Town Square Lands Two New Hotels | Eater Vegas

"A proposed four-floor, 132-room property representing the brand’s first Las Vegas expansion, sited on the northwest corner with views toward Sunset Road and the lights of the Strip; its low height accommodates the nearby airport flight path. Amenities planned include a guest lounge, kitchen areas, a fitness room, outdoor pool and spa, and a game court. The hotel is being positioned to appeal to a younger, more youthful market compared with the extended-stay focus of the neighboring proposed property." - Bradley Martin

I stayed at Aloft Hotel in Henderson for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming from start to finish. The morning coffee was fantastic—such a great way to start the day! My room was spotless, with a modern design and a shower that was simply excellent. The location is also ideal, close to plenty of amenities, which made it very convenient. Everything about my stay left me very satisfied, and I’ll definitely be returning on future trips. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Extremely clean rooms. The bartender was probably my over all favorite. She was entertaining! After 2 days of walking around at Sema. Legs were sore and cramping. I asked for a couple pickles and some pickle juice. She didn’t disappoint with the request. She mentioned she was retired military and understood my request. When I come back next year or later on. I will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. The location is great, you can see Vegas strip from window. This hotel is very modern, with interesting decor. Very eclectic and unique design. It's very nice, safe, and well kept up. I loved the wallpaper in the bathroom, very fun. Would return, very convenient to Airport, Vegas, and Hoover Dam.

Google
Perfect example of designers with no consideration of the customer. There is no chair in their king suite. You have to get on your knees to use the safe and a very small dresser, also at knee level. Refer has no freezer. No closet just an open coat rack. Not even a soap dish at the bathroom sink. Poor cleaning with several long black hairs. Management did apologize and gave a $50 credit. No complimentary breakfast, even for Bonvoy member. Our room faced the highway and very noisy. We could not recommend this hotel.

Hidden Gem! New, with a young feel and modern. Great splash pool! Everywhere smells powder fresh. It feels like a studio apartment. Clean. Comfortable. Great internet. Stumbled upon this place. Definitely coming back! Great service from Larry and the night crew! 24 hr food place directly in front with excellent food and gaming if that’s your thing. Walking distance.

Lovely hotel! If you’re considering booking here just do it. Only a 15 minute drive from the Strip. Cleaner and super spacious rooms. Adorable coffee shop right next door. Super friendly staff, FREE PARKING!

This is a swing and a miss for Marriott. It was clean. Thats about all I can say good. Way too noisy, in many different ways. Like living in a frat house.

We had to vacate our home due to construction and this beautiful gem of a hotel was just down the road ... The rooms are beautiful very modern yet comfy. We'd not hesitate to stay here again 😎

Yelp
"Where thou art? That is home." Emily Dickinson Lay back, your checked in. Sometimes we just need to surrender to the sounds of our worst enemy. Shut out all those voices and relax. You can listen to your soul for this is home for now. Looking to recharge is a must. All that has occurred over the years it's time to reflect. Look inside for self awareness and reflection. The bed is comfy and soft. All that you need you are surrounded by. It's a small space, but clean and elegant. It's simple and easy. If your looking for the basics with a modern twist theme let's go. This hotel is for you. All the best is what your in store for. For we all need a place to call home, even if it's a "home away from home." On a brief personal visit here to this hotel we we welcomed as family. This is truly a modern and unique experience. After reading some of the reviews this hotel may not be for all travelers due to the fact they are cozy and compact. No expense was spared for the modern elements that surround you during your stay. Life is the ultimate journey. We have unwrapping to do. We need to write those pages in our books. Life is about living. We are indeed doing this because if not life will pass you by. Different things come up along our path, that goodness for a hotel so close that has all the creature comforts of home. The pool is open for you with the best accommodations possible on short notice. If your in need of a drink stop by the bar for a drink or your favorite spirit. On the fourth floor they offer a complimentary laundry room. Although, you have to do your own washing. They are pet friendly. The parking is free. They offer all your shampoo and conditioner that are large enough that you feel like it's home. If you just need a spot to think the lobby is open and you're welcome to read, play a game, or shoot a game of pool. The cable is available for free with many different options. Come and enjoy the creature comforts that you are accustomed to without all the hassle and expense that are up charged at other hotels. In the lobby after a long day you can kick back in comfortable chairs and relax. You can shoot pool or even play a game. The sight of the creature comforts here in the lobby are rival to any other type of hotel. The parking is free and all open to the guests and your choice of parking . They offer a wide variety of options for food and drinks outside the hotel. They have a Mother Ship coffee oh so close . What's not to love ? Like let's kick back in comfort and enjoy.

