Can’t have a graduation without lei, even if you now live in GA. I’ve been ordering lei for my children’s graduations and now it was time for college graduation. It was easy to order online and I paid for overnight shipping to get here the day before the ceremony. UPS had some delays and they weren’t going to arrive on time for the ceremony. I emailed Aloha Island Lei and Floral to let them know and Sarina quickly replied, sincerely apologized, and sent me a refund. I was blown away by the extremely kind gesture because it wasn’t her fault at all. I will always use and recommend Aloha Island Lei and Floral! Not only do they make beautiful lei, their customer service is like no other.

I was so happy to receive my fresh lei from Hawaii! Customer service was excellent, and the lei was shipped promptly and arrived right on time. It was packaged will care, and arrived in excellent condition. I was worried that it would wilt before arrival because of the frigid conditions in New Jersey when I received it. So happy! I placed my first order with Aloha Island Lei late Tuesday afternoon after closing and received the order early Thursday morning in California. I, of course, paid for expedited shipping but I was extremely surprised to see that it got here SO quickly (in less than two days)! The lei is absolutely gorgeous and was perfectly packaged and in perfect condition, no damage whatsoever. After this purchase, I will never be purchasing a lei from anywhere else again. Wow! I can't stop saying it. Lei arrived a few minutes ago. Ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, FedEx tracking updates along the way, arrived Wednesday morning at 10:14am (scheduled to arrive between 9am and 10:30am, well done FedEx). Two ice packs inside were still mostly frozen, packed so gently, wrapped in wax floral paper, a layer of cellophane and shredded paper cushioning on both sides, it arrived in near perfect condition (as good as I would get back in Hawai'i straight from a florist shop, not kidding), flowers in beautiful shape, no browning, no wilting, the bow is perfect. It's stunning. The best part is that I'm taking it now to a retirement home nearby as a random act of kindness. I'm going to find someone that is celebrating a birthday today, recently lost a loved one or is from Hawai'i and deliver it to them at lunch to brighten their day. Thank you, Aloha Island Lei for the amazing lei and for helping me do a random act of kindness. I've ordered from you several times in the past, have always been happy, will continue to do so. BONUS tip for everyone, don't throw out your newspaper wrapped ice packs, they are reusable ice packs and remind me of leis and Hawai'i when I use them on my picnics!

I received my lei surprisingly fast. The box came sealed with tape and black zip ties going across the box. The box had specific stickers on it like perishable, refrigerate on arrival and plant material from hawaii. The stickers helped as I got it shipped to my grandmothers and she didn't know I had ordered a lei. The lei was wrapped in plastic and had shredded paper on top. At the bottom of the box were two ice packs wrapped in plastic which kept the flowers fresh. I loved my lei!! It was made of orchids and the color was beautiful. The intricacy of necklace amazed me and I couldn't stop looking at it. I've had the flowers out of the box for 3 days now and they still look like they did when I first got them. This may be my first purchase with this company but it won't be my last!

I ordered the 10 Orchid Leis for a High School graduation 4820 miles away in Virginia. They were wonderful! Definitely a trustworthy business with quality items! Be sure to have your order shipped a couple days before your event to avoid any delays.

They are awesome and I paid for 2 day delivery and it arrived in 1 day to California before noon! Great service and awesome selections not to mention awesome pricing... That is even better at the warehouse. I'm so glad I found this place!

I ordered a double tuberose lei from Aloha Island Lei and I couldn't be happier! It was my Mom's 91st birthday and I wanted it sent to the mainland. I contacted them via email and inquired about the shipping and packing. They said they could have it arrive the day before her birthday and it would still be fresh and lovely. The shipping cost was very reasonable and it arrived exactly when they said it would. At one point I had ordered a micro ginger lei, but then I changed my mind to the tuberose lei, and they were very helpful and accommodating with the changes I made. They packed the lei in a big, long box with ice packs and the lei was in perfect condition when it arrived. It was as if I had just bought it at their shop. Per their instructions, I put the lei in a ziplock bag and stuck it in my fridge and it was just as fresh the next day! The lei smelled so beautiful and it looked gorgeous on my Mom! Ordered lei from here a couple of times. Easy to order, just checked out their website and called for availability. The last time I ordered a Maile lei 2 days before my event and they were able to accommodate. The price was less than it showed online so I was happy about that as well. Also easy to find in Halawa Industrial Park. This will be my go to place for lei!

Service is nice the conveyance being near home & they had my order ready to go. For that the value was priceless. Order first so you have time to pick up what you want. The selection is nice too.

