to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. I ordered the duck breast, and it's easily the best I've ever had--perfectly tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The chef did an incredible job. We were beyond satisfied with the food, drinks, and service. We can't stop talking about how amazing everything was and can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Watermelon might be my new thing - check out this view for yourself, filtered water is blocking the best part Italian Beef & Pork Meatballs marinara, whipped burrata, sesame garlic crostini Service was great and waiters we're very attentive. They recommended their favorite items on the menu that made it easy to choose what we were going to get. Awesome outdoor patio with views of the water.

Yelp
5 stars for the servers! 3 stars for the salmon. Just ok. Location, ambiance and staff are worth the visit. Food was just ok.

Robin C.

Yelp
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, however I ordered the special which was corned beef and cabbage. The plate came out with 2 pieces of corned beef stacked on top of each other. The first piece was ok, the second piece was so tough I could not cut it with a knife. A friend sitting at the table with me commented that I would need a sawzall to cut it! They offered me a free desert! I was not in the mood for desert so I passed on that and ordered a cup of coffee with milk. I asked for milk twice and the waitress would bring cream! I gave up. Very disappointed!!!

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful experience here tonight, especially because of our amazing server. The food was overall delicious, probably about an 8 out of 10. To keep it short I'll cut to the chase: you must try the butternut squash tortellacci, the sage brown butter is great. The octopus was also delicious, especially with the garlic lemon aioli, but the pieces of meat were a bit sparse. The meatballs, while also perfectly cooked, were a little small for the price (three ~1" balls), and the cold cheese around it was a bit odd. I wish it had come with more of the grilled bread, which was delicious and would have been great for the cheese. For mains, we had the sirloin, swordfish, and short rib. The sirloin was lean, but could have had a bit more salt. The swordfish was quite nice, a bit like a salmon, and the risotto and tapenade were very garlicky (not in a bad way at all). In fact, that shrimp risotto was definitely one of my favorite parts of the entire meal. The short rib was ok, a little overdone but very tender still. For dessert, we had the apple bread pudding, which was solid and definitely a good choice (the maple crunch is a great addition). Overall, it was a very nice meal, though some dishes I found to be overpriced for the serving size, while others were entirely reasonable. You are most likely paying for the Wahlberg name here, but it definitely lived up to expectations, and apparently Paul is usually in the kitchen too so it's not one of those Vegas-celebrity-chef-tourist-traps. It is funny that his brothers opened a Wahlburgers literally across the corner, though. If you're looking for a romantic Italian-Mediterranean night out, this is definitely a viable option on the South Shore.

Jetty L.

Yelp
Will not return. Food: 0 stars. We started with stale bread and cold, hard-to-spread butter. Okay, maybe just a bit of bad luck. Next up: dandan noodles were on the specials list. A bit odd for an italian-mediterranean restaurant, but we thought to give it a shot. Big mistake. Noodles were undercooked and underseasoned. The bits of steak in the noodles were the only thing in the entire meal that had any flavor. Next, I had the sirloin for my entree. It would have been disappointing at half the price. It's hard to overstate how flavorless this steak was. Even slathered in the rhubarb demi glace, it was borderline inedible. The menu says "arugula" as part of the dish, and apparently that means "two pieces of arugula sitting on the steak." Mash potatoes were fine. Ambiance: Fine, but not for me. The patio is nice. The crowd looked to be mostly retirees. There are so many better options in Hingham and the south shore. Please don't waste your time here.

Yelp
food was amazing. I got the risotto with a prosciutto wrapped salmon. It was exquisite. Bursting with flavor.

Yelp
First time going to Alma Nove last night, couldn't have been better!! Our waitress Cece was absolutely amazing! So sweet, accommodating, and overall excellent service! Highly recommend checking this restaurant out. The overall vibe was beautiful, and the food was delicious!

Yelp
This is a beautiful restaurant with a large active bar. The food was excellent but not a very large menu. Service was excellent. my wife had steak, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the swordfish, it was excellent. Parking is quick and easy also
google avatar

Yelp
When you go out to spend your heard earned money you are looking for great service, stunning drinks and amazing food. Alma Nove checked all of those boxes for us last night. Our waitress was very attentive and gave great advice when we asked for recommendations. We ordered a few drinks off the menu Vanilla Bourbon and Jack-O-Tini and added a Calamari appetizer and then she brought us some bread and butter. Flavor of both drinks were spot on with sweet vanilla flavors in the Bourbon and a nice light Vanilla Pumpkin flavor in the Jack-O-Tini. Potato crust was crispy on the calamari and everything tasted fresh and not rubbery. I loved the candied citrus, but would have liked a little more mustard aioli. OMG the Duck Breast with cauliflower risotto was to die for. Got it medium rare and it was cooked perfect. The flavors or the entire dish made my mouth sing. A+++ The Short Rib with sweet corn risotto was fall apart perfection. Server said that was her favorite dish on the menu. Just look at the picture of the S'mores Martini. Need I say more???