Yelp
Usually great, but this time... stomped on. I've stayed here a few times and generally, it suits my needs -- rooms are clean, cozy, and modern, and is always pretty smooth. Unfortunately, this stay came with a bonus feature: The Person Upstairs Who Never Sleeps. I'm convinced a giant booked the room above us and decided pacing was their new cardio. Day and night. Nonstop. Maybe request a top-floor room unless you want to play "guess the footwear" at 3 a.m.

Yelp
This was a really fun hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean, and the bartender was memorable. I enjoyed the pool designed for sitting comfortable in shallow water. I would consider again in the future!

Yelp
This Alot is in a great location surrounded by lots of eating places, located right off the interstate, about 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins from the strip. The bartender there was super nice and friendly. Overall, the rooms were nice with great views and the staff is good.

Yelp
What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are in good order. The location is excellent, whether proximity to the highway is important or being located in the same complex as several great eateries & local coffee establishment. Best part of this fantastic Aloft are their staff. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Kudos to front desk agent Freddy for brightening the day with great service & a bright smile... Attention Marriott owners & Bonvoy point holders... This Aloft is a must stay if coming to the Las Vegas region.

Yelp
I booked a room last minute for a quick staycation & Freddie at the front desk made this stay so wonderful. He was extremely kind & made me feel so welcomed. His customer service, the beautiful room & amenities absolutely swept us off of our feet. They even had drybar shampoo, conditioner & shower gel? Love!!! I love that there are designated areas for the doggies too! We will definitely come again. Thank you, Aloft Henderson!

Yelp
On a recent visit to the Henderson area, we spent one night here - which was enough - after which we switched to another local hotel. I will divide my review in "Pros" and "Cons." The "Pros": The hotel is conveniently located in the Henderson area, not far off the 15, on a main road with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you visiting family or have business in Henderson or Green Valley Ranch, this is a good location. It's also probably about 20 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip - so not too far. The hotel is relatively new, so you're not going to find anything dated or in need of repair or replacement as you might in an older hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby is large and comfortable with little booth niches where you can sit and get some work done if you want to get out of your room. There's a pool table and a small area where you can purchase snacks. The hotel has a small swimming pool, if that's on your list of "must haves" - it wasn't on ours. The "Cons": The room was small and cramped. With the two beds, a tiny table with some corner seating, and a small nightstand, and a luggage stand - there was little room to put anything and certainly no room to get any work done comfortably. It's not a room you're going to want to spend much time in. The room is so poorly designed, you have to ask "what were they thinking??" Refer to the attached photos. For example: The bathroom area is on the other side of a glass partition behind the beds, with opening at the top - so even that partition is not closed off. What this means is that if you are with anyone else and they happen to need the restroom in the middle of the night, the light is going to illuminate the entire room. The sink is directly behind the beds. You're gonna hear that running water. The sink is tiny and has to be the shallowest sink I have ever encountered, probably no more than a couple of inches in depth, meaning it's difficult to use without splashing. The A/C unit is optioned directly opposite and close to the beds, so if you have it going at night, you're going to have cold air blowing directly on you. There is no restaurant at this property and breakfast is not provided. There was a table with coffee set up in the morning and snacks available for purchase. Bottom line - this a limited service hotel. It is new and "trendy" as far as outside design and lobby decor. Though conveniently located to the Henderson area and not far from the strip, I would not stay here again due to the small, cramped room and the super poor design of the open bathroom right behind the beds separated only by a glass partition and no door, except a pocket door on the toilet. There are too many other lodging options in the area to be as uncomfortable as we were for the one night. The Residence Inn down the road a bit where we spent the remainder of this particular visit has large comfortable rooms and offers a complimentary breakfast. And the bathroom area has a door!