What a great and easy experience! We were desperately trying to find a lei vendor to ship to the mainland for my niece's college graduation. A few places we called said they were either too busy to do any shipping or wouldn't take orders or ship until June or would ship but I had to send it a week in advance! How can you send any type of lei a week in advance and think it will look nice? We did a google search and my cousin found Aloha Island Lei! I called and spoke to Julie! Awesome custmoer service! She was so nice and explained how long it would take and how it would be easy to purchase online. We selected 3 lei's and had it shipped. I received an update when it was shipped and when it arrived! Placed an order for Mother's Day on May 1, but asked it to be delivered on Friday May 10. They had problems with the delivery. Called @ 6:30am HST the get it sorted cause I was I wanted the lei for church when she goes in the morning and they stated they would get it out first thing. Now is 1:00pm and still not delivered. Willing to update the review. But they need to make it right

I've been meaning to leave this review as Aloha Island Lei was such an amazing experience. My dad passed away in December of last year we're he absolutely love the moments and time spent that I wanted to bring Hawaii to him as he was never able to make a final visit. I ordered four Ti Leaf leis with orchids for his funeral. They even called me to make sure i knew switching my shipping time would guarantee them that day for his honor. I wasn't going to do this review, but I feel that being a customer who ordered weeks in advance only to find out 3 days before pick up, my order has not been ordered at all. :( As a Company, the phone calls you receive are a very important way to interact with customers as well as it be where employee's should take pride in what they say & do for the Company's sake. (On another note - if you don't like your job...quit) This was my experience: Even while I gave my name, number & email address I was told that they don't see an order under my name. The person I spoke with was really confident that everything I wanted was noted. I can't remember the name though, person seemed sweet over the phone. Told me everything was jotted down and the dates I needed them for. Even told me I can pay upon pick up which I was really happy about. Just so happen I called 3 days before the "order pick up" because I wanted to see if I could "add" to my order. This person I spoke to was much older and still sweet but mentioned they didn't see anything under my name. Also, because of the date, they didn't have any of those lei's in stock (sold out). My heart dropped thinking "what am I going to tell my god children about their lei's for their prom dates?" It's a good thing that I didn't pay for it over the phone prior to this phone call. I will say, I am a little frustrated about the whole situation BUT we are only human and people do make mistakes. I just wanted to put my review out there so that the Company knows to learn from their mistakes. Even if I got the employee's name, I wouldn't throw him/her under the bus under this review because it could have very well been an honest mistake (maybe they got distracted after the phone call and forgot all about it). I will say though, you must learn & work as a team to grow as a Company. I've called around some places and I might have some luck getting what I need but it's not a guaranteed. Just wish that whoever took the order had made sure it was done right then and there while we spoke so reviews like mines don't happen.

I ordered some leis for my cousin's graduation ceremony last weekend and was able to pick them up no problem. Let me tell you, they were absolutely beautiful! My cousin wore her leis most of the day and they seemed to have lasted. I got a haku, ginger, cigar and one other type but I forgot the name. The ginger one smelt AMAZING! I recommend using their website to see what is in stock, it is relatively easy to navigate. Nothing beats a flower lei!!

Can't say enough about the customer service and Aloha from these folks. Da Scene: It's the kiddo's 8th grade graduation and the wife & I are BUSY - we pull a "I thought you ordered the lei's!!" conversation two nights before the big day. CRAP, we're toast right? I decide to try and call 1st thing the next morning, prepared for disappointment - Carla & I have ordered a lot of leis from them over the years and know that while they do ship overnight, they need a day of prep, especially for complicated leis or large orders. We need a nice one for the kiddo and 15 single strand orchids for the teachers. It was a BAD night, I went to sleep full of disappointment and guilt, I didn't want to face my daughter w/out the signature Hana we have given her for every milestone, graduations, championships, birthdays, etc. Da Service: It's 8:30am in California but they pickup on the 2nd ring. I explain the situation, I need overnight service and I need it to go out THAT day to arrive 24 hours later... I brace for the response. The girl (I believe her name was "Jas") says "hold on lemme see what we can do". When she comes back she says "I'm so sorry, but we can't do the Hana and ship today, we have a special Shelly (kind of like a Cigar but with different colors) that you can have with the 15 single orchids, should be there by noon." DROP THE MIC, WALK OFF THE STAGE Jaw drop, dead silence on my side, cause I'm shocked. She says, "is that OK...?" I try to mask my excitement/joy/relief and respond, YES, totally, got for it. We exchange information, get the order processed and in short time I receive an email confirmation, then 2 hours later a FedEx tracking notification. I took the day off since last time there was an agriculture hold and I had to go to Emeryville for pickup, but this time it came right to the house at 9:30 am - 25 hours later. Sometimes having good karma is not enough, you need good people too, Much Mahalos Jas!! Da Goods: Perfect, beautiful, fresh & fragrant. I wrapped 'em in a damp towel and put them in the fridge, while I write this review, hours before the event. HUGE thanks for saving the day... you'll always be my go to spot for a taste of Ohana on special occasions.