Yelp
Service and ambiance is always lovely. The food has been great every time we've come, but the Careese salad with the local burrata is one of the best salads I've ever had. I'd eat it every day if I could haha.

David D.

Yelp
Outstanding restaurant, the food was excellent, and the service was just as good the ambiance is a top ten restaurant a must for any occasion!

Yelp
I eat at Alma Nove several times a month. Tonight I went with a friend and there were tables out on the patio empty and when I went to the front desk, they were extremely rude and even though they were empty table saver told me I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes, I've never experienced having the reception folks. Be so rude. we just left and now I have a sour taste in my mouth about that restaurant

Maryellen A.

Yelp
Got to Alma Nove around 1130 this morning. Just wanted to grab a drink. Website said it opened at 11am. Well much to our surprise, Paul himself opened the door and greeted us. He said they weren't open till noon but come on in even though we were early. True Dorchester businessman. You don't turn away any customers. Drinks were great and we even had the meatball appy. Great customer service. One of my favorite restaurants!!!!!!
google avatar

Judy E.

Yelp
We ordered food for takeout at 5 pm and were told it would be ready at 5:45. When I went in to get it, it wasn't ready. I had to wait until 6:10. Now, if they would have told me it would be 1/2 an hour, we would have parked and grabbed a drink. Instead I waited in the restaurant while our grandson and husband circled in the car. The food was very good. We had pasta, salad, and beef. They sent bread, gf bread and 2 separate containers for dipping.
google avatar

Stephen B.

Yelp
I wish they were aware that just because you create a look that gives the impression the restaurant is high quality, doesn't mean it magically happens. It's a place that feels like the chef/owner is doing some kind of fancy restaurant cosplay. Had been before and only there because it was a family birthday. My dish didn't taste bad, but only because there was no flavor. And finding the seafood in my dish was a needle in the haystack situation.
google avatar

David V.

Yelp
The food was quality and experience phenomenal. I drove to Alma Nove directly from airport while in town on business. I would like to recognize Donnie the bartender who assisted me with info about Wahlburger owned restaurant and was very professional. Unfortunately I could not make a Tuesday Night dinner event Donnie made me aware of but the friendliness was on point. I heard of this restaurant watching Wahlburgers and wanted to see what the restaurant was about. Met expectations. Hopefully I could meet Paul next time I'm in town. Thanks again Donnie the bartender for great lunch.

Sandra D.

Yelp
Welcoming great service never had a meal I didn't Love ,Have to visit very soon. The Ambiance is Stylish and comfortable.
google avatar

Damien S.

Yelp
My original experience with Alma Nove was a lackluster lunch, spiffing a caprese salad on a dry turkey sandwich that had me legitimately avoiding a return visit. Then I stopped in for drinks, and found myself eyeballing passed plates with aplomb. So, it was time to give it a fair shot at a proper dinner. So, so glad I did. The bar is appropriately sceney, catering to Hingham Shipyard regulars, families and large groups alike. Food caters to a seafood-forward Italian (duh) cuisine, and sharing a few starters with cocktails at a near-bar hightop makes for a great date. Views are delightful, and the approachable elegance won't make anyone feel out of place.
google avatar

Yelp
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Antonio, the chef prepared our dishes and took the time to explain what they were with the passion I am sure he put into the preparation. Food was all locally sourced and he explained that many items were made from scratch. He mentioned on a typical day, the preparation fo rdinner would start 5 hours before. Alma is not to be overlooked if you looking for good quality food at a reasonable price. The setting on the harbor makes for a long savorey experience. Bravo!

