I purchased a jacket from Alo and before I even received the jacket it was stolen from the shipper. Alo still refuses to refund/replace the item that I never received. I had them file a claim on my behalf with FedEx and they forgot about it and never followed up with me although the representative I spoke with ensured me that I would be contacted immediately upon any changes. Now they are stating that "I waited too long" to follow up and refuse to accommodate me. I'm out $159. Terrible customer service.

I like their clothes a lot, beautiful sportswear, uniquely designed. Ordered many times and never had an issue - free shipment to Ireland by dhl in about 3 days. This one time they double shipped my order by mistake, I asked the customer service how I'd go about returning the extra order (I wasn't double charged) and they said it was okay to just keep it! About 300eur of merch just like that! all in all, can't complain about anything :)

ALO does not take ownership when something goes wrong with the shipment. I would expect them to handle their carrier's error and not pass the cost/inconvenience etc to the customer when they can't seem to manage their carrier. All they can say is " unfortunately once the package is in the carrier's possession we must communicate via request on the customer's behalf in order to seek accommodation." VIA THE REQUEST ON THE CUSTOMER'S BEHALF ? does that mean that its not my problem anymore once they get it out their door as long as they had your money ? Seems to suggest so. No foreseeable future in dragging longer, I had to pay for shipping back to them for refund on a shipment due to carrier's fault. it will always be a 5 star until this sort of issues happen to you. Note that I have spend thousands buying their stuff and this will be the LAST !

Highly disappointed in how this company runs their "business". I have been trying for a WEEK to place an order online. On 9/11/17 i submitted a ticket, explaining the issues I was having on their website. Per their website, it says they will respond within ONE business day. It has now been a week and no one has even contacted me proactively regarding this issue. My sister enjoys the clothes from this store, and I was trying to get her a birthday gift. I called on Thursday once I realized no one was going to answer my ticket. The girl told me the only thing to do was to refresh the browser..... All I was asking for was free expedited shipping to cover the delays this has caused me in getting her gift. The girl I spoke to told me that she'd talk to her manager and call me back that day or the following. She didn't call me back. Also, it's important to note that there are NEVER any "live" agents available on their chat, so don't bother trying. Has no one at the company realized that this issue with their website is losing them business? So I call back today and a girl told me to restart my computer and try again - I explain to her my situation last week and she has to ask her manager if she can manually process my order. She said she'd call me back at 10am PST with an answer. I didn't receive a call. Needless to say, this will be the last time I will deal with this company. I gave them literally 3 separate tries to get my business (at this point it wasn't because I wanted to give it to them) and it appears they couldn't care less.

Worst people ever! Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. Please save your money and go to another company who respect customers and can give you a better experience. I would give -5 stars if I could. Will NEVER EVER shop with them again. Upper management is unprofessional and stuck up. Definitely have their noses turned up to people who dont fit "their vision" of fit women. I am a curvier woman and felt completely awkward when speaking with them about the fit of their clothes. So damaging to my confidence. Julia and Lillian are both the worst people to have in management. Need a lot more training in being polite and how to run customer service. I would definitely suggest Lululemon instead!!!! More options and better representation of their company. AMAZING customer service. They should train the Alo agents on how to do exceptional customer service.

Quality varies and true size even for the same items but different color also varies. Quality is really not comparable to Lulu - almost same price level with Lulu but Lulu's quality is much much better. Over priced with low ended yoga products. Also no international free return services. It's painful to courier back to them for a refund.

$400 dollar order, $4.00 service. I don't even trust the company enough to return the items to them to process for a refund as they were so slow in getting to me in the first place (1+ month for a domestic order). If you want Alo product, get it from second hand markets. If you want Alo prices and actual service and quality that warrants the prices, look hard elsewhere.

TERRIBLE!!! Do not sign up for a membership. You will not be able to cancel it. I have been charged for months since trying to cancel it. Tried via the site via a computer because in today’s day and age of technology they still haven’t figured out how to let you cancel via the app. Took me calling this headquarters to get anything accomplished. Even then they said this has been an issue with customers. You’d think they’d do something about this issue. No, they just want your money after they trick you into signing up for a “free trial” that has now cost me over $80 because I couldn’t cancel it.