I ordered leis online for my daughter's graduation. The leis were delivered to our hotel. There was a small error in the number of leis and the owner fixed the issue and delivered the correct ones immediately. I highly recommend for quality and great service.

So very disappointed. I called about 2 weeks in advance to see if they could make everything that I needed. They said yes and I was so happy and glad that I didn't have to stress about finding my haku and leis. I went to pick everything up today. My haku and lei looked fine. My boyfriends maile lei looked horrible! A lot of it was dead! They gave me an ugly maile lei and charged me 50 bucks for it!!!! I was shocked. That's horrible business. I was planning on going back to them for my baby shower too, but not now. Good thing I checked the lei before leaving. If you didn't have fresh leaves you should of told me instead of being sneaky and trying to get away with giving me a dead lei and charging me 50 bucks. That's crazy. They did refund me. But I needed the lei in 2 days. Good thing I found one. You can go to Foodland in Kapolei. They have beautiful ones for only 10 bucks.

So easy to order and leis came on the day I requested (which was the day before graduation day). I called a couple of times- once to ask about shipping and the woman that answered was so nice. Since we live in Los Angeles she said that they regularly ship next day air even if you choose 2-day shipping so it saved us a few dollars. But it would have been worth it anyhow to get such beautiful butterfly leis delivered. We are so happy - next time we need leis delivered to the mainland we'll order from them again.

Aloha Island Lei will be our first pick when it comes to finding fresh and beautiful leis. We highly recommend them as they have inventory for any occasion. We used their services for our wedding day. We ordered a Ti Leaf Maile, a Hilo Maile, and two Micro Ginger Wraps. We were able to customize the ribbon colors so that it went with our colors. Their quality of service is wonderful...I had contacted them at short notice but they were so very friendly and they assured me I'd be taken care of. I sure was! You definitely feel the ALOHA, kindness, and care from them. They answered all my questions about the different styles of leis they had as I was unfamiliar with them. I felt comfortable speaking with them because they were responsive and reassuring that whatever we ordered would be the best fit. When we picked up the flowers, we were already so happy with them. They were gorgeous...flowers were vibrant and smelled good! We were excited to take them out already. The leis were a great touch and honor on wedding day because our parents wore them. I ordered four leis for an event in Los Angeles (local boy getting an award). Flowers arrived exactly when promised. Super well packed with cold packs. They answered my questions a month before event. Made order online. And then added a last minute extra lei. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you very much.

I ordered leis from Portland, OR for my son's wedding. From placing my order on the phone to receiving the beautiful leis, everything was on point. They are very courteous and helpful on the phone. I will definitely use Aloha Island Lei again and recommend them to everyone! Mahalo.

I would give zero stars after first emailing to confirm they could provide leis for a memorial paddle out then placing a $1700 order. I received the order confirmation the next day. When following up to check status, they failed to respond to both emails. I finally called the day before i was to receive them and they said, "we are so sorry, we missed your order". Had they responded to my numerous emails to check on time status i would have had tome to get flowers fir my family's funeral. This is just horrible work ethics. Don't use this company.

I had tried calling around to other places and either there was no answer or I was rushed off the phone. I also want to add that the leis were beautiful! The flowers lasted for a long time. I love the exquisite selection of leis that Aloha Island Lei & Floral offers. Daniel Paik was very helpful in coordinating a delivery date for my lei. His main concern was that my lei arrived fresh and would not wilt in the hot weather. I was so pleased the lei was shipped priority overnight via FedEx. The box was clearly labeled as perishable and there was a label stating to refrigerate upon arrival. The box was also responsibly shipped. There was a USDA stamp from Oahu and there was no problem with the package passing my strict California agricultural inspection. Inside was a securely packaged, drop dead gorgeous orchid lei. It was a beautiful purple and white lei with the most beautiful and intricate design I have ever seen. I cannot imagine how long this took to create. I was surprised at the tightness of the flowers. The lei was the perfect length for me. There was no damage to any petals and it was so well made that I couldn't see the string that kept the lei together. Extra care was obviously given to the packaging. Inside were two heavy duty cold packs nicely wrapped in newspaper so there would be no issue with water leaking outside of the box. The lei was wrapped in paper and plastic to protect the flowers. This type of care in packaging and the use of extremely fresh flowers resulted in me being able to keep my lei around for a full week. After wearing I would spray the lei with water and store it in my vegetable crisper. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the flowers, the design and construction of the lei, and the excellent customer service I received from Aloha Island Lei & Floral. They will definitely be my go to floral shop for best in class leis. I would recommend their leis to anyone who needs the finest specimen of a lei for an important occasion such as a wedding, party, or graduation.

