Enjoyed an evening with my friends from a work event. Service was top-notch, drinks were solid, and the food was good. Highly recommend

Decent place for a quick stop through. Need to have more variety on all the TVs so you can watch a variety of sports. Small menu.

This was a horrible experience. On August 11, 2025 we entered to have a drink and food. The young woman bartender was horrible! We sat at the bar and she passed us many times and served people whom walked in after us. We did not say a word till she finally asked us what we would like. We told her we were leaving. A woman next to us came in after us and she was going to wait on her first. The woman told her we were there first...glad we left. Bartender very unprofessional and ignorant. Not good for this business.

Cold drinks very nice place !! Looks like a lot of fans go here before the game !! Big TVs with everything on , bathrooms are clean and huge

This review might be a bit bias because we were looking for a NHL playoff game and they had. And the Canadian team won so we were really happy!! But serious we were a group of 12 we have a couch and beer pong table as well as basketball net. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks and enjoyed the game. Very close off the Main Street so all and all was a great time.

We were visiting Nashville from Texas, and we were looking for a place to watch some UFC fights. Google said this place was showing them so we decided to try it. This place was great! Big projectors and screens showing the fights, sever recommended the nachos and they didn’t disappoint. Close to Broadway so after the fights we just headed to the bars.

Great place to watch the games! Cozy, comfy atmosphere with lots of TVs, great drinks at decent prices. We didn’t try any food, but what we saw looked good-it was super close to our hotel-would definitely come back (and probably will before we leave!)

It's always so nice to have a great bar at the hotel you're staying at! The bartenders at the Almost Friday Sporting Club were the highlight honestly; such sweethearts! Good beer selection, great wings, chill vibes. Super stoked on this spot!

I've visited this bar twice in the last three months, and both times were disappointing. Their hours are inconsistent--don't rely on what you see online; you never know if they'll be open. On my first visit, I asked to have a game put on one of the TVs. It took 20 minutes, despite the bar being mostly empty. Then, they turned off the game when someone requested another, even though there were plenty of screens available and the bar was mostly empty. Tonight, after leaving the Predators game early, we arrived just before 10 PM, based on their advertised closing time of 11pm. We ordered two beers, and while the bartender was friendly, things quickly went downhill. Within five minutes, they started turning on the house lights and the sound off of the TVs for the NBA games that were on. When we asked about their closing time, we were told they often close at 10pm if there's no special event. Overall, this place doesn't prioritize its customers, and there are too many better options nearby. I won't be returning.

This a pretty big sports bar/restaurant and a great place for groups. There are tvs everywhere as well as tables for beer pong and board games! The food was great! The chicken tenders were juicy and the breading wasn't too thick. The nachos were so good and the portion size was huge!! The restaurant is also conveniently located next door to a coffee shop. We sat at the tables by the bar so we didn't have a waitress but our bartender was great! The only downfall was that the host was incredibly rude and made us all feel very unwelcome, other than that we had a great time!

No one waited on us after over 20 minutes.. was kinda looking forward to a staycation date night, not having to leave the hotel for food and drinks. So it was off to the liquor store up 4th Ave and back to the room, and had a lovely Uber eats dinner. I even got up and asked a guy what the process was for ordering. I grabbed a menu myself and sat back down with my wife and waited

What a fun place! We stopped in on a Saturday around 3pm to meet up with my brother before going down to Broadway. It was right next to our hotel, so it was super convenient. It was PACKED, the music was loud and everyone was having a great time. Be aware - if young crowds and loud music aren't your thing then you shouldn't go on a Friday or Saturday. We ordered a couple appetizers and a few pitchers. Despite the crowd, the food and drinks came quickly. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stopped in again on Sunday before heading downtown.

Big Fan of the team at Friday Beers and everything they do. But with all that said, the food, not really it. got a chicken sandwich, which fell on its face, kinda like me after 5 gin and tonics extra lime. My girlfriend got the chicken Caesar wrap, "it did the job". Tried to order the sig beer on draft and they were out, got the can, would rec. vibe is there, this guy kept screaming roll tide as loud as possible in my ear. Would go back for the beers and maybe couches.

