"Almanac Beer Co. will open a taproom inside West Oakland’s much-anticipated Prescott Market. It will be the second Almanac outpost in the Bay Area." - Lauren Saria

Enjoy a draft beer, beermosa, or michelada, and choose from brunch entrees offered by local food trucks. Free general admission, $25 VIP tickets." - Linda Childers
"Almanac Beer Co.’s Alameda location debuts two new spaces this Saturday including a spacious outdoor 'backyard' complete with an Airstream trailer that’s been converted into a bar, shade structures, and food trucks. The 1,000-square-foot lounge is also new; it’s a cavernous space with plants and sliding doors that open onto the outdoor beer garden — and notably it’s only open to those 21 and up." - Lauren Saria
"Almanac Beer Co. has a variety pack featuring a dozen different brews, from hoppy IPAs to fruity sours ($100). Plus, they have a few fun virtual events, from cheese pairings to beer yoga." - Becky Duffett
"After years of brewing at other people’s breweries, Almanac finally opened its own facility in Alameda — and it’s enormous. The sprawling, 30,000-square-foot facility also features a spacious taproom with a redwood bar and 30 taps. None of that is open to the public now, but Almanac’s balanced sours, farmhouse ales, and barrel-aged beers flavored with ingredients like pineapple, nectarines, and lemongrass, are all available for pickup at the taproom, noon–7 p.m. daily. The brewery is also offering free shipping to anywhere in California — order online." - Luke Tsai, Janelle Bitker
