Il Fornaio in San Francisco’s Levi’s Plaza to Close This Weekend | Eater SF

"A new tasting room for all three of Alpha Omega Collective's wineries — Alpha Omega, Tolosa, and Perinet — is opening in downtown Napa at 1245 First Street in the space currently occupied by Capp Heritage; the spacious room will include a lounge and outdoor seating and is slated to open this winter." - Janelle Bitker

We visited on a Friday night and loved it so much we came back with our friends and family the next day to do a full tasting experience. Kelly Barrow made our experience and tasting event truly special. Even when the tasting room was busy she made us feel special and took the time to explain the wines in exquisite detail. As a family of wine makers we truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the wines we tasted at this collective tasting room. Highly recommend and well worth the price!

Google
What an awesome tasting room located in the heart of downtown Napa. We had the Flagship Flight and loved all three wines with the Alpha Omega Cabernet being the highlight of the three. The tasting room is beautiful, the location in town is perfect, and the service today was fantastic. I couldn't recommend a visit to the Alpha Omega Collective highly enough!

They were abit under staffed but one of them pretty much ignored us for about 25mins. A young female staff with curly hair refused any eye contact and walked past us multiple times as we tried to get her attention. Now I'd hate to accuse anyone of racism and I'm sure Asian tourists have a certain reputation but I can't think of any other reason why she would refuse to even acknowledge us. On the other hand, Tim (the other working staff) was lovely and tried his best to juggle the people coming in plus the full tables inside. In short, after waiting for someone in vain we eventually went up to the bar after about 25min to get our wines from Tim. Note that he was away pretty much the entire time and curly hair made 3 trips bypassing our table to serve/collect from the table right next to us Service: 2 (Tim saved it from a big zero) Wine: slightly pricey but lovely Food: not on the menu Again, can't think of any reason why curly would refuse us service except for maybe she doesn't like Asian customers. Hate to go there but there it is.

We had an absolute blast hanging out with the team at Alpha Omega Collective we felt very welcome to be there! Our host Ben gave us a great experience from start to finish!! Thanks Ben for adding to our special day!! We must have spent couple of hours hanging out people watching and enjoying fantastic wines!! The cheese and meat plate was the perfect small bites to accompany the best single vineyard wines in the valley! The toasted artichoke hearts with salumi was the perfect bite! This was our first time to the tasting room on First St and we will be back soon!

Google
This place is the best!! We use to be members of Alpha Omega Winery, we love their wines, but their service at the winery was a little lacking. We come here and we get to taste Alpha wines and great service!!! They also service small bites here. Their Spanish fried chicken is AMAZING!! the folks there say people will order 5-6 orders to go on game day! We normally don’t drink Chardonnays but the fried chicken paired very well with their Chard. Love it here! Come gì the wines and food, stay and come back for the amazing service!!!

We are long time Alpha Omega Members and have been coming to the AO Collective since it first opened. They have an incredible staff that are so incredibly friendly and approachable. We live locally so are the worst at calling to inquire for a last minute reservation and they are almost always able to accommodate us or find a time that they can offer- even it it's the next day. Leslie and Ben in particular are always gems and really sets the bar high in terms of service expectations but really the entire team they have now are fantastic and it's so great to see the same faces at any business in a post pandemic world. We also love the diversity in the tasting vs when we go to the main AO Winery. The team at the Collective are constantly sharing new wines that we hadn't previously tried. We also love a change in pace being in a more urban, downtown setting for a wine tasting vs what you traditionally find in the Valley. We can't recommend this spot enough.

Moe, an exceptional employee at Alpha Omega, is the epitome of professionalism and expertise in the wine industry. From the moment I walked into the winery, Moe’s warm welcome and extensive knowledge of their wine selection left a lasting impression. Moe’s passion for wine is palpable; he guided me through a delightful wine tasting experience, showcasing a deep understanding of each varietal and sharing intriguing insights about their production. His ability to pair wines with complementary flavors and dishes was nothing short of impressive. What truly sets Moe apart is his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. He patiently answered all my questions and tailored recommendations based on my preferences. It’s evident that he takes great pride in delivering a memorable experience to every visitor. In addition to Moe’s expertise, his charismatic personality and friendly demeanor create an inviting atmosphere at Alpha Omega. Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or a novice looking to explore the world of wines, Moe’s guidance will make your visit truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Alpha Omega and a chance to meet Moe, whose passion, knowledge, and exceptional customer service elevate the wine-tasting experience to a whole new level.