Yelp
I've stayed here and few times and it's always great. Nicely designed, good drinks at the bar, and the staff is always so sweet. Huge thanks to Wayne who was extra kind to my sister as she was recovering from surgery. Ill be back.

Yelp
Place is nice and clean. Not crowded at all times. Staff is friendly, good service, free tea bags and coffee in the hotel room. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Yelp
This is another brand new hotel that's pretty close to Green Valley Ranch. As soon as you walk in the lobby, I think you can tell they have accomplished everything they wanted to show of their Aloft brand. Stylish, chic, and trendy are all words you can use. Even throw in Contemporary. CHECK IN: The front desk guy didn't seem to know how to multi task, so anyone in line waited until his long phone conversation was done before anything else was started- ok whatever. I got my key and that's all that matters. I was not given any info about the hotel or amenities upon check in. ROOM: The room was 21st century and newfangled. They seemed to make good use of a compact space. My only gripe is that there wasn't adequate seating (just a tiny seat that i wouldn't classify as a couch which would be awkward for 2 people to sit on). For you tech people there was no shortage of outlets which was nice. The room layout was unorthodox, but unorthodox can be good. If you are looking for a closet, it is non existent. I only got 1 complementary bottle of water, so i suppose they wanted us to fight amongst ourselves over it, or flip a coin....*shrug*. POOL: Again they made something special out of a tiny area, pool was adequate and the surroundings were nice.....except for the grey concrete wall around it. They put color changing lights in it but my god...a coat of bright blue paint or something over the concrete wall would have made it look that much better. WXYZ BAR: The handmade garnished drinks were a work of art. Tasty too. I thought the drinks were worth the price. The food i had however, needed work....and a lot of it. The burger and sandwich my party ordered were less than appealing. I won't go into any more detail about it as i was later refunded by the property Manager and the issue is resolved as far as I'm concerned. SERVICE: The level of service does not match the brand, very robotic interactions from the Top all the way down. Un-Marriott-like for sure. They nickel and dime you all the way too, a whopping $50 early check in for ANYTHING before 3pm. The vast majority of hotels let you come in after 1pm without ANY charge, not this place. Also local calls are 25 cents.....REALLY? Also very Un-Marriott-like. I saw no free breakfast, coffee (except in the room) or......anything really. This place is probably a one and done for me.

Yelp
Hotel overbooked and stuck us in a dirty hotel nearby but according to them they "paid" last minute prices so therefore they won't refund us when we paid for a hotel of a specific standard. Then says we shouldn't have accepted for a refund. So because they overbooked, hotels nearby are also sold out, we travelers should just stay stranded. Great logic. My gripe is not the oversold as much as the replacement we were stuck in that was not the same value we actually paid for, the time wasted and lost moving from that subpar hotel, and the lack of resolution by management besides tough luck since we did the minimum for you after knowingly overbooking rooms.

Yelp
Clean rooms. Hotel bar with knowledgeable bar tender. Restaurants nearby. Good park area for dogs. We will stay there again.

Yelp
Bright, clean and modern. If you like these things this is your place. It feels happy to walk into this lobby. Not your standard hotel. Every time I stay at an A loft the bar is great

Yelp
It was nice & very clean. Industrial type feel. King bed room with a view but a small room. It had a small nice size swimming pool & pool tables in the front lobby. Nice shower with a light inside. Nice soft cushy pillows.

