I love this place. It's one of my favorite breakfast places. It's a family-friendly place. They use agave syrup instead of sugar.

We love coming here when we visit Tijuana. The food is so tasty and the presentation is fabulous. Great cauliflower tacos 🌮, tastes like the best fish tacos I've ever had. Also enjoyed delicious French toast and green smoothie. If you're looking for healthy, satisfying and delicious eating options, Alma Verde is a great choice.

First time here and everything was outstanding! The food, the service, the vibes. Erika was so patient with our 4 kiddos, answered every menu question we had and made some great recommendations. We can’t wait to be back!

This is one of my favorite places in Tijuana. The food is unique and extremely good! I added some pictures for your review, as you can tell mushrooms are part of our favorite plates. You need to try the cauliflower wings!! They’re an amazing option if you can’t eat chicken. The smoothies are also a great option! In general the vibes and food here are amazing , if you’re in town please don’t go without visiting

I don't recommend the chilaquiles since the chicken was dry and the flavor was just okay. The soup (not pictured) was just okay too. I do recommend the juices since they were so fresh and refreshing. The service was good! Despite not knowing Spanish, pointing and saying simple phrases worked for us.

Best gluten free sandwich I have ever had. Melt in your mouth and arm bread and the salmon egg with sauce was amazing!!

I give it 5 stars for being such a nice spot for both me and my fur companion. I didn't have to sit outdoors and it's comfortable. The environment is nice and open. The carpet that's placed for the pups is cute. They offer water, chicken with quinoa with no salt for the pups. Food was tasty and price isn't bad. I tried their smoothies and it was yummy and fresh. When I'm in TJ again I'll definitely visit again.

Amazing experience, excellent service, best spices ever! Simply delicious chilaquiles and juices. The cafe de olla was perfect! Beautiful ambiance, totally worth our trip. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing. Seriously amazing! I'm plant based and gluten free and my friend loves meat and dairy, but has a million allergies. We each found delicious food to eat. It was fresh, tasty, healthy, and satisfying. Our server was Jasmin and she was so nice! We don't speak Spanish and she, so kindly, answered all of our questions about our dietary restrictions. The location was great. The premises are very nice, we especially liked the decor in the bathroom (weird, I know, but trust me, it was so cute). Would recommend to anyone with dietary stuff!

So. Freaking. Good!!! We came here on a recommendation and was delighted once we sat down. Our server was prompt and very friendly and took great care of us. The food is worth it. The sweet potato hash brown was just amazing. It's finely shredded and has a hint of coconut and the stuffed portobello is full of flavor too. My rose milk was another standout item and smelled so beautiful. It was delicious and delicately flavored. I would definitely come back next time I am in the area.

We come here quite often. I do recommend the hot pistachio house drink. It's on the sweeter side which I like. Today I for the quinoa burger it was a bite dried. My kid loves this hamburger but not me. The bun is way too big for the "SMALL"title patty. The waitress bought the fruit platter out with the food when we told her twice we wanted it as a starter! Smh ‍

Love their fresh cold press juices. Not many items on the menu were gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. It sucks being on such a strict diet, but I ordered a bunch of sides. They were all delicious and service was great!

The place is nice service was average food was good . Parking almost impossible unless you park across the street in the mall. Music was too loud. Prices I think are way to high for Mexico if this was in Santa Monica on the pier okay but in the middle of Tijuana?

Our first time here and definitely not coming back! We arrived before 9:50, we ordered chilaquiles and pancakes, an hour later we didn't even have our drinks, after asking the server for our food it finally came and it was so cold we couldn't eat it like that. Imagine eating cold eggs. (Still waiting for the drinks, it was just coffee, a lemonade and tea) Nuestra primera visita y definitivamente no vamos a volver. Pésimo servicio. Llegamos a las 9:50 am, ordenamos chilaquiles y pancakes pasó una hora y ni siquiera traían las bebidas (café, té y lomonada). Después de preguntar dónde estaba la comida, al fin llegó y estaba fría, eran unos chilaquiles con huevo y cuando lo probamos ni siquiera estaba tibio sino completamente frío. Cuando le dijimos que todo estaba frío dijeron que nos iban a hacer de nuevo la comida, las bebidas todavía no llegaban, 5 minutos después volvió la comida igual de fría, por lo que decidimos irnos y no seguir perdiendo el tiempo.