If you have Lei needing to go to the mainland this is the place for you. My baby sister is graduating P.A. School this Saturday. I've been so tied up with work I almost forgot her Lei order. I quickly googled San Diego Lei and started comparing prices and styles, also shipping as her school is in Virginia. It didn't take long to decide which page was better. So I picked out two beautiful Lei, a double stand Tuberose (her favorite) and one they call the "Angel". Happy with my selections selected shipping and paid. I then called to confirm that everything was good and the Lei would indeed be delivered to Virginia on Friday 12/16. Sarina was very nice and said no problem. I then received an email - stating that there would be a problem with the "Angel" and was offered the "Opihi" (Also a phenomenal Lei, same price) and a free upgrade to NDA Delivery. My reply was "no problem" I would usually be worried about delivery, but in so at ease and worry free The customer service here in probably the best I have. Ever received. So kind, so caring. I live in Pennsylvania and ordered by phone some leis shipped for my daughter's graduation. Unfortunately, 2 days before, I was notified that my credit card number didn't go through. It turned out to be a transcription error. Anyway, the staff offered to ship the leis via overnight delivery at no extra cost to me. I received the leis in time! The leis were beautiful and in great condition. I very much appreciated the customer service I was provided -- they promptly corrected the mistake, and all ended well. In the future, I would certainly order again from Aloha Island Lei company.

Wow!!! Where do I begin with how fabulous Aloha Island Lei is? I was the lucky recipient of this lei. Living in Seattle, anything from home is always nice. But getting this beautiful lei just made my day! It has amazing colors and smell. Plus it's Seahawks colors, which my husband loved too!!! Quick delivery and packaged well so the lei arrives fresh. We just received our beautiful orchid lei from Aloha Island Lei! We live in Texas and we were so surprised that this beautiful lei came all the way from Hawaii in a day. It was well wrapped and the lei was in perfect condition... it even lasted in the Texas heat! I am always in search of leis for special occasions, but I can never find any here in Austin. As I searched the net (hoping and praying) that there was a vendor that can make and deliver fresh leis tomorrow, I came across Aloha Island Lei and they are a life-saver!! In their website, they clearly stated: "Orders placed LESS THAN 72 hours in advance from delivery date must be called in" my situation clearly qualified as such so I called and they happily worked with me on what they had available on hand (which was a very impressive collection) and while I did have to pay for "next-day" delivery, the leis, the service and the expectation were totally worth it as they came direct from the islands! Got selected to receive a free lei! Wow! I sure am lucky! I was not expecting a delivery so our gate was locked, but the FEDEX guy tossed it on our patio table in the shade. When I got home I placed it in the fridge. I just opened it and it's a beautiful, purple/white orchid lei that's very well made. Not one orchid is wilted. Not one petal has fallen off. My daughter wears it well! I surely will be ordering for special occasions. Nine days later, it still looks good! My daughter placed it at the foot of Mama Mary's statue inside our church. I will take a picture of it tomorrow and post it.

I have to write a testimonial for The Aloha Island Lei company! I ordered over 60 leis for my wedding and they all arrived exactly on time, fresh, well packed, and beautiful! During the ordering stage, their website was helpful, but I also called them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and kind on the phone. A few times I had to call and add additional leis to my order and it was never a problem. Before delivery, their plumeria supplier did not deliver them a great product. The Aloha Island Lei company called me and let me know that they were going to upgrade the plumeria leis to a more expensive flower lei because they didn't want me to be unhappy with the bruised plumerias the received. I was extremely impressed with this act of customer service! Coming in to our wedding and being given a lei at the door was the best way to start the evening. Everyone came in welcomed, relaxed, and treated to a beautiful taste of Aloha. I plan to be ordering leis from Aloha Island for years to come!

The leis arrived fresh with a beautiful scent! My daughter's teachers were greeted with the beautiful leis and were delighted! So disappointed! I ordered leis the week before 4th of July (Thursday before) for close to $200 - no leis - no call! So sad. Was my sisters birthday! I live in Kailua-Kona and I guess I will go with Hawaiian Lei Company from now on.