Yelp
This is a very welcoming place in Henderson to come and relax. It is a future stay not a pass. The bar as a great selection and plenty of food services to meet your needs plus nearby many shops. Enjoy

Yelp
New Aloft that just opened in Henderson near Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino. I wanted to write this review because I see a lot of really bad reviews on here and I honestly wonder why. We came here a couple weeks after their grand opening and have been back a few times since. First of all, you're checking into an Aloft which is really affordable, it's not the St. Regis, or the Ritz Carlton. And for this price it is extremely clean, well run, great service and has every amenity that you need at your fingertips. If you've never heard of Henderson, it's about 15 - 20 mins from the Strip. A safe and cute little town away from the all the chaos of the strip, but just a short Uber if you want to venture out. Sometimes I'm tempted to move here. People are nice everywhere and it's just easy to get around. Decorated in an industrial "loft style" most of the rooms are pretty small, but they really have everything that you need. Room types are simple, you can choose between King or double queens. They come with huge windows that bring in a lot of light, small hanging area for a closet, a decent steamer for cloths, a little mini booth area and table for meals or a desk, a nice size mini fridge that comes empty, so you can stock it with your own drinks and leftovers. I usually travel with my own shampoo and conditioner, but this location has full size Dry Bar Shampoo and Conditioner that I love. It conditions, but give you a lot of volume and doesn't flatten out your hair. Microwaves are conveniently located on every floor near the ice machine, along with laundry rooms if you'd like to do your own laundry during your stay. The lobby has a full bar and pool table with ample space and tables to hang out or work during the day. Outdoor patio has a small pool, lounge area, fire pit, and even artificial grass if you've brought your dog with you. Gym is also a pretty decent size for a hotel this size. Breakfast can be ordered in the lobby from 6 am - 9 am daily, and snacks 24 hours. Complimentary Starbucks Coffee is available in the lobby from 6 - 10 am so you can grab and go, or chill in any of the lobby and outdoor patio areas. If you want to check out a few places nearby, the District right outside the Green Valley Ranch Casino has the cutest little promenade of shops, restaurants, and bars. If you like BBQ Lucille's Ribs and Gumbo are amazing. A special thank you to the staff here. They have always been really friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you for making us feel so welcome here. See you again soon!

Paula C.

Yelp
Staff does not want to help. Does not matter if you go to someone at the front desk or if you ask the cleaning staff for something, they will not help you. They seem annoyed I asked and said no. My phone did not work, there were no disposable cups in my room, we needed an early check out, and they were out of items on the breakast menu. They could have cared less, no apologies, nothing.

Yelp
(To be clear, this review is for the bar and lounge area. ) If you are looking for a great cocktail bar in your neighborhood and want to be pleasantly surprised at what you'll find, this is it. I went in here when it opened and had a blast! Things to highlight: - Really good cocktails - Very cool bar - Lots of fun things to do there (pool table, jenga, etc) - All sorts of fun, Vegas themed things that commemorate and pay homage to Las Vegas I had the boombox cocktail and the Seattle Sound which were excellent. I found out that they actually press their own fresh juices here and even use their own dehydrator for fruit garnishes. My bartender was Jake (ask for him!) who really knows his stuff and is a super chill guy. While I had my drinks, I noticed that the lights above the bar create a really interesting iridescent effect on the bar top and glassware that had me mesmerized and added to the ambiance. While I had my drinks, I played some pool (which was free to play), some jenga and hung out in the many spots in the lounge, taking in all the cool design and art. I gotta say, if you're in the Henderson area and happen to be by Eastern and St. Rose, you should absolutely stop by for a drink and hangout. I could actually see this being a great hidden spot or if you want to do something different for a date, this could be a really cool first date spot as well. Thanks again Jake (and Christina the other bartender ;) ) and the rest of the staff there were also really nice and inviting. P.S: the pics I took really don't do justice

Yelp
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on 16 February 2024 , The Check-In was easy and quick, The room was very clean and beautiful, The only problem I had was a Double Charge which totaled to $150 for " Incidentals " that I was unaware about before arrival; They should definitely put on Booking.com of the Surprise Fee, Other than that issue I will most definitely be a future guest at this property.
google avatar