Was in for breakfast the other day and fell in love with this place! EVERYTHING they have is amazing! Ordered a coffee, Detox Cold Pressed juice, & the pancakes. My friends ordered chilaquiles- also bomb! Love how open, bright, pretty and comfortable the restaurant is. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!!

This review is based on the food and the waiting time. We were a party of 5, came to TJ for the weekend. I felt in love with this place since a year ago, in their first location. And we were just passing thru when I saw this new Restaurant, all super chic and modern. We felt in love with the decor, the place was mega packed and took us 20 minutos to get in, very cordial service, other 35 minutes to get our meal, almost cold and not that delicious that were hoping. So... the problem here is the lack of management, we never NEVER saw the manager, just 2-3 waiters for just the down floor, and 2 cooks and 1 helper for the whole place?? Without personal well... you won't have happy & content customers. Tons of options to eat here, so if they don't get on track their reputation will be on the grounds.

I'm not a vegetarian, I ordered some chilaquiles and they were good. Also shared an omelette food was satisfying. The cafe de olla is a bit diffrent than what I'm use to. The waitress took a long time to check in and give us our tab. Cute spot.

This place is amazing. I have heard a lot about it but I finally decided to go try it out. We went on a Wednesday! Around 12pm! We got sat right away and the staff there are super friendly and polite! Excellent customer service. My mom ordered a sweet hot coffe. My sister ordered detox I and I ordered detox II. Mom loved her drink and sister and I loved our detox as well! They came in such a cute bottle. Nice presentation. We ordered the oatmeal pancakes! More incredients come on it but I can't remember all of them! They were delicious!!! It comes 2 of them but we had that to share plus our main entrees so that was perfect. It was kinda like our dessert. My mom got the alma verde chilaquiles with eggs. My sister got the chicken pesto sandwich. And I got the mushroom omelette (no cheese). My moms chilaquiles were not spicy but they were super tasty. We loved them. My sisters sandwich was yummy she loved it. The chicken was well cooked how she likes it. And my Omelette was delicious. It came with some toasted bread and it was yum. Overall it was an amazing experience. I can't wait to come up! Prices were super decent. For everhrnjnf it was around 30 bucks. 10 Per person is a good deal!! Our waitress was fabulous ! Oh!!! And the decoration of the place is beautiful!!! Super super pretty! Looks like a rainforest.

Very nice vegan restaurant for a non-vegan! The chilaquiles are amazing! They are across the street from a paid parking lot, they have ample street parking or the best option is to Valet your car. Valet is 20 pesos.

I was very impressed by this place and their purpose. Fresh ingredients, healthy design, and nostalgic atmosphere. My chiliqiules were delicious. I feel like the sauce was so smooth, non acidic , spice without being hot. 10 out of 10.

So crazy overpriced like LA prices. The staff was nice but took forever for my one drink. Wouldnt go back.

A fresh take on French toast; I was expecting the toast that's dipped into egg batter I got brioche sweet bread instead. No need for syrup just the fruit. And if you walk over from the Marriott you will exert all the calories you will take in and the vendor on the corner has beautiful flowers.

I hung out and had dinner while waiting for a luchador match to start nearby. They have an English version of the menu and are happy to pair it with the Spanish one so you can see them side by side and learn something. The service is very friendly. The restaurant clean and stylish. I had the Croque Madame and Coles de Bruselas (a breakfast sandwich and roasted brussel sprouts). Both were very good. My leftovers--cause I ordered way too much--was nicely presented. I'll try the smoothies next time.

Loved this place! I came last Monday for a late lunch with a friend. Since the moment we walked in everyone was very polite & friendly. My friend suggest that we sit upstairs just because it's a bit more private which I didn't mind at all. I really liked the decor upstairs. There was this cute lounge spot which I loved for some cute pictures. So, I had chilaquiles de las casa Alma Verde, which I thought the dish was so good. My friend had the veggie burger with the sweet potato chip, that was also so good. I will totally come back to try other dishes.

