"Situated in a beautiful panoramic location a few kilometres outside Bressanone, this restaurant combines regional traditions with a modern approach thanks to its classic techniques and the use of Mediterranean ingredients in some dishes. There are also elegant apartments available, plus a private wellness space, for anyone wishing to extend their stay." - Michelin Inspector

Excellent hotel. In every way. Location has the best views and lots of options to do everyday. The food is incredible!!! Breakfast has so many options and dinner is mouth watering. The personal in general is gentle, always available and smiling. We felt at home. Maybe the only thing I would improve would be the mattress that has a small sound when we move and that we didn't see any difference between the classic doble room and the superior one that we payed for. But for the rest it is the perfect hotel to have a wonderful winter vacation week! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PERSONAL!!!

I stayed there with my husband and 2 children for a night. We went for the 3/4 board. Everything was perfect. Lovely and helpful staff, impeccable hotel, delicious food ( gluten free options available) and amazing views. We had a fabulous stay !

We selected Alpenrose pretty much by chance this year and were pleasantly surprised on a variety of levels. ||||Probably the biggest advantage (and I admit this was one of the reasons we did select it) is the proximity to ski-lifts; they rarely get closer than this. The hotel opens up onto the Carezza ski area and with about 40km of slopes we were occupied fully for the week we were there. The ski area is also incredibly well maintained and not overrun (even in what we thought was a busy time of the year.)||||Back to the hotel. We had a family suite. It was big enough for a family of 5 (smallest one if a baby) and with a good supply of living area in addition to the bedrooms. The rooms were well maintained too and all very new still. Quality of food was great and variety in menus was good with each night something different on the menu. The hotel bar or lounge serves lunch and although a little limited in choice it did the trick. It was also a nice spot to relax in after a day on the slopes and also late night (once kids were down.)||||The ski room is well equipped with lockable boxes per room. There is a ski rental shop inside the hotel and also a ski-kit shop (was useful especially for new gloves, helmets etc.) We used the spa facilities seldomly - worth mentioning there is no indoor pool although the whirlpool was available for children until 4pm. ||||Finally, worth calling out the friendly and always accommodating staff (and with a baby we had some unusual requests I admit.) That being said, always service with a smile to round off an overall super experience.

We loved this hotel - stayed 2 nights. We had a room with a balcony on the first floor. Lots of space and a good bathroom. Their spa was wonderful - sauna, steam room, cool hot tub. This was a plus after 2 days of hiking. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of choices. The staff was very accommodating. We even had same day laundry service which is kind of unheard of.

It was a very good hotel. We had a lot of fun. Best breakfast. The best brunch. Best dinner. The room was very comfortable and clean. This hotel deserves praise including the hosts. And the location from the balcony of the hotel is amazing. We had one day. Pity we could stay for a week

sent three nights at this hotel. |the location is great, a lot of options for hiking routes with amazing views. |rooms are ok, clean and spacious.|spa area, especially pool area is modern and with a great view. for families with toddlers there is an outside playground and an indoor playroom which is full with toys and games to keep the little ones busy and entertained. |the breakfasts and dinners were great. I mean really, everything tasted soooo good. good quality ingredients at every meal. |service: that’s the main reason why I am writing this review. I was really impressed. from reception, to cleaning staff and the restaurant service, all were exceptional and on point. special thanks to Gabriel for making us feel welcomed and content on all of our restaurant visits.|highly recommended

This hotel is fantastically located literally 25m from the most gorgeous slopes. Ski-in and out is very comfortable. Facilities are good, some rooms seem renovated others are a bit dated for an expensive hotel like this. We’ve stayed here for 14 days with the family and there are a few issues; the hotel is seriously understaffed which really impacts quality of service. The dinner for example usually takes over 3 hours for 5 courses which doesn’t really work if you are with kids. They also do not have a kids menu which can be expected. Staff doesn’t seem happy maybe because they are understaffed and we saw the same waiters work through for the entire period of 2-3 weeks without a single day off! There are also little issues ie no douche gel refilled, no tea or fresh towels in sauna, eggs & bacon cold in the morning etc. Given the price of over 400 euros / night you’d expect these things to be perfect.

Perfect location, spacious and clean room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Tasty and good quality food (I am judging from the plant based food), although they could offer more variety for breakfast. Friendly and professional personnel. Nice spa and wellness center. In all, atmosphere was very cosy and relaxing.