Yelp
My initial review of the hotel was going to be "okay" however a day after checking out of the hotel I received a revised folio with a smoking fee $250 added to my Folio. I called the hotel immediately for an explanation of the charge. I called three times, the first call I was told that it was a management issue and to call back. The second time, I was connected and disconnected and the third time I finally spoke with the Assistant GM Elizabeth. First let me say, it's rude to talk fast and over talk a customer. Secondly I informed her that myself and my friend was not smoking in the room. She said yes you were the housekeeper said SO! I explained again that we didn't smoke. She said they have evidence "Ashes" at that point I realized that she was not listening and didn't want to resolve the issue. I inform her that I will be disputing with Amex. This experience by far is one of the worse. I travel often domestic and international and NEVER experienced anything like this. Checking in was a mess after arriving after the stated checkin time of 3 we didn't get room keys until closer to 4 which delayed our dinner plans. The room was nice however two of the pillow cases had makeup stains ( so we tossed those on the ottoman). The vibe was weird at checkin however I prepaid and made the best of it. Overall the room was ok! Nothing spectacular. For those who plan to stay at Aloft Henderson or any Marriott hotels beware! You may be charge a smoking fee for NOT SMOKING.

Yelp
I'd like to thank Freddie for his great hospitality. He's very welcoming and very knowledgeable of his job. He's the best. The hotel is modern, clean and very accessible to restaurants. What a pleasant stay!

Yelp
Call it fraud, bait and switch, or whatever it is...NO hotel should ever charge $50+ more on check out than the price I paid (in full) upon booking. I travel A LOT...this time we stayed at the ALOFT hotel in Henderson, NV on August 5th....our rate according to Aloft was $143 including all taxes and fees. I FULLY understand "Resort Fees" especially in Vegas, but they don't have that in Henderson. 1)We just checked our credit card and they charged us $196. There was some phantom charge of $44+ in addition to the $143 we just paid??? 2) On the 5th we arrived and checked to see if our room was ready at 11am..."your room is ready"...great we said, $15 please, said the clerk (check in was 3pm)...I get it, early check in fee...but I'll never stay at this hotel chain again because of this and the phantom charge...he said, "your room is ready", not lemme see if I have something available. I would go back to the hotel if they said "normally it's a $15 fee, but your room is available...enjoy yourselves..." ...it's called Customer Service! 3) We had room #4143 (as I recall), nice clean $143 very fair price...slept that night on one of the worst beds we have ever slept in. We both woke up with backaches. Before checking into ANY ALOFT hotel, always check for the mystery $44 charge...or just go in assuming the false advertising and budget in that you will have to pay at least $50 more than advertised when you check out! Don't trust ALOFT.

Yelp
I would have marked zero stars if possible - Visitors beware and take video evidence of your room as soon as you check-in and/or have someone from the front desk complete a thorough walkthrough WITH you as you enter your room. I'm a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and was charged $350 for a missing speaker that I had not even known was an asset in this hotel line. If I had known this was an asset I would have immediately escalated this issue with hotel staff when I checked in but since I didn't even know this existed I went on with my family vacation. After trying to resolve this with the GM, not getting anywhere and then with a chargeback through Amex I was still ultimately left with the charge because the hotel was able to share documentation of a missing speaker and claim that it was still me. What am I supposed to do in a he said/ I said situation? I had even asked for this documentation and to this date was not sent anything and Amex cannot send it directly to me either. I'm not disputing this speaker is missing, I'm disputing that I'm responsible. I expected that the GM would reverse this charge but they have not. I've also escalated this issue to the Office of the CEO of Marriott and now I'm considering filing a complaint with Nevada Office of Consumer Affairs - but in the end, this has absolutely tarnished the Marriott brand for me. Could I afford the $350? Absolutely! But I'm fighting this based on principle - I should NOT be responsible for this incident.

Yelp
This place is amazing, it's a brand new Hotel, first Marriott Aloft in Henderson and has a welcoming common area/lounge/bar designed for families and friends to interact rather than just looking at screens in their rooms. The rooms are rather nice, beds are comfortable and hotel is peaceful. Check-in is a breeze, I used mobile check-in with the Bonvoy app. The rooms feature the latest technology and can stream almost any entertainment source. The rooms feature large windows and most I imagine have excellent views, mine was of the strip. What's super convenient is all the restaurant choices within walking distance. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Yelp
CONVENIENT AND TRENDY. I want to give it a 5 but just can't as I compare it to other Marriots. BUT, I'm more a room comfort than than social comforts. Modern decor. Nice pool area as well as a nice lobby. Lots of areas to socialize. Outdoor chess and indoor pool. Lobby bar for the evenings and a "market". Room was cute and comfortable. Marriott elite members, no suites and only 6 larger rooms...so upgrades may be harder to get. Pet friendly with a grass park just a short walk West.