We visited Alma Verde recently during a trip down south to Tijuana. We searched Yelp for a place to eat in the local neighborhood we were visiting. The crowd scene was fun and crowded with other couples and families. The coffee we ordered was excellent as was the omelette. Their menu selection made me want to return. The valet attendant even retrieved our car from the car wash across the street and parked in directly in front of Alma Verde. If I'm down in the same neighborhood again we will return here and I am looking forward to it.

This charming bistro promotes healthy eating with vegetarian and vegan offerings, as well as the traditional chicken, beef, and fish dishes. The most amazing thing on the menu is the vegan nachos - they are loaded with flavor and you wouldn't know they were vegan if they didn't tell you. With breakfast dishes served all day, you can easily celebrate in the city through the evening and have a late breakfast here the day after. The plates are portioned perfectly and very reasonably priced for the quality. Stop by here if you are in the area and pick anything off the menu. You will be pleased with whatever you pick. If you are adventurous, try the beet raviolis.

The place is good looks great I just Thought they make the juice fresh , I didn't drink it and still had to pay for it wich is ok because is cheap but unethical I never paid for something I disliked anywhere except China lol . But I didn't want to try anything else I guess is ok

This is my go to spot near the hipódromo for good quality & healthy food and a chill atmosphere. The food here never weighs you down and the views on the 2nd floor make for a pleasant atmosphere.

Best place hands down for any type of carnivore or herbivore. Looooooooooved getting my vegan burger and the vegan spring rolls, beyond delicious and nutritious. Would highly recommend this place who would want to eat relatively healthy. Muy rico la comida, recomendó a todos.

I had been coming here for quite a while, and honestly the food is Tasty. But the service is extremely slow on a not too busy day. Hire more personnel in the kitchen..this is ridiculous.

I've been to this restaurant several times, also to the one in colonia Cacho, and they are both delicious. The meals are well-served. One order of pancakes should be enough for one person. The kids French toast was also good enough for an adult. The restaurant specialty Cafe was also delicious. Pistachinno? forgot the name. I'm uncertain as to 4-5 stars because the restroom has no ventilation or maybe they just had it off.

Update. 2nd time here. Same thing as last time, House Chilaquiles and pancakes. They must have changed the pancake recipe because they are no longer dry. Best breakfast/brunch spot in TJ.

What's up with not having any of the gluten-free options for my friend who does not eat gluten? Everything else was perfect, delicious food, beautiful restaurant and great service.

This place was amazing. Healthy food is really really good. Vegan meals and lots of juices and smoothies. The place is beautiful and very clean. The wait staff is very friendly, fast and with a great attitude.

This place has the best vegan food!!!! Better than most vegan food places in Los Angeles! Haha We shared a fruit platter to start off and then I ordered the detox 2 drink with a vegan Caesar salad and vegan nachos! Both of those dishes are the best thing I've ever had! They use mushrooms to emulate asada and they don't skimp when it comes to the vegan cheese and cashew cream! It was a good balance of creamy and lemoney! Also, the Caesar salad had sesame and hemp seeds which made it taste so creamy I'm definitely going to be back to order more food! They do have limited vegan options but they can customize which ever dish you'd like!

They offer a great variety of healthy options. We had two ice teas with chamomile, mint, lavender, and honey...so good. We also had the vegan nachos( the cheese tastes like real cheese..yum!) the house chilaquiles with an egg, the croque madame with salmon, and the stuffed French toast. They are all a must! Enjoy!

First time here! Delicious and healthy food. Good place to relax. Place is right across from the casino and soccer stadium.

I would have given this place 5 starts but the service in the restaurant is super slow. The food never disappoints but this time around i got pretty annoyed with my server because almost everyone that was working was just standing around doing nothing and not catering to customers. I really like their chilaquiles with chicken, probably some of the best I've ever had and the food prices are very reasonable.

We arrived at this place early (8:30am) and were promptly seated because it wasn't so busy. We started with a juice that the server said was fresh: fresh out of the bottle then he finally came back to take our order. At 9:25 our meal was not ready yet, yikes. My niece got up to talk to the server and as she walked away he rolled his eyes. After about 10 minutes another person shows up with the wrong order and by this time we see people that had patiently waited outside for tables, already eating and a couple leaving after their meal. But us: no food and no service!!! We said we were leaving and my niece still had to pay for the bottled juice, omg, I wouldn't have paid a dime. Worst service ever anywhere in Tijuana and we go there to eat often. This place was highly recommended but I know I'll never go back and will spread the word about the service.