Google
A trip to downtown Napa isn’t complete without a visit to Alpha Omega’s tasting room. Perched right in the corner of the main road, AO’s tasting room provides an ideal spot for people watching and enjoying a great selection of wines. The staff only made the experience even better. Natalia, the hostess, was very welcoming and provided great conversation. Ben led our tasting and made it all the more enjoyable. His candor, knowledge, and sense of humor made for a truly unforgettable experience. In summary, the ambience makes for fun evening out, the staff and the wine were incredible, and I will definitely be back soon.

Yelp
This tasting room is a hidden gem, beautifully situated on the corner of First Street and Randolph. The space blends charm and elegance, featuring beautiful wood (BW) throughout and a vintage ceiling fan system that adds a touch of character and cool comfort. Everyone having wine chose the Signature Flight, which included one white and three reds. I appreciated the option to substitute a Sauvignon Blanc for the Chardonnay, a nice personal touch. Each wine was distinctive, balanced, and delicious in its own way. You could really tell the care and craftsmanship behind every pour. What really stood out was the hospitality. Our host was not only incredibly thoughtful but impressively knowledgeable. She explained where each wine's grapes were grown, described the flavor profiles we could expect, and added insights into how the terroir influenced the wine -- all without it ever feeling too technical or over our heads. Even better, our designated driver was offered iced tea, lemonade, or an Arnold Palmer, which I really appreciated. It's always a plus when tasting rooms consider the full group's experience, not just the drinkers. The vibe was so warm and relaxing, we ended up staying for over two hours. It felt less like a stop and more like a true experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in downtown Napa.

Yelp
Fantastic experience here at Alpha Omega! Great corner spot with indoor and outdoor seating, with a really terrific wine selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a couple of extra samples made all the difference! Would highly recommend the Flagship flight, they had the best chardonnay I've ever tried!

Yelp
We came in on a Monday and Kat and Kelly were so funny and educational. It has been awhile since we had visited the property up valley and we're glad we saw this downtown location!

Yelp
This was our third visit to the collective and we get more and more impressed each time. The staff is always professional, courteous, and most importantly, friendly. My Wife and I have had the pleasure of being served by Kelly, Kat, and on this most recent visit, Leslie. We feel at home immediately. Nothing better than enjoying great wine and laughs with all around. Thank you AO, and a HUGE thank you to Kelly, Kat, and Leslie for making each experience so pleasurable!

Yelp
Stopped in on a Monday night in Dec. We didn't have a reservation, which was fine because it was the off season. We were fresh off the plane, so just wearing our travel clothes. I was afraid we would feel out of place since it was so lovely inside, but that was the case at all. The woman who told us about the wines was really knowledgeable. And they let us split a single flight, which was awesome. We were already tired from traveling all day, so we just wanted to keep it light. This was a nice touch.

Rickey D.

Yelp
My wife and I came into this place and was not welcomed. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to assist us. It appears they do not welcome Africa Americans at this place. Rickey Davis

Yelp
What a great surprise! Who knew Alpha Omega had an extension of their vineyard (+some) in downtown Napa. Our delighted experience began with meeting Kat. She seated us almost immediately, granted we visited on a Monday. Kat's warmth and home-style service was the highlight of my visit. Very hospitable, connected with my guest on a genuine level, and made recommendations based on our individual preferences. What a saint! I'll be returning more frequently -- Solely based on my interaction with Kat. She deserves a raise and a promotion!

Yelp
There's a reason this place has such a high rating: it deserves it. Fantastic, relazing and comforable vibe. It is in a downtown area so you're not going to get any of the foundtain/vineyard/mountain views, but the people here are just terrific. AO has among the best wines in the world, so the tasting is.. tasty. Bring an expectation that you're going to spend some money, because you'll want to take some of that wine home. Terrific experience and you should 'pair' it with a nearby restaurant. Plenty of street parking.

Tim R.

Yelp
Excellent experience in tasting room. We are not wine experts and appreciated our expert taking the time to walk us thru what they have to offer. The wines she put in front of us were excellent. We will be back and are huge fans!!!
google avatar

April S.

Yelp
First time here. Wine tasting, no food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Classy, clean tasting room. Excellent service. Our server (Kat, I think?) was awesome. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the wines and wineries she was representing. She went above and beyond to try to match our taste preferences with some of their wine. It was a very classy experience and I look forward to returning!