Yelp
This is by far the best and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in!!! I am a germaphobe, and this was 10/10 in my book. Normally, hotels have a film on the floor, bathroom, and areas that are supposed to be clean, but I literally felt like we were the first and only couple to stay here. The room was perfectly laid out to maximize space (a king bed, two end tables, a dining table with bench, and a very spacious bathroom). The shower was amazing!!!! It had perfect water pressure and temperature. We even had a partial strip view even though we didn't purchase the strip view room. In addition, the location is perfect, as it's right by GVR and the district with tons of dining options, and right by the freeway (15 mins from the Strip). Overall, I am very picky and this was the best stay we could have ever asked for!! I cannot recommend Aloft enough!

Yelp
We stayed at the A Loft about a month ago. And I meant to post this earlier. Shay was incredibly nice, along with the other front desk folks. Very cordial, with great service.

Yelp
My auntie lives in Henderson and we were in town for my cousins wedding last week. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! I was a little skeptical because of the reviews... but honestly the hotel was f'n amazing. Love the guys and gals that work up front. Excellent customer service. We will def stay here again!

Yelp
It was pretty good for my allergies but this is hands down the worst customer service I've ever received from a hotel in my entire life. I'm not sure if maybe I missed something and it was against the policy for me to leave my dog in her crate where she couldn't get out and destroy anything for a short period of time and I missed that or wasn't informed or what but we left her in the room for like 30 minutes so we could go get something to eat and when we hadn't even been gone for 5 minutes the hotel was already calling us to complain that our dog barked. I mean even if she did bark for 5 minutes at 5pm in the afternoon, so what? It's the middle of the afternoon and that is the shortest period of time I've ever heard to already be complaining about a dog barking in my life. They asked us if someone was in the room with the dog and of course we fibbed and said yes because they made us super uncomfortable and we returned as quickly as possible. When we were on the way back to our room the hotel front desk staff approached and scolded us not to leave our dogs alone in our room by chasing us down as we tried to use the elevator. We felt so uncomfortable we only used the stairs for the duration of the stay and were on the 3rd floor talk about tiring when I'm a disabled mother. We even carried a cooler up the stairs just to avoid them. From that point forward we also felt so uncomfortable the entire stay that we never used the pool because we feared getting in trouble for leaving our room and my kids cried about it the entire trip. Instead of staying at the hotel and using the pool with my kids while my husband worked I sat in my idling truck all day while with our dog sat there and my kids played their Nintendo switch since it was too hot for any outdoor activities and I knew I wouldn't be allowed to leave the hotel room since we only had one vehicle and it was too hot outside for the dog & I felt too violated to sit at the hotel by myself. Before we could even check out the hotel staff had charged me $100 extra for "pet damages" because my dog splashed a slight amount of water on the wall behind her that was mixed with dirt so it looked brown, but how would they even know that? Or that nobody was in the room when we went to get food the first night? They never house kept while we were there. They broke into our room to look at our dog while we got food. I honestly wonder if my dog splashed because it terrified her when strangers came into our room unannounced. We cleaned the "damages" off the wall in less than 5 minutes. I did get my $100 back but not before being belittled and berated that my dog "urinated" on the wall which is what they so rudely accused me of when not only was it not yellow my dog didn't go to the bathroom in her crate a single time while we were there and they just assumed without asking me. Rudest and most uncomfortable service on earth.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
The common areas are super cute. I love the lobby and bar. The pool is small but very well kept. The staff was friendly. My only issue was the room design. There is a poorly placed mirror that makes the bathroom visible from the bedroom. I had to get dressed in the shower stall because there was no private place to step out.