This place was recommended to us by a family member and I gotta say, great recommendation. I ordered the chilaquiles de la casa and an energy drink and it was delicious. My daughter ordered the French toast and those were so good and tasty. The staff was very nice and our waiter Sebastian was excellent... Also, the cafe de la olla was very good. Love love love Alma Verde!! Definitely one of my favorite spots to eat in TJ. They're good is amazing and the decor of the restaurant is so cool. I've tried so many things here and loved every one of them. My personal favorites are the pistachio coffee and the vegan nachos!

Just finished eating. Food still amazing, the valet are so helpfull but they are getting slownin food and customer service. I love this place and hopefully they get better. I want to continue eating there.

We ordered buffalo cauliflower and they were cooked on the outside and still cold in the inside. After notifying the server, I asked for a fresh cooked order. They brought back the exact same plate with the same order now burned. So they don't know if I coughed or sneezed or touched all over that food with soiled hands. They dunked it back into the grease where they cook all the food then tried to re-serve it to me and that is how sickness is spread. Returned food should go to the trash! Total health hazard. Finally they offered to make a new order but we decided to pay our bill and depart. If that's how they handle food then I won't be eating at this location again.

This is my new favorite place to have brunch in Tijuana. Great service, even better food. Andres was wonderful. Definitely going to be our new usual place to visit. Highly recommend the Chikaquiles de La Casa, and the Omelette de La Casa But everything is amazing.

My girlfriend and I had dinner here this week. We both order different versions of chilaquiles. I ordered the sparkling lemonade and she ordered a cold pressed juice. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was great. The restaurant is decorated very stylish. The restroom was clean. They also are environmentally friendly which I appreciate. We will definitely eat here again during a return visit.

Who knew purple chilaquiles existed? So damn good! Tasty, savory, fresh, and colorful. Make sure to come here with a big group so you can try 'll the chilaquiles. I ate here with a hangover and was rejuvenated by their hangover drink

Our waitress was excellent; attentive, thoughtful and efficient. The food was lacking. For example, an order of chilaquiles with chicken came with a whole breast, grilled and sliced in large pieces. The chicken was undercooked; light pink in parts. The fried egg (estrellado) was overcooked, with a solid yolk and crunchy whites. The sauce on the chilaquiles was great. It was a busy morning and when the hostess first saw our party, which included a 76 year-old walking with a cane, she asked if we would take the stairs to the second floor. The ambience is great but the details are lacking: the lid on the trash can by the sink no longer opened so paper towels were stacking on top of it. The wall-mounted soap dispenser was empty. A potted plant suspended from the ceiling still has the price written in large numbers over it. None of these mistakes are significant by themselves, but together they created a mediocre to poor experience. Normally, I would only write positive reviews but given that this is an expansion, in a city with a very competitive and excellent gastronomic culture, the public feedback feels merited.

It's ok, foods really good, service is good, we just had a bad experience with the waiter, needs a little more attention but that's just me, all in all great place, great food

Absolutely love this place! The breakfast/brunch is amazing! They have awesome juices and smoothies, if you're looking for a sweet one (as opposed to one with green veggies) I recommend the yellow breeze. As far as food goes, everything I've had there has been absolutely amazing. My two favorites are the French toast compote and their portobello mushroom dish--it comes with sweet potato hash browns which are unique, and in my opinion, better than actually hasbrowns. Their prices here are decent and they offer valet parking which is a plus. All the servers are great and very respectful. Will definitely return here in the future! Voy a regressar en el futuro!

My older sibblings had the common courtesy to look up for a spot that we can all eat and they found this spot. The fam and I can all eat in one place since im vegan and they're not. Cute little place. I tried the vegan spring rolls and the vegan nachos were amazing!!! Its a must try. If your around you need to stop by. Coming back soon to try the rest of their menu. Also there's parking around the neighborhood but they also offer Valet right in front of the restaurant.

Visiting for dental work from Los Angeles and found this gem. Amazing smoothie for 3 dollars, great atmosphere and great freaking coffee. Yay yay!!! Def coming back. This restaraunt is super chill and cool and would be on sunset Blvd if it was back home. Awesome!!