Yelp

Wow this place was so great! The tasting experience was amazing and the wine was delicious! I will be back!!

Yelp
Old friends visiting from out of state, we happened to stroll in located in the middle of downtown Napa on First St. First thing you noticed is the comfortable seating and Ambiance, dark wood very nice. We tried the curated flight and the signature Flight, the wine just kept coming from rose' , to reds, cabs ,and Spanish wine, loved trying all the varieties! But what really made this fun was Leslie our wine educator!!! She was so friendly and personable' and that laugh! She was great! Made our day!

Yelp
Great corner location on main to sip wine and enjoy the scene of downtown Napa during cocktail hour. The staff and tasting room was bustling on a Saturday. No sign of business slowing in spite of the pandemic. We shared a tasting because we had dinner reservations soon after this tasting. Tastings range from $55 a person to around $100. There was a day there were twenty to fifty dollar tasting fees and been told that in the 70's and 80's there were none. The wine industry needs to survive and it is doing its best. The tasting fee is not redeemable if you purchase wine. There is a small food menu available though we did not order. We observed our neighbors enjoying the fries and they did look yummy. Our wine host was formal, professional, informative and helpful. The check in at the main bar upon arrival is also formal and professional as the wines range from $45-250 The staff is visibly very task oriented about reservations, time limits at tables and organization as well as structure of how things run. The vibe is definitely more serious. The clientele is reflective of their more formal casual environment as well. We did enjoy sitting outdoors at a corner table at cocktail hour and learned a lot about this years wines.

Yelp
At the recommendation of a colleague who lives in the area - he suggested the AOC as they represented 3 district wineries with wine by the glass as well as wine flights. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures while there but I ordered their pinot noir which was really good - so good that I had a second glass. My colleague also had the same but for his second glass he chose one of the bold Cabernets. Outdoor seating was available mid afternoon when we went on a Tuesday with great service by the young female attendant who gave us a discount since we work in the industry.

Yelp
Not enough time in the day to visit all the wineries in Napa Valley? Walk to one of the many tasting rooms in downtown Napa, instead! The Alpha Omega Collective is the parent company for Alpha Omega Winery, Tolosa Winery, and Perinet Winery. In 2019, the Alpha Omega Collective tasting room opened in a historic downtown Napa Valley building across from the Archer Hotel. Each flight contains at least one wine from one of the three Alpha Omega Collective owned wineries. Recommend to make reservations as this popular tasting room provides the ideal spot for people watching while enjoying a great selection of wines with exceptional service.

Yelp
Had a lovely experience at the Alpha Omega tasting room where I was actually introduced to a Chardonnay I actually enjoyed! But really we had a fantastic experience with I believe a Polish girl. We started off with a Chardonnay that was buttery to the feel but had zero butter notes and I couldn't believe how good it was. While not take away from the rest of the wine we tried that was the stand out for me because I typically don't enjoy Chardonnay. The rest of the tastings was enjoyed with Some splendid cabs from across the country. The sando was actually pretty damn bomb, while we initially weren't going to eat, seeing it come out I knew I needed to try it. When I go back I'll stop by alpha again without a doubt.

Mike M.

Yelp
Wow, it's difficult to get into the winery. The tasting room was very easy to get in and convenient to the downtown area of Napa. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wines were really good. Very nice experience.

Yelp
This is an amazing winery with amazing staff and the wine is superb. The views build is epic. This is a must! I can't wait for my next trip back.

Yelp
Unpretentious and delicious. The host Leslie was amazing, and very open to letting me try splashes of wines that weren't necessarily on the menu. The seasonal crostini was spot on to go with the wine. Overall great experience!

Yelp
Our original plan was to go to the winery today, but due to the fires Jesse was able to get us a reservation to their collective area. Thank you Jesse! We were told to meet Lesley, and once we did she helped us every step of the way. Warm greetings and puppy treats had a way to my heart. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the wines she gave us, she really made the experience a fun one. Also, it's pet friendly! Yes! She gave our little pup water and treats! Now to the wines, wow! We've been wanting to try out alpha omega for a while now and glad we decided to try. Both my other and I aren't really Chardonnay people, but we really liked theirs. Very refreshing. Their reds were so good. (I ended up buying one lol). Forgot the name, but the one from Catalonia seemed like a port, but wasn't. That one was definitely my fave. I wish I took more photos, but I was too busy drinking lol. Thank you again alpha omega for everything! We will definitely be back when the fires settle.

