Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus

We have stayed in this hôtel for 5 nights, it was one of the best expérience we’ve ever had! Positive points: We chose the room with the private sauna, it was very spacious, perfectly clean and had everything needed. All the rooms offer an incredible view of the mountains. Concerning F&B, the breakfast is great, with a special attention for people with food allergies (lots of lactose and gluten free options). For dinner, there’s a new menu everyday, which is very pleasant. The cocktails are delicious (especially the banana colada!). Also, the F&B team is extremely professional and kind, we had a great time with Tatiana, Karol, and Erik. Concerning activities, there are plenty of options depending on your preferences (yoga, ski, hike, sauna infusions…). We highly encourage you to participate in an activity with Jana! Last but not least, the spa section is the best we’ve ever seen: the heaven and hell section is the kind of experience you don’t forget! Areas of improvement: Drinks (soft and alcoholic) are not included during dinner and you have to pay for coffee during breakfast. Considering the price of the stay, we expected at least water to be included. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel to anyone who loves relaxing and eating great food!

The hotel design, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff were perfect. The food was amazing as was the wine selection, Gin and tonics and cocktails. Local options at every turn. ||The spa facilities are excellent - the best we have been to. Location wise it’s perfect for skiing and it’s easy transfers to Kronplatz cabins. ||Excellent activities on offer from beer and cheese pairing to hiking days and cabin parties. ||A wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return.

A delayed review, but my husband and I stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon in July 2024, and it was absolutely incredible. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the thoughtful vegan tasting menu offered each evening, and it exceeded our expectations — just make sure to email them after you book so they can prepare for your arrival! The chef created varied, multi-option menus nightly, carefully mirroring the traditional offerings so we never felt disconnected from the local cuisine. Beyond the food, the hotel itself is stunning. After morning hikes, we loved spending our afternoons relaxing by the pool or sauna. While some of the most iconic hikes require a a bit of a drive (60-90 mins), they’re well worth it, and what a great place to come home to. Exceptional service throughout — we couldn’t recommend this place more!!

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.||SERVICE – UNMATCHED|We arrived by train (not the easiest route) and the hotel happily picked us up from the station as a small detour from their usual ski transfers. They handled all our luggage — a huge relief.|Christian was our waiter for all four nights and he was outstanding. Attentive, warm, and professional, speaking excellent English, German, and Italian (German is most common in this region). Every meal felt special and we genuinely looked forward to dining each night. Front desk and spa staff were equally fantastic and accommodating.|Hotel vans run to and from the Kronplatz ski lifts, assist with ski bookings, and store your gear — seamless and effortless.||AMENITIES – NAME IT, THEY HAVE IT|Multiple spa and sauna rooms, steam rooms, relaxation areas, cold plunges, outdoor jacuzzis, meditation rooms, an incredible gym, fitness classes, yoga, juice stations, nude sauna/pool areas (if that’s your thing), wine and beer tasting room, and the iconic sky pool.|Rooms are flawless, and thoughtful touches like backpacks, water bottles, towels, and tote bags are provided for day trips or moving around the (very large) resort.||If you’re driving, you can park at the resort and it appears to cost no extra. ||LUXURY – EVERYWHERE|Board (upon booking) can be included and is true fine dining, beautifully executed, with additional buffet options and daily specials. Breakfast is a full buffet with everything you could want.|Beds are incredibly comfortable with double quilts, heated floors throughout, generous room sizes, and balconies with breathtaking Dolomite views.||OVERALL|This hotel sets the benchmark for luxury, service, and attention to detail. Absolutely flawless — we would return without hesitation.

We stayed here a week ago. Everything was great: very hospitable staff, delicious food, and an excellent spa area. The only thing we didn’t like was near the main pool — after getting out of the pool in freezing weather, the bathrobes and towels were frozen. Putting them on was very unpleasant, and as a result I developed a fever after our stay. It would be great to have at least a slightly heated area for towels and bathrobes.

Our stay at the hotel was simply perfect! The service was exceptional — professional, friendly, and filled with genuine care. Dinner felt like dining in a gourmet restaurant – a combination of a rich buffet and beautifully plated dishes bursting with flavor. Guests celebrating a birthday receive truly special treatment – the room and dinner table are beautifully decorated, and a delicious cake awaits at the table. The excursions offered by the hotel are of high quality, interesting, and well-organized. A special mention goes to Yana and Fabian, who led the tours and activities at an exceptionally high level, with warmth and great attention to detail. The sauna ceremony with them was an unforgettable experience — highly recommended! In the dining room, Manuela is absolutely wonderful – attentive, friendly, and provides top-notch service. And Manuel is incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything you need. In short – an outstanding hotel in every respect: quality, atmosphere, and especially the people. I spent 6 days and 5 nights at this hotel. It was incredible to say the least. Everyday had different activities to take advantage of besides the wellness and spa areas. The gym was well equipped. The food was incredible. Having different options and themes everyday was a pleasant surprise. Besides that - being only 5 minutes from a ski lift was incredible. You have everything you need at this hotel. Well worth the money spent.

This hotel is a truly special place. The staff, the facilities and the food are all world class. There is a very relaxed ambience throughout the hotel which urges you to relax into the surroundings. The views from the hotel are spectacular overlooking the dolomites and the local villages below. The wellness spa and hiking activities are led by an amazing and friendly team. Every single member of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. There is too much to praise, we will be returning for sure!!