Love how the brand morphed itself into a bar - awesome vibes. Big space but only one floor. Decorations are true to the brand and look very new and shiny. Plenty of TVs for all your game watching needs. Small outdoor space, plenty of seating. We went prior to & during their NYE celebration. Worth the price for sure - keep in mind for next year. $95 for 3 hours bottomless drinks and plenty of food choices buffet style (Buffalo cauliflower, chicken tenders, sliders, pretzels, cupcakes, cookies, etc) Will be going back!

I'm not one to complain about the noise level at restaurants and bars, especially sports bars -- it's to be expected. But the deafening level of the music at Almost Friday was almost laughable. It was so ridiculous that our group more or less gave up on trying to hold any sort of meaningful conversation. And the music was good, but there was no reason for it to be as loud as it was. I may have been more understanding if it was live, but this was just piped in. Overall, the vibe of the place was fun though very college party-esque, which I enjoyed more for the nostalgia -- it certainly wouldn't be a place I go often. The burger was MASSIVE -- and surprisingly delicious (not something I was expecting from a mostly bar). The two patties were cooked well, smothered in cheese and the burger sauce added a nice tangy note to each bite. The side of shoestring fries weren't anything to go crazy over, though, and I didn't have room for them after devouring such a larger burger. The drink selection was impressive.Everyone in the group found something they liked, from cocktails to beer. The service was decent although nothing amazing. As I said, this is much more a bar than a restaurant, so it's something to keep in mind. If you're looking for a high-energy spot, Almost Friday is the one. But if you're looking for something a little more mellow, I'd hesitate going.

Long wait time. Waitress sitting talking to friends while people are waiting to order and then again while waiting for drinks. Place was not busy whatsoever.. left without getting our drinks after almost 15 minutes.

Great place to watch sports! Service is painfully slow when it's busy. Food is good bar-style food. I enjoy purchasing merchandise from bars but this place is overpriced. I bought a hat and t-shirt on the way out for $86, that's just rude. Either way, I would return for watching games with friends. Fun place!

Nothing was vegan on the menu. We went in with a family of 6 and we brought our daughter food she can eat and she was told she must eat outside. We explained her condition and the management staff could care less What a shame!!

Good place to watch a game with a lot of TVs and couches. Service was slow. Took an hour to get the food after we ordered, and they still messed up a couple parts of it. Couldn't get the server's attention to check on table to have it fixed. The restaurant seemed very understaffed

Cool place, nice interior decor to go with the Friday Beers theme, can buy pitchers of beer which is nice, and the bathroom handicap stall doors are floor to ceiling (IYKYK). However, only the main bar has liquor which is perplexing and the broadway pricing completely goes against everything friday beers stands for. (Cheapest beer option was Miller High Life Draft for $8) In summary it's a cool venue tailored more to social media influencers and not so much the average friday Beers follower, it's hard to enter a chemically induced state of mind without breaking the bank.

Pros: Our bartender Brittany was super friendly and provided great help, sporting club theme is well executed, clever menu options like a shareable 5lb burger, live DJ played music during commercials Cons: Weird location -- at the bottom of a Holiday Inn, pricey parking lot costs $16 for 2 hours or $32 for 6 hours with no in-between option, staff couldn't figure out how to get more than 1 game on the TVs so we missed our game, our beers came in 12oz plastic cups instead of 16oz pint glasses, main bar didn't have working TVs for most of the first half, 2 beers, six wings and six mini corn dogs cost more than $40, not nearly enough seating for the crowd that came to watch the games

As an interior designer, I am HERE for this space. Artwork that makes you look twice (I'm talking about you Nicolas Cage disguised as Lady With Pearl Earring), insanely cool wallcovering in the men's & women's restrooms, and of course the hilarious Almost Friday quotes & themes throughout (i.e. COMMENCE SUCKDOWN - never a problem for me). Considering the large crowds they get, the staff does an excellent job serving everyone and accommodating requests. I've been when they had some really cool DJ's and it creates such a lively, fun, party vibe. If that's what you're after - get after it here!