Yelp
I wasn't planning on coming here but we walked by and the place looked nice so I dropped in. I'd heard of Alpha Omega but I'd never tasted the wine. I got the basic $50 tasting, which gets you wines from not only Alpha Omega but Tolosa and Perinet. The wines were good, definitely high quality. I liked the Perinet the most, it's more European style than the others which are typical of their AVAs (Napa and Edna Valley). Our host was super knowledgable and liked to chat about wine. The place itself is quite nice, well appointed and decorated. We walked in with our kids and they were perfectly fine with it (this definitely is not the case for all of Napa). I had a great experience and I'll have to check out the Alpha Omega winery that's further down into the valley sometime.

Yelp
What an amazing winery. Location is beautiful, tasting room was a buzz. We had a private tasting thanks to my friend , who is a member. I'm typically a Cab drinker , but the Sauvignon Blanc, Rose and Chardonnay were wonderful. We moved into the Cabernets and they were amazing. In fact the Era Cabernet was absolutely the best I've ever had. Our host Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
A great chill place to taste and hang out in Napa. The AO puts out some great wine, of which the Sauvignon Blanc & Cab are my favorites. Their Tolosa 1772 has some great options as well. Since wine drinking is very subjective I'll save my opinions but definitely suggest doing a tasting and enjoying their wonderful wines. We enjoyed the Spanish Fried Chicken during our visit which was well done and really went well with a glass of wine. Prices are fair and staff is super helpful if you're not sure what to try.

Rhonda R.

Yelp
My husband and I really enjoyed our wine tasting experience. Chloe Egan was a wonderful hostess, she was the main reason we had such a nice experience.

Yelp
Ian is a goddamned saint. He was awesome and our group loved him. Yelp is making me add more characters, anyways, Ian is baller

Yelp
Walking around Downtown Napa looking for a good spot to eat, came across Alpha Omega Collection on the way, just able to catch the last call for tasting. We were really happy we did, we've been enjoying Napa wine most of the day so my girlfriend and I shared a tasting. I've noticed in Napa, all of the host are very informative to the wine you're tasting. Well Luis was exceptional, a Sommelier, he answered many of our questions and really knew his wine. With the questions we asked, he'd suggested we taste one last wine, it was one of the best sips I've had that I can remember. Thank you Luis, we really enjoyed our experience. Additionally, thank you for the nearby suggestions for eateries, we enjoyed some really good sushi.
google avatar

Sean T.

Yelp
We made a reservation kind of on a whim while at brunch around the corner, just an hour before our tasting. Really enjoyed our experience here. I've tasted at the original Alpha Omega property in St. Helena and enjoyed this one quite a bit more. The tasting was $40 and consisted of wines from AO and then a label from Spain & San Luis Obispo. The wines were enjoyable. Sitting outside while tasting and people watching downtown was fun as well. Our wine guide was great. She gave a nice summary of each wine and was able to answer if I had additional questions. Their small food plates come from the Dutch Door, which is phenomenal itself. Food offerings range from cheese plates to fried chicken. I almost gave it 4 stars since the wine is pricey for what it is (especially the AO label). The Perinet and Tolosa were "reasonable" yet still on the expensive side. I ended up giving the full 5 stars because they comped a tasting with a 2 bottle purchase, which is more generous than most places. I picked up the Perinet Red Blend, consisting of: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cabernet. Balanced, approachable, and worth the $70 price tag. I definitely would return here and plan to make it apart of my next downtown tasting.

Dalejun M.

Yelp
Made a last minute reservation here and the customer service was exquisite. I ran into traffic on the way and got to my reservation an hour late but they still accommodated us as long as I communicated with the team. They let me preorder food so even though the kitchen closed, we still had snacks to eat. The ambiance was perfect and the wine offerings was great. Perfect date night idea. Thanks for letting us stay past closing time. I recommend it.
google avatar

Victor W.

Yelp
Really amazing wine flight. I don't normally go to wine pairings or buy wine to go, but the Tolosa 1772 Pinot Noir truly had a wonderful depth of flavor and went down so smoothly. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was well informed and they were good about knowing we had a time crunch to leave by a certain time. Purchasing two bottles of wine gets a discount with the wine flight. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Krista B.