Yelp
Do not stay here, they don't deserve the right to call them selves a hotel. People stay at hotels to sleep for some reason this hotel thinks it's a cool Vive to blast music. 24/7 and keep people awake with no remorse. I stay at Marriott properties over 50 times a year and I will never stay at this aloft or any moving forward I wish I could give it -'s

Yelp
Upon check in I was insulted and treated as a suspect criminal. The clerk asked my name and then asked to see my ID, which is normal but the next words she said to me "I need to see your ID to make sure you didn't just guess and say a name, to get a room." I didn't find that funny at all! I felt very insulted. I told her I just checked out of a resort and they didn't have any affordable rooms for today otherwise I would have stayed there for another night. She further insulted me saying I find that hard to believe because there's nothing going on. Fact is they had rooms but I wasn't willing to pay over $700 a night! Then I asked her if I can be on a quiet floor, she insisted it was quiet, however, after arriving sitting in my room, the paper thin walls I could hear , loud excited kids having fun. The cleaning staff was talking to each other & laughing up & down the hall. My toilet paper roll was broken and on the floor. After a few minutes I came down to exchange rooms. She then told me I only had 1 other room I could move to on the 1st floor. Seriously. I asked about criminal activities in the area and let her know that I need to be in a safe environment because I don't like the first floor & I'm alone. Bottom line, I didn't feel welcomed, valued, accommodated. I probably won't come back because I don't like poor customer service nor do I ever want to pay anyone to treat me bad.

Yelp
On Business trip for a week. Staff attentive and friendly. Great bar and exceptional Bartender Candy. Superb at making Old Fashions! Made her own menu of different styles and tastes!! Great company also!!

Yelp
This is a very good place to stay and all the rooms are well maintained. Even though it is very far from the strip- it is closer to very good breakfast restaurants. Very good amenities and the location is highly recommended

Yelp
It would have been an easy 5 star experience but I feel it necessary to share my feeling that the front desk staff could use some additional customer service training. I am old school when it comes to customer service. I appreciate eye contact and saying, "hello." Also, when checking into a hotel, I expect the front desk person to have something more than a robotic, monotone communication style. Granted, it appeared that this hotel is run by Gen Z'ers and my older person's expectations are not consistent with this hotel's vibe. It's just so strange to me that Gen Z'ers seem uncomfortable dealing face to face with other humans. IDK but that is my take away with this hotel stay. Regarding the hotel and room - outstanding! I loved the hip vibe (despite being older) and the rooms were very cool. They made great use of the small spaces. I do wish that the EV chargers advertised on this hotel's webpage were actually up and running but they were not yet installed completely. No estimate on that so maybe they should mention it on the website. I did locate a charger nearby so all was fine. Tons of things to do and restaurants in the area. I would stay again but with different and more current customer service expectations.

Yelp
Great place to stay off the strip. I spent a few weekends there for a family illness. like most Marriott properties; it was consistent. Clean. Good bar. There a few good restaurants across the parking lot.

Yelp
Do not stay here. Staff is great, but there is no management team in place. General Manager is Paul. An absolute weasel. Refuses to perform his duties. Always out of the office or on a call. Refuses to return his messages. Off to corporate and small claims we go. Maybe this will force Marriott to make a change. The issue is over charging the deposits manually and then holding funds indefinitely. So check your statements. We had 3 charges for a 2 night stay. Room, deposit, 2nd deposit. Plenty of choices in town in which we don't need to waste hours on retrieving a deposit. Maybe they are under capitalized. Or maybe Paul has his hands in the cookie jar.

Yelp
Visiting from Los Angeles. Requested an early check in. Called for 3days to confirm I had my early check in. Upon arrival I was told I can not check in until 3pm the manager doesn't arrive until 9am. Definitely messed up my plans. Just a total inconvenience for myself. Ugh!

Yelp
paid for one night through the hotels app. show to property - they want to charge another card for a deposit - no problem BUT then double charged me after waiting for deposit to clear from pending status. have to waste time disputing now. dont go through the hassle or make them only use one card.

