"Located in the quiet St Jakob district, the Jehle-Kathrein family's establishment is warm and welcoming. That goes for both the hotel, Gletscherblick, and the tastefully decorated, elegant little Alpine-style fine dining restaurant. Choose between the set menu of the day and the fine dining set menu, in which chef Paul Markovics presents a variety of flavours and interesting contrasts. He also places a strong emphasis on the region when it comes to his choice of ingredients. For example, he combines perfectly medium-rare fried and finely seasoned Tyrolean venison loin (of excellent quality!) with the smoothness of an intensely flavourful porcini purée, the rich nutty taste of a creamy, airy pistachio hollandaise and the fruity notes of dried peach. Just over a week ago, we had the pleasure of visiting Alpin Gourmet Stube and enjoying their gourmet menu. The memory and experience still remain a fond highlight. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, both in terms of food and wine. World-class gastronomy, served with a warm, family-like atmosphere and complete professionalism. I’m usually cautious with both the highest and lowest ratings, but in this case, there are no other options than 5 stars across all categories. Be well-prepared and allow the necessary time – in our case, four hours – but time will fly by. It’s a culinary journey at the perfect pace. Congratulations once again to the restaurant on the well-deserved award!

After eating in a lot of restaurants across all price points and standards in the past few years, I've decided to try something special and that is a Michelin star dinner at Alpine gourmet stube in the hotel Gletscherblick in St. Anton am Arlberg. It’s a 9 course dinner and every course is creative, full of contrasts and simply magnificent. The highlights for me were lamb, grilled sturgeon and blackberries with matcha. Service is exceptional, music volume and lights are perfectly tuned as the whole experience

I highly recommend Alpine Gourmet Stube. This was easily the best dining experience I have had. It’s a beautiful Michelin star owned family restaurant with a superb dining experience. If you enjoy a great meal and atmosphere, it’s a must visit! The food was phenomenal, you can easily tell that the family puts their heart into curating a one of a kind food menu, wine menu, and atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again!

One of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Gourmet menu was worth every penny. Daily menu looked awesome also if you want to pay less (135/75ish per pp). Every single dish was awesome. Can't really pick the best, every single one was awesome. Staff was friendly and great. Atmosphere was awesome. Got great wine pairings from the sommelier as we did not want too much alcohol. Remember to book in advance. Should be fully booked every single time the place is open. Might be the best restaurant in St. Anton.

What an absolute find! Great degustation with pairing wines! Too delicious for word, great service too! 20odd minutes walk from St. Anton, you can easily get there by Taxi! Strongly recommend to anyone!

Amazing dinner and extremely affordable for the quality. The waitress was the daughter of the family that has owned the hotel for multiple generations and had amazing knowledge of the food and wine. This was our favorite meal of our trip in st Anton!