Yelp
Love love this spot. The inside is classy with rich wood architecture, crisp white table tops suggestive of white linen feel, tasteful, but simple floral accents, marble bar. They have open air windows that allow you to sit inside whist enjoying the outside. They also have patio seating in front of those same open air front windows. On a nice day, it's great. They offer a tasting menu or vino by the glass. They also have a stellar bites menu, which will not disappoint. This is definitely a nice place to stop grab a glass of vino, soak up the ambience, relax, and enjoy the fruits of the downtown Napa area.

Quinton S.

Yelp
We had a great time here drinking wine and talking with friends. Getting away from the extreme Texas heat and hanging out in Napa at 80 degrees and no humidity. This location was a throwback and I noticed the belt driven ceiling fans that were similar to the ones invented back in 1886 (I am sure they are replicas) which added to the feel. Wine was good and the staff were interesting and knew a lot of history of the brand and the Napa area.
google avatar

Steve T.

Yelp
I have been lucky enough to go some high end wine tastings worth at least $100 each. I bought their higher end Era cab which retails at $331 a bottle because it was so good. Very memorable wines and some of the better wines I have had. Service is super friendly and fancy.
google avatar

Angelique L.

Yelp
I've been wanting to come here since they've opened, especially since we always go to Alpha Omega and LOVE their wines. But I like that here they serve their different labels. However we aren't down at this part of Napa often, that being said I am glad I finally made it!! The staff was super inviting and friendly, and this location is beautifully done, inside is beautiful and they have these beautiful large doors that open to the outside. As members they really treated us graciously and let us try a good amount of wines. I really enjoyed the Spanish wines, they were phenomenal, a little earthy but a nice rounding of fruit so it's not a complete earth bomb. We tried almost all different label wines from Alpha Omega, but we ended with the Alpha Omega Thomas, which is AMAZING!!! If you're a fan of Alpha Omega I highly recommend checking this place out. They can get busy so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going at more of a peak time.

Susan H.

Yelp
We had a wonderful tasting experience at the Alpha Omega Collective in downtown Healdsburg. The tasting room was very comfortable with plenty of natural light. We had excellent service, especially from Sam, who was very knowledgeable and had a friendly and approachable personality. The wines were superb. We were familiar with Alpha Omega wines, but with the addition of Tolosa and Perinet, the tasting menu has a depth of choices. They are open until 7:00pm so are a great stop when you get back into town.
google avatar

Gaurav B.

Yelp
Had a great time here! Luckily were seated pretty quickly during a busy time. They let my friends bring their one year old. The baby walked around and everyone was super super friendly. The wine was very good. We are cab sav people and liked what they had to offer in that genre. Overall, compared to other places with have a snobby feel, I liked this place a lot

David G.

Yelp
The ambience is wonderful, and the staff is nice. But it's over-priced. Didn't like the wine on their tasting menu.
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
We ended up spending more time than we planned to here because of the fun tasting that Ben walked us through. What I love about visiting collectives is the feeling that you're getting to try multiple winemakers/wineries at one place. We ended up having essentially one of the signature & one of the single vineyard tastings. By doing it that way, we got to taste two styles of a varietal side by side, and it made for a more interesting & educational tasting than going to two tasting rooms in sequence. The Tolosa pinots are interesting, especially the Saltonstall which has characteristics of a cab. I know very little about Spanish wines beyond tempranillo and rioja, so it fun to get to know the priorat region better. Overall though, I still like the Alpha Omega wines best out of the three. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that AOC had food so we had eaten already. Also, we weren't expecting to enjoy ourselves so much. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying that 3 day pork rib sliders.
google avatar

Karah G.

Yelp
A little pricey, but I'm excited to come back with friends once they get a food menu going! Our host Leslie was awesome (5 star service) plus the other guy who helped out too (didn't get his name!) It seemed busy because their isn't too much seating, but Leslie was saying they are gonna have outdoor seating once summer comes around, so that's something to look forward too. The location use to be Capp Heritage, it's located right next to the cigar shop on first street. Right across from Archer Hotel, it's easiest to park in the parking lot on Second street and just walk!
google avatar

Madison C.