Yelp
This hotel has soooo many growing pains! Yes, this hotel is new and decently clean but there are sooo many issues. Our 1st room smelled like rotten eggs. Our shower had 7 hairs in it, a light bulb was missing, the lotion bottle (single use) was used and had residue on the bottle cap, the housekeeper broke the toilet paper holder and left it broken on the floor, the Wi-Fi instructions list the incorrect network name, there isn't a pen or pencils in the room, there are no garbage cans on each floors so you have to carry your trash to the lobby door, they try to charge you $15 for parking when the app shows it's $10 (they said they would honor the $10 rate on the app but we were charged $15 and I was told I had to follow up later in the day after I notified them a 2nd time of the error. The price on the app was finally adjusted this morning after I contacted them for a 3rd time), courtesy phones are missing in the elevators lobbies. Some of the front desk staff is semi polite, others are down right rude. Don't expect a greeting when you walk by the desk on your out or on your way to the elevator or even a polite smile. There was an issue with our room (due to the rotten egg smell) and the front desk adjusted our rate but removed our breakfast we prepaid for. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and implied we were lying since he did not see the breakfast included rate, this was never resolved. The Director of Operations, David was by far the nicest and most professional team member we interacted with. David came to our room to resolve yet another issue (plumbing this time) and took the time to chat with us and note our concerns. David welcomed our feedback, like the adjoining room doors needing hold-opens (we had to improvise and leave folded towel's between the door) and the poorly planned mirror placement that allows others in the room to see into the shower area. I will say that the thermostat controls in the rooms are nice and allow the guest to adequately control the room temperature (but the a/c is very loud and woke me up several times) I additionally like the bathroom nightlight that is built into the wall and the room has plenty of outlets for our many electronics devices. We were told the owners would contact us during our stay to discuss our concerns but of course they never called. Final warning, the stock pictures on the many travel websites (Google reviews, booking.com, Travelocity etc) and the app do not represent what the hotel looks like. The hotel has a completely different vibe than the stock pictures. The hotel It not as warm or luxurious as the stock pictures.

Yelp
A very trendy spot but I will not be staying here again. The rooms are very small and the bathroom isn't a separate room. It is more compact but it I understand that it is a design choice and can't be changed. The reason I am leaving this review is because my family was treated very poorly by one of the staff, the bartender. My family and I were playing pool and my brother accidentally popped a pool ball off the table. It was an accident and we quickly grabbed it. The bartender left the bar immediately and asked us where our parents were (there were 2 people of age in the group). We said we were adults and it was a complete accident and we apologized. He was completely rude and said that we were damaging the equipment and we said that we didn't mean to and apologized again and he said "well your kid was slamming the pool stick" which was completely untrue and extremely unprofessional. After he walked away another staff member apologized for him which made it seem like this was a common occurrence. I'm not entirely sure why my family was singled out when there were multiple families acting very similar manner. I would hope that he didn't approach us because of biases he may have. The hotel is nice and the rest of the staff were incredible besides the rude bartender, and he should be looked at because his treatment of paying customers is abhorrent.

Yelp
Room was good. Upon check in, I saw that the pool was closed for painting. Who in management closed the pool at the end of June in Las Vegas 98 degree heat. I wanted my points back for the second and third night so that I could go somewhere else. Three people said they didn't know and would ask. No one knows anything there. No one can make a decision. And the dumbest thing? The pool wasn't even painted during the day, painting began at 8:00PM. But no, the pool was closed 24/7 for a whole week. Manager finally emailed on Monday and didn't do a damn thing, even a partial point refund would have been a nice gesture but it was like, "Too bad, we had your points already so shut up and take it." I asked why there wasn't an Alert on the website (common practice for Marriott Bonvoy) . No covered parking so good luck with your car in the blistering 110 degree Las Vegas heat.

Yelp
We recently stayed here on short notice due to a family emergency and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel or the service. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with a great use of space: the marketplace was perfect for a quick breakfast (made to order) and the bar staff was excellent (along with the food menu which provided us dinner after a very long day). Highly recommend if you are in Henderson.