The food is super good and the prices aren't too bad. The bar tenders are SUPER sweet especially the small blonde girl. They know how to give good service when it's busy. However. I have one issue. Whoever the gentleman is at the front is so incredibly rude. First off he was wearing fake airpod max headphones and when I asked him where we should sit he told me to "figure it out". He also gave me a lot of attitude when delivering the one appetizer we got. Won't let him and his crappy attitude keep us from coming here but he's got to go. Overall we live up the street and this bar is great.

The food was ok, very average standard bar fare. A few things to consider before you go. The couches for the big, big screen are very cool, and the overall layout and locations of the TVs made it easy to watch several games, or be close to the game that you came to see. Otherwise, not many good things to say. The menu is fairly limited, the music is extremely loud, and frankly bad, the service is unfriendly and slow, and the prices a little steep for bar food.

This place really surprised me. A bit loud but you'd expect that. Music choice was....okay. Standard affair. But the food was much better than expected! Everything was good. Drinks okay but I wasn't expecting much in that department, it ain't supposed to be attaboy.

Service was great. We were greeted with a smile on entry and given a seat right away. Definitely is a sports bar as there are very large and very loud crowds and tvs but we did not mind that. The food was good, the salsa didn't taste house made but that if a salsa from the jar. I'm sure the chips were not house made but they were served warm which was really nice. Great prices, great food, under a hotel so it's nice to have a place to drink and enjoy a game or a fight then just walk upstairs to your room.

We walked in and seem to be a bother for the host as he/she was more busy socializing at the bar. The server was nice whoever disorganized. I ordered chicken tenders which were not fully cooked. The server offered to bring me a new order however er this point I was done. Not impressed. Not sure how this place stays in business.

I love "Almost Friday" social media, podcasts etc. I was so excited to come here and tell my friends I got a drink at the bar and take a picture! This place would get 5 stars but the host at the front was very rude. Just super judgmental and seemed super unhappy. Other than that it was an awesome atmosphere!

THANK GOD Nashville has such a fun nostalgic bar like this! Totally awesome, plus I love @Friday.Beers. I got free merch while I was there and it's really high quality! Also, the food is great, the TVs are awesome for watching sports and there are always incredible DJ's coming through. This place is my favorite!

I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here and Google, because this place is 10/10 and guaranteed to be the most unique sports bar you've even been to. From the decor and FREE arcade games to the drinks and bar food (Capri Funs?! Chicken finger tower?! FIVE pound shareable burger?!) this place is totally rad. Definitely my new favorite sports bar in Nashville.

Close your eyes, imagine the person you graduated High School with that tried to be like other people in order to fit in. You know they don't. They know they truly don't. They're awkward. They are lying to themselves that they belong, and somehow wish to believe that they indeed provide something worthwhile just so the cool crowd keeps them around. Well, this is the bar version of that. This is an utter ripoff of "Friday Beers." An attempt to appeal to the middle aged guy that never quite let college go, but they even failed at that. They have it set up like a man cave. Rich mahogany bookshelves with many leather bound books, delightfully tacky posters that chastise classics, and well soiled couches slapped in front of a fuzzy projector for you to take in the game! That is....if you can hear it over the "games" they play. My group had the delight of showing up during trivia night. We said what the heck and participated as we were intrigued by the prizes that were being offered! A $50 gift card for the winner! Well as luck would have it, we won! After getting our bill, we asked if we would be able to use the gift card toward the bill. The answer? No. The manager with the self-appointed MBA went on a diatribe about how their marketing program is set up to draw people back in for another visit. We explained that we were from out of town, and were told that they attempted to cater to the "local" crowd. We said ok, we will use it before we leave as our hotel was right around the corner. We had promises of getting it emailed to us. 5 weeks later, nothing. The nachos were good. Stay away from the chicken tenders and fries.