Yelp
The hubby wanted to take me to lunch for my upcoming birthday..for our age and for our wallet we always go to lunch vs dinner...we are now already home with the pups in our jammies..so great...now as a self proclaimed foodie, I have wanted to try the food at Alma Nove at the Hingham Shipyard for many years...I am also a huge Wahlbergers show fan...adored their mom Alma on the show and her pal Phyllis...the show is so much fun..binge it if you haven't seen it..anyway...the weather today didn't look too spectacular for a waterfront restaurant but the blue skies showed themselves as we were eating inside...such a terrific location..the shipyard has been revitalized in the last 15 years or so...lots of shopping and dining destinations including the original Wahlbergers Burger Joint...I love this stuff...Dave is like ok whatever...but our experience was lovely..I will say however that my husband and I don't quite fit in the Hingham vibe...and it has a vibe..no shade but it kind of carries an air about it...the people I mean...lol...but we ignored all that and for sure enjoyed lunch..even Dave said how delicious it all was...our server...nice..we typically enjoy banter with our servers...he wasn't about that...all business and he gave us excellent service..but I do have the sense that more than likely the staff has high hopes of gaining maybe a walk on role on Blood Bloods with Donnie or maybe a handshake from Marky Mark when he comes through from time to time...hope for them it happens..fingers crossed.....about the food...great bread..seemed homemade but simple..fresh..served with butter that had black specks on it..turns out it was a black salt..interesting..a few drafts for Dave from Mayflower Brewery in nearby Plymouth and I had a lovely Pinot Noir...bottled water on the table..big fan of that..I ordered the Pan Seared Shrimp and Scallops served over a sweet potato risotto , topped with haricot verts(fancy greenbeans), toasted marcona almonds and truffle honey and my date had the Butternut squash Tortellacci with pan seared chicken topped with sage brown butter sauce, pecorino romano, apple cider gastrique and fried sage and chives..wow..we are styling here in the Shipyard...every bite was spot on and a perfect serving for lunch..we enjoyed all of it..dessert..well.of course..they have an in house pastry chef so that's a given for me..chose the Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding..when he returned he also brought a small chocolate dessert..like cake in a jar with whipped cream and a candle...he said they heard someone was celebrating a bday...we never said it so all I can figure is I posted that we were there for my bday and had tagged the restaurant...great social media connection if that was the case...we shared them and they were fabulous...took some photos around the place..ran into folks the hubby knew from Hull..absolutely highly recommend Alma Nove..those that aren't familiar with the background. ..The famous Wahlberg Brothers Donnie and Mark have a brother Paul who is the chef and owner of Alma Nove..named for their precious mom Alma and Nove in Italian means nine..there were 9 Walhberg kids..5 stars from me for Alma Nove.. Open daily for lunch and dinner. .I believe they have live music on Sundays and in the nice weather their outside patio overlooks Hingham Bay...a must try Mark has famously said their brother Paul is the most talented in the family...I believe that is spot on...

Yelp
So happy I chose to come here for a pre birthday dinner on my way to Salem. It was perfect, the food was amazing and the ambience, upscale but welcoming.

Yelp
Not the same good food quality as years ago. ! Made a party of 4 sit at the bar when both entire restaurant or bar was empty ! 3 tables by window never had anyone at them ! Poor management as well - no one ever stopped by to see how the food or service was going ! So many better choices around ! time to renovate and reinvent a new concept/ menu it has run its course !

Yelp
We were in from Maryland to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is extremely clean and very well kept. The service and staff were top notch and went out of their way to make the evening perfect. The food was absolutely to die for. If there was as a way to rate this experience higher than 5 I would do so. The night couldn't have possibly been any better and for that we say thank you.

Yelp
Great customer service, front and back end. We always get the same table when we reserve. The specials are always rotating and delicious. My partner and I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and the food never disappoints. Will always recommend for great Italian. ‍

Ellen S.

Yelp
Service & ambiance very good. Food was tasty but very small portions. What was called "herb salad with tzatziki sauce" was a few mint leaves, a sprig of dill and two yellowed parsley leaves. Why not just call a garnish a garnish. And I saw no tzatziki sauce.
google avatar

Yelp
Everything was amazing! We ordered the truffle fries as an appetizer and it was loved by the whole table! The short rib and swordfish were somewhat small but the Pork was the best I've ever had and I don't even like pork chops.

Yelp
This review is tough to make a for a few reasons. I'll start by saying that I was super excited to go. The reservation was booked days in advance for the celebration of a college graduation. The drinks very very good and I can't complain about the food (Strozzapreti) either. It would be foolish to not mention how convenient the heaters are as well....however, the service was not very good. Upon being sat down by the hostess, nobody attended our table for a half hour. When I went back inside to remind the hostess it had been about a half hour without service, I received a pretty vague and uncaring reaction. Nobody ever apologized for poor service, and the server continued to be slow throughout the night. Additionally, the wait for food was more than a half hour as well. Although I enjoyed the meal, I can't see myself returning with all of the other quality options in the area. Regardless, my reviews are not intended to tear down business and I wish them the best.

Yelp
Everything was going fine, until I got a shard of really hard plastic or something in my salad. A nice place to sit outside for lunch

Yelp
This restaurant has been on my radar for sometime now but living on the north shore of Boston now had to wait for a visit back to the south shore.we came for lunch and were not really impressed with the meal. Beautiful room, friendly staff and food that didn't live up to the price Mediterranean chopped salad was not very big for 13.5$ and 3 small scallops as a add on for 16$ soo..for 30 dollars I wanted to go get a wahlburger across the street! Chicken Milanese sandwich was very pedestrian with sage aioli that just tasted like Mayo and under seasoned in general. hoping there dinner service is a step up

Yelp
Always delicious food. Always good service by knowledgeable/professional waitpersons. Always crowded at dinner which attests to their reputation as a quality dining experience.
