Amazing! Great customer service and the food was amazing. Fresh, perfect combo of flavors, and large portions. The owner gave us a sample of some of the fresh tuna which was like butter. The wontons in the poke nachos are from Hawaii. Recently saw they are now open later so excited to return.

Amazing poke - the best poke I've had in Denver. Fish was super fresh - crab meat was delicious - the real deal. Don't go anywhere else - sushi is on par with high quality restaurants like Uchi and Temaki Den.

if you from Hawai'i , look no further. This place taste & feels like HOME! You can feel the aloha in the air when you walk through. I almost cried tasting the food. Took my gf & showed her a lil taste of home. The poke made me so homesick 😂 (time to book one flight ah?) Mahalo Uncles for being my Ohana away from hale. I will be bringing all my family here when they come visit!! Cheee 🤙🏾

Google
Aloha Cones is THEE place to get poke in Denver. They get their fish flown in regularly and its quality and freshness is comparable to the upscale sushi restaurants in town. They are family owned and have another location in Hawaii! They know their fish. Aside from their food, the location is right near downtown but they actually have free parking which is a huge plus. But the main reason I wanted to write this review is because the owner of Aloha Cones is the sweetest human being and such a highly talented chef! He knows what pairs correctly with the different types of fish and he is always cooking up something delicious for his team! He is so generous and always gives me a sample… honestly wish he would start selling his personal dishes or even open up his own Thai/Lao restaurant here in Denver.🙏🏼 He is amazingly gifted, so generous, and deserves all the business!! Fun addition, he also preps an entire tuna and salmon during the day and allows his customers to watch! What a treat!!

Outstanding quality fish! I LOVE this place. I lived in hawaii for nearly 9 years and am so happy this place exists "near" me. There's one on oahu which serves up identical quality bowls. We drive up from colorado springs just for this place sometimes. I like the wasabi ahi and limu ahi. The sides that come in bowl are great too which I typically don't like other places. My husband loves the spicy ahi! This is what sushi grade actually tastes like. TAKE NOTE, DENVER! :)

Google
It was fine. I was expecting it to be like other poke places where you get to build your own bowl from a bar of ingredients but it’s not like that. I ordered the sesame tuna bowl. It came with several ingredients in it (cucumber and crab salad) that aren’t mentioned on the menu. My bowl alone without any drink or side was $23. I thought about walking out when I realized that the bowls aren’t build your own and how pricey they are, but I was already standing at the register because that’s the only place I found find a menu and it felt rude to leave at that point.

Chirashi bowl was good! Sashimi is of good quality, it tasted fresh and have good texture, especially the ahi tuna. Easily be the best sashimi in Colorado. Rice portion was a bit small though. But overall is fantastic!

Google
If you like the idea of fresh fish being flown in from Hawaii, this place does that. Shipments come in either Thursdays or Fridays. It's about as fresh as you can get and the ingredients are all of supreme quality. Really awesome new Poke place in the heart of Denver, definitely give em a try if you're craving a taste of Hawaii.

Yelp
After chatting it up about J.Boog, The Green, Aiea, Pearl City, Back Alley, Nico's and Poke by the Pound my expectations kept climbing. Solid braddah at the counter and unko chopping up the ahi. Could've spent all day talking story and everything boiled down to my combination spicy ahi and ahi limu bowl... Yes, yes, and yes! If you took everything from Oahu and mixed it in bowl, this would be on point! Reminds me of the afternoons I spent chillin' on the bench at Japanese Truck No. 7 in Hale'iwa or hanging out across the street from Kualoa Ranch or even grabbing the anniversary poke at Foodland and planting my tail in KBay. These are the memories this bowl evoked, yet here we are in Denver. haha! Yes, the spicy ahi has a kick to it and leaves your tongue tingling a bit. The ahi limu tames that spice and offers a hint of Hawaiian pink salt that gives you a taste of Hawaii. Service is spot on and since this restaurant is part of the Denver Health building off Broadway, you get a super clean setup as they have only been opened a couple months. Remember to grab your Li Hing goodies on the candy wall too! Those flavors brought back memories of childhood too! Enjoy Aloha Friday specials but otherwise come down for a fresh bowl of poke. As the Terminator once said "I'll be back!" Oh yes, I will! Big mahalos for landing in Colorado!

Yelp
Grabbed lunch at Aloha Cones while visiting Denver on a work trip and I gotta say, this is probably some of the best poke I've ever eaten. They use fresh ingredients imported straight from Hawaii and offer generous portions with each bowl! Definitely recommend getting the Two Choice Combo so you could try two delicious dishes :) ended up going here two days in a row and tried the Chirashi both times because of the insane quality. I think the restaurant is still prepping for a grand opening, but the interior already looks really aesthetic and they have a rack dedicated to authentic Hawaiian candy! Overall, I had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely sweet and put a lot of love into serving delicious food!

Finally! Some legit poke in Denver. This place is pure awesomeness and sunshine! It's actually real poke - Hawaiin style! The portions are very generous and the owners are very kind and hospitable! I am definitely coming back here again! Dare I say this is definitely the best poke in Denver!

Yelp
I've eaten at many casual poke restaurants in Denver, and this is hands down the best one.

Yelp
This place is so tasty! Very worth the price as others have said and they have all of my favorite Hawaiian candies! Definitely worth checking out, especially if you're a Denver Health employee since it's so close

Yelp
we've been looking for an authentic/good poke place here in Denver since moving from Texas and finally found one after 2 years! the owner's son was super kind and talked to us about the quality of their fish flown in multiple times a week from sustainable fishing units in Hawaii and Japan. he also told us the only other location that exists is in Oahu so feeling lucky to have such good quality locally! this will now be our new go-to spot and cannot recommend enough!

Chelsea K.

Yelp
If you haven't yet this is a must if you grew up in Hawaii you know it can't get more authentic then this bonus not only do they have poke bowls they also have all your favorite snacks !!

Yelp
The only poke I will ever eat in Denver! True aloha spirit from the crew. Nice atmosphere with island music in the background. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
This place is amazing! The food is just so good. You need to give this place a try! Go see for yourself! Lots of parking too! Lower lot. They even have a location in Denver Colorado now! Hidden gem in Oahu! You won't be disappointed! Chef Aaron Kumura is definitely watching over this place from up above!

Yelp
this is by far my new favorite poke spot in denver. it's been a struggle to find good, fresh fish here and Aloha Cones delivered! the staff was so nice, and it was a great experience overall. and like i mentioned, the fish was so fresh & delicious - totally worth the price. i will be coming back!

Yelp
In Denver, fresh high quality fish can be hard to come by, but this poke bowl spot changes that! The quality of the fish blew me away and the service was amazing, making it a must-visit spot for any seafood lover in the area. Also parking on broadway usually sucks but they are located right next to a convenient parking lot making it all that more accessible.