Great spot to catch the game! The food is amazing! Try the hand breaded chicken tenders with parm fries. Everything is fresh! Super friendly staff

Great place to hangout and have drinks. Food is good too and the bartender Michael was incredible. Nice and helpful and overall made the visit a 10/10. Highly recommend

For the price of the drinks you would think the bartender would GAS. I saw a group order 7 shots and the bartender just set them on the bar and never let the group know the shots were ready. The level of I dont care is pretty sad from the staff. Will never go to this place again and would encourage others to not go. They have nothing to offer. Over priced drinks, poor service no music. I was told that last call is in 20 mins when I arrived. I appreciated the heads up. But when I ordered I got a nasty look. Nothing good to say.

We were not impressed. A group of us stopped in on a Thursday around 5PM and we were looking forward to trying out this place. It was awkwardly loud to the point where you could just stare at the person next to you or yell in their ear to speak to them. They have 2 different bar areas with about 9 seats at each. We walked in, and they told us that they were completely booked out on reservations for the night so we could just stand by the arcade games. It's whatever, but a little strange just because casual bars are usually not booked out on reservations like that - or they at least only allow X amount of reservations - not the entire restaurant. So that was a little weird, but that's just my personal opinion, take as you will. They were also out of several beers which is always disappointing. Menu was a little bit pricy for a place that tells you you can stand by the arcade machine. $21 for 12 wings and not a chair to sit in. The place was cool, the decor was nice, big, has potential, but I think there is an identity crisis going on.

Absolute worst service I've ever had. No silver wear, no napkins, rude servers, and got all of my food wrong. Owner if you see this, fix your damn bar damnit

Had a great time at Almost Friday! On Saturdays, they have a ton of games and prizes throughout the day. They had great food and the drinks didn't break the bank. Will definitely be back!

Constructive criticism. Hire servers that want a tip based on their sales. After I finally flagged down waitress on a table of 8 she asked what "I" wanted and completely ignored the rest of the table. We are leaving now to go somewhere else

we tried AFSC on the recommendation of one of the concierges as a great sports bar, as well as reading the reviews. to say we were disappointed would be an understatement! we actually went back the next day to see if they were just having a bad day ... this 2nd time was even worse! waited forever for a refill on our drinks and even longer to get our check. waitress was obviously purposely ignoring us.

The bee's knees, the cat's pajamas. This is a place you wanna go and watch football while chowing down on the ole Chicken Finger Tower. Its also off the beaten path away from the crowds, highly recommend if you need a break from the stanky aromas on broadway

Easily one of the coolest sports bars I've ever been to. The vibe is always so fun. Great energy. There are so many cool different sections of the bar. The interior is fresh and stylish. Music is always hopping. Quick walk to both Bridgestone and Broadway. Always have a great time here

Had one of the best Saturdays ever at this place. Sports on TVs everywhere. Drinks were excellent. Food was excellent. Vibes were insanely high. We went for games during the day and ended up staying the entire night, as the place transformed into a hopping bar just off Broadway. Can't wait to go back.

The best sports bar in Nashville, easily. Such a good time and overall vibe. Great staff, awesome bar food, and honestly just always have an absolute blast when I'm there. Love the merch store too!

Finally! I've been following Almost Friday for two years now on IG and I'm so so happy it's finally become a reality. Everything from the stellar jams, to the outstanding service, matched with top tier food and drinks this place really exceeded my expectations. My friends and I got "the Tower" the sweet potato fried and the chicken tenders were my favorite. Their two patty burgers were super flavorful and were plenty big for a big guy like myself Def the spot to be at for any sporting events you may want to watch and overall a great spot to hang out at with your buds to grab a beer and a outstanding burger. ThBk you Almost Friday and your amazing concept and staff for providing an amazing spot for me and the squad to hang out at!