Yelp
We were able to secure a reservation on our last day of our trip to Napa. It also happened to be our anniversary that day, the occasion for the trip. Reservations are required due to COVID but this does not stop the experience from being wonderful. Ben was the most gracious and informative host, taking the time to find out what wines we liked and didn't (or thought we didn't!) and really making the experience first class but also incredibly approachable. They know what they're doing here with the flow of the flights and then hitting you with a "special" glass at the end. I had to leave to start getting ready for dinner before the bill arrived but my husband arrived back at the hotel with three amazing bottles, pricier than what we'd planned on purchasing but it's hard not to support the business once you hear the story, background and passion they put in to winemaking. We will be returning eventually and telling everyone this is a must add to the list stop for a downtown Napa trip!
google avatar

Mary A.

Yelp
Our son invited us to lunch there for his birthday. The staff was amazing and so courteous. They were very knowledgable in their products. Loved the atmosphere and food. Most definitely would recommend this place and return again and again.

Yelp
The hubby and I decided to do a wine tasting on our last day in Napa...unfortunately with COVID precautions I didn't realize all the wineries were by appointment only (but understandably so). We started yelping local wineries around 4pm which was cutting it very close to closing times. We stumbled upon Alpha Omega, so I called to see if they had any openings left and luckily they had one left so we took it. I'm so glad we found this gem, it was by far an amazing tasting experience. Our server (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was awesome, so helpful and informative. We didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. The service and all the wine we tried were amazing. Unfortunately it was hard to decide on which wines to bring home. I LOVED the cab but couldn't bring myself to drop $140+ on one bottle....but I kinda wish I did now lol! We decided to bring back their rose and the sauv blanc which were reasonably priced and perfect for the warm weather. If in the area again we would definitely come back and do another tasting at Alpha Omega Collection! Such a great time with great wine!!!!

Oh C.

Yelp
Was visiting downtown Napa during the Christmas Holiday season. They were having their annual Wanderland of Trees contest for the downtown businesses. As I was passing by Alpha Omega, I noticed their beautifully decorated Christmas tree sparkling in the afternoon sunlight. I was hoping they were entered in the contest, but unfortunately, they were not. I felt that I still wanted to give them and the decorator, Leslie Garcia, a special shout out for the magnificently decorated Christmas tree! Stunning!
google avatar

Justin M.

Yelp
Decent spot downtown Napa. Missing some ambiance to me. The wines were good and the Korean chicken slider was awesome. They give you a bottle of sanitizer at the beginning in case you are nervous about things. It's a classy spot but would have liked to visit the winery instead. Bought two bottles.
google avatar

Edgar S.

Yelp
I would love to start off by saying that I am a fan their wine selection. I made this trip all the way from orange country to try multiple types of wine. Here at alpha omega the service was wonderful. They were very accommodating in our spontaneous trip. Service was outstanding our waitress Tonya was so knowledgeable and so welcoming. Ronald gave us above and beyond service and was very helpful to us. We would definitely come back for their wine selection and recommend the beautiful atmosphere and lovely hospitality to our friends and family. Thank you for making our trip memorable
google avatar

Kristina L.

Yelp
Ronald made our evening- from his warm welcome to explaining the wines perfectly, we were thrilled to have him guide our tasting. Defiantly a fan of the wine more so now thanks to the experience we had with him. Looking forward to returning and visiting the vineyard too!
google avatar

Marie O.

Yelp
We had a great time, Natalie was excellent and she knew the wine selection. Very knowledgeable, very hospitable and made our experience phenomenal. Had too much of the Chardonnay but it was all worth it!!

Yelp
I already really enjoy going to the Alpha Omega winery in St. Helena, so it's such a treat to be able to have the same incredible quality of wine and service that much closer to home in Napa! Leslie did our pouring for us, and made our experience in an already stunning wine bar that much more enjoyable. She's incredibly knowledgeable about each variety she pours, a pleasure to talk with, and has an impeccable work ethic as she managed our table along with a few others, ensuring that everyone had personal attention (and water!), as well as enough time for each group to more intimately experience their tastings with the perfect amount of time in between pourings. We felt neither rushed nor forgotten! I am definitely looking forward to our next visit to the Alpha Omega Collective. Many thanks to Leslie and her co-workers!

Yelp
Alpha Omega is a great stop to add to any trip to Napa. The property is beautiful and does not feel crowded. The employees are extremely professional and friendly. They bottle a limited amount of wine and it tastes amazing. The Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon were my favorites. We had the pleasure of having Nino as our wine expert and he did not disappoint. He knew a ton about all the wines we were trying and held a great conversation. Ask for Nino @ Alpha Omega!
